Today we're diving into ourfifth episode on the Fortenberry

case and let me tell you thisone is a bombshell.
We've been tracking thisdisturbing story out of Morgan
County, indiana, and the detailsjust keep getting heavier.

For those just tuning in, thisis episode five of our coverage.
We previously covered the firstprobable cause affidavit back
in February of 2025, whichdetailed the initial report into
Brittany Fortenberry when shewas working at Eminence High
School.
That report highlightedinappropriate gestures and

actions towards students there,including harassment, which they
reported, including harassment,which they reported.
The administration immediatelynotified morgan county police
and the department of children'sservices.
Then nothing much happeneduntil 69 southcott went to the
story informing the public, inwhich prompted several people to

come forward.
Subsequently, britneyfortenberry was arrested in late
, in late February, and has beenincarcerated ever since.
This has been an ongoinginvestigation.
In our last episode, we covereda supplemental PCA about how
her harming students she wasworking with at the MSD in
Martinsville, and now we havethis third supplemental probable
(02:00):
cause affidavit.
Speaker 1 (02:02):
Man.
This case just keeps unfolding,julie.
The date of this kicks off onMay 19th 2025.
Here's where it starts, in theMorgan County Jail.
Born 1993, did, between January1st 2022 and December 31st 2024
(02:28):
, commit the following criminaloffenses in violation of Indiana
law Four counts of one count ofchild molesting, which is an F1
, one count of child molestingas an F4, one count of child
molesting as an F4, one count ofincest as an F4, and vicarious
sexual gratification as an F4.

Wow, chop, that's a serious escalation of charges
right off the bat, and theprobable cause?
It's based on Patrick Williams'personal knowledge.
On March 28, 2025, he receivedan email from the minor child's
dad.
The minor child's dad wrotethat they needed to talk and

that the minor child referred tofrom here on out as we'll say
the minor child, because he is avictim had disclosed that
Brittany had sucked on his dick.

Jesus.

And we are told Minor Child is the biological son of
the Minor Child's dad andBrittany Fortenberry.
It's also noted that Brittanyhas already been charged with
multiple sex-related offensesinvolving juveniles.

That hits me right in the gut, julie.
Detective Williams then spokewith the minor child's dad, who
mentioned that minor child hadbeen interviewed at Susie's
place.
The minor child's dad also saidthe disclosure was made to the
stepmom and it was recorded.
Detective Williams asked forthe video and arrangements were

made.
And arrangements were made.
Minor Child was interviewed onApril 7, 2025, at Susie's Place
in Bloomington by forensicinterviewer Anna.
Speaker 2 (04:11):
Here's the summary of that interview, straight from
the affidavit Now the MinorChild tells Anna that her mom
was in jail for doing really badthings.
The Minor Child tells Anna thathe had already spoken with the
detective about some things, buthe did not share everything
because he was scared.
The minor child tells Anna thathis dad wanted him to talk with

the detective again because hismom had sex with him.
I would advise that the minorchild spelled S-E-X out to Anna.
The minor child said that hedidn't know it was bad or
anything like that, because hewas only seven years old and he
was only going into the secondgrade.

Man.
This shit is heartbreaking,julie.
Minor child goes on to describebeing in the shower with his
mom, asked if she could get in.
He thought she was trying tonot waste water.
She then told him to wash herprivates with a glove thing.
Minor child said he did.
Minor child said he is veryuncomfortable talking about it

and it makes him feel like he isgoing to throw up.
Minor Child told Anna thiswasn't something he already
spoken to the detective about.
Minor Child said she startedputting her mouth on his boy
private parts.
Minor Child said she startedtelling him to do things.
Minor Child said that this allhappened on the same day.

Minor Child said he was told tokeep it their secret.
Speaker 2 (05:47):
Wow, her own flesh and blood.
This just makes me sogut-wrenching to read this shit
man, and at this time, I believehe was seven years old.

He didn't have a clue what he was doing or what she
was doing.
And you know, I was a boy thatage and your mother is the most
important thing to you.
So you put your trust into yourmother and you only trust what
they're telling you to do.
I mean, you think it's normal.
I mean you want to please yourmother at that age, you want to

make her happy, you want to.
I don't know.
It's just, it's gut-wrenchingto hear this shit.

Now the details keep coming.
The minor child said he was inthe shower downstairs and he
clarified and said she justhopped in the shower with him.
He said she just started takingher clothes off and got in.
He said she had this glovething, it was blue and put soap

on it.
The minor child then said shetold him to use it and he said
he had to wash her private partand indicated towards his crotch
.
The minor child said she waslike standing up and said her
private part area was hairy andlooked like she hadn't shaved it
(07:18):
in three days, was brown andlooked like a circle.
The minor child said he usedhis hand to wash her private
area.
The minor child also said hewashed her butt and her breast
and said he scrubbed her legs.
The minor child then said shestarted washing him.
(07:40):
He said she was washing hisprivate part with her hand and
started using her mouth on hisprivate part.
He said he was standing and shewas bent down and he was
sucking or she was sucking onhis private part.

That's fucking insane .
It disgusts me to even readthis shit, I mean, but I don't
know.
This is tough to hear.

Minor child said he feltweirded out when she was sucking
on it with her mouth and it wasa weird situation, no shit.
Minor child said that he couldsee her hair back and she was

Minor child said that she alsohad him put his private part in
her butt while in the shower.

The minor child said they gotout of the shower and she did it
again on the bed.

Minor Child said she wasmoaning when all of this was
happening.
He said she was starting towatch a show and she did it

went upstairs and ate some pizzarolls.
The minor child said she toldhim that this is to be kept a
secret and the minor child saidthat the quote-unquote other mom

that things happen when hecalls Brittany.
The minor child said the wayBrittany said to keep it a
secret.
Her facial expressions scaredhim to death.

And it gets even more disturbing, julie.
Minor child said this was herbed.
It was in her bed that thesethings happened in.
Minor child said some of thepillowcases on the bed said had
a lot of stuff to include, let'sfuck.
And spelled out F-U-C-K.
Minor child said the samethings happened in the shower

happened on the bed.
Minor child said there wassomething that was different.
Minor child said that she hadput his hand in a fist and put
it in her front private.

Miner Child said the apples notbeing ripe helps him remember
it was that time of year.

Now there's more context here, chop.
The Miner Child talks aboutBrittany and Nick growing
mushrooms in a room with a pinklight.
I would advise that Nick isNicholas Fortenberry, which is
his stepfather.
Minor Child talks about theteenagers that would come by and

when asked who they were, hesaid too many he mentions and
said that it all started becauseof said the teenagers would
take over his room and take overBrittany's room.
The minor child said thatBrittany and Mr Nick would be at
(13:40):
home when the teenagers werethere.
The minor child said theincidents he discussed were the
only times anything like thathad happened.
The minor child said Brittanytold him she was going to do it
again when he was 13 years old.
The minor child said Brittanytold him after everything was

done and they ate their pizzarolls is when she told him that.

diagram.
When asked about the frontprivate minor child circled the
vagina.
When asked about the breast,minor child also circled the
butt on the female diagram.

Now we're talking about a seven.
At the time that all thishappened, this little boy was
seven years old and I believeit's been a few years.
But this affidavit adds so manymore layers.
The minor child talks aboutBritney spanking him and
pinching him.
(15:49):
The minor child said thatBritney spanked him like 20
times and pinched him.
He said that Mr Nick took overand spanked him like 10 times.
Now the minor child said he gotspanked with a slipper and a
(16:10):
belt.
He said Brittany used theslipper and Mr Nick used the
belt.
The minor child said that hewas a good kid.
Then there's a mention of otherincidents Brittany sending
naked pictures to a Brendan andthen also a guy from Arizona and
(16:31):
others.
Minor Child said he's seenpictures of the guy from Arizona
naked on Brittany's phone andMinor Child said she basically
shows everybody everything.
Speaker 1 (16:47):
And it doesn't stop there.
Julie Minor Child talks aboutseeing Brittany pee on Nick at a
concert in Ohio on his eighthbirthday.
Minor Child said they got intoa fight and Britney was choking
Nick.
Minor Child said that Mr Nickthreatened to break Britney's
grandma's other hip.
Then, on April 14th 2025, moreinterviews happened at Suzy's
(17:12):
place in Avon.
Another minor present at timesmade no disclosures, but another
minor talked about hearingBrittany and her boyfriend Alex
having intercourse whilewatching a movie describing
moaning, and seeing Brittany ontop of Alex.
Speaker 2 (17:29):
There's also mention of drugs.
There's also mention of drugs.
The minor child said Brittanysmoked weed in the woods when
(18:00):
cops were called.
The minor child said that Nickgrew the mushrooms and made weed
muffins.
Speaker 1 (18:11):
The last interview was with another minor who was
upset about missing school.
Minor child said he knewBrittany was arrested for raping
and molesting kids.
He learned from his mom butwasn't aware of it happening at
the house.
Minor child said that therewere street kids over maybe 12

or 13 others over maybe 12 or 13others.

Now Patrick Williams, the detective in this case,
concludes by requesting anarrest warrant for Brittany
Fortenberry, who is alreadyincarcerated with bonds set per
the court's schedule.
He swears under penalty ofperjury that these statements
are true, to the best of hisknowledge, and this was signed
on May 21, 2025.

Let's shift gears a little bit, julie.
This case isn't just aboutBrittany.
Her husband, nicholas Fortberry, known as Nick, is also facing
serious charges.
According to the recentdevelopments, nick has been
charged with intimidation andfailure to report stemming from
allegations that he knew aboutBrittany's actions and even

threatened to slaughter one ofthe victims if they spoke out.
One report cites aninvestigator testifying that
Nick told a 13-year-old boyquote if you don't stop what
you're doing with my wife, thenI'm going to kill you in front
of your family, unquote andwarned him not to continue until
he turned 16.
He was released on a $600 bond,but this adds a chilling layer

to the case.

That's absolutely shocking Chop, and it doesn't
end there.
There's been movement onBrittany's legal team as well.
Her original counsel haswithdrawn and she's hired new
representation.
On top of that, her previouslawyers recently requested
psychological exams, citing agood faith belief that she might
suffer from a mental disease ordefect.

However, those exams havereportedly been stopped by new
counsel, leaving us wonderingwhat impact this could have on
her defense strategy movingforward.

From the initial reports inSeptember 2024 to the latest
affidavit and now, with Nick'scharges and the shakeup in
Brittany's legal team, it'sclear this investigation is far
from over.

That report highlightedinappropriate gestures and

actions towards students there,including harassment, which they
reported, including harassment,which they reported.
The administration immediatelynotified morgan county police
and the department of children'sservices.
Then nothing much happeneduntil 69 southcott went to the
story informing the public, inwhich prompted several people to

come forward.
Subsequently, britneyfortenberry was arrested in late
, in late February, and has beenincarcerated ever since.
This has been an ongoinginvestigation.
In our last episode, we covereda supplemental PCA about how
her harming students she wasworking with at the MSD in
Martinsville, and now we havethis third supplemental probable

cause affidavit.

This case just keeps unfolding,julie.
The date of this kicks off onMay 19th 2025.
Here's where it starts, in theMorgan County Jail.
Born 1993, did, between January1st 2022 and December 31st 2024

, commit the following criminaloffenses in violation of Indiana
law Four counts of one count ofchild molesting, which is an F1
, one count of child molestingas an F4, one count of child
molesting as an F4, one count ofincest as an F4, and vicarious
sexual gratification as an F4.

Wow, chop, that's a serious escalation of charges
right off the bat, and theprobable cause?
It's based on Patrick Williams'personal knowledge.
On March 28, 2025, he receivedan email from the minor child's
dad.
The minor child's dad wrotethat they needed to talk and

that the minor child referred tofrom here on out as we'll say
the minor child, because he is avictim had disclosed that
Brittany had sucked on his dick.

And we are told Minor Child is the biological son of
the Minor Child's dad andBrittany Fortenberry.
It's also noted that Brittanyhas already been charged with
multiple sex-related offensesinvolving juveniles.

That hits me right in the gut, julie.
Detective Williams then spokewith the minor child's dad, who
mentioned that minor child hadbeen interviewed at Susie's
place.
The minor child's dad also saidthe disclosure was made to the
stepmom and it was recorded.
Detective Williams asked forthe video and arrangements were

made.
And arrangements were made.
Minor Child was interviewed onApril 7, 2025, at Susie's Place
in Bloomington by forensicinterviewer Anna.

Here's the summary of that interview, straight from
the affidavit Now the MinorChild tells Anna that her mom
was in jail for doing really badthings.
The Minor Child tells Anna thathe had already spoken with the
detective about some things, buthe did not share everything
because he was scared.
The minor child tells Anna thathis dad wanted him to talk with

the detective again because hismom had sex with him.
I would advise that the minorchild spelled S-E-X out to Anna.
The minor child said that hedidn't know it was bad or
anything like that, because hewas only seven years old and he
was only going into the secondgrade.

This shit is heartbreaking,julie.
Minor child goes on to describebeing in the shower with his
mom, asked if she could get in.
He thought she was trying tonot waste water.
She then told him to wash herprivates with a glove thing.
Minor child said he did.
Minor child said he is veryuncomfortable talking about it

and it makes him feel like he isgoing to throw up.
Minor Child told Anna thiswasn't something he already
spoken to the detective about.
Minor Child said she startedputting her mouth on his boy
private parts.
Minor Child said she startedtelling him to do things.
Minor Child said that this allhappened on the same day.

Minor Child said he was told tokeep it their secret.

Wow, her own flesh and blood.
This just makes me sogut-wrenching to read this shit
man, and at this time, I believehe was seven years old.

He didn't have a clue what he was doing or what she
was doing.
And you know, I was a boy thatage and your mother is the most
important thing to you.
So you put your trust into yourmother and you only trust what
they're telling you to do.
I mean, you think it's normal.
I mean you want to please yourmother at that age, you want to

Now the details keep coming.
The minor child said he was inthe shower downstairs and he
clarified and said she justhopped in the shower with him.
He said she just started takingher clothes off and got in.
He said she had this glovething, it was blue and put soap

on it.
The minor child then said shetold him to use it and he said
he had to wash her private partand indicated towards his crotch
.
The minor child said she waslike standing up and said her
private part area was hairy andlooked like she hadn't shaved it

in three days, was brown andlooked like a circle.
The minor child said he usedhis hand to wash her private
area.
The minor child also said hewashed her butt and her breast
and said he scrubbed her legs.
The minor child then said shestarted washing him.

He said she was washing hisprivate part with her hand and
started using her mouth on hisprivate part.
He said he was standing and shewas bent down and he was
sucking or she was sucking onhis private part.

Minor child said he feltweirded out when she was sucking
on it with her mouth and it wasa weird situation, no shit.

Described it as like licking apopsicle.

Minor child said she used herhand to tickle his front private

Minor Child said she wasmoaning when all of this was
happening.
He said she was starting towatch a show and she did it

He said that after all of thishappened, he washed his hands,
went upstairs and ate some pizzarolls.
The minor child said she toldhim that this is to be kept a
secret and the minor child saidthat the quote-unquote other mom

that things happen when hecalls Brittany.
The minor child said the wayBrittany said to keep it a
secret.
Her facial expressions scaredhim to death.

And it gets even more disturbing, julie.
Minor child said this was herbed.
It was in her bed that thesethings happened in.
Minor child said some of thepillowcases on the bed said had
a lot of stuff to include, let'sfuck.
And spelled out F-U-C-K.
Minor child said the samethings happened in the shower

happened on the bed.
Minor child said there wassomething that was different.
Minor child said that she hadput his hand in a fist and put
it in her front private.

The Miner Child talks aboutBrittany and Nick growing
mushrooms in a room with a pinklight.
I would advise that Nick isNicholas Fortenberry, which is
his stepfather.
Minor Child talks about theteenagers that would come by and

when asked who they were, hesaid too many he mentions and
said that it all started becauseof said the teenagers would
take over his room and take overBrittany's room.
The minor child said thatBrittany and Mr Nick would be at

home when the teenagers werethere.
The minor child said theincidents he discussed were the
only times anything like thathad happened.
The minor child said Brittanytold him she was going to do it
again when he was 13 years old.
The minor child said Brittanytold him after everything was

done and they ate their pizzarolls is when she told him that.

butt on the female diagram.

At the time that all thishappened, this little boy was
seven years old and I believeit's been a few years.
But this affidavit adds so manymore layers.
The minor child talks aboutBritney spanking him and
pinching him.

The minor child said thatBritney spanked him like 20
times and pinched him.
He said that Mr Nick took overand spanked him like 10 times.
Now the minor child said he gotspanked with a slipper and a

belt.
He said Brittany used theslipper and Mr Nick used the
belt.
The minor child said that hewas a good kid.
Then there's a mention of otherincidents Brittany sending
naked pictures to a Brendan andthen also a guy from Arizona and

others.
Minor Child said he's seenpictures of the guy from Arizona
naked on Brittany's phone andMinor Child said she basically
shows everybody everything.

And it doesn't stop there.
Julie Minor Child talks aboutseeing Brittany pee on Nick at a
concert in Ohio on his eighthbirthday.
Minor Child said they got intoa fight and Britney was choking
Nick.
Minor Child said that Mr Nickthreatened to break Britney's
grandma's other hip.
Then, on April 14th 2025, moreinterviews happened at Suzy's
(17:12):
place in Avon.
Another minor present at timesmade no disclosures, but another
minor talked about hearingBrittany and her boyfriend Alex
having intercourse whilewatching a movie describing
moaning, and seeing Brittany ontop of Alex.

There's also mention of drugs.
There's also mention of drugs.
The minor child said Brittanysmoked weed in the woods when
(18:00):
cops were called.
The minor child said that Nickgrew the mushrooms and made weed
muffins.

The last interview was with another minor who was
upset about missing school.
Minor child said he knewBrittany was arrested for raping
and molesting kids.
He learned from his mom butwasn't aware of it happening at
the house.
Minor child said that therewere street kids over maybe 12

or 13 others over maybe 12 or 13others.

Now Patrick Williams, the detective in this case,
concludes by requesting anarrest warrant for Brittany
Fortenberry, who is alreadyincarcerated with bonds set per
the court's schedule.
He swears under penalty ofperjury that these statements
are true, to the best of hisknowledge, and this was signed
on May 21, 2025.

Let's shift gears a little bit, julie.
This case isn't just aboutBrittany.
Her husband, nicholas Fortberry, known as Nick, is also facing
serious charges.
According to the recentdevelopments, nick has been
charged with intimidation andfailure to report stemming from
allegations that he knew aboutBrittany's actions and even

threatened to slaughter one ofthe victims if they spoke out.
One report cites aninvestigator testifying that
Nick told a 13-year-old boyquote if you don't stop what
you're doing with my wife, thenI'm going to kill you in front
of your family, unquote andwarned him not to continue until
he turned 16.
He was released on a $600 bond,but this adds a chilling layer

to the case.

That's absolutely shocking Chop, and it doesn't
end there.
There's been movement onBrittany's legal team as well.
Her original counsel haswithdrawn and she's hired new
representation.
On top of that, her previouslawyers recently requested
psychological exams, citing agood faith belief that she might
suffer from a mental disease ordefect.

However, those exams havereportedly been stopped by new
counsel, leaving us wonderingwhat impact this could have on
her defense strategy movingforward.

affidavit and now, with Nick'scharges and the shakeup in
Brittany's legal team, it'sclear this investigation is far
