Four words will haunt the parents of Brownsburg, Indiana for years to come: "We handled it ourselves." Those words, spoken by daycare administrators who chose their reputation over children's safety, allowed Gabriel Garner to continue working with kids despite multiple red flags and disturbing allegations.

The horror began unfolding when a concerned teacher finally contacted authorities in April 2025, revealing that several incidents involving Garner had been swept under the rug by Main Street University for Kids owner Nancy Minton and director Jennifer Lingbeck. What emerged was a pattern of systematic abuse spanning years - children being inappropriately touched, a perpetrator who asked young girls for kisses, and text messages about three-year-olds with "foot fetishes."

Most disturbing wasn't just what Garner did, but how the daycare responded when parents raised concerns. When a mother reported her five-year-old daughter had been forced to touch Garner's genitals, administrators allegedly showed selective surveillance footage and convinced the family nothing had happened. They conducted their own "investigations" rather than contacting police or DCS as legally required. One parent described feeling "gaslit" into doubting her own child's disclosure.

The consequences of this institutional failure became devastatingly clear when police examined Garner's phone - approximately 125,000 pornographic images, many involving children from the daycare. The horror of what had been allowed to continue through negligence and willful blindness left the community reeling. Now Garner faces 43 felony charges including child molesting, child exploitation, and possession of child pornography, while serious questions remain about why those tasked with protecting children failed so completely.

This case forces us all to examine how well we're protecting society's most vulnerable members. What systems failed these children? How many warning signs were ignored? And what must change to prevent another Gabriel Garner from exploiting positions of trust? Whether you're a parent, educator, or concerned citizen, this story demands we do better. Follow our ongoing coverage of this developing case as we seek answers and accountability for those who couldn't protect themselves.

Speaker 2 (00:37):
Amazing, as always.

Speaker 1 (00:40):
This is where we dive into these cases, man that
shake our communities.
Today, julie and I are tacklinga disturbing story out of
Brownsburg, indiana.
This is the case of GabrielGarner and the Main Street
University for Kids KIDZ.
We're starting with theprobable cause affidavit Cause
number 32D04-2505, mc 000692,filed on May 7th 2025 in

(01:07):
Hendricks County, superior Codenumber 4.
This document from the state ofIndiana versus Gabriel E Garner
is chilling.
We're about to get into it andread it verbatim, narrating the
details as laid out by theBrownsburg Police Department.
Let's get busy.

Speaker 2 (01:24):
The affidavit begins with a statement from a
detective sergeant with theBrownsburg Police Department who
swears under oath that thefacts come from personal
observations, training,experience and information from
other law enforcement andwitnesses.
The document's purpose is toestablish probable cause for a
warrant or charges, not todetail everything the detective

(01:48):
knows.

Speaker 1 (01:49):
Now, according to the affidavit, on April 2nd 2025, a
teacher at Main StreetUniversity for Kids called the
DCS Child Abuse and NeglectHotline to report three
incidents involving an employeenamed Gabriel Garner, an Asian
male born in 2003.
The report stated that Garnerinappropriately touched a

(02:11):
five-year-old girl in his careat the daycare.

Speaker 2 (02:15):
Now, the affidavit also notes a report that Garner
asked another five-year-old girlto kiss him and sent an
inappropriate text to a teacherabout her three-year-old
daughter, suggesting the childhad a foot fetish.
These three complaints werebrought to the attention of the
Main Street staff, the owner, including Nancy Minton, and the

(02:40):
manager, Jennifer Lingbeck.

Speaker 1 (02:43):
Now the affidavit details that Garner allegedly
asked a five-year-old girl tokiss him before a nap in April
of 2024, but no report was madeto the Indiana Department of
Child Servant's hotline at thattime.

Speaker 2 (02:57):
The investigation revealed that in November 2024,
a five-year-old girl, referredto as VM, told her parents that
Garner, known to the kids as MrGabe, asked her to touch his
wee-wee.
A teacher later learned thatwhen the owner, nancy Minton,
and director Jennifer Lingbeckwere informed of this incident,

(03:19):
they did not confront Garnerabout the allegations.

Speaker 1 (03:24):
This affidavit also points out that, once again, no
report was made to lawenforcement or the DCS hotline.
Then, on February 20th 2025,gardner texted a teacher from
his phone, commenting that athree-year-old daughter was
touching his sock and asking ifshe had a foot fetish.
Now, what three-year-old has afreaking foot fetish?

(03:46):
That's a fucking red flag rightthere.
Come on, man.
No shit A three-year-old with afoot fetish.
Maybe he had some flowers onhis socks or something.
She was like ooh, let me touchyour flowers.
It's a fucking three-year-old,yeah well, this shit gets sicker
folks.

Speaker 2 (04:07):
The affidavit emphasizes that the Main Street
staff did not report this to DCSeither.
The teacher made the callherself after realizing these
incidents were never reported.
While the text alone might seemminor, the affidavit stresses
that it's highly relevant giventhe other allegations against
Garner at Main Street Universityfor Kids other allegations
against Garner at Main StreetUniversity for Kids.

Speaker 1 (04:31):
Now, on April 29, 2025, the affidavit states that
a child advocacy centerinterview was conducted with the
child at Susie's place in Avon.
There's Susie's place again.
I love Susie's place, man.
We got to give them propsalways.
They disclosed that Garner toldher to touch his private parts,
pointing to them, and said shedidn't feel safe.

Speaker 2 (04:49):
VM described the incident happening in her
classroom around fall or winterof 2024, when she was five.
Garner was her teacher and shenoted other children were
present when she was made totouch his privates.

Speaker 1 (05:04):
The affidavit recounts that the detective
interviewed VM's parents atSusie's place on April 29th 2025
.
They explained that JB was VM'sprimary teacher but Garner, as
an assistant, was in herclassroom about 80% of the time.

Speaker 2 (05:21):
Now VM's mother shared that on election day of
2024, while they were in line tovote at the polls, vm told both
parents that Mr Gabe had hertouch his privates.

Speaker 1 (05:35):
The affidavit describes how VM's mother took
her to the bathroom to clarifywhat she meant.
Vm explained she touched MrGabe on top of his pants in his
private area, then grabbed hermother's hand and moved it to
her crotch to demonstrate.

Speaker 2 (05:51):
This happened the day before, on November 4th 2024,
near the sensory table in aclassroom blind spot.
According to VM, the affidavitnotes the parents planned to go
to the police but decided toinform the school first.

Speaker 1 (06:08):
VM's mother, KM, told the detective that VM described
Mr Gabe putting her hand insidehis shorts, onto his penis,
making a back-and-forth motion,mimicking masturbation.
The parents immediately went toMain Street University for kids
and told Nancy and JenniferLingbeck I mean, first of all,

(06:32):
that shakes me to my core.
This little girl is going up toher parents and saying this
dude is showing me how to strokehis private parts back and
forth like masturbation.
I mean, I'm confused.
I mean to me, if my little girl, my little three, four-year-old

(06:54):
girl, come and told me thatthis little motherfucker at the
daycare center was trying toshow her how to stroke his shit
back and forth, like that man, Iwould probably I don't know man
, I don't want to say it.
You'd see red definitely See redMotherfucker man.
That shit is pissing me off.

Speaker 2 (07:13):
Now this gets even crazier because the affidavit
reveals that the staff admittedto KM that they had other
complaints about Mr Gabe, butlater claimed that one child had
recanted.
Now Nancy and Jenniferallegedly talked KM and her

(07:35):
husband out of contacting thepolice or DCS.

Speaker 1 (07:40):
So this little girl went to her parents, said that
this dude showed me how to rubhis penis back and forth like
masturbation, and they talkedthe parents out of going to the
fucking police.
Ok, well, according to theaffidavit, mitten and Lingbeck
showed KM surveillance videos, insisting a moment where VM and

(08:00):
Garner were dancing and her handlanded on his parts, where what
she meant.
They claim no otherinteractions occurred and said
they conducted their owninvestigation.

Speaker 2 (08:12):
Yeah, they said in that video that the little
girl's hand had just hit hispants.

Speaker 1 (08:18):
Well, how did it accidentally hit his pants?
And then he showed her how togo up and down with it.
That's fucked up, man.

Speaker 2 (08:22):
and then he showed her how to go up and down with
it.
That's fucked up, man.
Now KM told the detective shepointed out a blind spot on the
classroom camera where VM saidthe incident happened and
expressed discomfort she feltthe school gaslit her into
believing nothing occurred, convincing her not to call the

(08:43):
police.
That's exactly what they did.

Speaker 1 (08:46):
Exactly the affidavit describes KM explaining to
Minton would show her videoclips and say things like see
how that's not possible.
Or point out Garner was alonefor only five minutes before
another teacher entered, implying no time for misconduct.
Five minutes is plenty offucking time for misconduct.

Speaker 2 (09:07):
The affidavit underscores that Main Street
staff never reported theallegations to DCS or law
enforcement.
When the victim's mother laterspoke with DCS, who checked on
VM, she mentioned VM's recentsleep issues, wearing pull-ups
and therapy visits, noting thatVM woke up every night for 12

(09:30):
weeks during the time shedescribed Garner's actions.

Speaker 1 (09:34):
KM told the detectives that after DCS
contacted them on April 2, 2025,Minton requested a meeting that
Friday.
Minton repeatedly listedreasons why Garner couldn't have
harmed VM at the school.

Speaker 2 (09:48):
The affidavit notes KM's frustrations when Minton
claimed we didn't call thepolice because you didn't want
us to.
Km told the detective shedidn't trust Minton and felt
Minton shifted theresponsibility of reporting to
her.
Wow.

Speaker 1 (10:07):
The detective emphasized at KM that Main
Street University for kids witha Z had legal and moral duty, as
mandatory reporters, to contactDCS or police and failing to do
so is a criminal act underIndiana law.
Abso-fucking-lutely it is.

Speaker 2 (10:24):
On April 30th 2025, the affidavit states the
detective met with a teacher whoworked at the Main Street since
2022 and knew Mr Gabe.
She had heard complaints aboutGarner and questioned why no
action was taken about.

Speaker 1 (10:45):
Garner and questioned why no action was taken.
Jb told the detectives that shehad discussed mandatory
reporting with Jennifer Lingbeckat least twice, citing DCS and
Indiana licensing requirements.
She once reported afour-year-old's concerning
statement about blood in hisstool, but the staff deemed it
unnecessary to contact DCS.
Jb reported it anyway, thoughit was substantiated.

Speaker 2 (11:10):
Sorry, that's a long word y'all.

Speaker 1 (11:12):
I did want to say one thing.
I know I'm breaking up thestory here.
We've been having some commentson Facebook like that we may be
reporting some rumors and shit.
I want to tell you guyssomething that listened to us we
report nothing but facts.
We research everything that wesay and we're doing nothing but
reporting shit and keepingpeople informed to keep these

(11:33):
children safe in here.
Man, I've been kind of holdingmy tongue.
Man, I really have the realchop's about to come out because
I'm getting really tired ofreading these stories and people
protecting and not reportingshit.
I'm about ready to startdiscovering where these schools
are getting funding and notreporting shit.
There's some fucked up shit and69 South is about ready to

(11:56):
catch y'all's ass in some shit.
You could count on that.
But let's get back to the story.

Speaker 2 (12:00):
Now the affidavit details JB providing recordings
of two conversations withJennifer Lingbeck where she
explained they conducted anin-house investigation and only
report to DCS if there's a childacting out or video proof.
Jb also shared notes with datesand questions she asked during

(12:22):
these talks.
She also shared notes withdates and questions she asked
during these talks.

Speaker 1 (12:25):
Now JB referenced a Brownsburg-Brown Elementary case
about non-reporting and theaffidavit notes Lingbeck and
Minton justified their in-houseinvestigations.
Jb had a similar unrecordedconversation with Minton, who
echoed Lingbeck's stance.

Speaker 2 (12:46):
The affidavit moves to May 2, 2025, when the
detective met Gabriel Garner.
The detective thanked Garnerfor coming in, noting he was
free to leave at any time.
Garner said he started at MainStreet in 2021 via a Brownsburg
high school internship.

Speaker 1 (13:02):
Garner told the detective he worked there until
recently, now driving for AmazonAt the daycare.
He was a teacher or assistantfor four and five-year-old
preschool kindergartners.

Speaker 2 (13:14):
When asked about training, garner described a
chaotic start, with the directorquitting and Nancy Minton
stepping in the affidavit notes.
He said nobody was properlytrained, with only sporadic
guidance and onlinecertification courses.

Speaker 1 (13:32):
Garner explained to the detective that he'd print
certificates from online coursesand hand them to staff with no
progress checks.
When asked about mandatoryreporting training for abuse, he
admitted it was self-guided anddisorganized.

Speaker 2 (13:48):
The affidavit states Garner mentioned a child wearing
the same clothes, suggestingneglect, but felt parents should
have handled it.
He agreed with the detectivethat he was the kid's first line
of defense but he didn't feelresponsible for stepping in.

Speaker 1 (14:03):
Don't you think that's a little bit different?
I mean, maybe parents are realfucking busy, maybe they have
four or five kids, maybe thekids come in wearing the same
damn britches.
So fucking what you need toreport?
A dude that's showing a littlegirl how to go up and down with
his hand near his britches.
I'm just saying, man, that's adifferent story.
Do you feel what I'm saying?

Speaker 2 (14:24):
Exactly.

Speaker 1 (14:25):
I'll tell you what.
69 South is getting reallytired of the bullshit that is
not being reported.
We are only here to protectkids.
If you don't want your nameblasted on 69 South, don't fuck
around with little kids.
That's the bottom line.
Get back to the story Now.
Garner told the detectives thathe left the daycare because his
reducing his daycare hours.

Speaker 2 (14:51):
He said Nancy Minton and Jennifer Lingbeck ran the
place and Minton treated himwell over his four years there
the detective informed Garnerthey were discussing a DCS
report, possibly something MainStreet had already addressed
with him.
Garner said Minton and Lingbeckrecently called warning him

(15:12):
police might contact him about apast incident they claimed was
resolved with parents.
So they called to warn him.

Speaker 1 (15:19):
Yeah, they called to warn him.
I feel like funding is moreimportant than these little
babies is safety, don't you?
I mean, there's something there.

Speaker 2 (15:28):
We're going to dig into this.
It's a daycare, more like apreschool.
I know man.

Speaker 1 (15:33):
We are going to dig into this shit in these schools.
Man, something funky is goingon and we're right there.
We're right there, people, soyou better be watching your ass.
I'm telling you.
The affidavit notes that Garnersaid the daycare reviewed
camera footage, found nothingand the parents accepted it.
When asked if this was thetouching incident, garner

(15:54):
confirmed it was appearingnervous cotton mouth and
laughing.
Ha Fucking dry mouth andlaughing.

Speaker 2 (16:01):
Garner identified the child as VM who disclosed.
He placed her hand on his penis.
He said the daycare called hima month before aligning with the
April 2, 2025 DCS report.

Speaker 1 (16:14):
When asked about the kissing allegation with another
girl, Garner denied it, sayingit was another resolved incident
involving a girl named JL, age5.
The affidavit notes that heclaimed the daycare showed
parents.
No evidence existed.

Speaker 2 (16:28):
The detective asked when the touching incident
occurred, and Garner estimatedfour or five months prior,
around November or December of2024, matching VM's November 4th
allegation.
He said it was the day hereturned to work.

Speaker 1 (16:44):
When asked if any kids touched him, garner
hesitated saying Well, not thatI can remember.
The detective mentioned camerafootage showing something with
VM asking why he did it.
Garner cited a rough upbringing, with arguing parents.

Speaker 2 (17:00):
Oh shit, let's just blame it on our parents.

Speaker 1 (17:02):
Oh my parents fucked with me so I didn't want to
report that this little girl was.
I made this little girl touchme in my private parts.

Speaker 2 (17:10):
Now the affidavit describes Garner saying vm was
on his lap and her hand justwent there on top of his clothes
.
He admitted, knowing it waswrong, but denied touching vm's
vagina, breast or butt, claimingher hand only touched his penis
over his clothes.
So he's sitting there admittingit.

(17:32):
What happened happened to thedaycare director oh, miss Nancy
and Miss Jennifer and theirgaslighting video of oh, that's
where she accidentally touchedhim.

Speaker 1 (17:46):
Garner denied being erect, smiling and laughing.
See that shit right there.
Oh my God, makes me want tosmash this motherfucker.
I'm sorry.
Even when asked if he woreshorts, which VM said he did, he
claimed it happened once, shrugging when asked why he
chose VM citing a bad day andstress.

Speaker 2 (18:07):
The detective asked if Garner put VM's hand on his
penis and moved it side to side, mimicking masturbation.
Garner said I don't think so,suggesting it was because he
lacked a girlfriend, smiling asif enjoying the discussion that
he's having with this detective.

Speaker 1 (18:26):
So ha ha, I don't have a girlfriend.
But this little girl, oh my God, this motherfucker.
The affidavit notes Garner'sawkward comment that we are
human and that was a little girl.
But you know what I mean.
He admitted it was wrong, denied masturbating.
Afterward he said that he feltguilt, maybe doing it to see

(18:48):
what it would feel like.
Right, there's a sickmotherfucker.

Speaker 2 (18:52):
When asked if he found kids attractive, garner
laughed without answering.
That says it all.
He admitted to occasionalpornography and talking to girls
his age, the affidavithighlights his frequent laughing
even when discussing his ownactions.

Speaker 1 (19:09):
Garner said he didn't think about it until the
daycare's call, seemingly toenjoy recalling the events.
He confirmed Mittens andLeanbacks told him that they
investigated his allegations.

Speaker 2 (19:21):
The detective asked again why he chose VM.
Gardner said she enjoyed himmore than other kids who also
loved him.
He denied giving VM specialsuckers, saying he gave them to
everyone and confirmed otherkids.
But no adults were presentduring the act.

Speaker 1 (19:39):
Regarding the kissing incident with JL, garner denied
it, smiling and noting that hewas close with JL's parents,
upset by their complaint.
The affidavit states that thedaycare investigated all
allegations, with Lingbackinforming Garner.

Speaker 2 (19:55):
The detective brought up a February 2025 text Garner
sent to a teacher about herthree-year-old daughter touching
his socks, jokingly asking ifshe had a foot fetish.
Garner laughed, calling thechild goofy and the text a joke,
but the teacher found it veryinappropriate it's all a big

(20:16):
fucking joke to this dude, ain'tit?

Speaker 1 (20:19):
the affidavit notes that the detective asked garner
if he took pictures of kids.
He said only during play.
When the detective requestedhis phone for a search warrant,
garner handed it over, providinghis passcode.
Blah blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, his birthday.

Speaker 2 (20:36):
The detective read the warrant explaining they
checked photos, gps and messages.
Garner's demeanor changed whenphotos were mentioned, putting
his head down.
He denied child porn butadmitted to daycare kids
pictures being on his phone.

Speaker 1 (20:53):
When asked if the kids were clothed, garner said
yes, but admitted the photosshowed kids turned around
focusing on their butts mostlygirls.
He laughed.
When asked if he was attractedto young girls denying actively
looking at them, he fuckinglaughed.
How in the fuck do you laugh Ifyou're asked if little girls

(21:13):
turn you on and you fuckinglaugh?
That should be—.

Speaker 2 (21:17):
There's no help for people like that.

Speaker 1 (21:18):
None.

Speaker 2 (21:19):
No, they don't get better ever, they're just sick
individuals.
Now this affidavit statesGarner admitting being too far
into it and that working withkids wasn't his goal.
When the detective suggested heneeded help, he laughed, saying

(21:40):
of course I don't.

Speaker 1 (21:41):
Then no, Garner listed phone contents daycare
kids photos, girls butts, pictures of him touching a
girl's clothed bottom and one ofa girl touching his clothed
penis.
He denied touching vaginas, admitting kissing hands and said
he masturbated to the photo athome with a roommate.

(22:03):
This motherfucker was jackingoff to pictures that he took of
the little daycare babies withhis roommate.
Get the fuck out of here here, sorry it's cussing and
discussing folks.
I'm pissed the fuck off.

Speaker 2 (22:16):
I'm sorry for the cussing but I'm not on may 2nd
2025, a warrant was served tosearch garner's iphone 15.

(22:37):
The affid between girls'buttocks in a classroom setting.

Speaker 1 (22:43):
So does that mean they had pictures of his erect
penis touching kids or throughhis fucking sweatpants?

Speaker 2 (22:51):
or something, no kids .
Or like through his likefucking sweatpants.
No I that.

Speaker 1 (22:57):
That reads to me like he had it out and he had it in
the on a little girl imagesincluding garner's penis on
sleeping girls faces and a childon his lap with his penis
against her, and clothed kidsoutside with panties pulled up,
his penis against their cracks.

Speaker 2 (23:27):
The content is described as vile, you fucking
think, including upskirt photosGarner's erect penis in kid's
mouth with shorts on and barepenis penetrating a
pre-kindergarten girl's buttocks, dated from 2023 to November of

(23:47):
2024.

Speaker 1 (23:49):
Well, that answers my question.
It was this bare little tinyChinese penis that was fucking.
Oh my God, this pisses me off.
Additionally, there wasInternet images of group
messages with childpornographers, with
approximately one hundred andtwenty five thousand pornography
images still being processed.
Based on this, the detectiverequested probable cause for

(24:12):
child molesting, a level onefelony.

Speaker 2 (24:15):
The affidavit concludes, with the detective
swearing under penalties ofperjury, that the facts are true
and this was signed byDetective Sergeant Wells on May
6th of 2025.
Now, that's the end of theaffidavit and it's absolutely
chilling.

Speaker 1 (24:31):
That is chilling AF.
It's absolutely chilling.
That is chilling AF.
This affidavit paints a grimpicture of what went down at
Main Street University for kids,KIDZ, and now Gabriel Garner's
facing serious consequences.
Let's break this down the 43charges he's up against.
I mean, how are these chargesorganized?

Speaker 2 (24:50):
These charges are heavy, based on the affidavit.
The 43 counts are sorted intofive categories under Indiana's
criminal code.
Here's the breakdown Childmolesting, a level one felony,
which is one count.
Sexual conduct with a childunder 14 by someone at least 21
years of age it's the mostserious charge.

(25:13):
At least 21 years of age, it'sthe most serious charge.
Then we go to child molesting,a level four felony, and there's
10 counts, and that is fondlingor touching a child under 14 to
arouse sexual desires.
Then we have child exploitationa level four felony 29 counts.

(25:34):
Creating or possessing visualmaterial of kids under 18 in
sexual conduct with aggravatingfactors like victims under 12 or
graphic content.
Then we get to vicarious sexualgratification.
Then gratification, a levelfour felony one count.

(25:55):
This is inducing a child under14 for sexual gratification.
Then we have possession ofchild pornography, a level five
felony one count with anaggravating factor for material
involving a kid under 12.

Speaker 1 (26:10):
So 43 charges, with 29 just for child exploitation.
After the affidavit it's noshock, but it's still staggering
.
What's the worst case scenarioif Garner gets the max on all
these?
Hopefully it's a lifetime50,000.

Speaker 2 (26:25):
It's a massive, massive number If the judge
hands down the maximum for eachcount and stacks them
consecutively.
Here's the math.

Speaker 1 (26:38):
I hope Judge Jeffrey Bowles is ahead of this damn
case.

Speaker 2 (26:41):
It's Henderson County right, isn't he retired?

Speaker 1 (26:43):
Man, I think he's retired, but I hope not boy,
because he would put the hammeron this punk-ass dude's ass.

Speaker 2 (26:50):
So here's the math for a level one felony, that's
40 years.
The four felonies, 10 for okay, the 40 level four felonies, 10
for molesting, 29 forexploitation, one for

(27:12):
gratification.
Each carries 12 years.
So 40 times 12 is 480 years.
A level five felony forpossession is six years.
So 40 times 12 is 480 years.
A level five felony forpossession is six years.
That's a total of 526 years,plus fines up to $430,000.

Speaker 1 (27:25):
I think they should give him a break.
I think they should give him500 years and then 26 years on
probation.
526 years.
That's practically a medievalsentence.
But I mean, is that realistic?
What's the minimum he's lookingat, you think?

Speaker 2 (27:40):
Good question.
Indiana law caps consecutivesentences for a single episode
of criminal conduct at 42 years.
For a level one felony likelyinvolving multiple victims and
incidences, the judge couldstack them higher minimum if all
consecutive the level 1, 20,the level 4, 40 times 2 is 80,

(28:11):
the level 5 is one year, sothat's 101 years.
If some run concurrently itcould drop to 20 years, but with
this many charges it's unlikely.

Speaker 1 (28:17):
A hundred and one years minimum is still a life
sentence, and those fines are nojoke.
After that affidavit, it'sclear why the state's throwing
the book at him.
I think they need to throw thewhole damn encyclopedia like the
whole thing you could buy onthat motherfucker.

Speaker 2 (28:32):
Absolutely Chuck.

Speaker 1 (28:33):
That shit pisses me off.
Where was the other people?
I mean, shouldn't there be twopeople in a room?
I mean, when you're watchingthat many kids?

Speaker 2 (28:42):
I don't know.
We didn't send our kids todaycare Hell.
No, we didn't send our kids.

Speaker 1 (28:46):
The reason is like this this is bullshit.
I remember, I swear, when wewere kids it seemed like shit
was so much different man youcould trust the old ladies at
the daycare.
Matter of fact, your mama run adaycare man and I would put
anybody in front of her.
She's so sweet, still alive, 80some years old, still an angel,
yeah, we love you, mama, welove you man granny hug so

(29:11):
that's what I'm saying, though.
The people nowadays are sodifferent, man, why ain't they?
It just blows my mind, man, itreally does.
It just seemed like old schoolpeople old school grannies cared
a hell of a lot more man.
I never seen them.
Old women hire dudes or try tomake kids touch their privates,
and shit man, it's just adifferent fucking world.
Privates and shit man, it'sjust a different fucking world.

(29:33):
Now let's shift our narrativeto Nancy Minton, the owner, and
Jennifer Lingbeck, the director.
They were told about thesehorrific allegations and chose
not to report to police or DCS,despite being mandated reporters
.
Instead, they did their owninvestigation and allegedly
gaslit parents into thinkingnothing happened.

(29:56):
Julie, what kind of troubleshould they be in?

Speaker 2 (30:02):
This is just infuriating, as mandated
reporters, minton and Lingbeckhad a legal duty to report any
suspicion of child abuseimmediately.
By sitting on these allegationsthey could face serious charges
under Indiana law.
Here is what is on the tablefor them Failure to report child

(30:23):
abuse is a class B misdemeanorwith up to 180 days in jail and
a thousand dollar fine.
If their delay led to kidsbeing harmed, like Garner
continuing to abuse, it's alevel six felony six months to
two and a half years, and it'sup to a $10,000 fine.
They could be looking at.
Obstruction of justiceConducting their own

(30:44):
investigation could be seen asinterfering with law enforcement
.
That's a level six felony withthe same penalties.
And then you have neglect of adependent Allowing Garner to
stay around kids afterallegations could be
endangerment a level six felony.
But if kids were seriouslyharmed, it's a level three

(31:05):
felony three to 16 years and a$10,000 fine.
And then official misconduct Iftheir state licensed facility
failed its reporting duty.
That's another level six felonySix months to two and a half
years, along with a fine up to$10,000.

Speaker 1 (31:24):
I mean that's a lot, man.
I mean really, what the fuckdoes it boil down to?
Did you start a daycare serviceto help people keep their kids
safe while you're out thereworking trying to make a living?
Or you started a daycare tostack up racks?
You know what I mean.

Speaker 2 (31:40):
Well, in their worst-case scenario, if they get
hit with all these, you knowthey could be charged with one
count of each.
Consecutively could face up to23.5 years and 40 grand in fines
.
If tied to multiple victims, say 10 from Garner's case it

(32:01):
could climb like 25 years justfor failure to report the
minimum, possibly probation.
But with these charges that's along shot 23.5?

Speaker 1 (32:13):
Let's round that shit up to 50.
I mean 23.5?
Let's round that shit up to 50.
I mean 23.5 is serious.
But gaslighting parents whilekids are at risk, that's fucking
disgusting.
How do you even defend thatshit?

Speaker 2 (32:26):
you don't.
Mandated.
Reporters are there to protectkids, not shield predators.
The affidavit suggests they hadenough to suspect something,
yet they played gatekeeper.
If that let Garner keep hurtingkids, the law should come down
hard.

Speaker 1 (32:44):
I agree 100%.
This could have been stoppedsooner if they'd done their job.
They're likely facing criminalcharges and civil lawsuits.
Listeners, should Mitten andLingbeck face the full weight of
these charges?
Let us know on Next what youthink.

Speaker 2 (32:59):
Or Facebook.

Speaker 1 (33:02):
We are also trying to start our one hour and a half
everyday morning news man, keeping you all informed about
the truth, about what's going onin society.
We want to hold peopleaccountable.
Man, Come support us if you canon Patreon.
Man, Let us get this shitstarted so we can keep you guys
informed.
We only report the facts andthe truth.

(33:24):
So y'all on Facebook who try tocall us out for talking about
rumors, y'all bullshit.

Speaker 2 (33:29):
Fact check me.

Speaker 1 (33:30):
Fact check us.
We talk real shit and we onlywant to protect you and your
kids.
Period.

Speaker 2 (33:39):
Hold on, Chop, it gets worse.
Main Street University for Kidswith a Z, owned by Minton, is
state licensed until it was shutdown when these allegations
surfaced.
I've got inspection reports anda letter from the Indiana

(34:00):
Family and Social ServicesAdministration and this place
had issues long before this case.

Speaker 1 (34:07):
So they've got a track record of problems.
That's bad news for a childcare center.

Speaker 2 (34:12):
The inspection reports show a pattern.
Care center.
The inspection reports show apattern.
On october 26th of 2020, thestate found two of five staff
files lacked first aid trainingdocumentation, violating indiana
regulation 470, iac 3-4.7-35.

(34:32):
They fixed it by november 16,2020.
On December 2, 2021, they werecited for leaving a child
unsupervised in a classroombathroom, breaking the Indiana
Code 3-4-7-48 on child-to-staffratios, which was resolved the

(34:57):
next day.

Speaker 1 (34:58):
Well, hopefully the Chinese dude wasn't in there in
the bathroom that day.
Damn, leaving a kid alone inthe bathroom, that's a huge red
flag.
You're trusting them with yourchildren.
They can't slip up like that.
What else they got going on,man?

Speaker 2 (35:12):
On October 26th 2022, two years to the date from a
previous violation.
They had issues with kids files.
Five of ten lacked physicals, two missed current immunizations
, one didn't have parent workinfo, four lacked child
development info and eightmissed extracurricular

(35:34):
permission slips.
Three infant files, likefeeding plans in the infant room
, missed a physician signature,violating more laws.
So they had to fix all that byNovember 30th of 2022.

Speaker 1 (35:48):
That is kind of a mess man, julie.
Missing medical recordssupervision lapses.
This isn't just one mistake,it's negligence, negligence.
Then the FSSA steps in right.

Speaker 2 (36:01):
Exactly On May 8, 2025, the FSSA issued an
emergency closure order for MainStreet University for kids at
325 East Main Street, brownsburg, Indiana.
At 325 East Main Street, brownsburg, indiana.
The letter signed by AdamAllison from the Office of Early
Childhood, cites informationreceived on May 6, 2025 about

(36:24):
sexual abuse or exploitation ofkids, plus an ongoing police
investigation.
They invoked Indiana Code 12-17, 2-4-18.7, stating violations
posed an immediate threat andthey noted lack of supervision

(36:45):
led to serious injury of atleast one child.

Speaker 1 (36:49):
Shit Lack of supervision.
Again Tying back to that 2021bathroom incident.
The affidavit shows Minton andLingbeck didn't report Garner's
allegations and now the FSSAcalls that supervision failure
conscious and systematic.
That's fucked up.

Speaker 2 (37:08):
It is.
The FSSA shut them downimmediately, telling Minton she
could request a meeting within10 days or appeal within 30, but
the center had to stay closed.
They even directed parents tofind new child care via the
state's referral agency and getthis.
There were already 11 criticalhealth and safety violations on

(37:32):
record before this.

Speaker 1 (37:33):
So 11 critical violations?
That's a neon sign saying we'renot keeping your kids safe.
Systematic supervision failuresleading to abuse.
No one in the state pulled theplug.
This was a disaster waiting tohappen and those kids paid the
price.
And look man, I get man.
Maybe these two ladies startedthis daycare system wanting to

(37:57):
help kids, wanting to take careof kids.
Do you think money just came?
More important?

Speaker 2 (38:04):
The reputation of their daycare.
Absolutely, it did yeah.

Speaker 1 (38:07):
I mean people if you're going to start a daycare
system to help kids.
It is not that freakingdifficult to take care of kids
in the right fucking way.
It's not.

Speaker 2 (38:18):
And these children.
They paid the price Frommissing records in 2020 to
supervision lapses in 2021,violations in 2022, and now this
2025 closure.
It's clear Minton and Lingbeckweren't running a tight ship.
Their failure to report garnersfits this pattern of negligence
.

Speaker 1 (38:38):
It's a pattern.
All right.
They had years to fix thesethings, but instead they let it
slide until it exploded in theworst way.
Parents trusted them and thisis what they get.
Heartbreaking listeners.
What do you think about this?
Daycare failures, man?
Share it to us on the X.

Speaker 2 (38:54):
What do you think about this daycare failures man,
share it to us on the X.
Now, before we dive into publicreactions, I want to give you a
quick update on the GabrielGarner case status.
Court records show a $600,000cash bond was set during his
initial hearing.
On May 9th, garner appeared viavideo link from custody and as

(39:18):
of May 10th there's noindication.
The bond has been posted and heremains in custody.
That is the highest bond amountcash I have ever seen in any of
the stories that we have everreported.
Good for them.

Speaker 1 (39:33):
Absolutely that's good to know that his punk ass
ain't back out on the streets.
What's next for the court dates?
You think, baby?

Speaker 2 (39:39):
The next dates are pre-trial conference on June
30th and then a jury trial isset for July 22nd 2025.
But you know how those go theyalways get pushed back.
There's multiple no-contactorders were issued to protect
the victims.
Back there's multiple nocontact orders were issued to
protect the victims, and he wasappointed counsel like a public

(40:02):
defender, and so that's about it.

Speaker 1 (40:06):
Well, I'll tell you what 69 South is not going to
let this bullshit slide underthe rug, like everything else
seems to be sliding under therug.
69 South is going to keep youguys in freaking facts to these
cases.
Man, we're tired of this shitgetting brought on the news and
the swept under the rug and thenthese guys getting a little bit

(40:29):
of this, a little bit of that.
We're tired of it.
It's bullshit.
We know you guys are tired ofit, man, and just stay in tune
with us.
We will update our listeners asthis case moves on.
Now let's talk about whatpeople are saying online about
the Main Street University forKids.
There is a Facebook post from aformer employee, anna Miller,

(40:53):
that's been making big waves.

Speaker 2 (40:55):
Anna's post paints a troubling picture of the
daycare's work environment.
She says she just earned $8.25an hour to run an entire
classroom for over 12 hours aday.
Most days that's grueling foranyone, especially caring for
young kids.
When she asked to go part-timeto focus on tattooing caring for

(41:17):
young kids.
When she asked to go part-timeto focus on tattooing, nancy
Minton pressured her to keepthose long hours in over-ratio
rooms.
Too many kids for one staffmember to handle safely.

Speaker 1 (41:26):
Damn, that's rough, julie.
Anna said that when she toldMinton that she couldn't keep up
.
Minton's response was that'snot my problem.
Anna walked out despite lovingher job and the kids.
You can feel how heartbrokenshe was to leave those children
man.

Speaker 2 (41:41):
That's so sad and get this Milton told Anna because
of the way I look, any employerwould have me drug tested.
Have me drug tested.
So just because Anna had aseptum piercing and two tattoos,
this strongly suggests MainStreet wasn't drug testing

(42:01):
employees.

Speaker 1 (42:02):
Oh, tattoos is bad.
I'll tell you what man.
I know a lot of more cooler, nicer people that wouldn't fuck
around with kids with tattoos, and I do not.
That's a massive red flag Ifthey're skipping drug tests,
what else were they neglecting?
The affidavit already showedspotty training on mandatory
reporting.
Garner himself said that thatwas a mess, mostly self-guided.

(42:23):
No, drug testing means theyweren't ensuring staff were fit
to care for kids.

Speaker 2 (42:29):
Exactly.
Anna's post doesn't hold backeither.
She's calling for Minton andLingback to be arrested for
concealing child abuse evidenceand not firing Garner when
allegations arose.
She's horrified and urgesparents and mandatory reporters
to report suspected abuse toproper hotlines.

Speaker 1 (42:47):
And his experience shows.
A workplace already struggling, overworked staff, ignored
protocols and now we see thedevastating consequences.
It's not just Garner's actions,it's a systematic failure at
Main Street University for kids.

Speaker 2 (43:03):
It really puts it all into perspective.
This case is about a daycarethat failed kids at every single
turn.
We'll keep digging and sharingupdates with our listeners.

Speaker 1 (43:16):
That was a happy episode, folks.
We've unpacked the disturbingcase at Main Street University
for kids Gabriel Gardner's 43charges, child molesting and
exploitation, nancy Milton andJennifer Lingback's failure as
mandated reporters, a history ofviolations and the state's
emergency closure on May 8, 2025.

(43:38):
The outrage on X and AnnaMiller's post show how betrayed
this community feels.

Speaker 2 (43:44):
It's a stark reminder of why we do this.
Someone has to speak up forthese kids, and our kids deserve
better than what Minton andLinkback and Garner gave them.
If they cared, they'd have putsafety first, not their
daycare's reputation or bottomline.
It's betrayal of every parent'strust.
We're not done with this story.

We'll follow it to the end, bringing you every single update
