Court records say this man,59-year-old Nathan Bailey,
allegedly admitted that he hadchild porn on his phone and
claimed that he had the mentalcapacity of a 10-year-old.
Bailey denied to police that heengaged in any sexual activity
with children.
All he did was quote lookylooky, no touchy.

Officers eventually found 23videos, 10 images, of child
pornography in Bailey'spossession.
Documents show Bailey claims hewas a licensed daycare and
youth pastor for the past 10years at New Life Christian
Church in Paragon, indiana.
Tonight, though, the churchsays he's never been employed
there.
His initial hearing scheduledfor Monday afternoon.

the probable cause affidavitbecause our Facebook page has
been blowing up.
People want to know the scoopon this dude.

And we got it Well, just the probable cause so far.

And, as the newscast said, mr Bailey did claim like
for the past 10 years he'd beena youth minister and a licensed
daycare worker at New LifeBaptist Church or not Baptist
Church, but New Life ChristianChurch in Paragon, indiana.

I don't know if they have a daycare.
I don't know if they weretalking about there, but he did
say that.
But people have reached outfrom the church and had
differing opinions or statementsand comments, but we'll get
into those.

later they stated that he was never employed with
the church.

But let's get into this probable cause affidavit.
And let me just forewarn youthis is nasty.
It's ugly If you have kids withyou.
This is not a time to listen tothis podcast, as we're going to
be discussing some pretty nastythings.

Here on 69 South we have seen some disgusting shit,
but the content of these videosthat were found on this man's
devices were just the worst thatI've ever heard of.
You can't get a picture in yourmind of the shit that this dude
had on his phone.
The videos are just horrendous.

But anyway, we'll get into theprobable cause affidavit.
Speaker 1 (03:01):
On April 24th 2025, one of the County detectives was
contacted by another Countydetective at the sheriff's
office.
The deputy advised me that heneeded to an assistance with an
incident His shift was dealingwith and the current the current
on-call detective was tied upon a death investigations.
(03:22):
I then advised the deputy thatI was able to assist and he had
him brief me on this incident.
Speaker 3 (03:31):
The deputy stated that uniformed deputies were
called to a house inMartinsville after receiving a
call from a group called bikersagainst predators.
The deputy stated that thegroup had information that an
individual, whom is identifiedas nathan bailey, was in
(03:54):
possession of child pornography.
The deputy also stated thatduring interactions with the
other deputies on the scene thatthey made contact with Nathan
and Nathan stated he did havechild pornography on his phone.

I was later advised that the deputies were able to
take possession of Nathan'sphone, that he willingly gave it
to the deputies and that Nathanhad agreed to come to the
sheriff's office for aninterview.
Speaker 3 (04:25):
Now, detective Sargent met me at the sheriff's
department and shortly after myarrival we begin the interview
with Nathan.
A summary of the interview isas follows.
Speaker 1 (04:37):
Nathan was advised of his rights.
Nathan signed a waiver of hisrights and agreed to speak with
detective and myself.
Nathan claims to have had themhas the mental capacity of a 10
year old.
I will advise more on thislater in the report.
Speaker 3 (04:52):
Nathan tells us that he met a guy on Facebook named
Jason.
Later in the interview, nathansays that Jason is a Jason Kamel
.
Nathan continues saying that hemet Jason in a Facebook group
called Fur Babies and that aftertalking to Jason, he asked him
(05:15):
to move their conversations toTelegram.
Nathan said that after theytalked for a little while, that
Jason suggested child porn forhim.
Nathan said that one thing ledto another and that Jason had
some videos for him to check out.
Nathan said that Jason sent hima link and when he clicked on
(05:39):
the link, it contained childpornography.
Nathan said that the link itmainly contained videos of
children engaged in sex acts,but also received images as well
.
Nathan said the videos andimages he received were of
children under the age of threeyears old.
Speaker 1 (06:02):
I then asked Nathan to tell me more about the sex
acts that were being performed.
Nathan said some would be adultmales having anal sex with the
children and oral sex.
Nathan said also that therewere adult women engaging in
oral sex with children.
Nathan said the children wereall males in the videos and
images.
Speaker 3 (06:23):
Nathan then talks about another individual he
communicated with on Telegram.
Nathan says that he is not surewho the individual was, but
said his screen name was BigCock.
Nathan said that Big Cock alsosent him videos and images of
child porn.
(06:43):
Nathan said that when hereceived these from that guy,
that he saved them to his phoneand that he did this so he could
send them back to Jason.

I bet that dude's screen name was probably just
the opposite of what the truthis, that's so disgusting.
Nathan says that after sometime he tried getting on his
Telegram app and he had beenblocked from using it.
Nathan said he suspects it wasdue to the child porn.
Nathan said he has triedreaching out to Telegram to be
able to access the app again,but hasn't received any

communication back from them.

So this guy is locked out ofhis child pornography account on
Telegram and has the goalbecause he can't get back in oh,

Nathan also talks about acomment that he made to Jason.
Nathan says that he made aninnocent comment about being
with a child in the past.
Nathan was adamant through theentire interview that he has not
engaged with any physical sexacts with the children, that all

Nathan did say that there hadbeen accusations in the past
that he had been engaged insexual activity with the
children, but denied it everhappening.

Nathan says that he met an individual named Justine
on Telegram and they startedcommunicating.
Nathan says that Justinesuggested child porn to him.
Nathan said that Justine wantedhim to pay for the child porn.
Nathan then went and got a giftcard a $30 Apple gift card and

sent Justine a picture of thereceipt for the purchase, the
identifying numbers for the giftcard a $30 Apple gift card and
sent Justine a picture of thereceipt for the purchase, the
identifying numbers for the giftcard, and that he received two
videos containing child porn inreturn.
Nathan said that he didn'tremember exactly where he
purchased the gift card from,but said it was in Martinsville
at either the Dollar Tree or theDollar General type store.

Nathan tells us that he knows this is wrong.
Nathan says that he knows hecan go to jail for this and even
says that he has researched thepenalties for this type of
offense.
Nathan told us that he thinksthe jail time is one year for
this type of offense.
Nathan also said that heresearched these penalties
recently.

Do you think a person with the mindset of a
10-year-old is going to look upconsequences to these crimes?

No, hell no, and he knows he looked them up because
that's why he was trying to.

But Nathan also told us that when he would receive
links, videos or imagescontaining child pornography,
that he would distribute thoseto other people as well.

Nathan said that Linda told himthat he could have her child if
he would pay for her.
Nathan said that she requested$30 for him in order to do so.
Nathan said that he never did.
Nathan said that Linda claimedto be local.
Nathan said that he told herthat he was from Indiana and she
told him that she was as well.

Nathan tells us that he also actively watches regular
porn as well as child porn.
I asked Nathan if he getsaroused when watching regular
porn, and he says that he does.
I asked Nathan if he mastersbaits while watching regular
porn.
He says he does baits whilewatching regular porn.
He says he does.
Now I asked Nathan if he getsaroused while watching child

porn, and he says that he doesand that he also does other
things while watching stuff likethat.

Nathan also shares with us that he has been
utilizing therapy andacknowledges that he does have a
problem.

Nathan said that he uses ZocDocand does online therapy with a
therapist.
Nathan says that his therapistquote unquote Joanne suggested
to him that he get rid of thechild porn that he had.
Nathan said that his therapysessions is one hour in length

on his phone through video, andhe doesn't have any.
He doesn't have therapy everyday.
Nathan said that his insuranceonly covers a certain amount of
sessions and that he has to waituntil he can use his benefits
for more sessions.
Nathan did say that Joanne toldhim if he had urges that he
could contact her regardless.

Nathan admits to having theurges recently, but did not
communicate with Joanne.
He couldn't afford the sessionson the computer, but he could
afford the freaking Apple cardsto go buy the shit.

Nathan also said that he usedto be a licensed daycare worker
in the past and is also a youthpastor at New Life Christian
Church in Paragon, indiana.
He has been with the church forabout 10 years.
Nathan tells us that he onlyhas one phone and that all of

the child porn activities havebeen done through that phone.
I would advise that while thedetective and I were
interviewing Nathan, anotherdetective was obtaining a search
warrant to examine the phonethey received from Nathan.
During the interview, I wasadvised that the search warrant
had been granted.
I stepped out for a few minuteswhile the detective continued
(13:52):
the interview.
Speaker 1 (13:55):
During the interview, nathan stated that the child
porn was currently in his trashon his phone, so he's got the
capacity to throw this shit away.
Speaker 3 (14:02):
Yeah, it was in his trash because they had the child
predators out there calling thepolice to take him to jail and
so that was a hours long nothours, I mean multiple hours
long debacle.
So he had all the time in theworld to stand there and delete
stuff and throw it in his trash.
Speaker 1 (14:24):
And get this.
Nathan explained to us that hedeleted the child porn, but it
was not fully deleted.
Nathan said it was in the quoteunquote trash folder.
Still, nathan did say thatwhile some child porn was not
fully deleted, there was otherchild porn that had been fully
deleted from his phone.
Nathan acknowledged that he hadspoken with a hacker friend who

told Nathan that lawenforcement could still access
those things even if they hadbeen fully deleted from the
phone.
So he knew he was trying to getaway with some bullshit.

I did manually examine Nathan'scell phone.
The cell phone is a blue orpurple samsung phone.
The phone was unlocked.
I did locate the trash folderon nathan's phone.
As described by nathan, therewere several videos and some

images of child porn.
I would advise that manualscrolling nathan's phone that I
found 23 videos in one image ofchild porn.
I would advise that the videosand image were consistent with
how Nathan described them.
The majority of the videosfound were of adult males
(15:37):
engaging in anal sex with infantage children and some are
engaging in oral sex with infantage children.

Well, I know it's horrible to have this shit on
your phone, but if you couldfind the dudes that was actually
doing this shit to infants,they deserve the frickin firing

I would also advise that theinitial forensic examination has
begun on Nathan's phone.
In the initial forensicexamination there was an
additional nine images of childporn located In.
Comparing the images to thevideos, it looks like Nathan has
taken screenshots of differentpoints of some of the videos he

had.
I would also advise that therewere some images of what appears
to be adult digitallypenetrating infants age rectums.

I'm so disgusted Now, once the complete forensic
examination is complete, ifnecessary, a supplemental report
will be completed.
I would also advise that thiscase is still in open and the
investigation will continue.
I would advise that thepreservation requests have been

submitted for social mediaaccounts and search warrants
will be requested for those.

Nathan did confirm his identifiers to use his
Facebook account and hisTelegram account.
Nathan says that his usernameon Telegram is Baby Nate.
Nathan said that he wasn't surewhy he picked that username,
but Nate was taken.

In regards to Nathan's statement about having
a mental capacity of a10-year-old, I would advise that
Nathan was articulate duringthis interview.
He knew, admitted what he wasdoing wrong, knew it was illegal
and even researched whatpunishments he could be facing
for committing these crimes.
Nathan also indicated he hadsome high school education and

attended high school at GeorgeWashington High School in
Indianapolis, indiana.
Nathan also mentioned that hehad a friend who is currently
serving prison time for childmolesting.

Which goes even farther, to show that he knew
that there was freaking prisonpenalties for having that shit
on your phone.
He didn't care, he didn't givea shit.
Can you empty the trash folderson those phones?
I mean, we just had an issueputting out our last episode and
you had to actually physicallyempty the trash even though you
threw something in the trash.

of child exploitation and 33charges of possession of child
pornography.
Court records say this man,59-year-old Nathan Bailey,
allegedly admitted that he hadchild porn on his phone and
claimed that he had the mentalcapacity of a 10-year-old.
Bailey denied to police that heengaged in any sexual activity
with children.
All he did was quote lookylooky, no touchy.

Officers eventually found 23videos, 10 images, of child
pornography in Bailey'spossession.
Documents show Bailey claims hewas a licensed daycare and
youth pastor for the past 10years at New Life Christian
Church in Paragon, indiana.
Tonight, though, the churchsays he's never been employed
there.
His initial hearing scheduledfor Monday afternoon.

And, as the newscast said, mr Bailey did claim like
for the past 10 years he'd beena youth minister and a licensed
daycare worker at New LifeBaptist Church or not Baptist
Church, but New Life ChristianChurch in Paragon, indiana.

I don't know if they have a daycare.
I don't know if they weretalking about there, but he did
say that.
But people have reached outfrom the church and had
differing opinions or statementsand comments, but we'll get
into those.

later they stated that he was never employed with
the church.

But let's get into this probable cause affidavit.
And let me just forewarn youthis is nasty.
It's ugly If you have kids withyou.
This is not a time to listen tothis podcast, as we're going to
be discussing some pretty nastythings.

but the content of these videosthat were found on this man's
devices were just the worst thatI've ever heard of.
You can't get a picture in yourmind of the shit that this dude
had on his phone.
The videos are just horrendous.

But anyway, we'll get into theprobable cause affidavit.
Speaker 1 (03:01):
On April 24th 2025, one of the County detectives was
contacted by another Countydetective at the sheriff's
office.
The deputy advised me that heneeded to an assistance with an
incident His shift was dealingwith and the current the current
on-call detective was tied upon a death investigations.
(03:22):
I then advised the deputy thatI was able to assist and he had
him brief me on this incident.
Speaker 3 (03:31):
The deputy stated that uniformed deputies were
called to a house inMartinsville after receiving a
call from a group called bikersagainst predators.
The deputy stated that thegroup had information that an
individual, whom is identifiedas nathan bailey, was in
(03:54):
possession of child pornography.
The deputy also stated thatduring interactions with the
other deputies on the scene thatthey made contact with Nathan
and Nathan stated he did havechild pornography on his phone.
Speaker 1 (04:14):
I was later advised that the deputies were able to
take possession of Nathan'sphone, that he willingly gave it
to the deputies and that Nathanhad agreed to come to the
sheriff's office for aninterview.
Speaker 3 (04:25):
Now, detective Sargent met me at the sheriff's
department and shortly after myarrival we begin the interview
with Nathan.
A summary of the interview isas follows.
Speaker 1 (04:37):
Nathan was advised of his rights.
Nathan signed a waiver of hisrights and agreed to speak with
detective and myself.
Nathan claims to have had themhas the mental capacity of a 10
year old.
I will advise more on thislater in the report.
Speaker 3 (04:52):
Nathan tells us that he met a guy on Facebook named
Jason.
Later in the interview, nathansays that Jason is a Jason Kamel
.
Nathan continues saying that hemet Jason in a Facebook group
called Fur Babies and that aftertalking to Jason, he asked him
(05:15):
to move their conversations toTelegram.
Nathan said that after theytalked for a little while, that
Jason suggested child porn forhim.
Nathan said that one thing ledto another and that Jason had
some videos for him to check out.
Nathan said that Jason sent hima link and when he clicked on
(05:39):
the link, it contained childpornography.
Nathan said that the link itmainly contained videos of
children engaged in sex acts,but also received images as well
.
Nathan said the videos andimages he received were of
children under the age of threeyears old.
Speaker 1 (06:02):
I then asked Nathan to tell me more about the sex
acts that were being performed.
Nathan said some would be adultmales having anal sex with the
children and oral sex.
Nathan said also that therewere adult women engaging in
oral sex with children.
Nathan said the children wereall males in the videos and
images.
Speaker 3 (06:23):
Nathan then talks about another individual he
communicated with on Telegram.
Nathan says that he is not surewho the individual was, but
said his screen name was BigCock.
Nathan said that Big Cock alsosent him videos and images of
child porn.
(06:43):
Nathan said that when hereceived these from that guy,
that he saved them to his phoneand that he did this so he could
send them back to Jason.
Speaker 1 (06:58):
I bet that dude's screen name was probably just
the opposite of what the truthis, that's so disgusting.
Nathan says that after sometime he tried getting on his
Telegram app and he had beenblocked from using it.
Nathan said he suspects it wasdue to the child porn.
Nathan said he has triedreaching out to Telegram to be
able to access the app again,but hasn't received any

communication back from them.

Okay, hold on, stop here for a minute.
So this guy is locked out ofhis child pornography account on
Telegram and has the goalbecause he can't get back in oh,
let me get a hold of him so Ican get my child porn back.
That's disgusting.

Nathan also talks about acomment that he made to Jason.
Nathan says that he made aninnocent comment about being
with a child in the past.
Nathan was adamant through theentire interview that he has not
engaged with any physical sexacts with the children, that all

he does is looky looky.
No touchy touchy.
Nathan did say that there hadbeen accusations in the past
that he had been engaged insexual activity with the
children, but denied it everhappening.

Nathan says that he met an individual named Justine
on Telegram and they startedcommunicating.
Nathan says that Justinesuggested child porn to him.
Nathan said that Justine wantedhim to pay for the child porn.
Nathan then went and got a giftcard a $30 Apple gift card and

sent Justine a picture of thereceipt for the purchase, the
identifying numbers for the giftcard a $30 Apple gift card and
sent Justine a picture of thereceipt for the purchase, the
identifying numbers for the giftcard, and that he received two
videos containing child porn inreturn.
Nathan said that he didn'tremember exactly where he
purchased the gift card from,but said it was in Martinsville
at either the Dollar Tree or theDollar General type store.
Speaker 1 (09:08):
Nathan tells us that he knows this is wrong.
Nathan says that he knows hecan go to jail for this and even
says that he has researched thepenalties for this type of
offense.
Nathan told us that he thinksthe jail time is one year for
this type of offense.
Nathan also said that heresearched these penalties
recently.

Do you think a person with the mindset of a
10-year-old is going to look upconsequences to these crimes?

No, hell no, and he knows he looked them up because
that's why he was trying to.

that he would distribute thoseto other people as well.

Nathan said that Linda told himthat he could have her child if

Nathan said that she requested$30 for him in order to do so.
Nathan said that he never did.
Nathan said that Linda claimedto be local.
Nathan said that he told herthat he was from Indiana and she
told him that she was as well.

Nathan tells us that he also actively watches regular
porn as well as child porn.
I asked Nathan if he getsaroused when watching regular
porn, and he says that he does.
I asked Nathan if he mastersbaits while watching regular
porn.
He says he does baits whilewatching regular porn.

Now I asked Nathan if he getsaroused while watching child

porn, and he says that he doesand that he also does other
things while watching stuff likethat.

Nathan also shares with us that he has been
utilizing therapy andacknowledges that he does have a
problem.

Nathan said that he uses ZocDocand does online therapy with a
therapist.
Nathan says that his therapistquote unquote Joanne suggested
to him that he get rid of thechild porn that he had.
Nathan said that his therapysessions is one hour in length

on his phone through video, andhe doesn't have any.
He doesn't have therapy everyday.
Nathan said that his insuranceonly covers a certain amount of
sessions and that he has to waituntil he can use his benefits
for more sessions.
Nathan did say that Joanne toldhim if he had urges that he
could contact her regardless.
(13:00):
Nathan admits to having theurges recently, but did not
communicate with Joanne.
He couldn't afford the sessionson the computer, but he could
afford the freaking Apple cardsto go buy the shit.
Speaker 3 (13:10):
Right Now.
Nathan also said that he usedto be a licensed daycare worker
in the past and is also a youthpastor at New Life Christian
Church in Paragon, indiana.
He has been with the church forabout 10 years.
Nathan tells us that he onlyhas one phone and that all of
(13:31):
the child porn activities havebeen done through that phone.
I would advise that while thedetective and I were
interviewing Nathan, anotherdetective was obtaining a search
warrant to examine the phonethey received from Nathan.
During the interview, I wasadvised that the search warrant
had been granted.
I stepped out for a few minuteswhile the detective continued
(13:52):
the interview.
Speaker 1 (13:55):
During the interview, nathan stated that the child
porn was currently in his trashon his phone, so he's got the
capacity to throw this shit away.
Speaker 3 (14:02):
Yeah, it was in his trash because they had the child
predators out there calling thepolice to take him to jail and
so that was a hours long nothours, I mean multiple hours
long debacle.
So he had all the time in theworld to stand there and delete
stuff and throw it in his trash.
Speaker 1 (14:24):
And get this.
Nathan explained to us that hedeleted the child porn, but it
was not fully deleted.
Nathan said it was in the quoteunquote trash folder.
Still, nathan did say thatwhile some child porn was not
fully deleted, there was otherchild porn that had been fully
deleted from his phone.
Nathan acknowledged that he hadspoken with a hacker friend who
(14:46):
told Nathan that lawenforcement could still access
those things even if they hadbeen fully deleted from the
phone.
So he knew he was trying to getaway with some bullshit.

nasty ass shit With the search warrant being granted

I did manually examine Nathan'scell phone.
The cell phone is a blue orpurple samsung phone.
The phone was unlocked.
I did locate the trash folderon nathan's phone.
As described by nathan, therewere several videos and some

images of child porn.
I would advise that manualscrolling nathan's phone that I
found 23 videos in one image ofchild porn.
I would advise that the videosand image were consistent with
how Nathan described them.
The majority of the videosfound were of adult males
(15:37):
engaging in anal sex with infantage children and some are
engaging in oral sex with infantage children.

Well, I know it's horrible to have this shit on
your phone, but if you couldfind the dudes that was actually
doing this shit to infants,they deserve the frickin firing
squad.

I would also advise that theinitial forensic examination has
begun on Nathan's phone.
In the initial forensicexamination there was an
additional nine images of childporn located In.
Comparing the images to thevideos, it looks like Nathan has
taken screenshots of differentpoints of some of the videos he
(16:19):
had.
I would also advise that therewere some images of what appears
to be adult digitallypenetrating infants age rectums.

I'm so disgusted Now, once the complete forensic
examination is complete, ifnecessary, a supplemental report
will be completed.
I would also advise that thiscase is still in open and the
investigation will continue.
I would advise that thepreservation requests have been
(16:53):
submitted for social mediaaccounts and search warrants
will be requested for those.

Nathan did confirm his identifiers to use his
Facebook account and hisTelegram account.
Nathan says that his usernameon Telegram is Baby Nate.
Nathan said that he wasn't surewhy he picked that username,
but Nate was taken.

In regards to Nathan's statement about having
a mental capacity of a10-year-old, I would advise that
Nathan was articulate duringthis interview.
He knew, admitted what he wasdoing wrong, knew it was illegal
and even researched whatpunishments he could be facing
for committing these crimes.
Nathan also indicated he hadsome high school education and

attended high school at GeorgeWashington High School in
Indianapolis, indiana.
Nathan also mentioned that hehad a friend who is currently
serving prison time for childmolesting.
Speaker 1 (17:45):
Which goes even farther, to show that he knew
that there was freaking prisonpenalties for having that shit
on your phone.
He didn't care, he didn't givea shit.
Can you empty the trash folderson those phones?
I mean, we just had an issueputting out our last episode and
you had to actually physicallyempty the trash even though you
threw something in the trash.
