(03:23):
We are grateful to you for tonight.
We are grateful to You for the great opportunity that you've
given to us to hear Your Word. We don't take it lightly at all,
Lord. Tonight we declare that there's
stability in this flow. There is grace.
There is smooth sail. In the name of the Lord Jesus,
(03:44):
we pray and thank you that Your word is going to come in
strength in mind and hindered tothe praise and to the glory of
Your name, Jesus, precious name,Amen.
All right, by the grace of God, we are live and I'm going to
(04:06):
share something very important. I think after being a pastor for
some time, I realized that the messages that bring great
transformations are usually attacked and because Satan
sometimes cannot attack the vessel, he tries to play around.
I mean, tries to play around, but I believe that you are going
(04:30):
to be blessed and your life willnever be the same again.
And this is actually a very special broadcast to streams of
life. It's been a while.
I spent some time with you teaching and fellowshipping
together. This has been a very speed, I
don't know how to call it. This year has been very speedy,
(04:52):
very, you know, ups and downs here and there, handling things
here and there. And so it's not like I've
forgotten about you. I, I really have you in mind.
And that's why we are here tonight.
And I know that your life is never going to be the same
again. I'm going to show something very
important and I need you to follow me closely.
(05:16):
Now if you've been a Christian for some time or realize that
the Christian life and the Christian journey can be likened
to many things. For example, in first
Corinthians Chapter 9, the versenumber, I just like the way
Andrews went on the PC. He was about to write the moment
I mentioned the verse. So first Corinthians Chapter 9,
(05:36):
I think the verse number. I didn't write this number.
Let's start from 23. Paul likens the Christian
journey to good and this I do for your for the gospel C that I
might be a particular off with you next verse.
And he says, know ye not that they which run in a race run all
(05:58):
but one receiveth the prize. So run that he may obtain the
price. So Paul likens the Christian
journey to a race. You know, but one of the major
things also that a Christian life or the Christian journey is
liking to, is liking to, we are liking, we are, we are, we are
(06:21):
called soldiers or we are soldiers.
You know, I remember when we're growing up, we used to sing that
I am the soul which are in the army of the Lord.
And if the soldier falls down, hey, he'll rise up again.
You know, very interestingly, I don't know if I can see this,
but the Bible says that I don't know if I, it's something I saw
this morning. The Bible says that the
(06:44):
righteous man, although he falls7 times, he'll rise again.
That means that the man who falls into sin and rises above
sin is the righteous man. When you understand your
righteousness, that's a message for another time.
That's a message for another time.
Sorry. So we are liking to our
(07:04):
soldiers. It's very interesting that in
Exodus chapter 13, verse 18, youknow, when the children of
Israel were coming out of Egypt,Bible says that God led the
people about through the way of the wilderness of the Red Sea
and the children of Israel went up harnessed out of the land.
We know that Egypt is a typologyof the world.
(07:27):
We know that Egypt is a typologyof the world.
Pharaoh is a typology of Satan, and the Israelites is the
typology of the church. In fact, the Bible calls them in
the book of Acts, the church in the wilderness.
So the children of Israel are the church.
We we are like we are the children of Israel.
In fact, let me say it well, thechildren of Israel represented
(07:51):
the church in the Old Testament and Bible says in Exodus chapter
13, verse 18 that they came out of Egypt like a harnessed group.
Now the King James throws us off.
When you look at it in the erv, it paints a very powerful
picture in the erv. The Erv says that we have the
erv. The Erv says so.
(08:12):
God LED them another way throughthe desert by this Red Sea.
The Israelites were dressed for war when they left Egypt.
I imagine it means the way they came out of Egypt.
It was as though they were preparing for a battle.
The Bible says that the Israelites were dressed for war
when they left Egypt. They are, they are the way they
(08:33):
came out, the affirmation, the way they have lined up
themselves. It was like battle, you know,
formation. Because the child of God is
enlisted into army. The moment becomes one again.
No man that's worried and tangleth himself in the face of
this life that he might please him who has chosen him to be a
soldier. Now he's talking about the
(08:54):
faith, he's talking about the Christian life, but he's saying
that the one who fights, you know, and the one who was and
the one who contends is the one who is a soldier.
He says we are fighting so that we please God who has chosen us
to be a soldier. That's what Paul said to Timothy
in Second Timothy chapter 2 verse four.
He says no man that Warreth entangle himself.
(09:16):
It means the man that has been enlisted for battle, the man
that has been enlisted for warfare does not engage himself
with the affairs of this life. He doesn't busy himself with
civilian lifestyle. Why?
So that he can please him who has chosen him to be a soldier,
praise the Lord. So we are seeing here that the
(09:38):
child of God or the church is like an army and how Israel
comes out of Egypt is battle formation.
They are dressed for war. Then in Jude chapter 1, Jude
chapter 1, let's start from thisone, Jude one this one, the
Bible says that Jude the 7th of Jesus Christ.
Now Jude actually is 1/2 brotherof Jesus is one of Jesus
(10:00):
brothers. But a lot of times people
believe that he introduces himself as the servant of Jesus
Christ because of humility. Can you imagine some of you
Pastor Adrian is your husband orPastor Adrian is your, your
brother or Pastor Adrian is yourbest friend.
You know, there's some people because the, the pastor is their
best friend, they, they don't even address him as pastor
anymore. We hear people say, oh challenge
(10:22):
this guy, even my schoolmates, but Jude who was a brother of
Jesus Christ. He's even introducing himself
and saying Jude the servant of Jesus Christ and the brother of
James. So in terms of priority, he puts
the servant of Jesus Christ before brother of James.
(10:42):
Then he says to them that are sanctified by God the Father and
preserved in Jesus Christ and called this two mercy unto you
and peace and love be multiplied.
Verse 3. This one of the things that,
beloved, when I give all diligence to write unto you of
the common salvation, say commonsalvation, since I gave
(11:06):
diligence to write unto you the common salvation, it was needful
for me to write unto you and exalt you that you should
endlessly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto
the Saints. Now Jude is saying that
initially I was going to write to you about your common
salvation, but then I felt the need that no, the way things are
(11:30):
going and the way things are happening, writing about your
common salvation now will not bea good thing to write about.
You might not see it in the KingJames, but the Amplified or
amplified classic brings it out beautifully.
Let's see the amplified. Let's do amplified.
OK, so amplified Classic said amplified.
OK beloved, while I was making every effort to write to you
(11:54):
about our common salvation, I was compelled to write to you
urgently, appealing that you fight strenuously for the
defense of the faith which was once for all handed down to the
Saints, the faith that is the sum of the Christian belief that
(12:14):
was given verbally to the believers.
Now the reason why Jude is saying this is because of what
was happening in the church at the time.
Now this book, this book or thisletter of, of Jude was written
around AD 65 to AD 80. And around this time a lot of a
lot of strange teachings had crept into the church.
(12:37):
So it made the people, if I wantto read verse four, look at all
these forces. This 4 Juban 4.
It says for certain people have crept in on notice just as if
they as they were sneaking in bya side door.
They are ungodly persons whose condemnations was predicted long
ago. For they distort the grace of
(12:58):
our of our God into decadence and immoral freedom, viewing it
as an opportunity to do whateverthey want.
It means at this time, a group of preachers, a group of pastors
had crept into the church. And what they were doing was
that they were telling the people that, oh, there's grace
so you can do whatever you want.Oh, there's grace when you sing,
(13:18):
nothing will happen. Look at what he's saying.
He's saying that these people, they were ungodly persons whose
condemnation was predicted long ago.
They distort the gospel of graceinto decadence.
And, and you know, the, the, thekind of teaching that was
propagated was what made people highly immoral without feeling
(13:39):
bad about it. People were into all kinds of
things. People were doing strange
things, having sex, drinking, because they said, oh, if grace
has abounded, then it simply means that we can do whatever
that we want. So Jude Industry was saying that
I wanted to write about the common salvation that we have
received, the common faith that we share.
(13:59):
But I sensed in my spirit that it will not be a good message
for this time. The message that I sense more to
write to you about is to contendearnestly and to contend
strenuously for the faith that has been delivered to you.
Now the child of God must understand that the Christian
life is called the faith. For example, in first Peter
(14:21):
chapter 5 is 8. The Bible says that resist the
devil. First Peter 58 can we, can you
show it to us? Just be sober, be vigilant
because your adversary the devilroars like a lion walking about
seeking whom he might divorce. There's nine then he says, whom
resist steadfast in the faith. And every time you know, I share
(14:43):
this about two or three meetingsago, those of you who join
online meetings from diaspora, you would know what I am talking
about. You realize that every time you
see that faith, he's not talkingabout the faith you used to
believe God for things. He's talking about the Christian
life says whom he resist steadfastly in the faith.
(15:05):
Have you seen it? So Satan must be resisted in the
faith and this faith is our Christian salvation.
But you know, Paul, I mean Jude calls this faith common
salvation will become born again.
It's a common faith we all share.
In fact, Peter calls it like precious faith in second Peter
(15:27):
chapter one verse one second Peter chapter one verse one.
Let's see how Peter calls this faith that we have all received,
beloved. But the reason why I want to
clarify this is so that you willunderstand that the the the
word, the faith is not referringto how you believe God for a
miracle is actually referring tothe Christian life that we have
(15:49):
come into. And that's what Peter is also
calling second Peter chapter oneverse 1.
He says Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ
to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through
the righteousness of God and ourSavior Jesus Christ.
So Peter is saying that we're the apostles that work with
(16:10):
Jesus. Anybody that has also become
born again, anybody that has also believed in the
righteousness of God, we and them have the same faith.
You know what it means? It means the faith.
Peter heart is the same faith you have the faith.
Poor heart is the same faith youhave.
The faith. James heart is the same faith
you have because it's like precious faith.
(16:32):
You know another way this faith is called is called the faith of
the operation of God in Colossians chapter 2, the verse
#14 Colossians 2. Let's start from 12 Colossians
212. He says that verse 12 buried
with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him
through the faith of the oppression of God, who had
(16:54):
raised him from the dead. So the faith we have is also
called the faith of the oppression of God.
Another, the way this faith is called is called the faith of
God's elect in Titus chapter 1, the verse #1 Titus chapter 1,
the verse #1 says Paul, a servant of God and an apostle of
(17:16):
Jesus Christ according to the faith of God's elect.
Now this word faith of God's elect is a very interesting
word. The word elect is the is, you
know the same word from which weget is the root word from which
we get the word for church in the New Testament.
You know, the word church in theNew Testament is ecclesia, but
(17:36):
the word elect here is actually the roots from which we get the
word ecclesia. So it means that the Church of
God, we as children of God, we share the same fit.
You know, in Ephesians chapter 4, the verse #5 Paul was writing
to the Ephesians in ephesians #4verse 5.
Then let's start from this 3 so that we'll see what he's talking
(17:58):
about. Verse three he says endeavoring
to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
There's 4. Why?
He says there is one body and one spirits, even as He are
called in the hope of your calling.
There's five. Then he says there is one Lord,
(18:21):
1 faith, one baptism. It means what joins us as
believers together is 1. Lord, 1.
Faith, one baptism. There's six.
To show you more there's 6 one God and Father of all who is
above all and through all and inyou all.
(18:42):
It means God in me is the same as God in the lassie.
God in me is the same as God in Patrick.
God in me is the same as God in Ben or God in Andrews or God in
whoever I say or whoever is listening to me.
God in as he says it is one God in us all and the same one God
in us all is just like the faithwe all have.
So when Jude is telling the church to contend for the faith,
(19:06):
he's not telling them to fight to get faith.
He didn't say content to have faith.
He says content for the faith. Can we go back to Jude Chapter
1, the vest #3 let's go back. I want to show you something
very important. I'll show you something very
important. He says, let's look in James.
Let's look in James now, He says, beloved, beloved, when I
(19:26):
gave all diligence to write untoyou of the common salvation, it
was needful for me to write untoyou and exalt you that you
should endlessly contend for thefaith.
He didn't say contend to her faith because positionally
everything that God has done forus in Christ Jesus is finished,
(19:46):
including our faith. If I did Romans #12 look at
Romans 12 is 3 show you something romance about
obviously very, very, very amazing.
That's for I for I say through the grace given unto me to every
man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly
than he ought to think, but to think soberly, according as God
(20:07):
has dealt to every man their measure of faith.
It means that when we start out in a Christian journey, the
faith I have is the same measureof faith every other person has.
When they become born again, so we are not contending to have
faith because at our born again experience we received faith.
(20:30):
At our born again experience we received like precious faith
with the apostles. At our born again experience we
received the common faith. We received the faith of God's
elect. We received the same faith.
So we are not fighting to have faith, we are fighting to
protect the faith that has already been given to us.
That's what Paul, I mean, that'swhat Jude is saying.
(20:53):
Now go back to Jude Vandes 3. The word content is the Greek
word AB agonizumi. AB agonizumi very, very
important. And it comes from 2 words happy
and agon and agonize Zuma. So the the word actually means
(21:14):
to struggle. It means to strive or to fight
endlessly. Especially especially especially
that sounded like Acrobat. So anyways, especially in the
context of a battle or athletic context contest, sorry.
So those times, the way they will go to the amphitheat test
(21:36):
and the way they'll be fighting, the way they release animals to
fight with Christians, he calls that Agonizuma.
Now it's actually where we get the English word agony, agony.
So he's saying that with all agony, with agonizing
opposition, you should protect by all means the faith you have
(21:57):
received. Why?
Because people have crept into the church who are preaching
other things, who are saying other things, so that you can
easily say that, oh, I believed in this thing, I don't believe
it. I don't believe in it anymore.
So he's saying that all you do with agony, even if it is
painful, make sure that you are you are you are striving to keep
(22:18):
your faith. I don't know if you are
understanding what I'm sharing with you, but it's going to get
very exciting. You know, very interestingly in
Festimothy chapter 6 verse 12. Can you show us Festimothy
chapter 6, verse 12, very powerful.
In First Corinthians chapter, Festimothy chapter 6 verse 12,
he says fight the good fight of faith.
(22:38):
Now this is the only time the believer is told to fight.
You might argue with me, but when you read Ephesians chapter
6, the whole armour of God, the believer is not all to fight.
He says that after you have worethe armour, after you have your
breastplate and you have your belt of truth and you have your
feet shot with the preparation of the gospel of peace and you
have your helmet of salvation, he didn't say fight, he says
(22:58):
stand. So the believer, the believers
fight is not a fight necessarilyto beat or defeat Satan because
he's already defeated, but his fight is to stand and God, what
has already been done for him. For example, in Romans chapter
5, the verse #1 the Bible says that look where God has brought
us is grace God. He says, therefore being
(23:21):
justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord
Jesus Christ. Verse 2 then he says by whom we
have access, by faith into this grace wherein we stand.
So we are not coming into grace,we are not coming into favor, we
are not coming into acceptance. We already accepted, we already
loved, we are already standing in the place of grace.
(23:44):
So we don't fight to maintain, to have grace.
That's why I preached the last time, because we are already in
grace grounds. Our assignment is to maintain
where we have been brought to. We realize that a lot of times,
Christians, we have been broughtinto grace, but we love the law.
So we live grace and we enter works.
Oh Passaido, you don't understand.
I know God will do it, but you know, sometimes a man got to do
(24:05):
what a man got to do. I have to twist some things.
I have to get some things and make sure that life have to work
it. You don't understand.
No, no, no, no, no, no, you don't have to work anything.
We have already been brought into grace.
We have already been brought into faith.
In fact, faith is our life. The Mama says that look, they
just shall live by faith. It means any time I'm not in
faith, I'm in death. It's a very serious thing why
(24:30):
you're not in faith, the experience of death.
And I'm going to show you how this faith is worked very, very
importantly. So anytime you're not in faith,
say anytime I'm not in faith, I will experience death.
And the same weapon used for fights is agonize.
And that's the only time the believer is told to fight.
(24:53):
It says fight the good fight of faith.
It means the fight of the believer is a fight to maintain
your faith. Can we do a subturbation?
Amplified or amplified? Classic.
Very important. Are you being blessed?
Amazing. Kayla Bora, Mama Mandy, he says
(25:19):
fight the good fight of faith. Can we do TPT?
TPT he says. So fight with faith for the
winners prize. This hit says fight with faith.
Fight with faith. You know, that's a fight the
(25:39):
believer is supposed to have. Now Jude told them to contend
for the faith because of false teachers who are promoting
licentiousness. Do you know licentiousness?
Have you had licentiousness before?
That you can sing and feel free that it doesn't matter.
You slept with your mother. Oh, it's, it's, it's fine.
You slept with your stepmother. I mean, there's grace.
(26:02):
Grace is not for us to abuse it,Leopold said to the Galatian
church in Galatians 220. Since I am crucified with
Christ, nevertheless I live then, he says, but Christ liveth
in me and the life which I now live in the flesh.
I live by the faith of the Son of God who loved me and gave
(26:22):
himself for me. But verse 21 is my scripture, he
says. Because of this I don't
frustrate the grace of God passion.
What does it mean to frustrate the grace of God?
Passion. Quran must sing the killer bag.
So that is why I don't view God's grace as something my law
or peripheral. Amplified.
(26:43):
Let's try Amplified. I want you to see amplified.
What does amplified say? Thank you Holy Spirit, for I do
not ignore or nullify the gracious gift of the grace of
God, His amazing unmerited favor.
For if righteousness comes by observing the law, then cry died
(27:04):
needlessly. What he's saying is that anytime
I enter do's and don'ts, I nullify grace.
So Jane, Jude is telling us thatwe are supposed to contend for
the faith and not frustrate thisgrace that has been given to us
in Christ Jesus. And this falls.
(27:24):
Preachers and teachers were telling the people that, look,
there is nothing wrong with misbehavior.
You know, it's like we can preach in church and that people
say, oh, why are you pull again?Pull again is not important.
You'll understand why they are dangerous people to hang around.
Yeah, they're very dangerous people because I will show you
in a moment. And they were also, you see, at
(27:47):
this time there is something called Gnosticism.
It was not fully, you know, it was not a full doctrine at this
time, but it was called something.
It was called the proton. Mysticism is something that came
before mysticism. And what it was, is that you
used to tell the Christians thatthe material world is evil,
(28:09):
everything in the world is evil, and only the spiritual realm is
good. And as a result of that, many
Christians started rejecting moral law.
Because if all the world is evil, then how I live doesn't
matter. So people started misbehaving.
But Paul in efficience, when youwrite to the efficient church in
efficience #4 verse 20 tells them something very important.
(28:30):
Let's start from verse 17. Efficience 417 please.
Are you being blessed? He says this.
I say therefore and testify in the Lord that he henceforth what
not as other Gentiles work in the vanity of their mind, Verse
18, having their understanding darkened, being alienated from
(28:50):
the life of God through the ignorance that is in them
because of the blindness of their hearts.
Go back to verse 17. Paul is telling the Christians
that I'm writing to you so that you don't work like Gentiles.
We are children of God. We are saved.
He said that because we are saved and the life of God is in
US and the Spirit of God is in us, we should not live like
(29:12):
Gentiles. Why there's 18 then?
He says 18. He says the Gentiles, the the
way they live is a product of a darkened understanding and that
they are they are aliens. They are, they are separated
from the life of God. And he said it's the cause of
ignorance that is in them, whichis the blindness of their heart.
(29:36):
That's 19. Look at this 19 who being past
feeling have given themselves over to lasciviousness.
Now this word lasciviousness is what James is also warning the
church about, that this word lasciviousness is licentiousness
that the the gentiles when they sing, they don't feel it again.
There are some of you in you've watched porno.
(29:59):
Now when you watch it, you don'tfeel like you all got an
apology. You can tell a liar, you can
enter decadence. That's what he's telling us the
Gentiles say is like there's feeling, oh, but they have
passed it. That's what he says who been
past feeling. Let me show you, child of God,
anytime you fall into sin and there's the feeling of remorse,
(30:20):
there's a feeling that you feel not I need to repent of what
I've done. You should thank God anytime
that feeling is not there, you have entered lasciviousness.
How could you lose your temper at work and you didn't feel bad.
Now this feeling bad for forgivethe language, but so you can
understand because there there'schange of mind, which is
(30:41):
repentance and there's regrets. Paul talks about it.
He says godly sorrow worketh repentance.
Can you pray for me? When he was writing the
Corinthian church, he says the kind of repentance or the kind
of soul that you need is called godly sorrow, and it is godly
sorrow that produces repentance.Second Corinthians invested.
(31:01):
So for godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation.
Not to be repentant, but the sorrow of the world worketh
death. Do you know what it means?
It means anytime I do something wrong and I'm sorrowing like the
world, this sorrow doesn't lead me to repent.
It's rather plunges me more intodeath.
(31:24):
So he says godly sorrow works. Repentance ain't no repentance.
Metanoia to change your mind that when you fell into sin,
when you lost your temper, when you did what you shouldn't have
done and you are convicted of the Spirit, you want to repent.
And this repentance is I have changed my mind about this
thing. I'm not coming back to it.
But when the believer persists in sin, you know what he's
(31:47):
doing. He's like what?
What is describing in Ephesians chapter 4, the verse #18 you
will pass feeling. Then I want you pass feeling.
You're like, oh, sorry, I did it, but I, I believe that.
What can a man do? I mean this world, we cannot
live without sin. Sin is part of us.
You a Christian talk like you a Christian talk like that.
Oh, sin, there's part of us and there's nothing that can be done
(32:09):
about it. We were born in sin.
Yes, we're born in sin, but we have been born again.
We're born in sin, but we are a new creation.
That was that. If any man be in Christ, he's a
new creature. They're oldest passed away.
Behold, do you know why he says behold, he's telling you to
behold in Second Corinthians chapter 5 and 17 because until
you see who you have become, youcannot live like what you have
(32:30):
become. So he says behold, he says all
things have become new, but you must see all things being new to
live it. You don't like what I'm sharing
with you. That's where I came.
I came for you. I came for you.
You must see that all things outthere.
That's why everybody are on listening to you must see that
(32:53):
all things have become new so that you can live the new life.
Now why is this important? Because let's let's continue,
let's finish up from Ephesians chapter 4.
We're on verse 18. Let's just finish up from there.
There's 18, he says having the understanding document being
(33:15):
elevated from the life of God through the ignorance that isn't
them because of the blindness oftheir hearts.
Verse 19 Then he says, who be past feeling have given
themselves over to licentiousness, which is
lasciviousness, to work all uncleanliness with greediness.
There's 20 And he tells the believers, But that is not what
you have learned, Christ says, but you have not so learned
(33:37):
Christ. Why?
21 If so be that he have heard him and have been taught by him
as the truth that is in Jesus, what what will happen?
22 The result is that you put off concerning the formal life
passion. Let's let's do it in passion.
(33:58):
Let's go to verse 20 and let's do it in passion so you can see
what he's saying. So I hope you're getting the
communication. He's saying that you can, you
are born again, but if I'm not careful you will live like
unbelievers. But this is not the way of life
that Christ has unfolded within you.
It means there's a way and there's a life that Christ has
unfolded in US and this life doesn't permit us to live like
(34:19):
unbelievers or Gentiles who are past feeling.
Then 21. Then he says if you have really
experienced the anointed 1 and had this truth, it will be seen
in your life. For we know that the ultimate
reality is embodied in Jesus. They want to happen.
(34:40):
Verse 22 and he has taught you to let go of the lifestyle of
the ancient man, the old self life which was corrupted by
sinful and deceitful desires that sprung from delusions.
So he's telling us that if we have been taught of Christ, one
of the things is that we'll takeoff the old man like a garments.
(35:00):
And when we take off the old manlike a garment, this is this old
man that we're going to take off.
He's corrupted by sinful and deceitful desires.
Why is it deceitful? Deceitfulness is not true.
The passions you feel in your body, in your flesh, they're not
true passions. You can actually tame them and
hold yourself back and say, look, this thing, I'm done.
(35:22):
But the gospel that the pseudo gospel that crept into the
church at this time Jude was writing was the one that was
telling people that don't worry,it's fine.
It's not a big deal. Oh, you have a child.
I mean, there's grace. Oh, so Jude said, no, we must
(35:42):
contend. And he said that we must contend
for the faith. We must contend for the faith we
must contend so Paul was showingus in Ephesians that the true
preaching of Christ will cause us to live well and utterly
abandoned immorality. So anytime true preaching watch
(36:05):
it every time the word of God ispreaching power.
The preach of God is the word ofGod is preaching truth.
People want to stop singing but when we see people singing.
I missed preaching and teaching of God.
So two things are happening. It's either the preacher is not
preaching like Christ centered message and points the people to
Christ or the people are not hearing in the spirit.
(36:29):
They are not hearing. They are not hearing the word
preach in the spirit that it is preaching because every true
preaching that has Christ centered in it, you know what
will happen. We would want to stop singing
because he said we have no soul in Christ.
So when you learn Christ, you would let go, you would remove,
(36:49):
you stop, stop sinning. Why are you still sinning?
It's been 10 years. You are still sinning.
It's because you are not allowing yourself to go through
the tutelage of Christ. Amen.
(37:09):
Let's go back to Jude one, Jude one, the verse #3 telling about
content for the faith, content for the faith.
Because, beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you
the common faiths, the Commons of the common salvation, it was
needful for me to write unto youand exalt you that he should
(37:31):
endlessly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto
the Saints. Why, that's for, that's for, for
there were certain men. For there are certain men
correct in honour ways who were before of old ordained to this
condemnation, ungodly men turning the grace of God into
lasciviousness and denying the only Lord, God and the Lord.
(37:54):
It means people are denying the Lord.
They were walking away from the faith.
So he said the reason why you should contend for the faith is
because many people are denying this faith.
And maybe in Ghana, we don't seeit much.
But the reason why this message is very timely for those of you
in diaspora is because we see a lot of people live in the faith,
a lot of people condemning the faith.
(38:15):
If you preacher, you'll be arrested.
If you, if you, if you mention the name of Jesus, you will pay
a fine. So because of that, people are
hiding their faith and people are living the faith.
And you'll be saying that one ofthe reasons I'm writing this to
you so that you will strenuouslydefend the faith you have
received is because people are denying Christ.
People are openly walking away from Christ.
(38:36):
There's five, there's 5 because I will therefore put you in
remembrance, though he once knewthis.
How does the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of
Egypt after what destroyed them that believe not they're six.
I'm I'm showing you something very soon.
And the angels which kept not their estates, but left their
(38:56):
own habitation. He had reserved in an
everlasting in everlasting chains and the darkness unto the
judgement of the great day. It was the angels that fell.
They are in bonds right now and they'll be released to face
judgement at the right time. They're 7 then he says even
though Sodom and Gomorrah and the cities about them in like
(39:17):
manner, giving themselves over to fornication and going after
strange flesh. My God, I set forth an example.
Suffering the vengeance for eternal fire of eternal fire.
Verse 8. Watch verse 8.
Likewise, also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh.
(39:38):
Filthy dreamers, strange revelations that despise Domino.
Now he's mentioning to us why wemust contend for the faithful.
Please go back to the seven. I want you to see something
powerful. I don't know if I'm blessing
you, la MO calabasan. Can we do personal amplify the
soft version so that we can we can understand what is
(39:59):
happening? He says just as Sodom and
Gomorrah. And the adjacent cities, since
in the same way as these angels indulge in gross immoral freedom
and unnatural vice and sensual perversity, they are exhibited
in plain sight, as an example, in undergoing the punishment of
(40:22):
a malasting fire. Verse 8.
Then look what it says. Verse 8.
Nevertheless, in the same way, these dreamers who are dreaming
that God will not punish them, have you seen it?
It means these people who are coming and get to know, they're
saying that, oh, I had a dream and when I had a dream, God will
not come again. There's no judgment for sin.
He said that there are people who are dreaming that God will
(40:43):
not punish sin, and so as a result, they defile their bodies
and reject legitimate authority.Anytime you see people
rebelling, it's a sign. No, that's what he's saying.
No. So because people will be
rebelling to authority, you rebel against pastoral
authority, you rebel against parental authority.
He's saying that because he saidthe reason he must contend for
(41:04):
the faith is because people are doing this, is that oh, you can
walk away from a pastor, you candestroy a church, you can do
whatever you want, There's no punishment.
Then he says and revile and mockangelic majesties.
That means that they don't respect and they don't regard
presence of angels. So he's saying because of all
these things, you who are listening to me defend the
(41:26):
faith, tell never defend the faith, defend the faith.
You know why this is important. Paul shows us that the reason
for the commanding of the believers to the word of God is
because of false teachings. So primarily Jude is telling us
that because of the false preachings and things that have
crept into the church, there's aneed to defend now in a day like
(41:50):
what we live in, imagine if at that time they're supposed to be
defending the faith. How much more in this generation
we must defend violently? Because you go on social media
and there are too many things that are being preached.
There are too many things that are being said.
And forgive me, some of the churches in abroad are dead.
There's no fire. That's why I was talking to
(42:11):
someone. I said, look, when I go to
church, I don't even carry a notebook because I know I will
not learn anything. We, we do, we do reason I was in
the church in a certain country and they did 45 minutes on
announcements and the pitch was just 20 minutes.
That's the generation we're living now.
(42:31):
And Paul is saying to the to thein Acts 20 verse 28, Acts 20,
verse 20. Actually, that's where it is.
Acts 20, verse 28, Acts 20, verse 28.
So Jude is showing us that we must defend the faith, but Paul
is showing us why it is important.
Judah also mentions that becauseof the false teachers, they're
supposed to defend the faith. But Paul also says something
(42:52):
very important, and I wanted to see.
He's a sticky therefore unto yourselves.
He's talking to the leaders and onto the flock over which the
Holy Ghost has made you overseers to feed the Church of
God, which he had purchased withhis own blood. 29 Then he says,
For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves
(43:14):
enter in among you, not sparing the flock the steady?
And what would they be doing thesteady also of your own selves?
Shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away
disciples after them? Paul says that let's keep
(43:35):
reading. I love you know, verse 32, but I
want to show you the context within which Paul mentioned
verse 32 says therefore watch and remember that by the space
of three years. I cease not to warn everyone
night and day with tears. Then 32 therefore, brethren, I
commend you to God and to the word of his grace, which is able
(43:57):
to build you up and to give you an inheritance among them that
are sanctified. You know, Paul is saying, he
says, before I'm coming to commend you to the word of his
grace, He says, before I do this, I'm leaving.
And because I'm leaving for three years I have not ceased to
stop warning. I'm not ceased to stop
preaching. I'm telling you, preaching the
word, preaching the word that there's a reason why I'm doing
(44:19):
this. He said false teachers are going
to arise. People preach perverse things,
but in the midst of it all, brethren, I'm commending you to
the word of God and to the word of his grace.
Do you know do you know something very interesting
because the preaching he wants them to pay attention to the
(44:39):
word of his grace. Do you know what what is grace
Grace is everything that God hasdone for us freely Grace is that
it is that unmerited favor. Grace is the preaching that
emphasizes that you don't need to do anything to forgive
yourself. You don't need to do anything
for to experience grace. You don't need to work to merit.
Jesus has died, Jesus has purchased, Jesus has done
(45:02):
everything on your behalf. He says it is this preaching
that builds the church, and it is this preaching of grace that
puts our inheritance in our hands.
It means every time we are preaching the law, emphasizing
the law, Oh, you must. You have to do this.
You have to pray more. You have to fast.
That's not the preaching that builds us.
The preaching that builds us is the word of His grace.
(45:23):
I don't understand what I'm saying.
So when people are angry that weare preaching grace, they don't
know that the reason why believers are still struggling
is because we have not emphasized the grace of God
enough. Patrick, We'll emphasize it
enough. And in a generation like this,
that's why I keep telling you that fights have come.
(45:46):
The companies are going to release.
It's a battle for your hearing. Do you know something?
If faith comes by hearing and the believers feeding is
hearing, then it means that Judein essence is saying that
content for your hearing becausethe Romans of the 10 by 17 Bible
(46:07):
says that faith comes by hearing.
So if faith comes by hearing andI'm supposed to contend for the
faith, then it means I must contend for my hearing.
And Paul is saying in Acts 10 that if there's anything to
contend for, that to build a church is the message of Greece.
What's the message of Greece? What Christ has done for us, It
(46:28):
is what Jesus has finished on the cross.
It is what Jesus bled, what it went through on the cross of
Calvary for us, the righteousness that He has
brought us. This is what we should be
emphasizing. Do you know what even brings
church growth? Before we started the stream I
was showing those here with me that what actually brings change
Growth is in Isaiah chapter 43 the verse #25 let me show it to
(46:49):
you. Isaiah 45452345234523 He says I
even I am the Lord. OK, 4523 I have sworn by myself,
the word is gone out of my mouthin righteousness, and shall not
retain that unto me every knee shall bow, and every tongue
(47:12):
shall swear. 24 What you do, don't get lost.
Surely shall one say, I am the Lord, I have righteousness?
No, let me read words. Surely shall one say in the Lord
I have righteousness and strength?
Colon. He says, The one who says I have
righteousness, the column means this is the effect of the one
(47:33):
who says, I have righteousness. Even to him shall men come.
It means the man who understandshis righteousness, the person
who understands his righteousness and emphasizes
righteousness. People just come to the church,
he says, and all that are increased against him shall be
ashamed. It means that when people want
to fight you, when people are doing things to to mess your
life up, when people are doing things to make life hell for
(47:55):
you, he says. The way they shall be scattered
is when you understand the righteousness who is fighting
against you. Why is that's why not growing is
because you have not emphasized the preaching of righteousness
and the preacher of righteousness is the preaching
of grace because righteousness is what God has done for us.
Grace is unmerited favor what wedid not deserve that God has
(48:16):
given to us and process. If there's anything I want to
commend you to, it is to the word of his grace.
And so when I commend you to this word of his grace, it will
build you up to build you up. The last of you realize that
every time you are just meditating on what Jesus has
done, the desire for sin vanishes.
You were not showing the testimony of me recently that
(48:37):
every time you listen to messages about Jesus, you listen
to messages that emphasizes Christ.
So it's like those times if I fall, I have to wake myself up
again. But now I realize that by just
listening, the desire to fall isnot even there.
Because I was saying with my daddy, I broke away from
addiction 10 years ago. So the last time I watched porn
(48:58):
was 10 years ago. Perhaps you are still watching
is because you have not you havenot embraced the preaching of
his Grace, says brethren, I commend you to his grace.
Now we have seen that we are supposed to be contending for
the faith I with me and that this faith comes by hearing.
(49:23):
So we must contend for our hearing.
What are you hearing? No wonder Satan plagues our
generation with a lot of distractions.
Social media, TikTok Recently werealized that the reason why it
is called TikTok is because as you are watching it, the clock
of your life is ticking talk, ticking talk, ticking talk.
(49:45):
So it's called TikTok because you are wasting your time and
you are wasting your life. People go like passage and isn't
bad to listen to worldly music. Well, we are supposed to be
contending for our hearing. It means anything that does not
build me. Paul is saying that I'm
commending you to the word of his grace.
It means anything I hear that does not supply grace, I must
fight it. Anything I hear that does not
(50:07):
make me recognize more and more what Jesus has done for me, I
must fight it. Do you know what it means?
Child of God, don't listen to gossip.
Why are you listening? Why are you listening?
And this doesn't have done this, and this doesn't say this, and
this doesn't do this. What you are doing is, remember,
if it doesn't bring faith, it leads you towards death.
We saw it that whatever is not of faith is what brings us and
(50:29):
plunges us into death. And what is death?
Death is inactivity primarily because Job shows us the
incipients of death, and one of it is weakness.
Have you realized that after gossiping, there's no energy to
pray? It means you've encountered
death after after spending too many hours on YouTube.
Prayer is difficult as well. Prayer just yearning.
(50:52):
It's because you have not spent time intermodaling with what
produces life so you can't just hear anything.
In Galatians chapter 3, Paul rebukes the Galatian church.
So hopefully, Galatians, who hasthe wish to that you should not
obey the truth before whose eyesJesus Christ has been evidently
(51:14):
set forth crucified among you. Verse 2.
Then he said, that's only I willlearn of you.
He says, did you receive the Spirit by the works of the law
or by the hearing of faith? He said that the Spirit we
received and that we'll see it as we go on.
He says, how did the Spirit come?
(51:35):
So did it come by you doing something, or it was by you
hearing faith? Verse 3 Then he says, Are you so
foolish? Having begun in the spirit?
Are you now made perfect by the flesh?
There's 4 Then he says, Have yousuffered many things in vain?
If it's yet, if it's be yet in vain, there's five.
(51:55):
Then he says He that's ministereth the spirit, and
waketh miracles among you. Does he do it by working the
works of the law, or he does it by hearing faith?
It means the way miracles are wet is what I'm hearing faith?
And how does faith come? Faith comes by hearing and
hearing by the message of Christ.
(52:15):
It means when I hear messages that talks about Jesus, when I
hear messages that Jesus is the center, and I've said it to you
before, that messages we call Christ centered are not messages
that just mentions Jesus's name casually.
They are messages that are inundated with the exaltation of
the person and the work of Christ.
That's what is a Christ centeredmessage.
(52:36):
So I can't come and stand here and give good advice and say
that I've preached the Christ sentiment.
No, no, it doesn't work like that.
A Christ centered message is a message that focuses on the
person of Christ and what he hasaccomplished for us.
Praise God, oh praise God, praise the Lord.
(52:58):
So he said, yes, administer the script.
It means that my experience in miracles, my experience in
breakthroughs, it doesn't come by doing, it comes by hearing,
and that's why Satan fights or hearing.
Are you looking for a new job? Are you looking for healing in
your body? Keep hearing Christ, keep
hearing the Word, and I'll show you as I end what kind of word
(53:20):
you must hear. Keep it as you are hearing, as
you are hearing, as you are hearing, as you are hearing,
things will just be working in your life.
Good Essence, chapter 30, we've read it already.
First Thessalonians chapter 2, verse 13.
The word of God is what causes powerful things to happen when
we hear it. Galatians and 1st Thessalonians
213. Let's do it in easy English,
(53:43):
easy English. Oh, I hope I'm blessing
somebody. I hope I'm blessing somebody and
I hope that that's why people are listening.
This is there is also another reason why we continue to thank
God always. When we told God's message to
you, you believed it as words from God.
(54:04):
You knew that it was not only a human message.
You believed it as God's message, which it certainly is.
And God's words will do powerfulthings in you who believe them.
I wanted to show, I want to showyou something he says.
God's words will do powerful things.
(54:24):
Powerful transformation comes inthose who believe the word.
But how do you believe a word you know hate?
It means the reason why powerfulthings are not happening in
people's lives is because I'm not listening to the word of
God. When you don't listen to God's
word, you truncate the performances of powerful things
(54:45):
in your life. Let's see how the King James
renders. So for this course, I also thank
thank. We are God without him.
Because when you receive the word of God, which ye head of
us, ye receive the not as the word of men.
Then he says it is this word which is effectually working in
you who believe. So you see, he brings the
(55:07):
hearing before believing. It's like Roman Super 10 says,
how can they hear if there's no preacher?
How can they believe what they have not heard?
And how can they hear if there'sno preacher?
And 1st, the saloneness is showing it to us.
He said the way you had the word, you received the word.
So what do you do to the word when you hear it #1 receive it.
Then he says that when you receive this word and you
(55:28):
believe what you have heard, it will work powerfully in you.
Acts chapter 14, verse nine, oneday Paul was preaching and the
Bible says that. And this guy in Acts chapter 14,
he has been following Paul everywhere and he was lame,
impotent in his feet jumped to verse 8 so that we'll see this
(55:49):
guy who he is and there's such acertain man at least are
impotent in his feet being a cripple from his mother's womb
who had never worked. The guy doesn't have an
experience of working this 10 overs line the same this line
the same head Paul speak. Now the word head is actually an
(56:12):
imperfect things. It means he was hearing and
hearing and hearing and hearing and hearing.
It means everywhere Paul had a crusade.
He was there everywhere. Paul had a preaching
appointment. He was there, but not a very
interesting thing. He was important.
It means everywhere Paul was preaching.
He would tell people carry me there.
I need to hear and as he kept hearing Bible says that when
(56:35):
Paul saw him, Paul saw that he had faith to be healed and
because the guy has had and handed him.
This is sometimes saying I know you are believing God for a car.
Perhaps you are believing God for a new job.
You are believing God for a scholarship.
You're believing God to best theprophecies that we have set
concerning your life. The reason why it is not
happening is because you have not had enough.
(56:57):
So you don't have enough faith to push into manifestation what
has already been made available to you.
Do you know that if a woman goesto the labour world and she does
not push, she will lose the babyAnd then the fact that the baby
died does not mean that she was not pregnant.
(57:17):
She was pregnant, so the pushingis only proof that there's
something in my belly. It means that when I listen and
faith is built, my faith is not going to produce the miracle.
My faith is going to help me push what Christ has already
done. I don't know if you understand
what I'm saying. So the guy posted and now he has
(57:40):
faith to be healed this time. Look at what happens in the
stand. Then I would say that.
Then pause it with a loud voice.Stand up on your feet.
I would say immediately he leaped and he walked.
How did his healing come to you hearing and people of God?
That's why Satan fights your hearing.
That's why Satan fights your hearing because your hearing is
(58:03):
important. And if you if you are going to
contend for the faith that you have received, then you are
really going to pay attention towhat you give your ears to
praise the Lord. Let's wrap up.
I don't know why God give me this message for diaspora, but I
(58:26):
know it's going to help you. Second so much about 23 verse
11. Now David had some mighty men
and this mighty men of David Bible speaks of adilo de S
Knights. Can we go to verse verse?
Go to verse 10 verse 10. There were ranks.
Oh, there were ranks, there wereranks.
(58:47):
Go to verse 5 verse 5. Let's see some of the mighty men
of David who has some of his mind, although my house be not
as go to the next verse. Verse 6, verse 7 verse 8.
This be the names of the mighty men whom David had, the Taco
(59:08):
Knights, the Taco Knights that sat in the seat, chief among the
captains. The same was Adeno de S Knights.
He lift up his spear against 800whom he slew at one time.
It means this guy called Adeno. He takes his spear and at once
smite 800 men. I wonder how long his spear was.
(59:31):
It means he was human. Kebabu.
He saw them, 800 men on one sphere.
That's line. Then he says there was also
Eliza, the son of Dodo, the Arrow Heights.
You've had me mention this guy'sbeen too many times.
One of the three mighty men withDavid when they defied the
(59:51):
Philistines that were gathered together to battle and the men
of Israel were gone away this time.
Then there's another guy, he says this same guy, he arose and
smote the Philistines and to hishands was weary and his hand
cleaved onto his sword. And the Lord writes great
victory that day and all the people returned after to take
the spot. Do you know what it means?
(01:00:12):
This guy called Eliza, the son of the Howard, His name actually
means the comfort that comes from the love of brethren.
It means because of the love of the brethren, this guy could so
fight and because the brethren was tearing him on because of
the love that the love, the care, the affection from the
brethren, he saw cleave in his hand that even when he was
(01:00:33):
tired, the sword was not fallingdown and he saw fought and God
routed great victory. And know the very interesting
thing. The brethren that supported with
love came to him to enjoy the spoil.
A lot of times we don't understand that destroying
somebody effects our victory andour enjoyment, because if
(01:00:55):
Patrick wins, we all win. If streams of life's church
works it, it blesses all of us, you know?
But a lot of times we don't see it like that.
What do you gain if you are? Can I?
Can I even see this? A lot of ministries measure
(01:01:15):
success by who they are outdoingand not by what God told him to
do. So we have 3000 members.
This one has 300 members. So because of that, we are
fulfilling that will of God. No.
Yeah. The ministry that has 300
members is not a yardstick. The yardstick by which you
(01:01:36):
measure your success in ministryis what God has told you to do.
Verse 11. Let me show you this guy and
then we'll end. Verse 11.
It says after, after Adino, after, yes, Eliza, the son of
the. All right.
So after him was Shama, the son of Edgy, the Harrite.
You know, Shama, his name comes from the root word shama, which
(01:02:00):
means to hear and Edgy the Harrite.
And that was the Philistines were gathered together into a
troop where there was a piece ofground full of lentils, and the
people fled from the Philistines.
Verse 12 And this guy called Shama stood in the midst of the
(01:02:21):
ground and defended it and slew the Philistines and the Lord
route a great victory. Do you know this guy Shama the
son of Iggy Dahara? Bible says that when Israel were
in compass of the Philistines. Now the Philistines were not
interested in the land. They were interested in what was
(01:02:41):
in the land which was their foodsupply.
Lentils was a staple food, a common food for the children of
it was a source of food that wastheir diets.
So it's also speaks of their food supply.
And the Bible says that this Philistine, you know the meaning
of the word philistines, it means in vaders.
(01:03:04):
Philistines means in vaders. What it means is that who is an
invader? An invader is someone who enters
a place that is not his territory and tries to take
over. So the Philistines entered the
food supply of these these guys because they realize that if we,
if we are able to seize their food supply, they will not eat.
(01:03:25):
The way you don't eat, what happens to you, you'll be weak.
So the way we can kill these people and defeat them, let's
not go fighting. Let's make sure that they don't
have access to their food supply.
And so long as they don't have access to their food supply,
they will grow weak. Then we can kill them.
So the attack of Satan, actuallywhen he shows up, the invader,
(01:03:46):
it reminds me of a game called Chicken Invaders, that the
invader said or said that is an invader.
Bible calls him a thief. Why do you call somebody a
thief? A thief is someone who goes to a
place that does not belong to him and takes what does not
belong to him. So the Philistine actually
represents the devil. He enters into your life and
what he fights primarily is yourfood supply.
(01:04:07):
You know your food supply, anything, any means by which the
word of God comes to you, Satan,to fight it.
And one of the ways he does thatis by fighting a man of God.
So anytime Satan is fighting a man of God with depression, he's
fighting a man of God with accusations, he's fighting a man
of God with sin, He's fight. He's just fighting your food
supply. Satan knows it because once you
(01:04:28):
are not having a man of God, youdon't have a pasta, you're not
hearing preaching, you know whatis going to happen to you.
You're going to grow weaker and weaker and weaker when Satan
fights your appetite to listen to messages.
He is fighting your food supply. And if we are going to contend
for the faith, and we know that faith comes by hearing and our
hearing is feeding, then we are supposed to be contending for
(01:04:48):
our hearing. So what it means is that
whatever makes you not feel likehearing the word of God being
preached, fight it. Because when you don't fight it,
Satan is fighting your food supply.
He's fighting the means by whichmanifestations will come.
He says that he that work at thethe, the he that work at
miracles. Didn't it come by the hearing of
(01:05:09):
faith? It means just by hearing.
Miracles are happening just by hearing.
So when Satan is fighting your ability, why you not hearing the
word? We are doing polygonal taking
part. When that's why somewhere in
Virginia you don't care what is going on.
There are messages to listen to.You have no body there.
There are too many new messages, too many new messages.
You are listening to none of them and you are roaming from
(01:05:31):
place to place to place to place.
In the day of adversity. You will not know what to do.
And the Bible says if your strength fails in the day of
adversity, your strength was small.
There are a lot of Christians who are not victorious.
Why? Their food supply is being
fought by the devil. The Bible says that when the
children of when, when the Shama, the guy whose name means
(01:05:56):
when the roots to hear, stood and defended the field.
God wrote great fiction. Do you know why?
It's just like what happened in Acts chapter 19, the verse #20
in the city of Ephesus so mightily grew the Word of God
and prevailed. When the word of God increased,
they began to prevail. And it is an Ephesus that the
(01:06:18):
goddess Diana was. It was an Ephesus that there was
they believe in magic. You go up, go up, go to verse
17, go to verse 17 because at this time people brought their
magic books and came to bend them.
And this was known of all the Jews and the Greeks also done
that episodes and they feel the Lord fell upon them and the name
(01:06:39):
of the Lord Jesus was magnified.Verse 18.
Look at verse 18 and many that believe came and confessed and
showed their deeds. Verse 19 Watch it all.
And many of them, which also usecurious arts, brought their
books together and bend them before all men, and they counted
the price of them and found it to be 50,000 pieces of silver.
(01:07:01):
At this point the preaching had gone on and he's saying that
when they had the message, the books that they brought to bear
was about 50,000 pieces of silver.
That's the cost. And what was there?
What what provoked this revival was 20 he said so mightily grew
the word and pray this Ephesus So in the city of Ephesus, as
(01:07:25):
the word of God grew, prevailingwas coming.
Look, are you believing God for healing?
Are you believing God for miracles?
Are you believing God for testimonies As you keep hearing
and you keep hearing and you keep hearing and you keep
hearing and as I hear you are feeding, miracles are coming,
testimonies are coming. The good job is coming.
That's a lot of times. I'm still struggling with the
porn. I'm still struggling with the
(01:07:46):
masturbation. You are not hearing enough
because Satan is fighting your food supply.
May God raise among us some shamans of eggy Dehara rights
men who are going to stand. It means when the media team
does the good media recording, they are protecting food supply.
When we have a podcast, we are making food supply available.
(01:08:07):
When messages are being transcribed into books, food
supply, food supply, food supply.
So when the invaders show up in your life, you know what the
devil comes now says that for the devil comes to steal, to
kill and to destroy. But what does he steal?
This is my personal revelation. He steals the seed that is soon
(01:08:29):
in your heart. No wonder in the parable of the
sewer, the best of the air represents the devil in Magic
chapter 13. And the Bible says that when the
seed is soon, the best of the air come to eat it.
So that the seed that has been shown does not even take roots,
because it is the word that has taken roots that brings the
manifestation. It is the word that has taken
roots through meditation and several ponderings and re
(01:08:52):
listening that produces the transformation.
So, child of God, I know you arelistening to me.
You must really, really, really make sure that you are guarding
your you are protecting your hearing Because as I said at the
beginning, too many things have crept into the church.
People are preaching. There are even preaching the way
you listen to. Now you question if you're truly
(01:09:14):
in faith. They're preaching that if you
listen to continuously you lose your healing, you lose your
healing, you lose your healing. You've heard that we have gone
to younger and safe camp. Nothing has nothing has impugned
your interest to go and ask oh, are the messages ready.
Oh, I had that depression and Jesus is finished work.
(01:09:35):
My starting point is that message available.
You don't care because you don'tunderstand what is happening to
you when Satan fights you with laziness and uninterestedness is
fighting your feeding. And the Bible says Jude says,
look, because of the things thatare going around us, let's
contend for the faith. Let's contend for the faith.
(01:09:58):
Let's fight with strangers, evenif it is difficult.
I don't feel like listening to amessage.
I must listen because if I'm notgoing to listen, if I'm not
going to read the Bible, I love you.
I've left the Bible reading. Satan has convinced you, you
know Satan does. He makes every other thing look
appealing more than Christ. So realize that YouTube is more
(01:10:19):
advertising. You mean it shows us that, oh,
parties are more appetizing. Yeah.
In diaspora, all you know is parties.
Let me even say this. Let me even say this.
A lot of you, a lot of you, you have left feeding.
And because you have left feeding, you are, you are
(01:10:41):
thinking that doing a lot. Also today you are.
Here you are. Maybe you are.
Recently I saw Pastor Kobe. I'll show you the video.
He was pitching somewhere. So some of the devil can be said
You'll be preaching, preaching, preaching, but you're not
feeding. Satan is not afraid of the
believer who is preaching without feeding.
He's afraid of the believer who feeds.
(01:11:01):
That's why some 23 says when I'min the presence of my enemies,
it gives me a table to do what to eat.
It means my feeding is my battlestrategy.
The way I fight Satan is by feeding.
So if it's a person, there's a sickness in my body.
Look, Feet says, in the presenceof my enemies.
(01:11:21):
If there's a philistine called disease that is invading your
health, some 23 says don't prepare us a table before me in
the presence of my enemies, it means in the face of a loss of a
job, feed. In the face of raging emotions,
feed. In the face of difficulties,
(01:11:41):
feed. In the face of strenuous
academic settles that seems to be making you tired, you carry
the Bible feed. The solution to the devil is
feeding. This is when you prepare table
before me, the presence of my enemy and I eat.
My anointing increases and my cup runs over.
(01:12:02):
That's what happens. Can I sit in the passion?
Can I sit in the passion? My look, a bear, a sundercard.
He says you become my delicious feast.
Oh, you see, you see, He's saying that my enemies have come
and they are daring to fight me.My enemies are fighting.
Look, some other people are criticizing you.
(01:12:23):
People are accusing you. Don't mind them.
Don't go on social media trying to reply your critics.
Increase your feeding as you feed on God's Word.
That's about the strategy. He says you have become my
delicious. When Christ becomes a delicious
feast, he says that the anointing of increase.
It's like what happened in Luke chapter 10.
Luke 1040. Luke 1040.
Let me show you. My notes are exhausted.
(01:12:45):
All these are coming from my school.
Luke 1040. Luke 1040.
Oh Maruco boshantalla maka Baba,Baba Baba.
Go to this, this, this 41. You have Moffat translation,
right? You used it for profit.com.
Let me show it to them. Moffat translation Malaika's son
Dala Koramba dandy Reba ba ba baba ba.
(01:13:05):
We are protecting our food supply.
We are contending for the faith. We are fighting for our hearing.
He says the Lord answered. Matter, matter, matter.
There's 4242. Mary has chosen the best dish.
Doesn't move our translation. No King Jim says he has chosen
the good parts. Mama said Mary has chosen the
(01:13:26):
best dish. That's 42, the best dish.
It means as Mary was sitting at the feet of Jesus hearing what
he was saying, she was feeding. She was feeding.
She didn't spare any opportunityto hear the word.
When it's a Saturday, we are streaming.
You are not even with your with your device to listen because
(01:13:47):
you don't realize that whatever you are doing, you are also
feeding. Can I say something?
Stop nibbling at the table of the world and start feasting on
the best dish that is Christ. A lot of you take a little
nibble on YouTube, they take a little nibble on Instagram, then
a little nibble on Snapchat. And by the time you realize that
(01:14:07):
it has ended and the best dish that will nourish your soul and
the best dish that would correctthe emotional rages and the
emotional imbalances you have left it.
How can you go do without this is how this is how to contend
for the faith you if it comes byhearing then we should fight to
hear well do you know when Satanappeared in the garden the
(01:14:33):
question he asked Adam what has God said that was that was that
was The thing is that what has God said so don't don't mind
what God has said. People can say what does your
pastor preach forget forget it'snot true that preaching on
tithing is not correct. Anybody who preaches now kiss a
deck is a thief. Be there.
That's what your finances is theway it is.
(01:14:53):
A lot of you have stopped tithing.
You have stopped giving you havestopped sowing because other
things have crept in and every time Satan comes.
That's that's my message today to contend for the faith is that
we have a duty, a sacred duty tofight for our food supply.
(01:15:13):
That's what you must lack of. Oh, thank you, Holy Spirit.
In first Corinthians Chapter 11,Paul talks about his Apostolic
demise and his Apostolic maybe victories.
And as he begins to talk, he says that oh, if it's about
shipwreck, I've suffered it. If it's about near death
(01:15:34):
experiences, I've had it. Then another thing that he
mentioned was about the governor.
Have you found it? Yes, tries was high beaten with
rods. Second Corinthians 11 to five.
Once I was stoned, thrice I suffered shipwreck, a night and
a day I have been in the deep. Next verse.
(01:15:56):
In journeys often in perils of waters, in perils of robbers, in
perils of my own countrymen, in perils by the brethren, in
perils in the city, in perils inthe wilderness, in perils in the
sea, in perils among false brethren.
A Go back to verse 26. False brethren, false brethren.
(01:16:22):
Look, there are people among us.They're not really of us.
Let me, can I show you a Scripture?
Let me show you a scripture. I saw it recently in Bible
reading and it blessed me in Second Thessalonians, 2nd
Thessalonians, chapter 3 false brethren, I don't even know
(01:16:52):
where we should start from. Let's start from this team.
Second Thessalonians for threatening for even when you we
were with you, this recommended you that if any would not work,
neither should it's this the context, but I'll show you
something maybe secondary interpretation verse 11 for we
hear that there are some which work among you disorderly.
So he said that we've commanded you to be doing something, but
(01:17:13):
there are a group of people thatare working disorderly working
not at all, but are busy bodies.Verse 12.
Watch this one verse 12 Now themthat are such we command and
exalt by our Lord Jesus Christ that with quietness.
They work and eat their own bread.
So contentionally, people who they don't want to work, but
they want to eat and they were also in the church.
(01:17:35):
He's writing to the church, but he says but he brethren, be not
wary and well doing verse 14. Then he said, if any man obey
not our word by this epistle, not that man and have no company
with him that he may be ashamed. It means when we are in a church
and an instruction has been given by authority.
(01:17:56):
The people that don't take part, not them.
They're false bread. We all pull again.
There's some people that will never pull back.
We are we're about to start 14 days of night prayers.
There's people who will never join the messages that they will
never listen. We are going for camp.
They will never show up. He says that the people that do
not obey the word, we are sharing, not them.
(01:18:19):
So some people go like, hey, that's for TPH where you live.
It's like they sideline you. You are not doing what we are
being commanded to do in the world.
The Bible says we should not youand we should have no fellowship
with you. So it's not like we don't want
to fellowship with you. No, no, no, no.
You are fighting the system God has ordained.
You are fighting what God is doing.
The Bible says that we should take note of you, but we
(01:18:41):
shouldn't have any passion translation so that I don't
understand what I'm saying Passion, passion, passion says
take special note of anyone who won't obey what we have written
and stay away from them. So the Bible says, so if I, if
we are in church and your friendis somebody who this despises
(01:19:02):
authority and disregard the instruction we give.
You are also a dangerous person. There was a time in CPS, people
had a Snapchat group where they used to discuss me after every
service. They will come on the Snapchat
and they will discuss Yeah, Bible says that take notes, take
notes and people like why are they reporting?
(01:19:23):
You know, there are some things the pasta it must be reported
post set concerning the Corinthian church is that it is
commonly reported. So some things must be nobody's.
You are misbehaving the reporter, you call it betrayal.
You don't know betrayal. So it is commonly reported
amongst you. So there are some things it must
be reported. Marcolo Kosuto Kobosobos.
(01:19:49):
Hey, Marcura Basante false brethren.
The Bible says that we should have nothing to do with them.
I can't befriend someone who is source profit.
No, no, no. You can't be my friend.
How? No, and it's a matter of time.
You had to also start drifting. You had to start drifting.
Oh, there are too many testimonies along those lines.
(01:20:10):
You had to say the person hasn'tdone anything to you, but you
had to start drifting. The Bible says that anybody that
is not following by our weight mark them and have nothing to do
with them. The Bible says that casts out
the corner. No.
Where's Connors? People's corner.
They don't respect. They mock the thing.
What are they doing? They are pull again.
(01:20:30):
Oh, they are fasting. How?
How is that? Cast out the Sconer and
obviously contention and strife will end.
Just cast out the Sconer presentto 10.
And contention shall go out. Strife and reproach shall cease.
Passion translation. Passion translation.
(01:20:50):
Thank you, Holy Spirit, say goodbye to a troublemaker and
you will say goodbye to quarrels, to strife, to tension
and argument for a troublemaker traffics in shame.
So what have I shared with you tonight?
That there's a faith that has been given to us.
(01:21:15):
And what is faith? Do you know that faith comes by
hearing and hearing by the word of the message of Christ?
It means that one of the things we should also guard against are
preachers of works. Anybody who is preaching works.
Oh, you have to wake up. And if you don't wake up and
don't to pray, your life has ended.
It's not true. It's a big lie.
(01:21:38):
Oh, I said it's a big lie. Oh, and, and they are, they are,
they are, you know, you have to do this and you have to mix this
with this and you have to mix that with that and works, works,
works. Any preaching that takes you
back to works, say goodbye to it.
Any preacher that takes you backto works, avoid, avoid, avoid.
(01:22:03):
That's what was said to the Galatian church.
He said you are going back. You started in faith that you
have entered works and usually because of the kind of things
you listen to. So what we tell you to listen to
one thing and to listen to your preacher and your pastor.
We are not denying you a harvestof revelations.
(01:22:25):
No, we're only showing you that if you don't take it and you mix
the diet and that's the Bible called seducing spirits.
Any preaching that Swiss you away from the simplicity that we
have in Christ Jesus is a seductive teaching.
So that's for our streams of life.
(01:22:48):
I know it's a new beginning for you As I meditated this, what
the Lord told me to come and share with you is tell them to
contend for the faith, the faiththat they have received.
So now you've clearly seen that we already in faith, we're
already in great grounds, and that is where we must fight to
stay. And anything and anyone that
(01:23:08):
will try to take us out of the place where God has intended us
to function and to freely enjoy all things, remark and vote.
Because your miracles will come by faith.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, your miracles will come by faith.
Everything you want to enjoy it will come by faith.
(01:23:29):
And faith is not you doing something.
Faith is believing in what has already been done.
That's faith. That's faith.
So the Lord bless you. I know you've been blessed.
Have you been blessed? Have you been blessed?
Super, super blessed. Hallelujah, Hallelujah.
(01:23:58):
I've been so blessed. So I want us to pray.
I want us to pray. We are praying that Lord, we
fight in various whatever that fights us, for which reason we
are not staying in the messages of faith, we are not staying in
(01:24:19):
what you have ordained for us. We fight, we put on a fight.
Le carrabba shanda rakuba rabba baka sandala bakayla Lord, we
put on a fight. Rabba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba.
Lift your voice wherever you areand put on a fight.
Le ku Bara rasa caliberi rebbecosandalamba we put on a fight la
(01:24:43):
kuba rabba ba ba. Whatever that fights, that
fights, that fights. Makura bassini Reba ba kura ba
ba. Sunday we put on a fight.
Makala Bara Bara sanda robo shimba Kira sanda rabba Bara
(01:25:04):
Bara Bara Bara. Nothing will take us off our
food supply, nothing will offendus.
Great peace of day that love thylaw and nothing shall offend
them. Offense is one of the reasons we
walk out of our food supply. But tonight we lift up our
(01:25:24):
voices and we pray that we stay in our food supply.
We stay in our food supply and we will increase in our hearing.
We receive grace to increase in our hearing.
We receive grace to increase in our hearing, grace to increase
(01:25:46):
in the hearing, grace to increase in the hearing, grace
to increase in the hearing in the name of the Lord Jesus, Oh
my brother Sunday streams of life church, you are blessed.
I release grace over you. I know sometimes it's difficult
to follow in a distant land, butthat's why the messages are
(01:26:07):
there. You can follow by listening.
If you don't listen. Paul said to Timothy, he says
thou has fully known my doctrine.
Timothy is the only one called my true son in the faith and he
was not telling us how Timothy followed and he said one of the
ways Timothy followed was indoctrine.
(01:26:27):
Since you have you have known mydog, the more you are listening
to the preaching, you are knowing the doctrine of your man
of God and that's how to follow you following doctrine, you
following, listening, you following the preachings.
Have you left these pitches and you're listening to something
else. You follow your man of God in
doctrine says thou has fully known my doctrine, my doctrine
(01:26:53):
praise the Lord. So you are blessed and I'm
trusting God I can do this once a month.
I can teach that as well once every month.
So in in a year. I've taught you 12 times Yeah,
till the Lord gives us room to be able to have in person camps
(01:27:16):
Amen. Lord bless you for joining.
I think we'll take a quick offering and then I'll come back
and then we'll officially close. So just look on your screens to
give an offering, give a good offering.
Father, thank you for the opportunity that you have given
us to give. If you're in Ghana, you have
tuned in, give an offering because the meeting was not for.
(01:27:37):
So once you are here and you have listened to God, you have
to show something. Amen.
Father thank you for the opportunity that you have given
us to give good measure, presseddown, shaking together, running
over your cousin men to give to us.
We are working in abundance and we are working in plenty in
Jesus precious name, Amen, praise the Lord, Amen.
(01:28:00):
God bless you for giving. Father, we thank you so much for
giving to us to give to Jesus.
