Welcome back to Gridiron Gurus, a special bonus episode on AI innovation's Unleashed

(00:17):
folks.
It's Championship Sunday and the tension is thicker than a linebacker's neck.
I'm your host, Chuck, and with me is my nemesis as he beat me this year in fantasy football.
Hello, Greg.
That's right, Chuck.
Love me some Saquon Barkley.
We've got two titanic clashes brewing.
The commanders are marching into the hostile territory of Philly to face the Eagles.

(00:38):
And over in the AFC, it's a rematch of last year's epic showdown between the Bills and
the Chiefs.
We've been burning the midnight oil, scouring the internet, and dissecting every expert
analysis to get you primed for these games.
Let's kick things off with the NFC Championship.
The commanders escape Detroit with a victory and their defense is playing lights out.
That defensive line is ferocious, but the Eagles looked unstoppable against the Rams

(01:02):
and they have the home crowd roaring behind them.
Absolutely.
ESPN's John Keim highlighted the commander's defensive front, led by Darren Payne and Jonathan
Allen, as the key to disrupting Jalen Hertz.
He even quoted defensive coordinator Jack Del Rio saying, we got to get after the quarterback.
But as Sheil Kapadia over at the Athletic pointed out, the Eagles' offensive line is

(01:23):
like a brick wall.
He called it the most dominant unit in football this season.
It's going to be a battle of epic proportions.
And let's not forget Hertz' ability to make plays with his legs.
NFL.com's Nick Schuch called him a magician in the open field after his performance against
the Rams.
I think the Eagles' offense is just too multifaceted and they'll wear down the commanders in the

(01:45):
second half.
I'm with you on that one.
The Eagles are a more complete team and they're playing with a fire in their belly.
Key points to watch in the NFC Championship game.
One, commander's D-line versus Eagles' O-line.
The trenches will be the battleground.
Can Payne and Allen get to Hertz?
Two, Eagles run game.
Can Saquon Barkley and the Eagles control the clock and keep the commander's offense

(02:08):
off the field?
Three, turnovers.
Which team can win the turnover battle and create extra possessions?
Now let's turn our attention to the AFC Championship.
This Bill's Chiefs' rematch has all the makings of another classic.
Last year's game was an absolute rollercoaster.
Absolutely.
And both offenses are loaded with firepower.

(02:29):
Mahomes is playing like a man possessed and Josh Allen is a force of nature.
But as Connor Orr from Sports Illustrated wrote, the Bill's defense has become a no-fly
zone this season.
Mahomes though is the QB that could break them.
That's a great point.
They have a secondary that can match up with the Chiefs' weapons.
But can they contain Travis Kelsey?
He's Mahomes' security blanket and he always seems to find a way to get open.

(02:52):
Go football.
Focus even called him the most unguardable player in the NFL.
But who else is going to catch a pass?
That's a big question mark.
It's going to be a chess match between these two offensive masterminds and their defenses.
But I think the Bills are on a mission to avenge last year's heartbreak and they have
the talent to do it.
I'm going with the Chiefs at home.
They have that championship pedigree and Andy Reid is a master of playoff football

(03:16):
and Patrick Mahomes is the man.
Here are some key points to watch in the AFC Championship game.
1.Bills' secondary vs. Chiefs' receivers.
Can Tree Davias White and the Bills' secondary limit, Kelsey, and the Chiefs' wide outs?
2.
Josh Allen's decision making.
Can Allen avoid costly turnovers against the Chiefs' ball-hawking defense?

(03:36):
3.
Coaching.
Andy Reid vs. Sean McDermott.
Who can outsmart the other in this tactical chess match?
Alright folks, there you have it.
Our predictions for the championship games.
Let the debate begin.
And don't forget to subscribe and tell your friends about Gridiron Gurus.
We'll be back with more analysis and hopefully accurate predictions for Super Bowl 59.
