š Episode Summary: The Wind in the Willows ā A Bedtime Tale
Mole, tired of spring-cleaning, escapes his burrow and discovers the riverbank, where he meets the friendly Water Rat. Rat introduces Mole to river life, boating, and picnics, and the two become close friends.
They meet several animals including the boastful Mr. Toad, who becomes obsessed with motorcars and causes trouble. Toadās reckless behaviour lands him in prison, but he escapes with help and returns homeāonly to find his house taken over by sneaky weasels.
With the help of Mole, Rat, and the wise Badger, Toad fights to reclaim Toad Hall in a daring nighttime raid through a secret tunnel. Though proud and silly, Toad begins to change his ways thanks to the loyalty and care of his friends.
The story celebrates friendship, home, courage, and the joy of small adventures by the river.
