Welcome everybody, Thanks for joining me. We're gonna have a
good little talk about Miami. I was talking about how
wonderful the weather's gotten here in the southeast, and today
it was a little bit of a not quite such
a great day or rain and not quite as warm,
but gonna get right back there. So we're we're in
the full midst of spring, and that just makes me happy.

It makes people happy, and it's a great time to
visit Miami. That goes without saying. I mean, almost a
year round is good to visit Miami, right, So it's
what So honestly, spring and fall are my favorite times
to be in Miami. So let's talk about Miami. But
I want to take a little bit of different twist

to this. I want to instead of a we were
talking like a first time visitor's guide to Miami, we're
not gonna do that, and we're gonna go more of
a locals guide the best or you know, or what
about Miami. Do it like a local, right, So that's
kind of what I'm after here, So let's just go

kind of a begin into Miami and we're going to
work through the next ten or twelve episodes. This is
the same type of topic, and I think it's gonna
be really cool, whether you're a tourist or someone who
lives there. I think that we're going to talk about
a lot of things that you're going to be interested in.
So Miami, the very name conjures up images of sun
