to go to the beach, that's what I'm thinking. I'm
thinking beachfront tiki bars and restaurants and dining and relaxation.

That's what I want.

I don't need high falute and stuff, you know all
the time. Maybe once when I'm at a beach vacation,
but most of the time, I just want to find
the beach and I want to find places to eat
and drink on the beach. That's why I love a
good tiki hut.

I want to relax. What's wrong with that? That's what
it's all about.

So Having explored the diverse coastal pathways and scenic routes
of Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach, it's time to
indulge in another facet of coastal enjoyment, beachfront dining. Right
the rhythmic crash of the waves provides a constant, soothing
soundtrack to your meal. I mean, I'd also like to have,

you know, maybe a steel drum band or something in
the background. You know, maybe some kind of beach music.
That would be cool with me too. So Myrtle Beach
boasts a remarkable array of restaurants in cafes offering breath
taking ocean views, catering to a wide range of tastes
and budgets. From the casual beach front eateries serving fresh

seafood to upscale establishments with gourmet menus and impeccable service,
there's something for every ballot. Let's start with the with
some casual dining options, perfect for relax of lunch or
a light dinner after a day spent in the sun.
Sounds good to me, doesn't it. Many beachfront hotels and
resorts include casual restaurants offering simple menus featuring fresh seafood, burger, sandwiches,

and salads. What else do you really need? These are
generally affordable priced, and don't forget, generally have a full bar. Raging,
raging and ranging. You might be raging. If you don't
get to eat, you might go into a rage. But
this is ranging from fifteen to thirty dollars per person.
Expect options like grilled shrimp with mango salsa, classic fish

and chips, juicy burger with all the fixings. The quality
can vary, Okay, that's just being true, but the unbeatable
ocean view of compensates for any minor shortcomings. Look for
places with outdoor patty was directly on the sand. That's amazing.

The ambiance is simply unparalleled. Often these establishments offer happy
hour specials. I'm in making them even more attractive. I
know that we're talking about the view, making it a
compensation for the food not being that great. So living
in Charleston, South Carolina, there's there's Sullivan's Island, there's al
of Palms, and al of Palms has restaurants on the beach,

I mean right there on the ocean, and every one
of them has stunk.

I mean it's all about the view and the drinks.

Speaker 1 (03:37):
But lately, or I guess about four or five years ago,
we had a restaurant come in on Iop as we
call Ale Palms and it's amazing. So where you need
to go if you come into al of Palms, a
little bit south of Myrtle Beach. I know I'm off topic.
You need to come to Costa because it is absolutely amazing.

So moving up the culinary ladder, Myrtle Beach offers a
selection of mid range restaurants offering a more refined dining experience.
It's a little bit more than McDonald's, right, and it's
not going to break the bank. These might feature locally
sourced seafood, innovative pasta dishes, or carefully crafted steaks. Expect

to pay between thirty and sixty dollars per person for
a satisfying meal plus your drinks. In this Myrtle Beach,
you're going to want a few drinks. For example, you
might find a restaurant featuring pan sarch gallops with lemon
butter sauce. That sounds really good, a grilled swordfish steak
with a roasted vegetables, and the swordfish is great when

it's done absolutely right, or a creamy seafood pasta dish. Yeah,
but then I'm going to have a nap. The menus
often incorporate seasonal ingredients, ensuring freshness and variety. Many of
these establishments have beautiful interiors with large windows offering panorampic
ocean views, and that of course compensates for the food quality.

Not in every place, not Myrtle Beach, or even outdoor
seating areas with fire pits for a cozy atmosphere during
cooler evenings like tonight, I think it's down to like
thirty three. Reservations are often recommended, particularly during peak season,
and I said this a million times, save yourself a
hell of a lot of trouble.

Phone and make a reservation. Or if you're a nice
hotel there's a concierge, go have them do it. I mean,
don't go there and stand in line and then be
turned away, because you're just going to get ticked off
and it's going to leave a bad taste in your
mouth literally for a truly memorable dining experience, Myrtle Beach
also presents a choice of higher end restaurants that offer

an unparalleled level of sophistication and culinary artistry. These establishments
typically feature extensive wineless property, properly strained and you know what,
in season, they probably are strained but trained staff. The
menus showcasing innovative dishes, prepare with the finest ingredients. Expect

to pay upwards of sixty dollars per person, and if
you get some wine, it's going to be upwards of
one hundred dollars a person and potentially much more depending
on your choices. This is the place to indulge in
a luxurious seafood platter featuring oyster, shrimp, crab legs, lobster,
or perfectly cooked full at Yes, I'm in with truffle

mashed potatoes. It's like I'm ordering right now. The ambiance
in these restaurants is usually elegant and refined, with stunning
ocean views on with some of them serving the perfect backdrop.
Service is generally impeccable, with attentive staff assuring your every
need is met. These restaurants are perfect for special occasions

and adversaries, simply treating yourself to truly memorable culinary experience.
I like to eat at a place like this when
I want to. If I'm going to Myrtle Beach, Okay,
I'm gonna eat at a place like this once a week,
that one time in my stay. If I'm there for
seven days, I'm gonna eat here one night. And I'm
not we're not taking the kids. It's just my wife

and now that's our little date night, right. I think
that's certainly feasible, and that would be my night. So
beyond the full service restaurants, Myrtle Beach's beachfront scene also
incorporates charming cafes and snack bars. These offer a lighter,
more casual fare, ideal for a quick bite or refreshing
drink i'll enjoy the sun. These might feature ice cream partners,

Prices generally arrange from ten to twenty dollars, so let's see.
Imagine indulging in a freshly baked croissant with a strong cappuccino,
which you might need after a night out in Myrtle

better eat it fast. These smaller establishments add to the

person in excluding drinks and tip. It always excludes drinks.
Right Ocean Front Grille, on the other hand, provides a
more casual dining experience with a focus on American classics
and fresh seafood. Expect burger, sandwich, is, salad, seafoods. Their

price is generally run from about fifteen to thirty dollars
per person.

Consider the Coastal Cove, a fine dining restaurant offering upscale

that's the way it's going to be. And for a
sweeter d too your day, don't miss Sugar Shack, a
beachfront ice cream parlor with a wide variety of flavors
and toppings that sounds really good after a long, hot
day at the beach. So in conclusion, beach front Dining
and Myrtle Beach offers a wide spectrum of experiences catering

restaurants and everything in between. There's a perfect dining spot
for every occasion and preference. The unforgettable combination of delicious

look at the reviews and look at like ten or
fifteen of them to make sure they're consistent. That's all
I'm going to say the most is just go to
Myrtle Beach and have a dag on good time, take

awesome Myrtle Beach podcast host that I am, I have

decided to do a list that I don't do very
often because I think this is totally appropriate for Myrtle Beach.
So I got the top We're talking about beach bars
and tiki huts things, right, So I got the top five.

I actually got the top ten.

I longly do the top five today beach bars or
tiki huts in Myrtle Beach because really, that's what Myrtle
Beach is all about. This is Myrtle Beach to me
is the beach and the beach bars and the tiki huts,
and that's one of the things that makes it so
special and so cool and just a little bit different.
So the number five is Herald's on the Ocean also

called Hotos h Oto Apostrophe S. So this is known
for its beach music and shag dancing. Now, if you
don't know what that is, you need to look that up.
Hoteos offers ocean front dining, live bands, and menu featuring
seafood and burgers and cocktails. They do take reservations and

that phone number is eight four three two four nine
five six is zero one Hotesnumber four Coconuts Tiki Bar
and Grill. This place is amazing, amazing. It's in North
Myrtle Beach. It's the only ocean front tiki bar in
North Myrtle Beach. Coconuts provides a laid back setting with

tropical drinks, happy hour specials, and live entertainment.

And that's amazing. And then coming in.

Number three Bums. Now, we're gonna spell that b U
M m Z Beach Beach Cafe, Bombs Beach Cafe. It's
a long standing favorite. Bums offers a casual atmosphere with
indoor and outdoor seating, live music, and signature cocktails like
the Bums Beach Relief.

Good luck with that one, man.

I don't do too many of those or you'll need, uh,
you'll need relief from the from that.

So anyway.

Number two Black Drum Brewing situated within Kingston Resort. This
is This is a cool spot and I've been here
many times. This modern brewery features an extensive craft beer
selection and elevated Southern cuisine, all with stunning ocean vistas.

It's right there.

Speaker 1 (14:08):
Then you can just jump off your barstool if you want,
and just cruise right down to the beach, not that
I've ever done anything like that. We'll stumble down to
the beach right and let's get a little drum roll
for number one and coming into number one, eighth Avenue
Tiki Bar and Grill. I have been here a few times.

Located on the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Lively Bar offers ocean views,
diverse menu, and a wide selection of draft beer. If
it's really crowded, I'm gonna give you the phone number
you can call and sometimes you can get a spot.
The phone number is eight four to three seven one
two two three four zero. And again that's the number

one beach in Tiki bar in Myrtle Beach. It's eighth
Avenue Tiki Bar and Grill. So by all means you
need to hit at least two or three of those,
