What happens when you mix psychedelics, an energy vortex, and a stranded extraterrestrial?

You’re about to find out.

This episode is the unfiltered story of an alien encounter that challenged every notion I had about consciousness, consent, and our place in the cosmos.

Hey, I’m Ian Vogel—host of Alternate Timelines. My journey started on a small farm in the midwest, where I always felt a little out of place. After years of skepticism and even a stint as an atheist, a near-death experience changed my perspective on everything. Since then, I’ve explored plant medicine, past life memories, and the mysteries of consciousness. Now, I’m sharing those experiences to help others navigate their own awakening. Through real stories, deep conversations, and wild explorations of the unknown, we’re building a community where it’s okay to question reality. You’re not alone in the unknown. 👽✨

HypeMiC & FaceTime HD Camera (00:00):
it is much easier to have direct

(00:01):
contact with an extraterrestrialthan most people think, and
those interactions are probablygonna look a lot different than
our preconceived notions.
For example, having anextraterrestrial come into your
body and take control over it.
That's the story I'm about totell that I never thought I
would share publicly.

(00:24):
What's up?
I'm Ian with alternatetimelines.
I've had extraterrestrialcontact many different times in
many different places anddifferent contexts.
And the story I'm about to sharewith you today is one that
really sticks out in my mind asbeing pretty remarkable and had
a deep impact on me personally.
It completely blew my mind andgave me an entirely different

(00:46):
perspective on consciousness, extraterrestrials, and life in
general.
I had no idea just how intimatean experience with an ET could
be.
you're gonna wanna stick aroundfor this story.
'cause at the end there is aplot twist that takes this
really strange story to a wholenother level of weird.
This experience actually takesplace over the course of several

(01:07):
months and includes severalinteractions with the same et.
So to set the stage, I've got afriend, uh, let's say a friend
of a friend who's got someundeveloped land out in Southern
California near the Anza BorregoDesert.
This plot of land is a reallyremarkable place, super special.
It's out in the middle ofnowhere, not close to people,

(01:29):
not close to technology orcivilization, and.
The land itself is full ofquartz crystals.
You walk around and the place isjust covered.
You can see veins of quartzrunning diagonally across the
ground.
It's a really magical, highenergy spot, and my guess is

(01:49):
that it has been for a long timebecause out there you can find
shards of pottery and signs ofancient civilizations.
My strong intuition is that theindigenous people knew about
that spot and inhabited it for along time.
I feel really blessed to havebeen able to go out there, spend
time on the land and experiencethat place for myself.

(02:11):
Um, myself and a group offriends, it was always different
people.
There's usually six or eight ofus would meet up out there once
every couple of months to doplant medicine journeys.
it wasn't a super formal sort ofsituation.
People would come on their ownand do their own thing, spend
the night out under the starscamping by themselves, having

(02:33):
their experiences with.
Mushrooms or whatever they had.
And then in the morning we wouldhave a community potluck
breakfast, talk about ourexperiences, sit around the fire
until the sun got high in thesky and it became blazing hot.
And then we would all go ourseparate ways.
I met some really interestingcharacters out there, and I by
no means was the only person tohave extra terrestrial contact

(02:57):
in that space.
One of the first times I wasthere, I was walking around
exploring.
And I found a beautiful spot ontop of this hill that I knew was
gonna be the place where I wasgoing to have my journeys.
That is exactly where I wouldset up my tents, my little one
person camping tent, and mysleeping bag.
Every time I went out there, itwas secluded away from everybody

(03:18):
else so that I could just do mything and have my experience.
So the first time that Iencountered this
extraterrestrial, I was outthere.
I was in my tent.
I had eaten five-ish grams ofmushrooms.
I was buckled myself in and Iwas getting ready to go for a
ride.
shortly after I started to feelthe effects of the mushrooms, I

(03:40):
had a very strong feeling that Iwas not alone, that I was being
watched.
And I just settled into theexperience and kind of reached
out energetically, and I couldfeel that there was an entity,
there was a presence there.
It was coming from the directionof the mountain, when I realized
that there was a being there, Ijust introduced myself and

(04:04):
acknowledged it.
Said, Hey, I mean you no harm.
I come in peace and love andopenness.
I'm here for just the night fora short period of time to have
an inward sort of journey ofself-exploration.
I don't mean to impose, I don'tmean mean to interrupt your
space or what you're doing.
And I come in love.

(04:26):
And I wanna clarify that thiscommunication happened
telepathically.
I wasn't speaking these words.
It was a direct consciousness toconsciousness sort of
interaction.
He was close enough and had awillingness to connect with me
in that way, and we were able toexchange information and
communicate in that way.

(04:47):
He responded to mycommunication, letting me know
that he also meant me no harm, and he was just coming to check
out what was going on because itwas sort of unusual, actually,
very unusual for people to becoming out and spending time
alone in this part of the world.
It was a very secluded space.
And I acknowledged that and wespent a little bit of time in

(05:10):
each other's energy just feelingeach other out.
And then he basically bowed outand faded off into the distance
and he was gone.
And I say he, because the energyand the sense that I got was
that it was a, A masculine, ayoung masculine energy.
But beyond that, there wasn'treally any visual or anything

(05:33):
that was particularlydistinguishing about him or this
experience.
He didn't get very close, didn'tshare much information, just got
close enough to let me know thathe was there and to have that
brief interaction, and then itwas gone and that was over.
This happened at the verybeginning part of this journey,
and honestly, I don't remember alot of what happened after that

(05:57):
as far as the journey went.
But that interaction that I hadwith that being was definitely
very succinct and it feltmeaningful.
It was like whenever you havethe opportunity to connect with
an extraterrestrial or a beinglike that, it's very, to me, is
very special.
And we don't have a lot ofthose.

(06:19):
Interactions.
Typically, some people do, andit's not difficult to, but you
have to put yourself in theright place, in the right state
of being and be open to it,which I think a lot of people
aren't.
And so these experiences arerather infrequent and for, for
myself included.
Fast forward three or fourmonths, and I find myself on the

(06:41):
exact same hill, in the exactsame place doing the exact same
thing.
And once you know it, guess whoI ran into again?
You guessed it.
Only this time.
The experience was a lotdifferent.
Shortly after this mushroomjourney really kicked off, I
again got a sense of a beingcoming from the direction of the

(07:02):
mountains, and I recognized theenergy immediately.
It was the same entity andextraterrestrial that I'd
contacted and interacted withjust a few months prior.
But this time he came closer andI got the sense that he wanted
to have a more meaningfulinteraction.
So we started talking, andagain, I say talking, but this

(07:25):
was telepathic communication.
We start communicating, and thisis really hard to explain for
somebody who hasn't experiencedit because it's just so
different from our normal way ofcommunicating.
The experience that I had withthis being, it wasn't like an

(07:46):
exchange of information.
Exactly.
It was like our consciousness.
Overlapped, I was able toaccess, parts of his emotion,
parts of his memory, and I wasable to very quickly get a
sense, a much better sense ofwho this entity was, this

(08:08):
extraterrestrial introducedhimself as atom, like ATOM, and.
Being able to tap into hisemotions and his feelings and
some surface level memories.
Again, this situation, it's notlike I was able to go deep to
the core of his memories andknow everything about him is

(08:30):
more like small talk, so tospeak, or surface level emotions
and memories.
In that kind of a state, you dohave control to a certain degree
to how much information youshare.
For the most part.
There's some things that arejust obvious and out in the
open, but I think really deepcore stuff you can, to a certain

(08:52):
degree, keep that to yourself.
And really, we all have trauma.
We all have things that we'vegone through.
I didn't wanna probe the depthsof his being to learn everything
about him.
That's intrusive.
I wouldn't want somebody to dothat to me, I already have my
own things to deal with.

(09:12):
Why would I want to delve intosomebody else's issues?
Deep personal issues.
Uh, in my experience, this hasbeen kind of a common thing.
I don't never feel like whenI've interacted with beings
telepathically or spirituallylike this, like they're probing
really deeply into the depths ofmy soul.
It's, they, there's a, a degreeof respecting each other's space

(09:37):
and acknowledging that, thereare certain parts of yourself
that you want to keep privateand Sure.
I'm guessing that if he wantedto, he could have.
I learned every little bit aboutevery little thing that I've
done based on the fact that hecould access my consciousness in
that way.
But that was never the feelingand I, I never wanted to do that

(09:59):
to him.
And it just seemed like we wereon the same page as far as our
interaction and the, theinformation that we communicated
that it was, you know, irrelevant to what we were doing
and just more curious andwanting to get to know each
other.
If you're on a first or seconddate with somebody, you don't go
asking them about their deepest, darkest traumas.

(10:19):
And, the experiences they had, the, their first memories
that's, you know, caused them tobe the way that they are.
I mean, you can, but that'susually not how it goes.
And that's not how this went.
So his name was A, and he cameto Earth from a planet.
I didn't get his full backstory, but it was clear and apparent

(10:41):
that there were feelings andemotions of.
Sadness and guilt and hurt it.
It wasn't overwhelming, butthere was this definitely a
sense of homesickness andfeeling ostracized.
I don't know exactly whathappened, but the sense that I
got was that he had been shunnedor excommunicated or something

(11:04):
went down to where he had toleave his place of origin and
his friends and his family.
To go into hiding or beingsecluded again, I, I don't know
exactly what happened, but hewas here not necessarily under
his own free will.
Like, there was a sense that ifhe could, he would've gone back

(11:28):
and he missed his home and hisfamily and this, the beings that
were close to him, but that heneeded to be away from them for
at least for a period of time.
And for me, I've reallyresonated with those feelings
and empathize with him.
'cause I've been in certainsituations where sometimes the
energy and the things going onat home don't really vibe with

(11:51):
me.
So I mean, there've been periodsof my life, couple, three years
at a time where I've just beenabsent from home for whatever
reason.
And that was something that, uh,I don't know that we necessarily
bonded on, but we had a.
Sense of camaraderie aroundthat.
'cause we both had similar sortsof feelings when it come to home

(12:11):
and family.
And when it came down to thephysicality of a, he was not
embodied.
He was a spirit, but he was notin a physical body.
If what we're at right now, thislevel, this dimension of reality
is 3D.
I would consider him like 3.5 D.

(12:32):
You could sense him like it waseasy to sense him.
He wasn't super ethereal or wayfar away, or like an angel or
ascended master or a, or areally high vibrational being.
The sense that I got was thatyou could maybe even recognize
his energy with the naked eyeand that it would be something

(12:55):
like.
When you look over asphalt andsee the heat waves coming off
the asphalt, those waves, likeyou can't see the waves
themself, but you, you can seethe effect of the waves and that
that distortion of the air, andit's like a visual distortion.
My sense is that if you were tolook at him in full light, that

(13:19):
you would see something likethat.
You wouldn't see a physical bodybecause.
He didn't have a physical body, but you would see some sort of
energetic emanation or some sortof representation of his energy
in physical space, even thoughhe wasn't necessarily fully
embodied.
He was relatively close to ourearth vibration, yet not quite

(13:41):
here.
And ultimately the basis for ourfledgling relationship and
ability to communicate with eachother came down to a sense of
openness and love and compassionand curiosity.
We just wanted to get to knoweach other, and we were both
curious about each other'sexperience and about the being

(14:03):
that was there.
During either of ourinteractions, I never got a
feeling of manipulation orexploit or him trying to extract
something in these kind ofconsciousness, consciousness
sorts of communications wheretelepathy is involved.
These things become apparent.

(14:24):
It's not easily hidden.
You can feel what the otherbeing is thinking and the
emotions that they're goingthrough.
In my experience, you might notknow what they're thinking or
exactly what their thoughtprocesses are, but there is a
level of everything's out on thetable and a level of openness
where you're kind of sharing thespace and your ideas and your

(14:47):
emotions as well.
So it's really challenging tohide something that you're
trying to do overtly.
it's the kind of space where youreally can't keep secrets, and
especially not if you're tryingto do something or interact with
somebody or impose something onsomeone.
It's becomes very obvious.
So there we were.

(15:08):
Atam and I were basicallygetting to know each other.
It was pretty cool.
I was able to see visions of hishome world, of the planet that
he came from.
It was very rocky andmountainous and it didn't look
like the images that I was ableto perceive.
It didn't look like a lot ofplant material.
Uh, it was.

(15:29):
Really interesting.
And that was about the only sortof visual or, you know, other
than the, the directcommunication that was, that,
that was pretty it, it felt verycordial and friendly and
curious, but also there was asense of guardedness.
Like he didn't want me to knoweverything that had happened and
his whole past story, whichagain, I totally get it.

(15:53):
Then things took a turn.
Atom started to communicateabout the fact that he was not
embodied.
And he'd never been in a body.
It was very fascinating to him.
I could feel his curiosityaround the physicality of my
meat suit, my human body, and heasked me if it would be all

(16:14):
right for him to take controlover my body.
that request was totallyunexpected and I had to really
sit with it for a moment.
Like, what is he asking?
He wants to take control over mybody.
To a certain degree, I get it.
I understand that the body isbasically just a vehicle, but

(16:36):
I'd never considered the idea.
Of allowing somebody else oranother being to take control or
to drive my vehicle.
I could feel his emotions.
I could feel where he was comingfrom.
It was from a place of genuinecuriosity and, and wonder about,
you know, what is thisexperience like?

(16:56):
He just wanted to know.
And the interaction up to thispoint was going very well.
It was very pleasant.
So I sat with it for a littlebit and I was like, well, he's
coming from a good place.
Like why not?
Of, of all the things like it,it just, there was no reason for
me not to, and I was curiousmyself.

(17:17):
I could feel his curiosity andthat peaked a curiosity within
me.
I was like.
Sure we can do this if our, ifyou're able to bring your
consciousness into this body andtake control over it for a
period of time, I'm okay withthat.
And what I communicated backwith him was the fact that, you

(17:40):
know, this body is veryimportant to me.
the fact that he didn't have abody, he, I could tell he didn't
quite grasp my.
Sense of connection with thebody and how kind of protective
I was initially over the thoughtof him taking over my body.
To him it was like getting inand out of a car, but to me,

(18:01):
obviously it was different.
I.
I had to explain to him thatthis body is very important.
I take care of it.
It's without this body.
I know my spirit would continue, but this body is important to me
if we go through with this and Ilet you take control of it,
please be respectful and carefuland careful with it.

(18:24):
And.
Treat it with dignity and justdon't harm it.
Please don't crash the car.
I really value this thing isbasically what I told him and
the response that I got was oneof understanding like, okay,
yes, I agree.
I get what you're saying.
I get where you're coming from.

(18:45):
If you're open to it, cool.
Let's do this.
so at this point, I was layingin my one person tent in my
sleeping bag, having thisinteraction with a.
And we agreed to do the thing,so I just basically allowed my
whole body to relax.
I started from the top of myhead and worked my way down to

(19:05):
my toes, just relaxing all themuscles in my body and really
relaxing my mind as well, andjust settling in and feeling
into my body and just relaxingand getting in a state of
acceptance and allowance.
And it was so bizarre.
I felt his spirit come into mybody and I'm laying there and,

(19:29):
and my shoulders and my headwere propped up and my neck, I
wasn't laying flat.
I was on a.
Bit of an incline with my neckand my back and I feel him enter
my body and the next thing thathappens is my head turns one
direction all the way as as faras I could.

(19:53):
My head turns the otherdirection as far as I could.
I take a couple of really deepinhales, uh, inhalations and
deep breaths.
Full exhales.
Full inhales, and then my handcomes up in front of my face and
my fingers start to, I didn't,not exactly making a fist, but

(20:16):
I'm pressing my fingers into oneanother and I can just feel.
This sense of awe and wonder andlike, oh my gosh, that is what
pressure feels like.
Oh my goodness.
Just a completely new mindblowing, like consciousness

(20:40):
expanding sort of experience.
I wasn't having it myself, but Iwas so close to it.
I could feel it viscerally justthis.
In intense sense of wonder.
It's like childlike curiosity.
Like, oh my gosh, this is wild.
I can feel the movement of thisbody and the, the pressure and

(21:01):
the density of it.
And it was almost like, I'm sureeverybody's seen those cars that
people use when they're indriver's ed.
There's a.
The, the kid who's going throughdriver's ed class and they're
learning to drive a car, they'resitting in the driver's seat.
But there are certain cars thatare made for that purpose,

(21:21):
specifically where in thepassenger seat there's pedals
and there's, you know, there'sthings that the, the passenger
can do to control the car.
And I felt like I was in thepassenger seat of my own
vehicle, a point of view thatwas very unaccustomed to, to put
it lightly.
But it didn't feel dangerous.
It didn't feel, like I was inany sort of compromised

(21:46):
position.
It was just different.
And I had a feeling that if Iwanted to, and I really, if
something happened, I could havetaken control over of the
vehicle if I want to impose mywill and, and just.
Get back into my body and be inthe driver's seat again.
I felt like I could haveprobably very easily booted him

(22:08):
out and wrestled that controlback.
But I just relaxed andrelinquished the control and,
and you know, he was just kindof moving.
I remember him like moving mywrists and my hands and this
went on for a few seconds, like,I don't know, maybe a minute or
two.
And he's like, okay, yeah, thisis.

(22:30):
Wow.
He's like, well, this is justwild.
He, he was like, okay, this issuper cool, and we settle into
the experience a little bit.
And I started to get thisfeeling like my body started to,
to kind of shift and fidget alittle bit.
And he was kind of curious andhe asked me this question, he

(22:53):
said, and, and the sense that Igot was almost of irritation or,
or confusion.
I.
And he's like, what is this?
Like, does this body always feellike this?
And I realized, well, at, atthat point in my life, I was
doing a lot of bakrem style hotyoga.

(23:15):
I was in the studio four orfive, six days a week, sometimes
taking really intense hot yogaclasses.
I was very dedicated to my yogapractice at that period of time.
It was basically my lifestyleoutside of work, and I realized
I was sore.

(23:36):
When you're doing that much hotyoga, it's natural and like
everybody gets sore.
Everybody is sore When you'redoing that much hot yoga to to
some extent, yes, your bodyfeels great from the exercise
and when you push yourself thathard, it's going to have an
impact on your physical body.
What he was sensing was theamount of soreness in my body

(24:00):
from the intense exercise I hadbeen doing.
And I realized that because hewas, he was curious like, what
is this signal coming from this, this discomfort?
And I had to explain to him, Isaid, well.
This is a vehicle.
Some vehicles are meant for highperformance and in, in order to

(24:21):
get the human vehicle to performat a high level, you have to
train it and you have to pushit, and you have to really work
it in a certain specific kind ofa way if you want to per achieve
a high level of performance withthis meat vehicle.

(24:41):
And he understood.
He's like, oh, wow, okay.
Yeah, I get it.
Yeah.
He's like, the next sensationthat I got was like, okay, cool.
I don't like that.
He's like, no, thank you.
This soreness and the fact thatyou're, you have to deal with
this discomfort in thisheaviness, and you can't get

(25:02):
away from this physical pain.
I'm like, that's, that's not forme.
No, thank you.
I and his communication to mewas, thank you for, for allowing
me to have this experience, andthis has been really
enlightening and I'm done.

(25:22):
I don't want to continue withthis anymore.
I think I got as much as I canget from this.
As much as I wanna get fromthis, I'm going to bow out and
take myself out of your physicalspace.
And just like that.
In the same way that he came in,I felt his energy shift out and

(25:44):
I resumed control over myphysical vehicle.
And here's where things getreally interesting.
'cause shortly after he leavesmy body.
We're still in the same proximalspace and we still have the
direct line of communicationopen.
And he asked me anotherquestion.
He says, do you remember thelast time you were here when we

(26:05):
had our first interaction andencounter?
And I was like, yeah.
He goes, well, later on in thatevening, I observed you having
an experience and I want to havethat experience too.
I said, oh, okay.
What, what exactly are youtalking about?
I.
And he shared with me a mentalimage and an observation that he

(26:28):
had made of myself and mypartner at the time being
intimate.
He shared that he could sensethe amount of energy that was
generated in that experience andin that interaction.
And he was really captivated byit, and he wanted to know if he
could have that experience forhimself.

(26:49):
Basically, he was asking if hecould inhabit my body, take
control of my body during anintimate encounter with my
significant other.
It took me a little bit toprocess this because I was
totally not expecting it, andthe energy that I got from him

(27:11):
was just energy of curiosity.
He's like, well, and I can seewhere he is coming from.
He's like, well, if you let metake over control of your
vehicle for a short period oftime, you know, just hanging
out, why wouldn't you let me?
Take control of your body whenyou're having that experience as
well.
It, it was very innocent.

(27:31):
He was like, well, if you'reopen to that, would you be open
to this as well?
And yeah, I had to, it took me alittle bit to process that and
my, my reaction was, and I hadto explain this to him, I was
like, you know, that sort oflevel of intimacy.

(27:52):
Is not something that I amcomfortable sharing.
And if that were to happen, which for me I am, I don't want
to go there like, you're cool, but we're not that cool sort of
a thing for us.
For something like that to haveto take, take place.

(28:12):
It would require consent frommyself, which is a no, and my
partner, which I'm assuming isgoing to be a no also.
So I, I really don't foreseethis happening.
I, again, I'm not comfortablewith this.
I like that sort of a space Iwant to maintain and keep that

(28:35):
private and because it's just areally special and intimate.
Sort of relationship that wehave and a bond.
And yes, I, I could just sensehe was really intrigued by the
amount of energy that thatgenerated, that experience
generated.
And he wanted to experiencethat.
Uh, so on one hand I understoodwhere he was coming from, and on

(28:55):
the other hand I was like, yeah,no, that's like, that's a
boundary that I'm gonna have toestablish and maintain and you
know, we're just not gonna gothere.
Sorry, dude.
And when I explained it to him,he seemed to understand and
really take it well.
He's like, oh yeah, okay, thatmakes sense.

(29:16):
Like I'm not trying to impose orI'm not trying to again take
anything or be weird.
I just genuinely, I could tellthat he was captivated and
really curious about thatexperience.
and shortly after that briefdialogue.
We parted ways.
He's like, okay, well thank you.

(29:36):
It's been a pleasure connectingwith you.
Thank you for the experience.
I felt feelings of gratitude andjoy and this kind of odd sense
of comradery, like we're workingtogether or have this kind of
unique bond.
And he's like, yeah, thank you.
Cool.
Take care.
Be well.
Enjoy the rest of your journey.
And with that, he kind of fadedoff into the distance and moved

(30:00):
off towards the direction of themountains again.
I am not entirely sure how longthat interaction was from
beginning to end.
I mean, it couldn't have beenmore than half an hour to an
hour.
I really don't know.
Time gets really slippery whenyou're taking five or more grams
of mushrooms and having thatinteraction on that dose of

(30:23):
mushrooms, I mean.
Yeah, it was a very profoundexperience, to say the least.
but that's not exactly where thestory ends.
Because shortly after he left,I'm laying there still in my
medicine journey, having myexperience, really trying to

(30:46):
integrate what just happened andtrying to make sense of the fact
that an extraterrestrial hadtaken over my body.
It was, you know, just sittingwith that contemplating and I
hear footsteps coming up fromoutside of my tent.
And my partner at the time cameup to the tent and asked me, I

(31:10):
said, Hey, are you, are you inthere?
Are you okay?
Is it okay for me to come in?
I said, oh, yeah, come on in.
Open up the tent.
She squatted down and was aboutto get in the tent and stopped.
She looked at me and she lookedaround.
And I said, yeah, just C, comein.

(31:31):
Yeah, come on in the tent.
And I just had an experience.
I'll explain it to you.
I don't know exactly what tomake of this.
So she got in the tent and Iproceed to tell her exactly what
just happened.
And her response was, oh mygosh.

(31:51):
She said, it did not feel likeyou.
I didn't recognize you.
It felt like somebody else.
I was so confused when I came upto the tent.
That was really strange.
It makes sense now why it feltlike you weren't you on an
energetic level, My guess isthat there might've been some

(32:16):
energetic residue or the factthat he'd spent so much time in
my space, uh, interfered with,or not interfered with, but
impacted my energy.
So it was really interesting tohave that reflected back to me
and have confirmation from herthat.
Yeah, this okay.

(32:36):
That something really strangeenergetically was going on with
me and in my space.
Since then, I haven't been backto that place.
Not for lack of want or desire.
'cause it's a really incredibleplace.
It just never really worked out.
I don't find myself in SouthernCalifornia at the right time, at

(32:58):
the right place, uh, with a bagof mushrooms all that often.
It's been several years sincethis experience had taken place.
I have not had any furtherinteractions with Atom.
And I've really never hadanother extraterrestrial
experience quite like that sinceor before.
This was a very unique andimpactful experience on me.

(33:21):
It really helped open my mind toa whole host of new ideas and
possibilities when it comes towhat's possible with
consciousness and what the bodyreally is and what function it
serves.
I still love my body and I stilldo the best that I can to take
care of it and.

(33:43):
I also recognize that it is justa vehicle.
The mushroom experience that Ihad at the desert there, the
fact that an extra terrestrialcame into my body was unique,
but the fact that myconsciousness has been able to
shift positions or even transferout of my body is not a new

(34:04):
experience, especially whenyou're taking high doses of
mushrooms and other plantmedicines in those states, you
can really start to explore.
And find new possibilities andkind of push the limits of your
consciousness, seeing what itcan do, where you can go, what
you can learn, who you caninteract with.

(34:26):
Again, this experience wasunique, but by far was not the
only experience I've had withextraterrestrials.
I've had many encounters withextraterrestrials.
and it's something that's begunto happen more frequently,
especially as I exploreconsciousness and the boundaries
of reality as I know it.
Extraterrestrial contact doesn'tnecessarily mean getting beamed

(34:49):
up to the mothership or beingabducted.
It can mean something like whatI just described, or something
closer to that where you'redirectly communicating
telepathically or energeticallywith an extraterrestrial.
In that context, you are fairlyclose in the.
The relationship and thecommunication is, is a bit more
intimate.

(35:10):
There's also situations andthings like the E five
meditation, differentmeditations, different
techniques, astro projection.
There's many different ways toopen yourself up to connect with
and communicate withextraterrestrial non-human
intelligences.

(35:31):
it's something that anyone cando, and I personally believe
that when the extraterrestrialdisclosure comes, it's not gonna
be from the government or majornews outlets'cause nobody trusts
those sources.
When a major disclosure happens,it's gonna be a ground up,
grassroots sort of a situation.

(35:51):
People in your community, peoplethat you may know, your
neighbor.
There are a lot of people andmore and more so having these
sorts of interactions andexperiences.
So you're at some point going toknow somebody if you haven't had
a personal experience yourselfthat has had personal
experiences with extraterrestrials in one form or
another.

(36:12):
We don't have to wait for thegovernment to tell us that
they're here, to know thatthey're here and have
experiences with them.
The key to being able to connectwith an extraterrestrial or have
one of these sorts ofexperiences is coming from a
place of openness and love andcompassion.
Love is a key that opens manydoors.
And when you are open in thatway and have the intention of

(36:36):
wanting to connect, coming froma place of genuine curiosity and
desire to share experiences andget to know somebody else,
you're going to have anexperience at some point or
another, especially if you tryone of these techniques or put
yourself in situations wherethat's more likely to happen.

(36:57):
It's just like if you want tomeet people.
You go to the grocery store, ifyou intend on being friendly and
smiling at people and startingconversations, you're gonna meet
people and you're gonna makefriends That might not have
happened before.
It's this very similar sort ofintention that goes into meeting

(37:18):
extraterrestrials.
It is really not that hard, butit does require some mindset
shifts on the part of the personwho's making contact.
You have to be in the rightmental space and open to receive
information and contact andmessages.
Now, I don't necessarilyrecommend that everybody do what
I did.

(37:40):
I have a deeply held personalbelief that God is not gonna put
me in a situation that I can'thandle.
I just trust that any situationI find myself in, if I follow my
intuition, it's going to lead meto learning lessons and having
the experience that I'm supposedto have.
Having this sort of approach tolife has led me down some funky

(38:03):
paths.
I've had a lot of amazingexperiences.
I've had some really challengingexperiences, and I'm grateful
for all the experiences thatI've had'cause they've taught me
a lot, And that's exactly why Imade this video about
discernment, because when youstart to open yourself up to
receive information and messagesfrom external sources, it is

(38:24):
really important to know if thatinformation is coming from an
authentic place of truth andlove, or if it's coming from a
manipulative, lower vibrationalsource.
I put a lot of information inthis so that you don't have to
go through the same challengesand learn the same lessons that
I had to.
So we'll see you there.
