What if your body is more than biology? What if it’s a living Stargate—a technology that can tune reality, collapse timelines, and cleanse karmic patterns?

In this episode, I sit down with Ashlea Piefer, creator of The Body Matrix, to explore how our physical form is a divine instrument—and how tuning into the body's wisdom opens doorways to profound transformation.

We talk about entity attachments, dimensional intelligence, the connection between archetypes and biology, the power of presence, and how to collapse karma without reliving the pain.

Ashlea shares about her journey from spontaneous Kundalini activation to embodying cosmic frequencies—and how she's helping others do the same through the Body Matrix Collective.

If you’ve ever felt there’s something deeper going on with your health, your energy, or your spiritual journey, this one is for you.

About the Guest:
Ashlea Piefer is the creator of The Body Matrix, a multidimensional modality designed to help people clear karmic residue, collapse outdated timelines, and fully embody their soul’s frequency. After a spontaneous Kundalini awakening in 2016, Ashlea began receiving guidance from non-physical intelligence and working with primordial sound fields.

Her approach blends energy mastery, intuitive insight, and practical embodiment—teaching others how to use the body as a tuning instrument for reality. Through her classes and sessions, she empowers people to reclaim their spiritual sovereignty and live in alignment with their highest timeline.

Hey, I’m Ian Vogel—host of Alternate Timelines. My journey started on a small farm in the midwest, where I always felt a little out of place. After years of skepticism and even a stint as an atheist, a near-death experience changed my perspective on everything. Since then, I’ve explored plant medicine, past life memories, and the mysteries of consciousness. Now, I’m sharing those experiences to help others navigate their own awakening. Through real stories, deep conversations, and wild explorations of the unknown, we’re building a community where it’s okay to question reality. You’re not alone in the unknown. 👽✨

Who helps people awaken thetechnology of their soul with
her body matrix system.
I've personally sat in on someof the meditations that Ashlea

(01:10):
facilitates for her Body MatrixCollective, and they're
incredible.
I was super excited to have heron.
We talk a little bit about herhistory, how her awakening
experience came to be, and wereally get into the nuts and
bolts of.
How she weaves many differentmodalities into one unique
offering that is incrediblypotent and helps people in many

(01:31):
different areas of their life.
So I know you're gonna get a lotout of this.
Ashlea is a wealth of knowledge.

(01:52):
Let's get into it.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_ (01:54):
Ashlea, I've been looking forward to
this conversation for a longtime, and I've heard through the
grapevine that you've beenworking on something

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1 (02:01):
Yeah.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_1303 (02:02):
I'd love to hear more about it
because we spoke several weeksago and this thing was kind of
building in the background I've.
I've been really curious aboutwhat this project you've been
working on is and how it appliesto your students and the world
in general.
Uh, give me, gimme some details.

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1_07 (02:23):
Oh man, it's, this has been over a
decade process of me goingthrough significant awakenings
and shifts in my consciousnessto understand that our body is a
vehicle of the soul.
It's a technology.
There's so much we can do withthis, and that's why I created

(02:43):
the body Matrix.
So the body matrix is aStargate.
It's a collective way tomeditate, which claims, commands
and consecrates your body inservice to your soul.
So we're purging out negativitydisease.

(03:04):
We are collapsing timelines.
We're we're eliminating whatsome people call generational
curses through pure presence, awareness, cultivated in the
body matrix classes.
It's teaching you how to useyour body as a tuning four
curve, four reality, and you'removing beyond the logical mind.
So this is a new human.
We're not using old logic, whichis built on what we've known up

(03:28):
until now.
It's limited.
We're shifting authority to ourheart.
We're aging younger, we'refeeling better, we have more
energy.
Manifestation is effortless.
And it, it was when I fullysurrendered to all these crazy
experiences that I've hadthrough this spiritual awakening
process, which started in 2015,took it.

(03:50):
It was galactic cosmicconnection.
And this is where we are now.
I have this modality, I havethis gift of sound frequencies
to manipulate fields of, ofinformation.
And I'm supported.
I'm supported by.

(04:10):
Things that we cannot see byprimordial fields of creation.
We just had our second bodymatrix class, and previous to
that, I was preparing, I wasworking a lot with raw.
RAW is a primordial sound fieldof creation.
They contributed to theconstruct of our universe.
And I came in through the goldorder.

(04:32):
It's like a sound tone.
My my soul light traveled thissound wave into this physical
biology.
And now here I am animated as apiece of source creation.
And that sphere, that sphere ofintelligence, the gold order,
and the councils for humanity'sfreedom have supported me in

(04:55):
doing this work.
And it sounds so crazy to saythis, but everywhere I look in
my reality, there's asynchronicity, there's a sign.
Here comes the goosebumps.
You can't fight it, you can'tdeny it.
And I've tried to talk myselfout of it, like, oh, you're
crazy.
You know, and, and I even planto get some brain scans, you
know, when I'm going into thesespaces and connecting with

(05:16):
these, these other worldlybeings just to prove to myself
like, you're grounded.
Your in reality.
Like, let's bridge the gap.
But this stuff is also real andit's been supporting me, and
it's not just me.
It's a whole collective, it's awhole field.
It's a whole field ofintelligence that when you

(05:38):
participate in the body matrix, you lock into that, you consent
to the clearing and thecleansing of your biology, of
the informational codex, whichcreate your body in space and
time on the journey.
I started going really intoscience, into physics.
And many people say, oh, ourphysics is limited.

(05:58):
It's, it's, it's not accurate.
But that's what helped me.
Walk that line of sanity as I'mgetting these sparks of genius,
these moments of connection andmy logical mind is like, make it
make sense.
But it doesn't always make senseuntil it shows up in your

(06:20):
reality and there it is.
Does that make sense?

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_13031 (06:25):
It doesn't make sense.
And it, it does make sensebecause I think on a, a certain
level, like once you get pastthe, the logical mind and you
start to recognize that thereare limitations to what logic
can do and where logic can takeyou, I think you at some point
run into a field where youexperience a lot of paradox and

(06:48):
paradox.
It feels right, but it doesn'tmake logical

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1 (06:54):
Yeah.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_130 (06:55):
And, and I think a lot of people.
In their growth journeys andtheir, their expansion, people
bump up against that field ofparadox and rather than just
accept it and lean into it, theytry to logic it and they try to
figure it out, which is, whichis something that, which is

(07:15):
something that you, you, youreally can't do.
So I'm, I'm glad you broughtthat up

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1_0 (07:21):
You can try.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_1303 (07:23):
you can, you can try for a long
time, and I think a lot ofpeople do.
I mean, I, I know I certainlytried for years to try to, to
try to fit some of theexperiences I was having into

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1 (07:34):
Yeah.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_1 (07:34):
boxes, trying to fit it, trying to fit
it.
And it wouldn't until I finallygot to the point where I was
like, you know what?
I'm just gonna let go of thisdesire for things to make
logical sense.
then things started to happenand things started to align much
more easily and and seamlessly.
And it sounds like that's aplace where you're at as well,

(07:55):
and you're helping guide peoplein that.
And, and I appreciate yousharing a, a little bit about
the body matrix and the processthat you're, you're developing
and leading people through.
So I'm, I, I'd love to unpackthat a little bit more, but you
know, you mentioned that you've,you started, or your awakening
started back in 2015.
I'd like to just a little bit ofbackground to, to learn a bit

(08:18):
more about how you went from2015, having a, a cosmic
awakening to, to the developmentof, of body matrix and, and how
you got to be where you aretoday.

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1 (08:28):
Yeah, so 2015 is when it started and
it started with like just subtlenudges.
It was gentle at the beginning.
Um, I started becoming moreinterested in the occult and
esoterics and some of the woostuff.
Um, I created a space in myhome, like an office.
Where I had like all my stuffset up and, you know, full

(08:51):
transparency.
I was interested in these thingsas a child, but then as an
adult, it kind of went away.
I matured, I focused on realworld stuff and, um, it, it kind
of dimmed.
So 2015, something sparked and Istarted preparing.
I knew I was preparing Ian.
I didn't know what I waspreparing for 2016, I had a

(09:11):
spontaneous kundalini awakening, which took my body through a
metamorphosis.
They thought I had lupus.
I broke out in this insane rashthat was all over me.
I looked like a dragon.
I would flake everywhere.
It was, it was pretty miserableto be honest.
And that's when I startedhearing things, seeing things,

(09:32):
and connecting with otherworldly intelligence, both man
benevolent and benevolent.
It was all there.
It's like all of a sudden I wasawake and here she is.
And everyone could see me.
I could see them.
Um, it was challenging.
It was really challenging.
Uh, eventually I made my waythrough it.

(09:56):
I, I detox.
Detox was a huge part of this.
Um, I had to take my body morealkaline.
The guides that I was workingwith at the time are not the
same guides that I have now.
So the guides are in, I callthem, they're frequency
intelligence that exists beyondthe veil.
You can't always see them, butthey show themselves in subtle

(10:19):
ways in your structure ofreality.
And that has changed.
So through this process, I'vepurified my mind.
I've cleansed my body, I'veascended to higher levels.
And, um, the ascension has beena wild ride.
It's been a wild ride.

(10:39):
And the one, the people thatI'm, I call'em people, the.
Beings that I work with now arenot the same ones that I started
with.
It started subtle, it startedgentle arcturians Ians, um,
basic guides.
These are, these are beings thatwould just show up.
They've never actually been in ahuman form, but they would give
you guidance and encouragementalong that path.

(11:02):
Now, it's completely different.
I don't, they don't come in andtell me they request, they
request to work with me becauseI'm so sovereign and tuned in to
the God essence.
And there's still challenges.
I still experience challengeswith some of these beings,
especially in my city wherethere's a lot of AI

(11:23):
intelligence.
But the key is the body matrix.
And the reason I teach this isbecause our minds can be easily
manipulated, but when we'retuned in and tapped into the
intelligence of the body of theheart, you're gonna be able to
discern, you know, what is foryou, what isn't for you, what.
On the path and what is in theway.

(11:44):
It's all about building that andyou, you age slower, you feel
better.
I feel better than I did in mytwenties.
I used to have pretty badscoliosis and I would get back
pain all the time.
I don't get that anymore, andI'm over a decade older, so make
that make sense, you know?

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_13 (12:04):
Thank you for sharing, uh, a little
bit about your story.
And I resonate with that verymuch because it was about 2015
when I started having myawakening, and like your
awakening was more attached to.
connections

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1 (12:18):
Yeah.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_1303 (12:19):
uh, with beings that were in
interdimensional,extraterrestrial, whatever you
want to call it.
Or, or maybe it's a mixture ofall of the above.
awakening was more revolvedaround spontaneously remembering
past life experiences, which, you mentioned that your, your
experience was challenging in alot of ways.

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1 (12:40):
Yeah.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_13031 (12:40):
My mine was too, just trying to
make sense of

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1 (12:42):
Yeah.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_130 (12:43):
and, and tr trying to fit these lived
experiences that I was havinginto my old paradigm, which just
did not work.
I, I appreciate you sharingthat, and I, I know a lot of
people who are listening to thiswill resonate in, in one way or
another.
The fact that these, when youstart to go through the
awakening process, it's gonnalook different for everybody.

(13:05):
It may be connecting with extraterrestrials or disembodied
beings.
It may be having spontaneousremembrances or.
being able to perceive things inyour surroundings that you
couldn't perceive just weeks ormonths or years before.
And this is something that eventhough everybody's experience is

(13:26):
different, many people who areon that path and who are going
through an awakening have thisreally uncomfortable and
challenging period, especiallyin the beginning and, and I
always find it heartening andreally inspirational when people
are able to.
Take what was once a situationthat was challenging and find

(13:49):
the silver lining in it andturning it and turn it into a,
modality or a way of being thatyou're able to, uh, be more
conscious, more aware, and moreyour authentic self.
Like alchemizing thosechallenging experiences and
turning them into something thatyou can share with the world and
help guide other people on theirpaths and help other people who

(14:12):
may be experiencing similarsorts of, uh, challenging
situations.
So the people who are cominginto work with you in the Body
Matrix classes, you said it's acollective.
What sort of people, or whatsort of experiences are the
people who are drawn to the BodyMatrix classes?

(14:34):
What are they experiencing when, when you first connect with
them?

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1_07 (14:38):
It is kind of a plethora, like some
people are, are like you, youknow, they've gone through the
integration of those, those pastlives.
And I wanna say something aboutthat.
The body matrix can make thateasier.
'cause I remember what that feltlike.
It was like chaos and I wouldwatch myself, I, I disassociated
while I was going through theactions, like the actual play

(15:00):
out of the past life car, youknow, the karma.
And what if we could eradicatethat?
What if we could claim our body, you know, purify the gateways,
the chakra centers, which spreadus through space and time.
That's the parallels, the pastlives.
And pull it into the now so thatwe're not having, we're not

(15:21):
having to have those experiencesto alchemize it.
What if we could do that?
And I think we can, with thebody matrix, we can collapse it.
We can eliminate the contractsKarma.
Like we can do that through thepower within us as divine
creators.
And I get people from all walks.

(15:41):
We had our second class today, but I've been using this
technique, this modality foryears, and different people
experience different things.
A lot of my clients aren't astuned in galactically as I am,
but that helps me for myspecific mission so that I can
see everything they're connectedto.

(16:02):
They know everything they needto know.
The key with the work that Iteach them is to know thyself,
to know your energetics, and tounderstand the foundations of
the energies.
So for example, I worked withsomeone for a year in that
period of time.
I think she's got like.
Two or three promotions, healedthings with the family, went

(16:25):
from being, you know, someonewho's hyperactive and triggered.
And this is a professionalperson, not somebody in new age
or spirituality, just a normalperson, you know?
And we're not always, we're nottalking about like galactic and
we're talking about like energy, frequency, vibration, how she's
breaking down her reality andhow these things are happening

(16:47):
around her and how we can makethat work in her favor.
And then reclaiming thetechnology that is the body.
Like when so and so triggersyou, where do you feel it when
you go to this place?
Where do you feel it?
Like how present are you withyour body and space and time?
Because there are intelligentfrequencies everywhere that seek
to actualize themselves.

(17:07):
Some small, some small players.
And then we got some big ones, some archetypes, some big
players.
And that's kind of where I'm atnow.
That's probably where you're atnow.
It's like.
What used to define you and whatused to give you meaning, your
personality, who you thought youwere, isn't necessarily who you
are.

(17:27):
And a lot of times that is astructure of intelligence
itself.
It's like an archetype that'sthen been positioned into the
planetary body that thenactualizes itself through us.
But how is that servinghumanity?
You know, like some of thearchetypes we have on this
planet, especially in regards tolike success and, and a and a
masculine man.

(17:48):
And a feminine woman, thatstuff's so messed up.
It's so distorted, but they'relarge.
These are large monsters.
They're large constructs ofreality, and they actualize
themselves through you, throughyour body matrix.
You close those doors, thosethings don't happen in your life
anymore.
You release the connection, youremove your consent.

(18:11):
It can't reach you.
It takes, it's taken me gettingto know all the deep, dark
dirties to help people.
'cause if I didn't know them, ifI didn't see them, if I wasn't
face-to-face with some of theselarger archetypes, how would I
help others?
I have to know them as deeply asI know myself and I do.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_130316 (18:32):
I think that's a really good point
that you make there inunderstanding the, I'll say
potentially challengingenergies.
You call it an entity, you couldcall it a, a thought form and
reor these things that are tiedinto the structure of our
culture and our society.
These intangible energies thatare, that are very big.

(18:54):
We see them manifest inpolitical systems and
educational systems and some ofthe big issues that we're seeing
with our food

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1 (19:05):
Yeah.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_130 (19:06):
And, and I, I'd, I'd like you to
speak a little bit more to thatbecause I, I think people get a
sense that something isn't rightand that we're in a time right
now of, of a significant shiftin energy.
People are.
Starting to, as we go throughthe awakening process, starting
to recognize that hey, thesethings that are like manifest in

(19:29):
the world around us, whether, whether it's a physical object
or a a, a system that's beingperpetuated unconsciously by the
masses.
Like there is something bigger, under some bigger energetic
themes or engines that are, thatare pushing this thing in the
manifest.
if you could share a little bitmore about that and speak to,

(19:52):
and speak to like, what, whatyou're seeing in the field and
some of those systems that yousee that are alive or, you know,
being perpetuated in the worldtoday and, and how that connects
with things that are happeningin a non-physical realm and the
non-physical space around us.

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1_07 (20:09):
So imagine this, every human being
has a significant amount ofelectricity.
There's a lot of power andenergy like flowing through your
body.
That's that's your source seed.
And there are things in between.
The dimensions and science hasquantified.
We create an 11 dimensions.
There's actually a lot more inthis universe, but that's what

(20:30):
we got right now.
That's where we're at.
So we create an 11 dimensions.
A lot of those are withinspectrums we cannot see, but
there are intelligent structuresthere that seek to actualize
themselves.
Through the world of form.
We contribute to the world ofform, and we know that just

(20:50):
through the basic observerexperience.
So participation is consent.
The music we listen to.
The TV we watch, theconversations we have the
circles, we keep what youparticipate in, you consent to.
And some people don't get thatwhat they're participating in is
actually consenting to the exactenergetics.

(21:14):
They seek to dissolve.
But people don't know the gameof energy.
And there are oligarchs thatcontrol this planet.
And then in between thedimensions, there are
archetypes.
They're intelligent and theyknow the game of energy.
You know, they seek to sustainthemselves and they do so
through you, through your bodymatrix.

(21:35):
So there's two areas that arereally significant that I
almost, that everybody hassomething going on that's your
sexual organs.
So your sexual organs, both menand women, those are areas of
creation.
That's where a lot of distortionresides.
If you're, if you're not, um,operating those systems and
peace, harmony, and ease.
For example, women that have alot of issues with their

(21:56):
reproductive system.
Have a lot of unease anddiscordance in their matrix.
There's a field around your bodycalled the morphogenetic field
that holds the instruction setfor how your body creates itself
in space and time.
Some of this is those layers of,you know, past lives, parallel
lives, and some of it is justcoded in a specific type of way

(22:20):
to keep you connected to thesearchetypes and that area in
women is a very big one.
One thing I noticed is women whotend to do rituals and
participate in things around themoon are very, have a, have a
lot of problems there and it'sbecause you continue to
participate and consent to that.

(22:42):
Um, it's kind of, there's a deepdive there, Ian, because it goes
into the celestial bodies andwhat exists within the celestial
bodies and the change that'shappening here on this, in this
universe, like the energies thatare coming through.
Um.
Sorry, I'm going on a spiel.
What was the question?

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_1303 (23:01):
it.

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1_ (23:01):
What was the question?
I,

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_130 (23:02):
the, we were,

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1_0 (23:05):
oh, areas

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_130 (23:06):
was,

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1_07- (23:06):
I remember.
I remember.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_130 (23:07):
like yeah.
How the, like the, the, thechallenging energies are
manifest in our, in our everydayworld.

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1_0 (23:14):
So, our sexual organs is one, and
this is where you really wannaremain pure.
Pure in your mind, pure in yourthoughts, pure in your
intentions, anytime you'reworking with those systems.
So don't let your weird desiresor perversions take you down a
hole, because guess what?
Now you're feeding an entity.
And that energy is used tosustain fields of intelligence

(23:37):
that surround the planet.
So every single one of us arepart of the problems here.
We fuel it, whether we know it,don't know it, admit it, don't
wanna admit it, it's happening.
There are very few people thatare fully sovereign and
committed to heaven on earth.
Know how to play the game thatare actually doing the work.
So the sexual organs is one.

(23:58):
And then around the back of theneck.
Back of the neck and in betweenthe shoulder blades.
When we are aware of ourselvesin space and time, that area is
often missed.
So a lot of people get stuff andit comes in, for example, I've
worked with a few people thathave had addiction and they get
these beings that come inthrough here and they make their

(24:20):
way into the meridians and theneurological system, and now
it's systemic.
So it started with some thoughtsand, and now they've
participated in the addictionbehavior, which feeds the entity
that has infiltrated their bodymatrix.
So your body is a whole systemof creation that contributes to

(24:43):
what we have externally.
But there are other things.
that Are using you to sustainthemselves.
And you think it's you.
You think you're thinking, youthink that that, you know, dark
thought was yours and you'regiving yourself a hard time and
your criticism.
But what if it wasn't?
What if it wasn't?
And what if through discipline, awareness, and commitment, you

(25:05):
can actually clear that stuffoutta your mind, outta your
body.
Live healthier, wealthier, havebetter relationships, have a
better human experience.
Like what if that was possible?
Why not you?
And those are two questions Ireally try to push with my
clients.
What if you could, why not you?

(25:26):
Because so many people arestruggling with that inner
critic, and I call it the innercritic.
But a lot of times what this is,is larger fields of intelligence
that are locked into that personand using their life, their
light force and their soulessence to sustain itself.
There's a lot of that here.
I know it sounds crazy.
You know, the Matrix wasn't theonly documentary.

(25:46):
Have you seen Stranger Things?

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_13031 (25:48):
I, I have not seen that.
No.

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1 (25:50):
Well, that's what it looks like.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_130316 (25:53):
S Stranger, stranger

ashlea-piefer--she-he (25:55):
Stranger.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_13031 (25:55):
is that a, a documentary in and of
its own?

ashlea-piefer--she-her (25:58):
Stranger Things.
So, you know the Matrix, right?
With Keanu Reeves.
Stranger Things is Different.
Stranger Things is about, um,this girl and she has,

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_ (26:09):
Netflix

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1_07- (26:10):
a Netflix thing and it,

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_1303 (26:12):
Oh, okay.

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1_07 (26:13):
it shows the dimensions and how she
kind of is the bridge.
But she also is aware of herenergetics and what she can't.
I mean, it's very much like thatpeople like me who have their
Claires activated, like they'regoing into places, they're
seeing these entities, they'reseeing these energies, and some
of them are.
Clearing'em out, purging'em out.

(26:34):
They're not really meant to behere.
I mean, that's arguable based onwhat lens you're looking
through, but I know what I cameto do and I'm not fighting
anymore.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025 (26:45):
Stranger Things is like an allegory
similar to the Matrix.
That's,

ashlea-piefer--she- (26:50):
absolutely.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_13031 (26:51):
a, a story and po and pointing out
a part of our reality that a, inan entertaining story kind of a

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1_ (26:58):
I've seen'em, Ian, I've seen'em, I've
seen the craziest things.
I went to a concert and therewas this octopus like being
feeding on all these peopleunder this tent.
It wasn't necessarily evil, itjust was.
That's how it sustained itself.
And I suspect that this is howsome of the, um, divas and, you

(27:21):
know, gods and beings andOrisha, like some of them were.
Promoted and, um, and, and fed.
They were, they were, they couldfeed them.
And some of these beings are notof divine dispensation.
Some of them are, some of'emaren't.
But when you know yourself, whenyou're tuned in to your body
matrix, so the essence of yoursoul, you're gonna be able to

(27:43):
see what is and what, it's awhole different way of being
human.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_1303 (27:50):
You brought up something that was
really interesting that the area

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1 (27:53):
Yeah.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_1303 (27:54):
the neck and above the shoulders,

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1_07 (27:56):
of God.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_130 (27:58):
what was that?

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_ (27:59):
called the mouth of God.
In esoterics terms, it's knownas the golden chalice.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_13 (28:05):
Okay, well, so I'm just gonna share a
quick little story.
And I made a whole video aboutthis on my YouTube channel, but
back in maybe 2017, I wasfacilitating an ayahuasca
ceremony in Joshua Tree, helpingto facilitate it.
And I walked outside of thespace to use the restroom.
I don't know, don't rememberexactly what it was, but as I
was walking back to the space, Ifelt something like, almost like

(28:29):
a, a wet blanket was thrown overme from behind.
And I just felt my energy justgo, I'm just like, drop and I
could feel pressure on the backof my neck.
And I was just like, and it wasso clear.
I'm like, wasn't anythingphysical on me.
I was like, is happening?
Something just happened anddon't know what it is.

(28:53):
And so like the only thing Iknew what to do, I went back to
towards the ceremony space and Igot the attention of one of the
other facilitators and I said.
I some tobacco, some macho, andmeet me over there.
Do not, I said, do not touch meunder any circumstances.
went kind of away from thespace.
I said, okay, just, just gimme asoap level, low tobacco smoke

(29:14):
all over me.
I, I've got a, a really greatrelationship with tobacco and
it's always been a, a verycleansing and clearing agent for
me.
as the tobacco smoke was beingblown on me, I felt this thing,
this pressure, this weight liftoff my shoulders.
And the mental image that I gotwas like a praying mantis, like

(29:34):
a, like an energetic theory, praying mantis that was flying
away.
was just like.
What in the hell was that?
so I, I asked the spirit of

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1 (29:47):
Yeah.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_1303 (29:48):
was that all about?

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1_0 (29:49):
she say?

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_13 (29:51):
she's like, well, this thing, it was
a, like a, like an animal.
And I, I've had many entityencounters and like parasitic
entities and there were, therewere times where they were
sentient and I could communicatewith them, but this one felt
animalistic,

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1 (30:08):
Yeah.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_1 (30:08):
didn't have an intention to harm me.
It was just like a, an energy

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1_ (30:12):
Yep.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_1303 (30:12):
And it was, it, it identified a
situation where it couldpotentially come and take
advantage and harvest somepeople's energy.
And the medicine told me, or theayahuasca said, said it, said,
well, this thing came into thespace and I had to do something
with it, so I just threw it onyou because I figured,'cause I
knew you'd be able to figure outhow to deal with it.
And I was like, okay, that was.

(30:34):
was really strange.
And later on I was talking tothe, the head facilitator, I
told him about this experience.
He goes, oh yeah, the assemblagepoint.
And he told, he goes intotelling me this long story about
how Carlos Castaneda, a lot ofhis teachings were really
focused on, on, on that spacebehind the neck and the back of

(30:55):
the shoulders saying that'swhere like, uh, disembodied

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1 (30:59):
Yeah.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_130 (31:00):
Your higher self.
That's, that's the point for,for different energies to, to
connect with you.
And he's like, oh yeah, just theassemblage point.
Like something attached to yourassemblage point.
I had never heard of thatbefore.
So it's really interesting thatyou, like, you confirmed that
from a, an even differentperspective.

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1 (31:20):
Yeah, that's a very powerful point in
the human body.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_130 (31:25):
And, and I think the another point
that you, you helped make therewas that these energies.
Aren't necessarily, or theseentities, these energies, these
things that we interact with.
While our experience of them maybe challenging or not of a
positive nature doesn'tnecessarily mean that they

(31:47):
intend to do

ashlea-piefer--she-her- (31:48):
Mm-hmm.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_ (31:49):
playing a role,

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1 (31:50):
Yeah.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_13031 (31:51):
an archetypal role.
Sometimes they're just, doingtheir thing and, on some level,
we consent to interact with themand to, to participate in
whatever they're doing until wegain the awareness that
something is going on here and,and consciously, end that
interaction or intentionallychoose to not participate in

(32:12):
that.
I think that is a reallyimportant point that you make

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1 (32:15):
Yeah.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_130 (32:15):
And, and I, I'd love to hear more
about your, your thoughts on.
Participation and, and consentand how to identify and gain
awareness around these subtlerelationships that we have that
we may not be consciously awareof.

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1_07 (32:33):
it is tricky here because there's a
lot of manipulation.
Something can present, bepresented to you, you know, at
at face value.
Like, it's this, it's this, thisis what this is, but behind it,
that's not what it is.
That's, you know, like, so thesebig organizations, like Black
Lives Matter, I've tuned intothat is not what it presents

(32:54):
itself to be.
It's something else.
So you have to recognize whereyou're giving your attention to.
You know, a lot of people arereally fueled up and focused on
some of the political issues.
Okay.
Who are you?
Where are you in life?
Can you make an impact in this,in this realm?

(33:18):
Or would your energy and effortsbe better served elsewhere?
Like, I see a lot of thatbecause some of that stuff is,
it's, it's like, so it have tobe at a certain level to even
make a difference.
And what it does is it pullspeople out of their, now out of,
from creating their lives, curating their health, and it
pulls them into a trap.

(33:39):
It traps their consciousness.
And now they're just stewing andthey're upset, and they're
creating this essence, thisemotional energy.
And then they're connecting withothers that have the same
emotional energy.
And you think that's, you thinkthat's gonna make a change?
No, you're fueling the exactsame energetics.
So it's like, recognize how youfeel in these spaces, in these
places with these people.

(34:00):
Know that you can have apeaceful, loving, harmonious
life.
You can, you deserve it.
You're worthy of it for being, just for being human.
It is possible for you.
Some people are so darn addictedto the stress, to the chaos, to
the drama.
They don't know who they'd bewithout it.
It's their whole defining factorof their persona.

(34:23):
So you gotta ask yourself, whoam I?
What do I stand for?
What do I want in life?
Three simple questions and thensee how your life shows that.
Like is your life reflective ofwho you think you are, what you
think you want, and where youthink you're going.

(34:43):
You can write it out and thenyou can look at your life.
Okay, I want success, but at thesame time, I'm not taking any
actions.
I'm not doing any work.
I'm just, you know, thinkingabout it and hoping for it.
You gotta take the action.
You gotta do the work.
And when it comes to energetics,it's simple, but it isn't.

(35:03):
Because we're so up here, we, weovercomplicate things.
You can really make it simple.
It's like, is this unifying me,bringing me closer to the life I
want for myself first and thenthe experience I want for the,
for humanity?

(35:24):
And you kind of just go fromthere like, what am I focusing
on?
Can I make an impact here?
And keep it real with yourself.
If you can't handle certainenergies, certain situations,
certain news.
If it takes you down a, a, a, adownward spiral and it brings
you into frustration and anger, all emotions can servee you
until they don't.

(35:44):
Um, you gotta have a good gripon yourself like.
Is this going to, sparksomething in me that inspires me
to take positive action?
Or am I gonna be over heretalking on the Twitter app about
this for the next three weeksand taking no action, just
stewing in the negativity?
You know, like we just gotta, wegotta keep it real with
ourselves.
And when you recognize thatthose patterns in yourself, you

(36:07):
make small shifts and changes, which build momentum and then
create new patterns of behavior.
So first and foremost, we justgotta, we have to keep it real
with ourselves and not judgeourselves when we catch
ourselves in those situations ofnot being who we know we can be.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_13031 (36:25):
I, I love this end.
this conversation, so much ofwhat you're expressing, it feels
like there's many differentthreads from different practices
and different belief systems anddifferent, uh, different
teachings that are kind ofintertwined into your own unique

(36:46):
offering.

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1_0 (36:47):
Oh, you know it.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_13031 (36:48):
I, I'm hearing a little, a little
bits of different teachers andlittle different things that
I've heard here and there and,and I really appreciate the way
that you express it and arealchemizing it and turning it
into you, your own thing andexpressing it in your own way.
And so I, I've been very curiousabout the, the body and the

(37:09):
emotions.
You mentioned that becomingaware of your emotions is
crucial.
So, you know, in the work thatyou do and the people that you
work with, how, how do you seepeople.
You know, when, when they cometo you, what are they
experiencing as far as howthey're relating to their
emotions and, and how do youthem become more aware of their

(37:33):
emotions and, and teach themabout the, the importance of
that?

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1_07 (37:38):
So some people, they come in, they,
they know how they feel, wherethey feel, and the only meaning
a lot of these sensations in thebody have, are the meaning we
give to it.
So that's also an opportunity toreframe the narrative of your
story and to just get thatenergy, that stagnant energy
outta the body.
And then we have the other, andthey don't feel anything yet.

(38:02):
They can't feel it yet.
Um, they're, they're very muchhere in the mind over
conceptualizing, high levelentrepreneurs who've been able
to figure everything out certainway, using this for the longest
time, that ain't working anymorebecause the energies are
changing.
So like, what do I do?
I need to level up.
I don't, you know, I don't knowwho I am.
This isn't working anymore.

(38:22):
We need to find your brillianceand your genius, and we need to
have you stop seeking everythingexternal and learn how to tune
in.
Learn how to tune in to what'sin there, and it is possible.
It starts with you present inspace and time.
Simple.
There's three systems, thebones, the soft tissue, and the
subtle sphere of energy aroundyou.

(38:44):
Super simple.
Everyone can become aware oftheir bones, so how your bones
are positioned in space andtime.
We're sitting and now I'm awareof my bones, now I'm aware of my
soft tissue, and then the subtlesphere of energy around me.
Now we're starting to tune it toknow ourselves and just that
tiny little practice is gonnabring you more deeply into your

(39:04):
body, into this vehicle, thissoul that builds.
And then someone triggers youand you're like, oh man, I felt
that here.
I felt that in my throat.
Okay, L, let me not avoid it.
If I have the time, let me sitwith this.
What do I need to know aboutthis?
Or what do I need?
Just need to let it.
Move through me.

(39:25):
'cause the human body is avehicle of alchemy.
And that energy, you know, wantsto express itself some way
somehow.
So, you know, you're withyourself, you're with your body
as a vehicle, not defined by it,not even defined by your
persona, your personality, butthe observer, like, and where
are they avoiding the feeling, avoiding the stillness, avoiding

(39:49):
being with themselves.
Because what they carry is soheavy and, and there's a lot of
that.
People are carrying shame, fear, like, this stuff is heavy.
It's in your body, it's thetension in your shoulders, it's
the lock that you have here.
It's, you know, the digestionissues that you have.

(40:10):
It's the lack of intimacy withyour partner.
Like it's all energetic.
And by knowing your body, youcan reconcile a lot of these
issues we have in our lives.
Did that answer the question?
I get so excited talking to you.
I feel like I just kind of go

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_13 (40:28):
Yeah.

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1_07 (40:28):
my little rants.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_130316 (40:29):
I go, go, go wherever you wanna
go.
And I guess that's my, that wasmy next question is like, what,
what's exciting for you now, given the fact that you, you're
starting to put this out andyou're starting to, bring people
into the Body Matrix collectiveon a larger level.
I'm, I'm curious about how youperceive the changes that are

(40:50):
happening.
And I am, I'm pretty hesitantto, to ask about predictions or,
or anything specific like thatbecause I think we're, we're

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1 (40:59):
Yeah.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_1303 (40:59):
own specific journey.
at the same time, I think it, itis good and it can plant some
seeds and give people adifferent perspective on.
Where, you know, where somebodyelse or where other people might
be headed.
The, you know, the, thedirection that their timeline is
taking them.
So I'm, I'm curious of where yousee this potentially going and

(41:20):
the, the kind of systems thatare coming online and maybe the
kind of systems that are fadingaway.

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1_0 (41:26):
Oh, and there's so much.
There's so much coming online, new people, new modalities, new
way, new ways of healing.
This is, this is energy, frequency and vibration.
And frequency is the medicine.
Frequency is the medicine.
Energy is the currency.
And we're gonna see, likeeveryone's so worried about this
Epstein case.
I am so ready for all this stuffto be eliminated.

(41:48):
because there is no more hiding.
Consciousness will not allow it.
You're not gonna have to fightfor that.
It's going to bubble to thesurface, like our own stuff.
And then the collective.
So my guidance, my mission, mypurpose here is to help human
beings recognize how they'recreating themselves in space and
time.

(42:08):
And then let you know and teachyou how to cultivate your
connection with the divine.
So that you can be in harmonyand ease and effortlessness.
Why not you?
What if you could?
I think you can.
And with the body matrix, themore people we have in that
collective that are captain, plugged in, tuned in to where

(42:29):
they are in space and time, likethey can feel their body,
they're aware of the front, theback, the left, the right, the
top, the bottom.
The more people we have claimingand commanding who they are, how
they are in space and time, thefaster we reach that point of no
return.
Where humanity is aware of itsinterconnectedness with all
things, and then we have, um,contact, we become part of the.

(42:58):
Light family like that isoutside of this galaxy.
Like there are other beings, like, I mean, the information's
out there if you dig deepenough, humanity's not ready
because so much of humanity isstill feeding into these
archetypes that sustain you, andthey're so deeply embedded in
your systems that if thatcontact happened, you would
probably be so scared andfreaked out and destroy

(43:20):
yourselves, like humanity willprobably destroy itself.
But it's happening really,really fast.
A year ago I was havingdifferent conversations with the
same people.
They don't have the sameprejudice, they don't have the
same judgment, they don't havethe same resistance to this
information to, to the energy.
It's the energetics.

(43:41):
It's not even what I'm saying.
I could be sitting next tosomebody and just, they would
just be completely agitated withme.
I'm not saying anything, I justam.
It's because of the frequency.
It's because of what we'replugged into.
So as each one of you.
Plugs yourself in to the divineand the highest angles of

(44:02):
consciousness that you are ableto physically embody at this
time, which is what happens inthe body matrix.
You're gonna tune into thehighest angles of consciousness
that your physical body can, canhold, and you're gonna hold that
and that's gonna become a newpoint of attraction for you.
And as that light comes in, theother stuff burns off.

(44:25):
It dissolves.
There's a new code, a newinstruction set for how you
create and render yourself inspace and time.
It's beyond the traps ofconsciousness.
It's beyond the karma.
It's beyond the generationalcurses, because half of that
stuff is crap anyways.
And it was just archetypes thatwas stealing your life and light
force.

(44:45):
The world is changing and we'reon the front line.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_1303 (44:49):
One thing I really, something that
just clicked for me, I justrecognize that, you know, what
you're talking about is verybasic in, in a lot of ways the.
Being aware of your body and

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1 (45:00):
Yeah.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_130 (45:01):
This is the essence of meditation
and, and there's many differentways to do this.
Simple breath awareness,different meditative techniques.
But I think the things that youare connecting and what you're
communicating is that the, moreyou do these simple practices,

(45:22):
more you're able to access the, like, the profound
understandings of who you reallyare and who we are in context
and in relationship to biggerenergies and extraterrestrials
and, you know, other dimensionalentities and beings.

(45:42):
So, I like the, the way that Iam, I'm perceiving this, is that
you are encouraging people to dothese practices, but you're also
linking it with theunderstanding that.
Hey, if you do this, theserelatively simple practices
consistently, and with the rightfocus and the right intention,

(46:04):
you can access and reallybroaden your awareness and
perspective and yourconsciousness.
It's not necessarily hard.
It's not necessarily you don'thave to learn these really
arduous modalities or do thisreally difficult, challenging
pilgrimage or this or that.
It's like, no, it's, you haveeverything that you need inside

(46:25):
of you.
You can connect directly to it,and you're providing people with
a, with like a game plan andsome support and community and
maybe accountability when itcomes to helping them see like,
oh, yeah, I, I, I can do that.
And maybe it's not as hard as Iwas told that it was.
And the payoff for me doingthis, these simple practices and

(46:47):
being disciplined and self-awareis something potentially really
profound.
Is, is that.
Does that resonate with

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1 (46:56):
Yeah, that resonates.
The payoff is you live your ownlife.
You're no longer the product ofyour environment, of your
upbringing, of, you know, manipulation within the quantum
field.
Like you can see right throughit.
You can recognize the energeticsyou've built and tuned your body

(47:18):
to the angle of your soul.
That's what, that's what it'sabout.
'cause the human body'sholographic by nature.
And when I was mentioning orearlier about, you know, certain
areas like the organs, like allof that stuff carries energy.
Unfortunately, a lot of us can'tsee what's connected and locked
in to your human body and, andcreating.

(47:40):
Dissonance and chaos within yourfield, bringing your systems
outta harmony.
So these simple practices, one, help you become a, a better
human.
You become younger, you feelbetter, you know, healthier.
Um, two, your intuitivefaculties increase.
They're gonna increase andmaximize.
Like you're gonna, you're gonnafeel more than you ever have.

(48:02):
And three, you make an impactjust through your business, by
new earth, a new human beingcomes through you through this
practice.
So, I mean, it's, everyoneshould be doing it.

(48:27):
Every single person should bedoing this.
And I wish I knew this a decadeago, I could have saved myself a
lot of pain, a lot of trauma.
But that's not what was meant tohappen.
I needed to go through that.
I needed to know what existedand what was here so I could
help others navigate.
And don't discount yourhumanness.

(48:48):
Like the body Matrix is aboutyou claiming and commanding your
humanity, not giving away thisbody for something to channel
through you.
That's not what it's about.
You are the channel.
You are a direct extension ofsource.
And when you get clean enoughand clear enough in your
systems, everything aligns withthat.

(49:09):
And you're basically a walking,a walking power source like
you're, you are sourcing yourreality, and that's a phenomenal
place to be.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_130316 (49:21):
I so love the fact that you.
Connect the practice withbringing in the new Earth.
I think a lot of the stuff thatI'm seeing now and just lot of
the teachings and a lot of thematerial channelings things that
are out there, it's information,it's it's details, it's data,

(49:43):
but quite often there's not aconnection to a, a practice.
And from my perspective, theonly way that the new earth
becomes manifest is through somesort of action, some sort of
practice in our everyday

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_ (49:59):
That's right.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_130 (49:59):
And, and, and the fact that you're,
you're, you're making thatconnection and it's not just a,
a thought based process orsomething that's cerebral.
It's like, okay, well what, whatcan you do in your everyday
life?
that is the interface betweenyour spirit and.
And the, the world is your body.
So the, and any change thathappens in the external world

(50:20):
that your spirit wants tofacilitate, has to be done
through your body.
And is the fact that you've gota, like a comprehensive system
and, and that the focus is onbecoming aware of the body and
utilizing that in, in such a waywhere you're able to make those
tangible changes not only foryour own life and for the world

(50:41):
more broadly.
Because we all are connected andwe all are part of the, the
human experience.
We, we all have our parts toplay and I, I, I love the focus
on the, the simplicity of it andthe fact that is required to,
the ch the changes that we wantin our life or to, to become
the, the more actualized, authentic version of ourself.

(51:04):
It requires more than justlearning and conceptualizing
things.
You have to do something.

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1_07- (51:11):
I love everything you just said.
And honestly, Ian, there's toomuch information out there.
There's too much information outthere.
Peoples take in too muchinformation and just regurgitate
the same crap.
Now I wanna know, what do yougot?
Like, where's your information?
Are you tuned in, tapped andturned on to your genius, to
your brilliance, where you canbring through some stuff?

(51:31):
Because that's what we do in theBody Matrix.
So we meditate, we get the, Iget the space open, everybody
gets tuned in, and then we allowfor, you know, short shares of
genius and brilliance.
That's how it should be.
Like every single person hassomething to offer.
Just how do you tune into that?
Unfortunately, we're in the ageof information and everybody's

(51:52):
drunk on info, which has no,there's like, no goodness to it.
It's just like a bunch ofinformation.
There's like no meat on it.
Like, what are you gonna do withthat?
Just, I'm just gonna go overthere and regurgitate it again.
You know?
But when you, when you commandand claim your humanity, now
you're on the, now you're on theboard.

(52:14):
Most people aren't even on theboard.
They're not even on the boardplaying this game.
They're out there complainingabout Sally and Joe and them,
and they, and everyone's gottaken my power away.
Okay, well, what are you doing?
Are you sitting with yourself?
Are you aware of your body?
Are you claiming your humanity?
That's where it's at.
New Earth comes through us and Iwanna know what every single

(52:36):
person has.
Like you got a piece of genius, you got a piece of brilliance,
like what's gonna come through?
And it will, when it's meant to,if you're open and you're
willing.
So

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_13031 (52:48):
I, and I think, oh, I, and I think
that aspect of pointing out thateverybody has their own unique
way to participate and their ownspecial gifts to.
Give to, to themselves and tothe collective.
is something that's for me, hasbeen really percolating over the
last couple days.

(53:09):
As you know, I'm a, ahomesteader

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1 (53:11):
yeah.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_130316 (53:12):
I got a massive garden and in
animals and all kinds of stuffgoing on.
And really for the last 10 yearsI spent a lot of time in deep
spiritual practices, differentkinds, like going way far out, a
lot of time in plant medicine, alot of time in past lives.
And it was, it was like I wastrying to go out to the edge as
far as I possibly could.

(53:34):
And it's, it's just starting tomake sense to me now.
And I'm starting to realizelike, no, the most, the most
fulfilled and the biggest impactthat I feel like I can have when
is not how far out I can go.
It's like how.
Far, how, how much can I beright here right

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1 (53:54):
Yeah.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_130 (53:54):
Like putting, and, and I, and, and
I'm able to quantify this byinto my own sense of wellbeing.
And, and, and that's kind ofthe, the kicker.
And it's, it's interesting that, that you, that you talk about
tuning into yourself.
'cause I'm noticing now I'mlike, I just feel pretty, you
know,

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1 (54:14):
Yeah.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_13 (54:15):
might not feel good all the time, but
I feel peaceful.
Like even if things arechallenging, it's like I, I know
I'm gonna get through it andjust like a sense of peace and,
and overall wellbeing.
And that hasn't.
Been coming from the, the deep, crazy out-of-body experiences
that comes from me spending timein, in silence in my garden and

(54:36):
connecting with the plants andwith the animals, and listening
to the birds chirping andfeeling how that, that impacts
my, my being.
Like, I just feel my spirit liftup when I hear like the birds
chirping in the trees and Ifocus on that.
you know, the, thing that I've,my, my life really changed when

(54:58):
I intentionally decided to fofocus more of my energy on the
things that I could controlstarted diverting the energy
from the, shiny object, the, thethings that I need to learn, the
whatever's going on in the news,

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1 (55:14):
Yeah.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_1303 (55:14):
the Aubrey Marcus drama, all this
stuff.
It's like, that is alsosomething that you.
Been hinting at, like focusingon the things that you can
control and how that improvesyour life.
And I, and I really appreciatethat perspective and it, it
really feels like what you'redoing is encompassing many
different aspects of, of thethings that I've personally

(55:37):
experienced that have, I'll say, improved my overall wellbeing
consistently.

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1_0 (55:44):
And it will and it, and it's simple.
It really is so simple.
I teach a class once a week,whether you're adept at
meditating or it's new to you, show up, participate, build on
the practice.
It's inevitable.
If you do this, you're gonnabecome a more balanced, peaceful
person.
'cause you're participating inthat structure that I'm

(56:06):
cultivating and creating.
It's inevitable.
And it's not about, you know, anything outside of you.
It's about tuning into what'sinside of you.
And everybody says that, but notvery many people know how to do
it.
You know, you can.
You and I have something incommon.
You're like, I, I was trying togo so far out, so far out.

(56:27):
I feel I've done the same, butit's not like the far out.
It's the deep in, the deep in sodeep into the collective
subconscious that I could offerthe same compassion for the
victim as I do the victimizer, because I recognize the
interconnectedness and that bothof them are playing a part based

(56:50):
on the archetypes of reality andthat perspective, becoming the
witness of yourself, that'sgonna free you from a lot.
So in the body matrix, there'sno judgment.
You get to witness yourself forwho you are, how you are, but
you're not defined by it.
You can choose to change andthere's compassion and grace

(57:11):
given there because a lot oftimes those behaviors and
actions that you participated inor, or that are currently going
on within you.
Aren't necessarily product of,of your creation.
They've been positioned inthere, placed in there, imposed
in there, forced into you.

(57:32):
And where there's a will,there's a way.
And if you have a will to getout of that negativity, to
change your life, to, you know, stop your addictions and your
perversions.
Participate.
Be with yourself.
Be with yourself in love.
It's like not love, like, oh,love.
It's like love as in love.

(57:53):
The essence of creation.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_130316 (57:59):
I cannot think

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1_07 (58:01):
I.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_1 (58:01):
better way to end this conversation,
ending it on love, ending it onthe highest point.
This has been reallyilluminating and I'm, I'm super
excited for you.
This is like, I feel fired upand like, I, I'm looking forward
to, to seeing more about thebody matrix

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_130 (58:28):

this down, I, I'm gonna give youthe floor to, to bring it home.
Is there, how can people connectwith you and, uh, learn more
about the body matrix and, andparticipate and join the
collective and, and, and do allthe things and, and just.
Be more embodied and, and startto put these different ideas and

(58:52):
practices into, uh, in, intopractice, in, in their lives and
start to make these changes and,and live that way.

I, I really appreciate that.
And Ashlea, this has been very eexciting and illuminating.
I feel very much lit up and thishas been a, like a wonderful,

(01:00:28):
fruitful and impactfulconversation.
I, I'm, I'm feeling it deepinside and I'm, struggling to
find the word to articulateexactly how I'm feeling and I, I
think that's a good thing.
I mean, it's,

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_ (01:00:42):
What's it feel like?

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_13031 (01:00:44):
It feels like expansiveness, not
exactly in the center of mychest, but, but like in betwe,
but somewhere above my heartchakra and below my throat

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_ (01:00:53):
That's your high heart.
So that's your thymus.
That's where you feel it.
Yeah.
Highly empathic people have thatopen.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_130316 (01:01:01):
I feel, I feel like an outward
sort of expansion from thatspace and a lightness between my

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1_ (01:01:08):
Yep.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_1303 (01:01:09):
Uh, that's really interesting.
And, and again, thank you verymuch

ashlea-piefer--she-her (01:01:14):
Energy's currency.
Thank you.
Thank you.
I've enjoyed our co-creation.
I always enjoy my conversationswith you because energy is
currency and you're on thatfrequency.
And now we come together, weco-create something.
I hope everybody can feel it.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_130 (01:01:28):
Yes, and I'm, I'm sure people are
feeling it.
So, Ashlea, thank you again andhave a feeling we're gonna be
doing this again

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1 (01:01:34):
Yeah.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_13031 (01:01:35):
in the future.

ashlea-piefer--she-her-_1 (01:01:36):
Yeah.

ian-vogel_1_07-30-2025_1303 (01:01:36):
