What if the anger, fear, or heaviness you’re carrying… isn’t yours?

In this video, I share three unforgettable experiences with non-physical entities—one that hijacked my energy, one that latched onto my solar plexus, and another that felt like a ghostly predator on the prowl.

These aren’t abstract concepts—I lived them.

And what I learned might change the way you view energy, emotion, and consciousness forever.

You’ll learn:
• How entity attachments actually work
• Why they show up during ayahuasca & altered states
• Why I don’t call it spiritual warfare—and what I believe is really going on
• How to identify, clear, and protect your energy field

I also cover key practices like meditation, prayer, and energetic hygiene—and what to look for in a practitioner if you need support.

And if you’ve had a strange or powerful experience with an entity, I’d love to hear your story.

Hey, I’m Ian Vogel—host of Alternate Timelines. My journey started on a small farm in the midwest, where I always felt a little out of place. After years of skepticism and even a stint as an atheist, a near-death experience changed my perspective on everything. Since then, I’ve explored plant medicine, past life memories, and the mysteries of consciousness. Now, I’m sharing those experiences to help others navigate their own awakening. Through real stories, deep conversations, and wild explorations of the unknown, we’re building a community where it’s okay to question reality. You’re not alone in the unknown. 👽✨

Ian (00:00):
at some point in all of our lives, we will come into contact
with a non-physical being orentity.
I used to get a lot of questionsabout what are they, what can I
do to protect myself?
Why are they coming into myspace and interacting with me,
and how can I tell whether ornot they are positive or
negative or trying to have anegative or detrimental impact

(00:20):
on my life?
This is a very nuanced andpotentially deep conversation
that I know a lot of people inthe spiritual space are gonna
have their own ideas andopinions on.
And I think that's totally cool, and I think the more that we can
share our perspectives and addour voices to the conversation,
the more people can get a deeperunderstanding and gain a broader

(00:42):
perspective on what thesenon-physical entities or beings
could be.
What's up?
I'm Ian with Alternate Timelinesand I think the best place for
me to start is to just sharesome of my personal experiences
over the last 10 years.
And really over the course of mylife, I've had numerous

(01:03):
encounters with differentnon-physical beings and
entities.
So in this video I'm gonna sharethree different and very
distinct, experiences that I'vehad.
When you're done watching thisvideo, you will have a very
different perspective on whatentities and non-physical beings
are and what they can be.
And I'll also share some tips onhow to identify and potentially

(01:26):
manage unwanted energies orentities or non-physical beings
that you may encounter atdifferent points in your life.
Beyond my own personalexperience of dealing with
entities not only around me, butones that managed to make their
way inside of me.
During my time as a psychedelicceremony facilitator, I

(01:47):
witnessed many people who weregoing through their own
processes and learning how todeal with and manage these
different entities andnon-physical beings themselves.
Whether they realized that thatwas what was going on or not.
As I get into the stories, I'mjust gonna use the word entity
as a catchall phrase that willpertain to potentially many

(02:09):
different kinds of beings andentities and energies.
They don't all come from thesame place.
They don't have the same origin, they don't have the same
intention, and they don't allfunction and behave the same
way.
I think it's important to pointout that when somebody is
talking about an entity or ademon or a ghost or a
non-physical being of some sort, they could potentially be

(02:32):
talking about many differentspecific kinds of beings.
This first story is about, anentity that was attached to me
that is probably gonna fit themold and the definition and the
idea of what many people willthink about when they think
about a spiritual entity orattachment.
So back in 2017, uh, probablyabout a year after I'd started

(02:54):
working with psychedelics prettyheavily and towards the
beginning point of my spiritualjourney.
I started to recognize that Iwas feeling aggressive and I was
having these thoughts andemotions of anger and just
aggression.
And for me that was reallyuncharacteristic because I've

(03:16):
always been super chill and verylaid back so this shift in my
personality and my emotions wasreally noticeable.
I have never been one to roadrage or want to start physical
altercations with people, but Ifound myself in these situations
over and over again, and I justhad this feeling like something

(03:38):
was off inside of me and Icouldn't put my finger on it.
This went on for a couple ofmonths and thank goodness I was
able to maintain a cool head.
I didn't fly off the handle andyell at anybody or get in any
fist fights, but it got to apoint where I realized like, I
gotta figure this out.
So I signed up for an ayahuascaceremony down in Arizona.
Next thing you know, I'm out inthe desert in a geodesic dome

(04:01):
drinking ayahuasca with a bunchof mostly strangers.
The ceremony kicked off and Istarted feeling really terrible.
I got my pale thinking, okay,I'm gonna purge, gonna get this
thing out.
Keep trying to purge.
Keep trying to purge.
And it would come up to here.
And it, I just couldn't get itout.
I asked the facilitators forhelp.

(04:23):
They tried everything theycould, agua de florida, They
chanted over me and at a certainpoint, the person who was
leading the ceremony came overand he was blowing mapacho smoke
onto my crown.
And as he did that, thingsbecame clear and it was like

(04:43):
there was a spotlight.
And I noticed and I recognized,I could see that there was
something or somebody in mystomach.
And I say somebody, because Iwas able to communicate with the
being that was lodged in mystomach.
It was almost like a spotlightwas shown on it and I said, oh,

(05:04):
I see you.
It's okay.
Yeah, there is an entity or abeing inside of me.
It just clicked.
It's like, okay, yeah.
Alright.
All right buddy.
Time to get out.
Let's throw you up.
And there was a back and forthcommunication, a a telepathic,
nonverbal sort of communication.

(05:25):
I was like, okay, yeah, let's,okay, let's get outta here.
And he goes, no, I'm not goinganywhere.
I was like, okay.
What?
No, like you, you gotta go.
This is my body.
This is my physical vehicle.
Uh, you're, you're just not, you're not welcome here.
You can't be here.
He said, Nope, I've been herefor a few weeks now.

(05:46):
I like it here.
I'm not going anywhere.
And we started to negotiate, buthe didn't want to go.
And I say he, because it was amasculine energy.
And as I'm having this dialoguewith this entity inside of me
trying to convince it to leave,I start to have this download, a
realization, and I can see itsinteractions with me.

(06:09):
At that time in my life, I wasseeing somebody and at that
point, it became abundantlyclear to me that this entity
that was inside of me came fromthe person that I was with.
And not only that, it had beenwith multiple hosts before that
I could see the energy and kindof the background of this entity

(06:33):
and this energetic being.
It was really kind of like aparasite.
It would go from host to host tohost, and it would find people
whose lives were good and whowere in a stable situation.
Basically, it would go to aparty that was really nice and
chill and it would start towreak havoc through expressing

(06:53):
itself through these aggressivebehaviors.
It would ruin relationships.
It would get people in fights.
It would get people, kickedoutta their jobs and get people
to scream at their bosses andget fired.
It's mo was to really crash theparty, and by the time the

(07:13):
person's life had started todeteriorate from the expression
of these aggressive behaviors, the entity would be like, all
right, I'm outta here.
Time to find a new party or anew host, or a more comfortable
living situation.
And I didn't recognize when thisentity attached to my energy
field.
It was very subtle when it camein, but then it started to

(07:36):
express later.
And because it had been a partof my energy field and had been
attached to me for severalweeks, it was kind of embedded
and I couldn't just forciblyeject it at will.
So I'm in the ceremony, havingthis dialogue, having this
negotiation, and I said, I'mgetting you out of here like you

(07:56):
cannot stay here.
I said, I've, I've sent youlove, like I, I see you, I
recognize you, I acknowledge youas a being who is worthy of
acknowledgement you have yourplace and your role to play in
this reality, and you just can'tstay here.
This vehicle belongs to me andthis isn't a good fit.

(08:18):
You gotta go.
And he was really content.
He's like, no, I'm not goinganywhere.
At that point in the ceremony, there were some extenuating
circumstances, let's say a majordisturbance that required my
attention, and somebodyessentially needed help.
So I said to the entity, I said, okay, we're gonna address this

(08:42):
tomorrow.
It's, maybe it's not gonnahappen tonight, but we're doing
this for three nights, so atsome point we're gonna have to
negotiate a way and figure outhow to, to move you out of me,
and we're, we're gonna figurethis out.
And he said, I am not going intoa pale.
I said, we're gonna figure thisout.

(09:03):
And that was the end of myinteractions with that being on
the first night.
Second night rolls around, weget down to it.
I'm like, alright, I'm goinginto this with the strong
intention of purging this entityout of me and being free of
this.
Throughout the course of thatday, I became very clear on what
had happened and what needed tobe done.

(09:25):
Get to the ceremony, sit down,do our thing, drink the
ayahuasca, and I get ready toengage with this being and he's
not there.
And I was a bit surprised bythis because he was very
insistent upon not wanting toleave.
I started thinking about whathappened and I was shown that

(09:47):
essentially this entity, ratherthan going through the ordeal of
having to be purged out of me,decided to jump ship during the
day.
Um, before that ceremony betweenthe first ceremony and that
night, I had gone with a coupleof the people from the ceremony
into town and we'd gone to acouple of thrift shops and, uh,

(10:11):
crystal shops and had just beenout and about a little bit.
And I realized that at somepoint in that day, that being
left my energy field andattached to somebody else, I
have no idea who, I have no ideawhere or when.
All I know is that at the end ofthe first night, he was still

(10:32):
attached to me.
At the beginning of the secondnight he was gone and he jumped
ship.
And that was the extent of myexperience with that entity.
And throughout the entireencounter, I never got a feeling
of malicious intent.
I got more of a sense that thiswas just a being who was just

(10:52):
kind of like an obnoxious dudewho liked to crash parties.
I don't know how, how else toput it.
It's like not like he was tryingto hurt me or trying to ruin my
life.
It's almost like that's just therole that he played.
And it was like veryunconscious.
There was a consciousness there, but it was, it seemed very

(11:12):
limited.
It wasn't very expansive orbroad or deep, even though it
was sentient.
It seemed very kind of onedimensional and focused on like,
yeah, next person, next person, next person.
Doing my thing, doing my thing.
In a similar way, how manypeople just kind of.
Go through the motionsthroughout their day in a very
unconscious way that felt likewhat this entity was doing.

(11:37):
Although it wasn't a pleasantexperience dealing with this
entity and having it attached tomy energy body and everything
that went along with that, again, I didn't sense a negative
intent or a malicious intent.
And when it comes to these sortsof situations with entities or
beings, I really try to avoidattaching the label good or bad,

(12:00):
or positive or negative.
My personal point of view isthat these are experiences and I
believe that every experience.
That I have happens for a reasonand that there is positive
intent behind everything thathappens in my life.
I believe that the underlyingfundamental energy of everything

(12:22):
in existence, includingeverything that happens to me,
comes from a place of love andthe challenging experiences that
I have to go through are on somelevel given to me by a loving
creator as a challenge for me toovercome so that I can become a
better version of myself, morestronger and wiser as a result

(12:47):
of going through theseexperiences.
I choose to frame everyexperience in my life.
As a learning experience that isgoing to benefit me in the long
run.
Now, that's not to bypass ornegate the experiences.
The experiences are gonna happenregardless of how I choose to
frame them and and what meaningI choose to attach to them.

(13:11):
But for me, the mindset ofeverything is a learning
experience has been the mostuseful way for me to be able to
navigate my life.
I just feel more at ease andmore calm, and even though I
know challenging things aregonna come up, I also trust and
believe that something good willcome out of them.

(13:32):
I know not everybody has thatbelief and that's totally cool.
Everybody is entitled to theirown opinion and perspective.
And that is why I don't uselanguage like spiritual warfare
or spiritual attack because Ijust don't perceive things in
that way.
Sure.
I have encountered entities anddifferent energies that were

(13:53):
malicious and of a very lowvibrational nature.
They did not have my bestinterest at heart, and I believe
those experiences were presentedto me and that I had to have
those experiences in order tolearn and grow.
If there wasn't something for meto learn on some level, I

(14:14):
wouldn't have had thoseexperiences.
What we resonate with are theexperiences that are going to be
attracted to us and what we willexperience.
How we choose to perceive ourexperience and the world around
us is very much our choice.
I saw this on multiple occasionsin ceremonies where at certain
points things would come up.

(14:36):
An energy or an entity wouldenter the collective space and
many people would recognize itand interact with it, or at
least be able to sense itspresence.
And in the morning I would talkto different people and
everybody would have a differentperspective.

(14:56):
One person might say, oh, I wasunder spiritual attack, and
another person might say, Ooh, Isensed something that was dark.
Or, you know, any number of waysof categorizing the same energy.
Everybody has their ownperspective and their own
language to describe thesethings even in situations where

(15:17):
it was one energy that wouldroll through.
Many people would havecompletely, often, very
different perspectives on it.
Not to say one person'sperspective is right or wrong,
what somebody perceives as ademon, somebody else might
perceive as a ghoul or aspiritual attack.
It's all fine and valid.
There's not one way to perceivethe world that's better than any

(15:41):
other, from my point of view.
Now, this next experience that Ihad was similar to the last one
in some ways, but also verydifferent.
So I was facilitating anayahuasca ceremony in Northern
California.
It was a three night ceremony.
First night went off without ahitch.
Second night we get into it andI sense something is off.

(16:04):
At this point in my journey, this is three or four years
after the prior experience thatI described, I had a much
greater awareness and I was muchmore sensitive to different
energies and things that mightattach to my energy body.
So we get into night number twoand I feel off something's not

(16:24):
right.
I pick something up.
Alright?
So I go outside to purge and I'mstanding under the moon trying
to work it up, you know, getready to vomit.
And the message that I get fromAyahuasca was, no, you are not
going to purge this up.

(16:44):
And that comes as a surprise tome because at this point, I've
done this many times, and thisis the protocol.
You pick something up, you bringit outside to give it back to
Mother Earth to be healed, andfor it to be released and to be
transmuted into somethingbeautiful.
I believe Mother Earth has thecapacity to do that at a scale

(17:05):
that we cannot even comprehend.
But this situation wasdifferent.
And Ayahuasca showed me thatthere was an energy attached to
my solar plexus chakra.
And kind of like the last entitythat I talked about, I got this
whole download and I was shownthis story of what this thing

(17:27):
was and how it came to me.
This was more of what you wouldcall a thought form.
Back in the 18 hundreds in NewYork City, there was a mother
and a son, and it was just thetwo of them.
The father wasn't present.
I don't know the wholesituation, but I was shown a

(17:49):
mother and a son.
And the relationship between themother and the son was really
challenging.
The mother was very dominatingover the son and every time he
tried to express himself or justbe himself, the mother would
shut it down and belittle him.
And that had an effect on hissolar plexus chakra that is the

(18:11):
root of our, our willpower andthe seat of our willpower that
energy is present and comes fromour solar plexus chakra.
So this young man over thecourse of his life, every time
he would think of his mother, hewould feel this pit, what he
would call like this pit in hisstomach.
He held so much resentmenttowards his mother and just the

(18:34):
way she treated him and how hewas never able to express
himself.
It created a blockage in hissolar plexus chakra.
Where your attention goes, yourenergy flows.
And he was essentially feedingand growing this energy mass
inside of him.
He spent so much time and energyfocusing on these negative

(18:56):
thoughts and these resentmentsaround his mother, that this
energy mass that was attached tohis solar plexus chakra started
to take on the characteristicsand the personality of his
mother.
Through constantly focusing onthe resentment he held towards
his mother and all thesenegative emotions.
This man effectively manifestedthis parasitic thought form

(19:20):
entity that had thecharacteristics and some of the
personality of his mother andsomehow, some way he managed to
pass that thought form entityonto somebody else and onto
somebody else and onto somebodyelse.
Until eventually at a ceremonyin Northern California, I go to

(19:44):
hug somebody in the morningafter the first ceremony.
And through that hug solarplexus to solar plexus, I
absorbed and took on thatthought form entity.
Now, I would not have absorbedand been able to take on that
thought form entity if it didn'tresonate with me on some level.

(20:07):
I have to be honest and I I haveto admit that.
There was something in me thatresonated with that in such a
way that I was able to take iton.
I was an energetic match or hadsome sort of wound in my solar
plexus chakra that was aresonance to that, that allowed
that transference and for thatto come to me.

(20:28):
So I'm standing outside thinkingI'm gonna purge, but then
getting message that I'm gonnanot purge.
So I, I asked Ayahuasca, okay, what is my next step?
How do I resolve this?
And Ayahuasca told me, said, look at this thing.
And it really, the, the visualthat I got in the sense that I

(20:48):
got, it was like a knot, like areally densely wound, very tight
knot of energy.
Ayahuasca told me, she said.
You are going to resolve this.
You're not gonna just throw itup and give it away and get rid
of it.
You're to a point in yourjourney where you can manage and
you can help bring resolution tothese sorts of issues and

(21:13):
energetic knots.
What I was told was that inorder to undo all this
resentment and anger andfrustration, I had to use the
opposite energy to balance itout, love, compassion,
understanding that was gonna bethe way that I unwound this knot

(21:35):
and allow this energy todisperse on its own.
So that's what I did.
Continued, finished theceremony.
Without a hitch, I could feelthis thing inside of me and like
I felt really unconfident andlike my solar plexus chakra was
blocked, like there wassomething going on there.

(21:57):
Affected my confidence, affectedhow I was able to interact with
people, not in a major way.
It was very subtle, but it wasthere.
So I go back to my regular lifeafter the ceremony, and for the
next three weeks, every morning, doing my spiritual practice, I
was doing yoga and meditationevery morning.

(22:20):
During that time, during mymeditation, I would spend 15 or
20 minutes just focusing on thatspot on my solar plexus,
visualizing this dark clump, this dark mass, and sending it
love and acceptance andcompassion.

(22:40):
Visualizing the mother and theson having positive
interactions, lovinginteractions, being authentic
with one another.
Just focusing on that, trying tohold that vibration.
And I did that every day forabout three weeks.
It got to a point where I feltlike the knot was starting to
loosen up.
It didn't feel as heavy, itdidn't feel as dense.

(23:02):
I'm sitting there in mymeditation doing my thing,
sending it love and compassion, and it kind of cracked open a a
bit, and I was able tocommunicate with what was once
seemed like a very stern andangry feminine energy.
It softened and I was like, okay, we're getting somewhere.

(23:23):
At about that time, I felt anenergy come into my energy
field.
It came from the front and fromthe right in this direction, and
this energy felt like a bouncer, like a big Samoan bouncer.
That was the mental image that Igot.

(23:43):
Just this huge, burly, masculine, no nonsense being.
And the message that I got fromit was, alright, you've done
your part.
Now it's my part.
This energy is loosened up.
It's been opened or releasedenough to where this fragment of
this soul that's been attachedto this kind of thought form

(24:07):
energy clump has been released.
And now it's to a point where Ican take it and reunite it with
the rest of its soul.
And basically this soul cancontinue onto the next part of
its journey'cause it was kind ofstuck and attached to the
earthly plane through thisthought form, en entity energy

(24:28):
clump.
And I was like, alright, my workhere is done.
I've done my duty, and I go tointeract and to communicate with
this consciousness that's, orthis fragment of consciousness
that's attached to this thoughtform entity that's inside of me.
I said, you're free.
Uh, go on with Mr.

(24:49):
Bouncer man.
And she was like, no, I felt itretract and try to embed itself
and attach, and I tried to windup again and the bouncer was
like, Nope, you're coming withme.
And I felt both of theirenergies depart.
He went from the direction thathe came from.

(25:09):
It was like he was takingsomebody who had escaped from a
mental institution or some sortof psychiatric ward back to a
place where that soul and thatspirit could have healing and
continue on their journey.
And that is essentially how thatsituation resolved, at least my
experience with it.

(25:29):
I later on became friends withthe person whom I picked up that
thought farm entity from, and Itold them the story of what
happened and they said, oh mygosh, it like, clicked with
them.
I said, after that ceremony, they became, uh, much more
outgoing and they, they saidthey felt more like themselves.

(25:51):
After that ceremony.
They, their confidence wasincreased and they felt like
they could be themselves.
That ceremony for that personwas a major turning point.
They didn't realize orunderstand what had happened and
that they had given up andgotten rid of this, you know,
thing that they had beencarrying around.
But when I told them the storyafterwards, like, oh, that makes

(26:14):
perfect sense, and it resonatedwith them on a deep level.
I totally understand why someonemight call that a spiritual
attack.
For me, from my point of view, Isee it as a learning experience.
Yeah, it was challenging and itwasn't fun carrying around that
energy for three weeks.
Uh, not whatsoever.

(26:36):
And, I learned something fromit.
I believe that there was somesort of healing in it for me.
While I'm not consciously awareof exactly what that healing was
or what that wound that, thatenergy attached to was, I do
believe that I benefited fromit.
And not only that, I learned howto manage these sorts of

(26:59):
situations in a more effectiveway.
So for me, this is an example ofan experience that I was able to
learn and grow from.
That's just how I choose toperceive it.
The third experience that I hadwas similar in some ways to the
first two, but also again, verydifferent.
I say third experience, but inreality there have been many

(27:21):
experiences that I've had and, this is just kind of a sampler,
and to give you a broaderperspective and a taste of what
these different entities orbeings could potentially be.
This next story takes place inJoshua Tree.
Now, this would've happenedduring the same summer as the
last experience where I justtold you about, so facilitating

(27:45):
an ayahuasca ceremony out in thedesert in Jay Tree.
At some point in the night, Ileave the ceremony space to use
the restroom or to take out apurge pale, something like that.
I'm standing a little ways awayobserving the sky and just
having a moment to myself.
I turn and start to walk backtowards the ceremony space, and

(28:08):
I feel something, it almost feltlike a heavy, wet blanket was
thrown over me.
As I'm slowly making my way backtowards the space, it was
tangible.
I felt it immediately, and itwas almost like I just felt my
energy go.
As this thing felt like it wasthrown on my back.

(28:30):
I stop and.
It's obvious, it's immediatelynoticeable to me that something
is going on.
It's like, what is this?
I just feel my energy levelsplummet and it feels like
there's something dense on myshoulders and back and on my
head, and I feel like pressure, like from two, felt like two

(28:53):
pressure spots on the back of myneck.
And I realized like, somethingis on me.
I don't exactly know what to do.
I've never had this experiencebefore.
So I stand there for a minutetrying to figure out what to do.
It's like, okay, how do I, Idon't know what this is.
It feels like something is onme, gotta get it off somehow.

(29:15):
What can I do?
So I personally have a verywonderful relationship with
tobacco.
Tobacco and mapacho have alwaysbeen an ally of mine and a
spirit that I've been able towork with that has helped me
throughout, uh, many experiencesinside and outside of ceremony.
So, you know, me and tobaccowe're like this.

(29:37):
I'm like, okay, tobacco is greatat cleansing.
I'm going to get some mapacho orhave somebody blow mapacho on
me, maybe that will help toresolve this situation.
I really honestly don't evenknow what's going on at this
point.
So I shuffle my way back towardsthe ceremony space.
I come up to the outside of theceremony space.

(29:59):
I walk around to where thefacilitators are seated, and I
whisper to one of the people whois helping to co-facilitate the
ceremony.
I said, grab Acho and meet meover there.
Do not touch me.
And at this point, I'm justslowly shuffling my way over
there.

(30:20):
Co-facilitator comes over andgoes, what's up?
I said, I don't know what's up.
Something is on me.
I'm being drained.
Gimme a sola.
Just blow as much tobacco smokeon me as you possibly can.
That's the only thing I canthink of in this moment.
So we go through the processblowing smoke on my energy

(30:40):
centers and blowing the pachosmoke all over my body.
And at some point I feel theenergy lift and I feel a
lightness again.
I feel like I'm free of whateverthis thing that had attached to
my back.
And I go back into the ceremonyspace, I feel cleansed, I'm
grounded.
I kind of shake off thatexperience, go in, and I sit

(31:03):
down and I ask the spirit ofayahuasca.
I said, what was that all about?
And the response I got was therewas a predatory, parasitic
entity out here.
It recognized a situation wherethere were vulnerable people and
it came in to prey on and feedon some vulnerable person in the

(31:29):
ceremony.
And the medicine said, I saw youstanding over there.
This parasite was coming in.
So I took it and I threw it onyou because I knew that you
would be able to figure out howto manage this situation.
Whereas if this thing would'veattached to somebody in the
ceremony, somebody who is deepin a process, somebody who
doesn't have as much experienceand doesn't have the tools to

(31:51):
deal with it.
It could have been potentiallyreally detrimental to that
person.
I thought.
Fair enough.
It was very straightforward andmatter of fact, and like, yeah,
this thing happened, so I didthis and it taken care of, and
that was a completely newexperience to me.
Even though I had plenty oftimes where I'd interacted with

(32:12):
different entities andnon-physical beings.
That entity, that parasiticenergy was different from the
first two and it felt moreanimalistic.
Like it, it didn't seem to besentient.
I couldn't communicate with it.
The mental image that I got wasthat of a manta ray, like a big,

(32:35):
flat, ethereal, non-physical manRay that was just playing its
part.
It was more like an energeticanimal.
It wasn't thinking like, oh, I'mgonna go get somebody in that
ceremony.
It was just playing its part.
It was just like a leach or anyother sort of parasitic animal

(33:00):
or physical entity.
It was just.
Fulfilling a role or a niche inthe environment and it was just
doing its thing.
It was not, again, not in,there's nothing intentional
about it.
I didn't get a sense ofsentience.
It was, It was just doing itsthing and just like a mosquito
that lands on your arm to biteyou.
It's not trying to suck yourblood to hurt you, it's just

(33:23):
trying to fulfill its lifecycleand its purpose.
The same went with this beingthat I felt attached to me.
I'm glad I was able to get ridof it before there was any sort
of long term or lasting effectsfrom it.
And again, that situation taughtme an important lesson and

(33:45):
showed me a different aspect anda different way that entities
and non-physical beings canpresent and what I just
described was only three of manydifferent experiences I've had
with many different varieties ofbeings that are not present in
the physical form.
There's a huge spectrum ofpotential entities that are out

(34:09):
there that people can and dointeract with, whether or not
they realize it or they aren'taware that the things that are
affecting their, their lives mayor may not be an entity or a,
some sort of external energy G.
I'm curious if anybody else outthere has had a similar sort of

(34:30):
experience or a different kindof experience.
Please leave a comment below.
I'd love to hear your stories.
And really that begs thequestion, how do we deal with
entities and non-physical beingsthat we may come in contact
with, either through a spiritualpractice or just at any point in
our regular lives?

(34:50):
For me, the most foundationaland important practice that we
can use to improve our awarenessand become more sensitive is
meditation.
Meditation is simply spendingtime by yourself, being with
yourself.
It helps you establish where youend and the outside world
begins.

(35:10):
You just become more in syncwith your own energy and when an
energy that's not in alignmentwith your energy comes in and
you interact with it, it becomesmuch easier to identify when
there is a disturbance orsomething that's not in
alignment or not in resonancewith your energy field.

(35:34):
When we become more in tune withand aware of our own energy
fields, it becomes much easierto identify when something else
is coming in or trying to comein.
Another thing that we can do ispray, ask for guidance, ask for
help, ask for clarity.
We all have spirit teams andguardians and angels and guides

(35:56):
around us who want to help andsupport us.
But quite often we don'tactually ask for help and our
guides and these guardians andspirits and angels around us,
they don't want to interferewith our lives, but they will
come in if we ask for theirassistance.
So be open and intentional aboutcommunicating with your spirit

(36:19):
team.
They're there and they wannahelp and they can help when we
ask for it.
And if you still feel like youneed additional guidance and
support, there are plenty ofpeople out there who specialize
in cord cutting and identifyingand clearing energies and
entities and any sort ofenergetic blockage that we might

(36:40):
have.
They may come from an externalsource.
They may be something that'spassed down to us, uh, through
our lineage and through ourfamily members in one way or
another.
Most people are dealing withsome sort of energetic blockage,
and it's not like once you clearall your blockages, you're clear

(37:00):
and they're gone forever.
It's like our physical and ourmental health.
These things fluctuate, so doesour spiritual and energetic
health and our spiritual andenergetic fields, things come
and go and energetic hygiene andspiritual hygiene is a
consistent and constantpractice.
And the more we keep up with it,the more likely we are to

(37:21):
maintain a relatively balancedand clear and stable field.
And there are potentially timeswhere it does make sense to
reach out to somebody who has, again, specific experience with
that that can help us toidentify what's going on and
clear the issues or residues orenergies or whatever is

(37:42):
potentially going on with us.
If you're gonna work withsomebody, I highly recommend
reaching out to multiple peopleand finding somebody you really
resonate with.
Somebody who will take the timeand answer your questions, and
somebody who will help you onthe backend and someone you know
is gonna be there to offersupport for, uh, the integration
process or to answer yourquestions that may come up as a

(38:05):
result of your session orwhatever the relationship looks
like.
There's lots of great,well-intentioned, skilled
practitioners who work in thisspace, and it is worth your time
to do your due diligence andfind somebody who, again, you
really resonate with and trustwill be able to support you on
the back end of that.

(38:26):
Last, but not least, trust yourgut, trust your intuition.
Often in my experience, thesesorts of situations are
wonderful ways for us to furtherdeepen and develop our own
intuition and inner knowing.
We can start to understand andlearn about these different

(38:47):
situations we find ourselves inand explore different spaces and
really get more in touch withour, our higher selves, and
develop our own conscious, intuitive connection directly to
source.
We don't necessarily need to goto anybody or anything else.
We all have all the answersinside of us.

(39:07):
So if you're going throughsomething, you're not alone.
Everybody is at some point oranother dealing with some sort
of energetic entity, um, beingwhatever you wanna call it.
So you're, you're not alone.
There are resources out there, there are people who can help
you.
If you resonated with thismessage or have a story to tell,

(39:30):
I'd love to hear it.
To me, these sorts of things arefascinating.
I'll leave a comment below, butuh, until next time, I love
y'all.
Peace.
