Hey, I’m Ian Vogel—host of Alternate Timelines. My journey started on a small farm in the midwest, where I always felt a little out of place. After years of skepticism and even a stint as an atheist, a near-death experience changed my perspective on everything. Since then, I’ve explored plant medicine, past life memories, and the mysteries of consciousness. Now, I’m sharing those experiences to help others navigate their own awakening. Through real stories, deep conversations, and wild explorations of the unknown, we’re building a community where it’s okay to question reality. You’re not alone in the unknown. 👽✨

(00:00):
Humanity is in the middle of avery messy mass awakening.
This is a fundamental shift inour collective consciousness
that's affecting each and everyone of us.
Intentional mass murder andgenocide is being carried out in
front of our very eyes.
These atrocities are beingfueled by immense societal
structures that have beenoperating either undercover or

(00:20):
out in the open for centuries.
It is time to wake up?
Are we gonna stay silent or arewe gonna do something about the
blatant inhumane and anti-lifeagendas that have come to
control our planet?
Are we going to concede defeatand allow our world to be
destroyed?
Or are we going to takeadvantage of this opportunity to
come together and demand abetter future for the

(00:42):
generations that come after us?
This isn't about falling intovictimhood because of a
situation none of us created.
It's about taking responsibilityfor the parts we all have to
play in the awakening, focusingon solutions and being the
change that we want to see inthe world.
If you're someone who believesin our collective ability to
transcend these dark times andaccess humanity's highest

(01:03):
timeline, then you're in theright place.
we stand at the precipice of anew earth and have been gifted
with an unprecedentedopportunity for spiritual
evolution.
There's a lot to unpack here, solet's get into it.
What's up?
I'm Ian with Alternate Timelinesand I'm just gonna be upfront

(01:24):
and let you know that today I'mgonna be talking about some
pretty heavy topics.
But this is something that'sbeen on my heart lately, and I
feel like it's important toaddress and acknowledge some of
the really challenging anddifficult things we're
witnessing in the world today.
Not to induce fear or anxiety, but to shine a light on some of
the darkest parts of our societyso that we can bring awareness

(01:45):
to those areas and start to healthem.
In this video, I'm gonna zoomout and look at the broader
context of this global shift inenergy.
I'm gonna address some of thespecific challenges that we're
facing and talk about some ofthe tangible steps we could all
take that can make a realdifference in the world.

(02:06):
It only takes a couple ofseconds and helps the channel in
a really meaningful way.
When we look at the world rightnow, there are so many instances
of individuals who aresuffering, but I think it's
important to zoom out and lookat the situation from a
different point of view becauseall of that individual suffering
is happening in a largercontext.
If we look at the situationthrough the broader lens of

(02:28):
astrology, we'll see that we areat the precipice of a new age.
This is a major turning pointand shift in planetary energies.
We're coming out of the age ofPisces moving into the age of
Aquarius, and each astrologicalage has its own distinct
energies and energetic patterns.

(02:48):
Some of the energetic patternsthat were at play during the age
of Pisces revolved around faith, belief hierarchy, religious
dogma, and they all had anundercurrent of emotional energy
attached to them.
some of the energetic systemsthat we're moving into in the
age of Aquarius were revolvearound direct knowledge,
decentralization, and unityconsciousness with an underlying

(03:12):
mental energy.
The planetary energetic shiftthat we're experiencing now has
been known about and predictedfor a long time by many
different saints and Searsthroughout many different
cultures.
The Earth completes a processionthrough the Zodiac once about
every 26,000 years, and eachiCal age lasts for about 2000

(03:34):
years.
Look at what happened about 2000years ago when the earth was
shifting into the age of Pisces.
That's when Christ'sconsciousness was brought to
this planet by Jesus.
And since then, things have notbeen the same.
That was a major turning point.
Similarly, we are in a majorturning point, very much like
that right now.

(03:54):
During the time of Jesus, therewas a lot of societal turmoil,
and I believe we're experiencinga similar sort of turmoil here
and now.
The teachings that Jesus broughtto earth were revolutionary, and
I feel like our human collectiveconsciousness is tapping into
that revolutionary energy onceagain.
At this point, it seems prettyclear that humanity needs to

(04:16):
make a change for ourselves, forall the plants, for the animals,
and for Mother Earth itself.
On some deep level, we all knowthat change is necessary and
that we're all experiencingchange from moment to moment.
The thing about change is thatit is never comfortable and
human beings are hardwired toresist and avoid change and

(04:37):
discomfort.
So herein lies the issue.
Despite the fact that everymajor wisdom tradition talks
about the importance ofembracing change, modern day
humans have managed to clingingto their comfort zones ever so
tightly.
In Buddhism, there's the termnietzche, which roughly
translates to impermanence.

(04:58):
In Christianity, there's thephrase, this too shall pass in
stoic philosophy, momentum,Maori, remember, you will die,
is another indicator that thingsare always changing.
In Hermetic philosophy, theypoint to the law of vibration,
which indicates that things, andevery part of our experience is
always in motion.

(05:18):
Change is absolutely unavoidableand it's up to each of us on an
individual level to decide whatwe want our relationship with
change to be like.
Are we gonna decide that becauseof the discomfort that comes
along with change, that weshould try to avoid it
altogether?
Or are we going to embrace theinevitable changes that come

(05:39):
into our life and try to lookfor the positive lessons and the
wisdom that we can glean fromthe different challenges that we
encounter?
That is a decision that we allmake, either consciously or
unconsciously.
Change doesn't necessarily haveto be bad.
Bad is just a label that wechoose to place on an

(05:59):
experience, and we can just aseasily choose not to place that
label on an experience.
Everything comes and goes andhas its own cycle.
Our solar system has its owncycle.
Planet Earth wasn't always hereand it won't always be here.
The same for the sun, the samefor all the countries on earth.
All the flora, all the fauna, you, me, all the protozoa, the

(06:23):
bacteria in our bodies.
Everything has a cycle.
Whether or not we experiencesomething as challenging usually
depends on our level ofattachment to it.
When we can embrace the teachingof impermanence and the fact
that change is always happening,we tend to clinging less tightly
to the things in our lives thatwill ultimately fade away.

(06:46):
The United States of Americawasn't always a thing.
There was a point in time in thelifecycle of this country where
it was young and fresh andgrowing, and truly
representative of Americans.
But over time things havechanged and the United States is
simply at a different point inits life cycle.
This country no longerrepresents the people of the

(07:07):
country and has become a toolfor oppression and control.
I certainly understand people'ssense of patriotism around the
United States of America.
It's got a long history andthere's a lot of really positive
things that this country hasdone and contributed to the
global society.
And at what point do we look atthe blatant inhumane and immoral

(07:30):
behavior of this country andsay, I will not stand for this
anymore?
As it stands right now.
In this moment, the UnitedStates government is helping to
perpetuate an aggressivecampaign of genocide and
intentional starvation of thePalestinian people.
I, Innocent women and childrenare being bombed and used as
target practice.

(07:52):
I fully understand that noteveryone who resides in Gaza is
innocent, not by a long shot.
But the question we need to askourselves is, does the guilt of
a few justify the murder ofinnocent women and children?
I also understand that there isa long history of conflict in
the Middle East that involvesheinous acts from all parties

(08:12):
involved.
And at some point we need toacknowledge the fact that there
is a difference betweenreflexive aggression in response
to a specific incident and asystemic disproportionate
eradication of an entirepopulation of people.
At what point do we say enoughis enough and stop supporting

(08:33):
governments that sell bombs andbullets that are being used to
perpetuate a genocide.
For the context of this video,I'm talking primarily about the
conflict between Israel andPalestine, but there are many
other conflicts I couldpotentially point to.
Some of them well known others, less well known.
As we progress into the age ofAquarius, it's gonna become more

(08:54):
and more difficult for thepowers that be to hide and
conceal these, what I'll justcall anti-life behaviors.
Information is getting harderand harder to suppress both on a
meta level and on an individuallevel.
We might not yet be able to seeeverything that's happening
behind the scenes, but the truthis revealing itself.

(09:15):
And in doing so, it's presentingus with a choice.
Are we going to do something ornot?
Are we going to maintain thestatus quo or acknowledge what's
happening right before our eyes?
Are we going to fight tomaintain our individual comfort
zones?
Or are we gonna step out andsay, I will not continue to
support a system thatperpetuates human suffering?

(09:37):
Can we put ourselves in theshoes of people who are
suffering and wonder what itmust be like to have millions
and millions of people aroundthe world watch idly as
ourselves and our families andour communities are being
starved to death?
I simply cannot imagine whatthat would be like.
The next question is, what isour individual responsibility in

(09:58):
all of this?
Are we willing to just throw ourhands in the air and say, I am,
but a powerless individual withno ability to create meaningful
change?
Every action that we take sendsa signal to the universe about
what we want more of in ourlife.
If our actions and behaviorssend a message of I am powerless
to the universe, then that'swhat we can expect more of.

(10:19):
These are not easy questions.
And these are the same questionsthat I'm asking myself.
Am I the kind of person whokeeps my mouth shut because
that's what everybody else isdoing and it's the path of least
resistance Is my own fear of theunknown or of judgment
preventing me from beingauthentic and expressing myself.
Now, I don't necessarily knowall the answers to all of those

(10:41):
questions, and the answers tothose questions may be different
for everyone.
We're all at different stages inour journey, and it's not for me
to say what's right or wrong forsomeone else.
All I know is that for me,staying silent and doing nothing
is not an option.
On some level, silence is a formof consent to the situation

(11:03):
that's happening.
I personally don't believe inright or wrong or the abuser
victim dynamic.
My personal belief is thateverything does happen for a
reason.
That there is a grand and lovingdesign behind every experience
and every situation in theuniverse and what we perceive as

(11:24):
evil or negative or bad.
You know, any of those kind oflabels you wanna place on it.
Those kind of challengingexperiences are given to us for
the purpose of humanity beingable to learn and grow.
We experience difficult andchallenging situations

(11:45):
individually, and what we'reseeing now is a more of a
collective challenge thathumanity is being forced to face
on a really collective level.
I understand that a lot ofpeople won't resonate with that
or share that belief, and that'stotally cool.
I 100% respect everyone's modelof reality.

(12:09):
The reason I choose to believewhat I believe is because it
gives me ownership andresponsibility for my situation.
My fate is not determined bysomebody else or some external
circumstance or situation.
I am ultimately in control ofeverything that happens to me,
and I find that to be anincredibly empowering

(12:32):
perspective and way to navigatethis crazy situation we called a
human life.
What can we each do on anindividual level that will
create a beneficial change forthe collective?
How can we take and alchemizethis dense energy of pain and
suffering and transmute it intoenergy of inspiration that moves

(12:56):
us towards inspired action?
We all entered this incarnationwith a unique set of God-given
gifts and talents and abilities.
I believe we're all being calledto step up.
Step out of our comfort zones, let our freak flags fly and be
our truest, most authenticselves.
It's time to do the hard thingand bring our natural gifts and

(13:19):
abilities out into the world, whether that's baking sourdough
red, whether that's working withchildren at a daycare center,
whether that's creating contentand being a voice online,
whatever that may be, that tugthat's in your heart that the
universe has placed inside ofyou that's willing for you to

(13:41):
flower and to shine and to doyour thing that's there for a
reason.
And it's time that we start tofollow those inner voices and
that intuition that may notalways lead us through the most
comfortable path.
Deep down, we all know whatwe're here for and we all know
that we can make a difference.
The challenge is being thedifference, being different,

(14:05):
being different than the personyou were last week or yesterday,
or even an hour ago.
Being who we are now and fullyembracing our truest selves and
understanding that change isinevitable.
We are constantly going througha metamorphosis for our entire
lives.
Human beings are never static,so be graceful with yourself.

(14:29):
Give yourself permission to besomebody different than who you
were yesterday, last week, lastyear.
You are a completely differentperson right now.
We all are.
And the sooner we embrace thatand embrace the inevitability of
change, stop labeling it assomething bad or something
dangerous or something ugly, something we don't like, the

(14:49):
sooner we can start to reallyembody and usher in this new
age, the age of Aquarius, We allhave our unique individual
challenges, and sometimes whenwe allow ourselves to get too
wrapped up in what's going onwith other people, whether
that's pain or suffering orwhatever it is, it's almost a

(15:09):
way for us to bypass our ownissues and the things that we
need to do for ourselves to moveon to the next step of our
journey whatever learning orlesson that may be.
Being aware of what's happeningin the world more broadly isn't
the same as being focused on itor spending all of our time and
energy devoted towards thinkingand ruminating over situations

(15:32):
that we simply can't directlyimpact.
That being said, we can make animpact in our own way, to our
collective, to ourselves, to ourfamilies, around us, to our
communities.
We can all make a difference.
I have a very positive outlookfor the future of humanity.
I believe we can come together, learn the lessons we need to

(15:53):
learn and move through thesechallenging times.
Yeah, there are going to be somethings that come up with ai,
with the proliferation oftechnology that are really
unknown at this point.
We're gonna have to move througha lot of different challenges as
they arise, and I believe thathumanity is equipped to do that.

(16:18):
I am incredibly optimistic inthis sense.
I don't necessarily see theperfect utopia anytime soon, but
I do believe that we have theskills and humanity can come
together and work through thistransition in a way that is
beautiful.
Ultimately, not just forhumanity, but again for the
animals, the plans, and forMother Earth itself.

(16:42):
Now, I'd love to hear yourperspective.
Uh, leave a comment below.
What do you think that we can doas individuals and as a
collective to help usher in thisnew age of Aquarius?
Any predictions, any things thatyou see coming up in the
timeline, please let me know.
This is a conversation and we'reall a part of it, so the more
you engage, the more we can keeptalking about this, the more we

(17:06):
can bring awareness to thesetypes of situations and
ultimately fulfill our purposein continuing the change that's
happening.
Have a blessed day.
Peace.
