I’ve been thinking a lot about how change isn’t just something that happens — it is life itself. We try to control and resist it, but that just brings more pain. Instead, I’m learning to lean into uncertainty and let life unfold. Change challenges us, shapes us, and ultimately, it’s our superpower if we accept it with curiosity and openness. Life’s fluid and unpredictable — and that’s the whole point.
