For our debut episode, Áine had the pleasure of speaking with Stephen Coughlan, who has been running his own acupuncture clinic here in Dublin 15 since 2002. After suffering an injury on holiday 25 years ago, he was introduced to acupuncture which greatly helped him in his recovery. Stephen talks us through the basics of acupuncture and who would most benefit from it.
