The question that Anna wasanswering was what advice would
she give to a new life coach.
And she touches on something reallyimportant, which is having kindness

clients and the world around us.

The best advice I could give is to be compassionate
with yourself no matter what.
Be kind to yourself.
Have fierce love and fascinationfor your humanness no matter what.
How do we do that?
We refuse to be mean toourselves in our own T line.
We redirect towards curiosity, compassion, and love.

loving relationship with ourselvesis why we'll have the biggest
impact in all the areas of our life.

(01:44):
Becoming our own best friend, ourown cheerleader, our own safety net
will enable us to grow, to allowall emotions, to embrace the fear
and enjoy our life so much more.
And this is how we can get out ofour comfort zone in our businesses.
This is how we become bold andempowered and have unconditional

(02:06):
love in our coaching session.
This is how we face the fear and trynew dangerous things for our brain.
This is how we stick to ourcalendar no matter what.
When we say no to people, stand up forwhat we want, our desires, our values,
and so that's what I like to offeryou that will have the biggest impact
