Speaker 1 (00:08):
Hey, there, it's Evan Nathaniel Grimm and welcome to
Astrology Unbound.
And today I'm going to discussthe partial solar eclipse in
Aries coming up on March 29th,and this one is definitely very
empowering and can help you takea very calculated risk in the
right direction, to help youbreak ahead of the pack.
And, before I start, definitelycheck out my 2025 horoscopes.

(00:30):
It's not too late to downloadthem.
They give you an inside look atevery new and full moon coming
up in the year ahead.
Also, be sure to subscribe tomy Substack newsletter.
That's where I offer monthlywell, not monthly, actually
bi-weekly basically new and fullmoon either manifestation
guides, intention setting guides, release guides.

(00:53):
Also, I provide perspectives onthe retrogrades, other key
events.
I have recordings of cordcutting ritual actually that is
still available manifestationtips, a lot more, and I now have
weekly live astrology showsthrough the Substack on Sunday
evenings, and those haveessentially replaced my

(01:13):
Instagram live shows, although Istill will do a monthly show on
Instagram.
I also apologize, I'm a littleDIY today.
I'm using my phone directlyhere.
I don't have my microphone withme.
I'm on the road.
I'm in the Florida panhandleright now and it's really
relaxing here and that'swonderful.
The downside is, I just don'thave any of my things.
So I hope that this is stillappreciated and informative.

(01:35):
I hope the audio comes throughjust fine.
Anyways, just a quickprogramming note there, but I do
appreciate all of you, by theway, for supporting me in season
two here.
So, yeah, I'm not going to gothrough the individual
horoscopes today for the eclipse, by the way, that's going to be
reserved for my newsletter andmy paid Substack subscribers.
But today is more of ahigh-level overview of the

(01:57):
eclipse from a collectivealtitude.
I mean, this is an eclipse thatdeserves context in the sense
that it can help you have aneven better experience, because
I don't see this eclipse asnecessarily negative.
I will say, though, in thecollective there could be some
aggressive moves made ininternational relations and

(02:18):
politics.
Um, you know, mars istechnically at the critical 22nd
degree, at the killer-be-killeddegree, squaring Chiron at the
22nd degree of Aries, also thecritical killer-be-killed degree
.
Those are both Capricorndegrees, the 22nd degree, and
Mars is ruling the eclipse, withNeptune going into Aries the
next day.
So if there's quote-unquote,like an event heard around the
world or whatever, it wouldn'tbe all that surprising.

(02:40):
But on a personal level, it isstill empowering it to be all
that surprising, but on apersonal level, it is still
empowering, it is stillenergizing, animating and so on.
So it's also not unfamiliar, because we've had solar eclipses

(03:01):
in Aries two other times in thepast two years.
So April 19th of 2023, we hadone.
We had a solar eclipse.
It was a hybrid solar eclipse.
It was while the North node wasstill in Taurus, but you know
that eclipse, alongside Jupiterand Aries, did initiate this
eclipse cycle in Aries and Libra, with Aries being the sign that
again wants to break ahead ofthe pack, wants to break through

(03:22):
into like a leadership position, wants to be the first to do
something, sometimes wants to bethe best and is, you know,
highly competitive.
And then last April 2024, wehad the total solar eclipse and
I think that was on April 8th.
I'm going to just quickly typethat into my computer.
And, yeah, april 8th we had oneKanjank Chiron and you know

(03:45):
that one was a lot more abouthealing and the healing journey,
but I still think it was.
For some people it may havebeen fairly, again, energizing
and motivating, but this onecoming up is the final hurrah of
the entireipses in Aries andLibra being about.
You know, how do we support ourindependence, our journey

(04:06):
towards self-reliance, whilealso developing these really
cooperative relationships thathave healthy patterns, that
continuously supports theincreasing self-reliance of both
parties.
Because, you know, in the Southnotice in Libra we were really
trying to excavate and revealpatterns and relationships that
were unhealthy for us and revealpatterns and relationships that
were unhealthy for us, and wewere thereby clearing space for

(04:28):
ourselves to just focus onourselves, you know, or to be
more assertive with a partner sothat they respect us more.
So hopefully, we've all kind ofdone some of that.
You know, we've gone throughthese exercises towards
self-respect and then, you know, increasing levels of respect,
mutual respect in relationships, but it doesn't always have to

(04:49):
be about relationships.
When we talk about Aries, it'sreally about again just being.
You know the sorry the floor iscreaking at my feet here but in
Aries I think it's really aboutbecoming one of one.
I mean, this is a concept I'vediscussed for at least a year
now, maybe more, but it reallyresonates with me and I think
Aries helps us become one of one, and what I mean by that, by

(05:10):
one of one, is becoming someone, that where there's no replica,
there's no, there's nothing likewhat we're doing and there's no
one like us in the music world.
I always give the example oflike there's only one Prince.
There are, however, you know 10million guitarists, and there's
1 million guitarists who canactually write songs, and then

(05:31):
there's you know 10,000guitarists who are, you know,
can play XYZ songs without anymistakes, but then there's only
so many guitarists who are truevirtuosos and icons, and you
know guitarists who publishthese sort of seminal works that
reshape the entire genre orsomething.
So everyone has something aboutthem.

(05:53):
That, I think, is one of one.
And you know, like, let's say, you're working as an aerospace
engineer and like there'ssomething about it that you
enjoy, but it's also notfulfilling you, or it's not
really motivating you anymore toget up every morning.
Maybe you're like realizing, well, you know, I'm in the

(06:15):
whatever 70th percentile amongaerospace engineers.
Like I'm pretty good, but 30%of people in the space are
better than me, and maybe thatdoesn't matter to some people,
but like Aries ideally feeds ourcompetitive nature and our
competitive side.
So like, let's say, you're apretty good aerospace engineer,
but you're an even bettermassage therapist.

(06:35):
And you know, every time you um, I don't know massage someone,
someone's shoulders, they'relike wow, this is the best
massage I've ever had.
And your, your hands are reallystrong.
You can go for like an hour anda half.
I don't know making something uphere, but like, maybe there's a
something that you do that isseparating you from other people
, and maybe it's not just likethrough the skills you have, but
it's just the way that youbrand yourself or whatever.

(06:58):
You know, um, like, I want tobe one of the only people, or
one of the first people to do,you know, like when someone flew
an airplane around the worldfor the first time, like
something like that, like whatis something you could do?
That's very pioneering.
And maybe it's like just thatyou want to.
You know, scale up like thefirst conference that speaks to

(07:20):
a particular theme and unitespeople together.
You know, it doesn't mean thateveryone has to go invent some
new technology right now.
Like that's like, that's anAquarian thing, right, we don't
have to make it about like, oh,can you really like?
Can you literally like, buildsomething right now, like a
product or something?
It could just be that you trysomething new.

(07:40):
And I want to circle back to thecontext piece of this, because
none of this is unfamiliar.
I mean, remember we've had twosolar eclipses in Aries, going
back to 2023.
You know that is, you know, showing you again a the eclipse.
Well, let me back up.
The eclipse is really adisruption of energy and a solar

(08:01):
eclipse is when we have themoon passing between the sun and
earth in a way that blocks thesun's light, whether it's a
partial eclipse, like the onewe're having coming up, which
only is typically visible eithertowards the north or south pole
, or we have a total solareclipse, which is entirely

(08:22):
visible in a certain band orarea of the earth and not in
other areas.
But anyways, you know, when wehave this idea of the sun's
light being blocked, there isthis, like this notion of like
the uh illumination of uh, youknow, the sun's clarifying
energy is suddenly blocked andit can kind of reveal something

(08:44):
within our psyche or oursubconscious, because the moon
deals with actually theunconscious and the areas of our
life that are entirely private, not only private from the
public, but private even to ussometimes, where we don't even
we can't even fully conceive of,like how something maybe 20
years ago still affects ourbehavior.
The moon can really speak tothat.

(09:06):
And lunar eclipse is also whichoccurs when the earth blocks
the moon from receiving thesun's light.
Even those can bringunconscious aspects to the
surface, and we just had one, atotal lunar eclipse in Virgo, by
the way.
Aspects to the surface, and wejust had one, a total lunar
eclipse in Virka, by the way.
But anyways, the solar eclipsespecifically, we are, in theory

(09:28):
being not necessarily like cutoff from source, like I don't
want to imply that like thesource, energy, like literally
in the universe, is cut off, butthere is sometimes a lack of
conscious clarity andrationality, and, you know, as
we are blocked from the sun'slight.
It can, though, help us againbecome aware of some unconscious

(09:52):
patterns, but it can also helpus kind of like shake the box or
shake the snow globe and just, you know, just kind of reset
some things, and it's like afactory reset right, so like, if
your headphones are just not, they're kind of being funky now
they're not really connecting toyour device.
That's when you take out thelittle you know paper clip or

(10:14):
toothpick and you, you know, hitthat little reset button that's
hard to reach, and eventuallyit works again.
So I like to conceive of solareclipses that way, because it's
a solar eclipse.
It's a new moon.
By definition, lunar eclipsesare full moons and the solar
eclipse is a new beginning andin this case it's only partial,

(10:34):
so it's not entirely blockingthe sun's light, and I think
that's, you know.
Again, I think that's a I don'tknow.
I think that's a good thing.
I think if it's not a fulleclipse, then it is less
foreshadowing and ominous, likeit's not, so it's not
necessarily, again, a reason tobe frozen or afraid.

(10:57):
So anyways, some otherinteresting aspects about this
one is that it's visible inQuebec, newfoundland, greenland
and Iceland, which has somestrange parallels to Trump's
whole.
Like you know I don't know whatthe word is bid to try to
acquire Canada or Greenland.
I don't know if thatnecessarily suggests that the

(11:18):
solar eclipse would implicatethose countries, but it very
well could.
I mean, you could find out somenews.
I think even today Trump wassaying that he might want to
like partner up with the UKsomehow in a different way.
I don't know, I haven't readall about it, but anyways, there
could be some news events aboutGreenland or Canada or Quebec,
although, you know, most of thetime we have a solar eclipse

(11:41):
just by the sort of definitionor just by the way the Earth is
oriented towards the sun, theNorth or South Pole typically
receive the eclipse, meaningthey're visible from the poles.
So it's not like the first timethat we've had a partial solar
eclipse visible primarily in theArctic or something, but with

(12:02):
all the planets going to Ariesnext year, like we'll have Mars
and Saturn, neptune, mercury, venus, the sun and moon or not
Venus at that time, but, like inApril next year, almost like
every planet, it's going to bein Aries and that's the time
I've talked about many, many onmany episodes.
I think April 2026, there'slike a military draft in many
countries, like if we were toget enmeshed in like a world war

(12:24):
.
I think it would start in April2026, like in earnest and
potentially there's something, though, happening on the solar
eclipse here on March 29th thatis somewhat connected and, yeah,
connected to that next year.
It's sort of like a dominomaybe effect, but it also
technically again is capping offthe two-year cycle of eclipses

(12:47):
and Aries and Libra that beganApril 19th 2023, with that solar
hybrid eclipse at 29 degrees ofAries, and also April 8th of
last year, that total solareclipse conjunct Chiron.
April 8th of last year, thattotal solar eclipse conjunct
Chiron.
So think back to April 8th oflast year and April 19th of 2023
.
Was there some reboot in yourlife that helped you again

(13:09):
strive to be one of one insomething?
Did something motivating occur?
Did something aggravating occur?
Because, technically, aries isabout anger, rashness,
frustration.
It's playing offense, so maybeyou had to deal with some you
know stress at those times.
But, regardless, reflect onthose dates and see, maybe, if

(13:33):
there's anything lingering inyour life right now that
connects back to those times, because maybe that theme will,
you know, again be brought tothe surface.
And this is also the last newmoon to happen at nine degrees,
going back to November 1st'sScorpio new moon, so we've had

(13:53):
six new moons in a row, including this upcoming eclipse
at the ninth degree, and this isa lot.
The ninth degree is theSagittarius degree, so that has
a lot to do with beliefs, travel, and so again we could have
some travel restrictions in thecollective coming up.
But it also pertains to yourown beliefs and the higher mind
and your perspective.
So I think that everyone'sperspectives have been evolving

(14:15):
since November 1st of last yearand in this case, maybe that new
perspective is fueling yourleap into the unknown or it's
more of a calculated risk.
I mean, aries is a fire sign, right, and it takes a risk.
Therefore, it's taking a riskto be the best at something or
to be the first to do something, and it's casting aside

(14:36):
self-consciousness.
So these are all some benefits, and I don't think that this
solar eclipse comes out of leftfield because it follows the two
Kazimis of Venus and Mercurythat we just had with Venus
yesterday and with Mercury onthe 24th, here on March 24th.
So you know we've had someclarifying points already.

(14:58):
We've had plenty of time toreflect.
We've had, like, at least oneof the personal planets
retrograde for the past likethree and a half months.
So, if anything, I think peopleare kind of sick and tired of
waiting around for something.
They feel like they're, theywant to start their year, but
they've been exhausted with marsretrograde in the past, uh, and
still in the post shadow phase.

(15:18):
Well, now it's like, okay, maybe, maybe you can finally
take that leap.
And I I'm not the kind ofastrologer who says don't try to
do anything on an eclipse, likeespecially, not especially this
one, like don't treat this onelike it's some you know, it's
some unknown to be feared, because I get that we fear the
unknown but, like this is notunknown.

(15:39):
Go back to April 19th 2023.
Go back to April 8th 2024.
And that will give you the keys, I think, to interpreting this
solar eclipse and anticipatingit.
Again, we are still in adifferent world, though.
We have Mars in a differentposition Now.
We have Mars in Cancer.
Last year we had Mars in Piscesat the time and actually I'm

(16:00):
wondering now where Mars was onApril 19th of 2023.
It was in Cancer, oh, also inCancer.
Wow, that's fascinating.
That's where it is now At 22Cancer.
This time Last time it wasconjunct Sirius, at 13 Cancer
pretty much.
But anyways, with Mars inCancer right now and post-shadow

(16:23):
squaring Chiron and Aries.
Really, I think any tension youmight be feeling right now is
probably centered around yourfamily or stems from some family
wounds.
So if you're navigatinganything right now with a degree
of tension where you feel likeI don't know if I can handle
this level of conflict right nowor I keep getting stressed, go

(16:44):
back to the origins in yourfamily life.
Think about okay, do I dealwith certain conflicts in an
unhealthy way because of myfather, or do I deal with it in
a healthy way because of myfather or whatever it is.
But I think any issues you'rehaving right now with regards to
tension conflict, again, theyhave their roots with the family

(17:05):
.
That's always true in general, but especially right now.
If you feel like you can reallyassert yourself, set boundaries
within your family or just be aleader within your family, then
that will have a positiveeffect on your other situations
in your life.
So, yeah, it's a really goodchance to heal.
Also, with Aries, we're reallygetting back into our bodies.

(17:26):
I think I mean earth signs area little bit more focused on,
like, the physical and thephysical body, but fire signs
are also about action and wehave to act with our willpower,
which is really that fire withinour bodies that helps us propel
forward.
I mean, even just today, I wasplaying a game of like beach
volleyball casually just withsome people, and it was a

(17:47):
perfect Aries moment for me tobe not even really competitive
in that situation, but just toget out of my head, because we
have Jupiter in Gemini right nowand people are way too in their
heads right now overthinkingeverything.
So, with this Aries sun whereit's exalted, by the way, you
can get back to basics, rightBack into the body, just

(18:09):
visceral, in the here and now,in the moment.
And just a side note to that,I'm going to do a video about
this this week.
But I've noticed a lot of peopletelling me that they have
trouble responding to textslately and they've been
non-responsive and they justdon't feel like reaching out to
people or responding.
That, to me, has a lot to dowith the Saturn and Pisces plus

(18:31):
the Jupiter and Gemini combo, because Jupiter and Gemini is
information overload, it'sgiving all of us information
overload Plus Saturn and Pisces.
That place, that transit,encourages more.
I think isolation encourages usto go in inward and go into
hermit mode a little bit, because Pisces has everything to
do with like those liminalspaces that we venture into in

(18:51):
our dreams and our meditationsor while we're watching a movie
or in isolation.
So everyone has this sort of12th house energy going on right
now where they want to isolate, and Jupiter and Gemini is
encouraging them even more toisolate because they are
internalizing too muchinformation every day, like we
are not equipped in our currenthuman form to like absorb the

(19:13):
amount of information that wecurrently do on social media
plus the news cycle.
It's like too much and Istruggle with that too.
You know, sometimes I just, Ijust don't respond.
I don't respond to textmessages, even if I want to,
even if I see that person as animportant part of my life.
So, like, don't be hard onyourself if you're doing that.
If you're, you know, notresponding to people right away,
it will get better when Jupiterleaves Gemini and we'll have

(19:36):
Saturn and Aries.
All that stuff is going tostart changing in like late May,
early June.
But anyways, with this Arieseclipse again, it's a time to
reinvigorate, get back into thebody, be in a, be healthy,
healthily competitive and alsobe healthy.
Right, Like you know, work outand do strength training,
because you might as well.
If there's going to be a draftin a year in my, in my, in my
prediction, I think there willbe.
It is just a time to feelstrong, feel confident in your

(20:01):
ability to just to like go outthere and have that tenacity,
that ferocity to take on the day.
So, starting March 29th, youknow that's your time to reset
towards that tenacity, to resetin a way that favors action.
So, become more action orientedagain and play, become an
active.
What did I say the other day?
To play an active role and notbe a passive passenger, so to

(20:24):
speak.
And yeah, it's going to affectthe cardinal signs the most
Cancer, libra, aries, capricornbut again, I'm going to dive
into that in my Substacknewsletter, which you should
definitely check out in thecoming days.
That's all the time I have fornow because I am on the road and
traveling, but I'm going tomake the podcast more its usual
length next week.
But I do hope that this shortepisode has still been valuable

(20:44):
to you.
I do hope that you know it'sgiven you some quick insights on
your commute or wherever youare right now listening to the
podcast and continue sharingthis podcast with other people.
Like I said, I am going toinvest more into it.
I'm going to explore topicsthat are a little bit more on
the fringe and in some ways, even more I don't know
interesting.
I talked about that last weekand the week before, but that's

(21:06):
all going to be built into theprogramming coming up in future
episodes.
We will talk about telepathy.
We will talk about karma,synchronicities.
I'm going to really againexpand my palette here.
I don't think that I don'tconceive of myself purely as an
astrologer.
At this point.
I feel like, you know, I borrowor I have, like you know,
psychic uh skills.

(21:26):
I also see myself as aphilosopher, writer, creator,
musician, I mean.
There's so many things.
Don't worry, I'm not gonna likedeviate from astrology entirely
, it's all gonna feed back to it.
But, um, just you know, just soyou're aware, I'm gonna let
this podcast breathe a littlebit more um, and we'll go from
there.
So, again, uh, I hope you uhsubscribe to the sub stack and

(21:47):
definitely download the 2025horoscopes.
There's still time, still ninemonths left in the year, so
check that out.
And anyways, I'm Evan NathanielGrimm.
This is Astrology Unbound, andI hope you have a fantastic week
