with Carmen Electric Grina photo with her us.
Speaker 2 (00:34):
Coming up here at six forty. But before we can
get into anything else, let's take a look at what
is trending this morning.
Speaker 1 (00:41):
Yesterday big announcement Titans head coach Brian Callahan announce said
he's gonna be handing over play calling duties to the
quarterback coach Bo Hartigree. Per the NFL Network, he said
during his press conference today, I think this is one
of the biggest or one of the best things for
us at the moment to help me do a better
job as a head coach and be more president of all.
Speaker 2 (01:00):
Before the football team unless involved in.
Speaker 1 (01:02):
Just the day to day minutes of getting it ready
to call a game. Callahan said, per associated pressure said,
I think it's gonna be positive for us. Yeah, I
think it's gonna be positive for us. Your job's on
the line, so they're trying to figure out ways to
save your.
Speaker 2 (01:16):
Ass because it's not working. So now you're like.
Speaker 1 (01:20):
Well, you know what, I'm gonna give this to somebody else,
so that way, if it doesn't work out, you can't
point the finger at Callahan.
Speaker 2 (01:26):
Callen can be like, well, I.
Speaker 1 (01:27):
Gave it to him and he screwed it up again.
I still think that if they don't win these next
couple of games, especially when Rabel rolls into town in
a couple of weeks, Bro, I don't think Callahan's gonna
be here. If he loses the Houston and Rabel, he's done.
I'm just gonna go ahead and say it from a
Titans fan perspective. Not looking so good for the Titans,
(01:47):
and as of right now, they're already projecting us to
have the number one overall pick next year.
Speaker 2 (01:52):
Has that ever happened?
Speaker 1 (01:53):
A team have back to back number one picks in
the draft. That'd be crazy is the number one one

a poet in agent Rome. They said that you have
to make an effort because they won't just show up
at your door. You also probably won't find the right
person while you're drunk, and uh, don't look like a slob.

Speaker 2 (06:04):
Paul is on hold in the borough and Paul.
Speaker 1 (06:07):
You got a little bit of a situation that you're
in that maybe you need some advice from the rock
fam hit me with it.
Speaker 4 (06:12):
Yeah, well, look, I got into a little fender bender
with a teenage girl, you know, and it was her
first accident ever.
Speaker 2 (06:20):
She was crying and all that, and yeah, you know,
I I was nice.
Speaker 4 (06:24):
I wasn't like I didn't gather at her or anything,
and I kind of walked her through it. We have
changed the information, and you know, I wanted to put
it through my insurance and everything, right, but that evening
I got a call from her father and her dad
was basically saying, hey, let's not put this through insurance.
Just you know, let me send you some cash whatever
(06:45):
repairs which is a small little fender bender. And you
know me, I was, I was pretty adamant about putting
it through my insurance. And her dad was getting really
upset with me that I was going to ruin his
daughter's driving record and that it was going to be
on her daughter's driving record for a long time. And
that was the high rocket the insurance rates and all
of that stuff. And I was just trying to do
what's right, you know, And I was I insisted to
(07:07):
put it through the insurance. I didn't want to take
the cat. I don't like doing it like that. So
I mean, am I being the jerk in that matter?
Speaker 7 (07:13):
Does that make me a jerk?
Speaker 2 (07:14):
Oh?
Speaker 1 (07:15):
See, that's a that's a tough one because, uh, I mean,
you don't know how much damage is done to your
car and then you just take the cash and there
could be some other things and what if there's more
damage than what you.
Speaker 2 (07:25):
See on the outside. I don't know.
Speaker 1 (07:28):
Uh So here's the deal, Paul. We're gonna let the
rock fan try to help you out on this. We'll
see if we can get a conclusion to this. What
do you think Paul should do. Should he still submit
to the insurance or should he take the cash from
the dad? Is he being a jerk that he wants
to go through the insurance instead of taking the cash?
Six five seven thirty seven, one oh five nine as

what I'm talking about. Terry.
Speaker 1 (09:00):
You got a thought on this situation our friend Paul's in.
Speaker 7 (09:03):
Yeah, if the girl's daddy is willing for him to
say he's willing to take it to a shop, and
the guys willing for him to take it to a
shop and figure out exactly what's wrong with it, Yeah,
I could see him, you know, putting some cash toward
to having it big.
Speaker 1 (09:21):
Yeah, you see, I could get behind that. If he's
gonna offer up cash. Hey, I'm gonna go to three
different body shops. I'm gonna get a quote, and then
i'm gonna come back to you and then give you
the quote. Which of the best body shop I think
is gonna be best, and then we'll go that route
Terry Man, I appreciate you calling in this morning. Six
one five seven, three seven, one oh five nine is
the number if you want to jump in on the
(09:43):
conversation this morning. Six five seven, three seven, one oh
five nine is the number if you want to jump
in on the show.
Speaker 2 (09:50):
This morning.
Speaker 1 (09:50):
Paul called in with a little bit of a dilemma.
He got into a little fender bender with a teenage driver.
The kid's dad offered him some cash to settle it,
but Paul decided, I'm gonna go through the insurance and stuff.
But now he's asking the big question, does that make
him a jerk? Was he just doing the smart thing?
Speaker 2 (10:06):
Six five seven, three seven, one oh five nine is
the number. Let's go to the phones. It's one oh
five nine.
Speaker 6 (10:11):
In the rock.
Speaker 8 (10:11):
Hi.
Speaker 2 (10:11):
Who's this?
Speaker 5 (10:12):
Hi?
Speaker 7 (10:12):
This is Mark Mark.
Speaker 2 (10:13):
What's up brother? How are you good?
Speaker 3 (10:14):
Argument?
Speaker 2 (10:15):
Man, I'm doing pretty good. You got a little thought
on paul situation.
Speaker 9 (10:18):
Yeah, so this is coming from a police officer perspective.
Speaker 5 (10:23):
Uh huh. I deal with this.
Speaker 9 (10:24):
Stuff all the time.
Speaker 4 (10:25):
Man.
Speaker 9 (10:26):
I would tell him go through the insurance company because
it's a civil issue. If he takes the dad's money,
then it's a he said, she said type deal. And
if it costs more to fix his car than he
talked and he tries to get more money from the dad,
that ain't right. So Dad's coming from law enforcements. I
(10:48):
go through insurance, have them sorted out.
Speaker 1 (10:51):
You know, I didn't really think about it that way.
If the he said, she said thing. But I'm glad
that we got the perspective from law enforcement. I appreciate
you calling in this morning and chiming in.
Speaker 4 (11:00):
Yeah.
Speaker 9 (11:00):

Speaker 10 (11:30):
All right, Hey, let's get at Paul with his uh
fender bender.
Speaker 2 (11:34):
Uh huh.
Speaker 10 (11:35):
A couple of a couple of things he's got, you know,
is it a fender bender or is it a couple
of grand? Words of damage? Right, and today's twice of cars.
You know, a couple of grand really don't take much.
I swerved and knocked the guy's mirror off his car
one time.
Speaker 4 (11:54):
No big deal.
Speaker 5 (11:54):
I bought him a new mirror.
Speaker 10 (11:55):
That's the only damage that was done because it could
happen in him. But my thing is, it just really
depends on the money. You know. If it's five hundred
bucks a grand, take it to a body shop and
the guy throw your extra five hundred in it. But
at six, you know, two three, getting up into the
(12:16):
four or five thousand dollars.
Speaker 4 (12:18):
Yeah, I'm sorry, Bud, it's going insurance.
Speaker 2 (12:20):

There was no affair.
