Consciousness (awareness) is the ability to practice observation. It is witnessing your thoughts, feelings, and reactions in the present moment. This allows you to see and understand yourself in a whole new light.
Combining western psychology and eastern philosophy and wisdom, I will coach you to tune into yourself and allow your inner knowing to guide you. You will discern the layers that no longer serve you and lovingly shed them. You will unlearn and relearn who it is you truly are.
