Sometimes the Army says go on a 2-hour ride and the other passenger happens to be a genteel bro. I may also be a bro from time to time. S2E3: Say How You Really Feel, Miss Moriarty
What if your face changed and the whole world thought they deserved an explanation?
In this episode, I reflect on the judgment Erin Moriarty faced, the weight of unspoken illness, and the chaos of a day where everyone — including me — had something to get off their chest.
It’s about public scrutiny, private battles, and choosing peace when the world wants drama. If you’ve ever swall...
Episode Title: Almost Dead Dogs
What started as a snack session with my toddler turned into something else entirely. One minute we’re peacefully sharing toasted seaweed. The next a story about A canine crisis, followed by a co-host tantrum, and a full-on emotional unraveling. There were crunches, screams, and unfinished business. No dogs were injured in the making of this podcast - or kids for that matter

Description:
Before we head into Season Two, let’s take a beat and look back—at the chaos, the clarity, and all the in-between.
