Spencer (00:00):
The A FC West is going to be absolutely insane in 2025.

(00:05):
As we know, the Kansas CityChiefs won the division yet
again in 24 on their way to aSuper Bowl appearance.
But we have some up and comingteams.
The Chargers are reloaded andthey're ready to rock.
The Broncos are trying to take astep forward under Bo Nicks and
Sean Peyton's tutelage.
And then we have the VegasRaiders added Ashton Gente in

(00:26):
the top 10 picks of the NFLdraft.
Gino Smith, the new quarterback,Tom Brady, the owner.
This is a division that could goin a lot of different
directions.
James, what's the X factor forthe A FC West in 2025?

James (00:41):
I'm not gonna lie, I'm going with the Broncos second
year with freaking Bo Nicks andSean Peyton.
I know these guys went to theplayoffs first year.
They got shellacked by thebills, but still they got, they
have a solid defense on the backend.
You know, you got PS two, he'sgonna lock it down.
Bo Nicks, I know we made fun ofhim being like the, whatever it

(01:03):
was like the seventh or eighthquarterback drafted in his round
back in the day.
But he played solid, like hereally made a case.
Now, I think this is finally theyear.
The chiefs, we, we've saidSpence, I've been saying this
for eight years.
I feel like I just keep gettingthis wrong every time.
This is the year the chiefs arenot winning this goddamn
division.

(01:23):
I'm just gonna say like this,I'm cursing.
Pat Mahomes is not happening.
Not because they're not gonna begood, it's just because what you
mentioned, Spence, the threeother teams have improved.
It's just what are they gonna doto make that improvement show on
the record?
Because guess what, Spence?
I'm not gonna lie.
Giselle, I see three teams goingto the playoffs this year from

(01:47):
this division.

Spencer (01:48):
Wow.
Giselle, do you see any of thesethree other teams dethroning,
the Kansas City Chiefs, or is itanother year for Patty and
Travie?

Jiselle (01:59):
Another year for Patty and tra

Spencer (02:01):
Gosh,

Jiselle (02:02):
you can't just'cause you don't want it to happen
doesn't mean it's not going to.

James (02:06):
Giselle said, death taxes and bet the chiefs the one that
EC West, that's what Gisellesaid.

Jiselle (02:12):
No.
Literally though, um, I don'tthink the other three teams have
what it takes right now to justthrown the chiefs.
At the end of the day, none ofthem have a quarterback like
Patrick Mahomes.
And that's just the end of it.
But I do think, and I'm really, really excited for the Lost
Vegas Raiders more thananything.
Not because, you know, TomBrady's a minority owner and

(02:36):
what not and the other.
But more than anything, ifspeaking to anyone who does
fantasy football, if any of youguys out there had Gino Smith as
a quarterback last season, thenyou know that man pulled in
points for you.
Like nobody's business.
That was his sleeper cell qb.
Okay.
So for that reason alone, Ithink that the Las Vegas Raiders

(02:59):
have what it takes to be eitherthe second or potentially the
third team in their division.
It just depends on how theBroncos are going to play.
But I really do think with GinoSmith, Ashton Jetty.
Raiders are gonna climb theirway up.

Spencer (03:17):
Oh man, this is a, oh man, this is a hot, Hey,
Giselle.
Giselle is on the Raiders.

James (03:23):
Even with Christian Wilkins getting caught,

Jiselle (03:26):
like,

Spencer (03:26):
God dang.
Yeah.
Giselle, you weren't with uswhen we talked about that.
What are your thoughts on, uh,kissing your homies?

Jiselle (03:32):
Oh man, dude.
Okay.
It was, first, it was likekissing the homies.
I was like, okay.
Ew.
And then, I don't know if youguys saw this video, which I'm
sure you guys did.
It was during like a tackle andhe like, literally like dug in
the other players.
Oh

James (03:47):
yeah.
During, I was

Jiselle (03:48):
like, Y okay, gay, you girl, pop.

Spencer (03:51):
Why are you gay?
Love,

Jiselle (03:52):
Like, what is wrong with you?
Like, what possesses you to dothat?

James (03:56):
I don't, Hey, me and Spencer agree.
Hey man, it's 2025, man.
It's, it's time to be free, bro.
It ain't nothing wrong with it.
Nothing wrong.
I'm

Jiselle (04:03):
like, love who you wanna love.
Be who you wanna be with, butdon't be no creep.
That goes for anybody.
Like you can be definitely a

Spencer (04:09):
lot TV

Jiselle (04:10):
or whatever can do it a lot.
TV do not be a creep.
Okay.
Don't be a creep.
Yeah.

Spencer (04:16):
So obviously the Raiders, they improved just by
getting that out of their lockerroom, I guess, right?
Yeah.

Jiselle (04:21):
They're like, yeah, no, they've

James (04:22):
already done it.
They did it.
The other time.
I forget.
The one guy who came out for theRaiders the white guy guy, I
forget his name.
He came out after Sam.
Oh yeah.
After, uh, Sam from the Ram, andyeah.
Hey, they got rid of him too.
So hey, it is a trade,

Jiselle (04:37):
a freaking trend.
Hey, I respect that.
I love that.
They're like, they listen totheir players and like, Hey, did
that guy make you feeluncomfortable?
Hell no, he's out.

Spencer (04:49):
Yeah.
Well, we've all highlighted adifferent team.
I'm going to highlight a teamthat, uh, our darling of mine,
even though I wouldn't callmyself a fan of them, I
constantly find myself defendingJustin Herbert from haters like
James West over here, whodiscredit the man's talent.
Even though he is clearly one ofthe five most talented

(05:12):
quarterbacks in the NFL, just ona pure talent basis, there's no
one that's really as great atthrowing the deep ball as Justin
Herbert, and he's all the toolsand everything.
But I've also said, and James, you know, this, keep me honest,
this year, this has gotta be theyear that he does it.
However, I think they are goingto be able to make a huge step

(05:33):
forward in the A FC West.
I love the auditions thatthey've made in the off season.
I love the Omarion Hampton draftpick.
I think he's going to be aperfect addition for this
offense that we saw them have alot of success last year with JK
Dobbins.
Now they recently have broughtback Keenan Allen, and this is
now a Keenan Allen Lad McConkeytype of wide receiver duo.

(05:56):
You also have Trey Harris, therookie out there.
I'm not expecting Prime KenanAllen to come back anytime soon.
Nah.
But he's the veteran we know.
He is an established connectionwith Justin Herbert, and there
were spurts last year in Chicagowhere Kenan and Allen did play
above average football, and hedid turn back the clock at
times.
He just couldn't stay healthy, couldn't stay consistent

(06:17):
throughout the season.
But I like him back in LosAngeles with Justin Herbert.
I think that offense is going tobe a very good unit.
I'm gonna keep an eye on whathappens with this Rayon Slater
fallout.
They paid him and he immediatelygoes down.
So that hurts what I felt was ahuge strength for the Chargers.
However, I do still think thisis going to be a great offensive

(06:38):
unit.
They're not gonna be a team youwanna play.
They're gonna be gritty, they'regonna smash mouth football.
I like their defense, and like Isaid, I think this is finally
the year that they take a stepforward and I'm gonna pick the
Los Angeles Chargers to win thisdivision, partially because of
how I feel about the Chargers.
But this is what also I wannasay.
Everyone's gonna talk about theChiefs.

(06:59):
This is what I'll say everysingle season.
One of the teams that makes theSuper Bowl ends up having a
hangover.
All right?
It doesn't matter if you win orlose, but one of the teams that
makes the Super Bowl.
Always has a hangover the nextyear where they're not as good
or they miss the playoffscompletely.
Mm-hmm.
Now I look at the Eagles and theChiefs this year and I look at
what the Eagles off seasonlooked like.

(07:21):
I still think this Eagles teamis going to be a dominant force
in the NFC.
I don't think a hangover ispossible for that team.
And so that leaves the KansasCity Chiefs a team that while
they only had two losses lastyear, including their Super Bowl
loss, we all know the story ofhow they got to that point.

(07:42):
Devil Magic.
It was a bunch of voodoo goingon for the Chiefs to win games
last year.
They very well could havefinished out the record closer
to 10 and seven.
If you really go back and lookat some of the games they
managed to squeak out victoriesin Yep.
That and the fact that I trulybelieve the Eagles figured
something out in the Super Bowl, and a lot of other teams,

(08:06):
especially in the A FC West, aregoing to look at that film and I
think they're gonna be able tofind what the Eagles did and
replicate that.
And I'm not saying the chiefsaren't gonna make the playoffs.
I still think they are.
Pat Mahomes is Pat Mahomes.
He is still the best quarterbackin football.
Make no mistake about it.
But I don't think they're gonnawin this division.
I think it's going to be theChargers.

(08:26):
And I'd even say this, James, Ilike your Broncos pick too,
because Bo Nick's taking a stepforward and that defense is
elite.
I like some of the weaponsthey've added.
They paid Cortland Sutton.
I wouldn't be shocked if eventhey finish above the Kansas
City Chiefs, but I do think ahangover is on the way for
Kansas City.

James (08:44):
Ooh.
All right, Ben, so yourprediction is Chargers, Broncos,
chiefs,

Spencer (08:49):
Raiders.
I'm going, bro, my officialprediction is gonna be Chargers,
chiefs, Broncos Raiders.
But I, I like your pick of theBroncos a lot and it wouldn't,
it wouldn't shock me to seeChargers, Broncos or Broncos
chargers with the Chiefsfinishing third.
That wouldn't shock me.
But I don't think they win.
The division Chiefs are notgonna win the the A FC West in

(09:09):
2025.

James (09:10):
Thank you Spence.
We agree on that.
You know what Spence?
Hey, I'll go next.
I have Broncos one, chargersthird, chiefs two, and Raiders.
Four.
Okay.
I didn't want to trick you upand think the Chargers were
gonna go three.
So Broncos Chiefs, chargers,Raiders, Giselle.
How do you have the A FC Westshaken out?

Jiselle (09:30):
I have chiefs chargers.
I have to say that.
Very slow.
'cause it's like ChiefsChargers, Raiders, Broncos.

Spencer (09:40):
Oh, okay.
Raiders over Broncos.
Okay.
Well y'all let us know in thecomments, who do you have
winning the A FC West in 2025.
Let us know if it's gonna be theChiefs repeating yet again.
Or do the Chargers, Broncos, orRaiders, pull a miracle Let us
know in the comments.

James (09:58):
Ain't know we're all kissing you homies.
