Birthincolor is a digital miniseries created to assist with the navigation of the journey before, during and after pregnancy. It's a curated resource designed specifically with African/Black American families in mind. In the weeks prior to Black Maternal Health Week, we will engage local experts in a dialogue tailored to the unique circumstances, socio-political climate and policies in Florida. Our objective is to increase knowledge and awareness of perinatal disparities & resources among Black expectant parents. This project is supported by funding from the HealtheVoices Impact Fund at CFNJ.
