Charla Johnson is the founder and host of Body N Balance LLC podcast. The purpose of this podcast is to educate, inform, and enlighten the audience concerning physical, spiritual, and emotional aspects of our bodies in relation to the ultimate master of our bodies, the Creator, The One and ONLY God of this universe, the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. The intent is to gather information on this weekly podcast and disseminate that valuable knowledge and have poignant discussion on health, and Biblical issues. Factual evidence will be presented and lamented over in weekly 30–35-minute increments for you to widen your horizons on the topics at hand. These sessions are for serious critical thinkers to ponder and engage in thoughtful interactions to enhance others around you! Ms. Johnson feels her opinion has pertinent value as she has over 22 years of medical and 28 years of dedication to the Word of God. She will therefore interjection her expertise on the matters she presents.
