#7. Finding Your Worth: Honest Conversation with Aastha on Time, Gratitude, Boundaries, and Mental Health Maintenance

My guest today is Aastha. Aastha is the COO of Advica, a virtual healthcare company, where she has been for nearly a decade after starting as a summer student. She is passionate about mental health, particularly the connection between physical and mental well-being for women. What I admire most about Aastha (among many) is her ability to rewrite limiting narratives about herself while maintaining genuine curiosity about human behavior and health.
