Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hello, everyone, Welcome to the Carry On Faith Podcast, brought

a Bisola and this is the space where carry On
Faith meet. Each episode will inspire and equip you to grow,
work in po post and make your fate work for
you in your career and in your business. This podcast
is for everyone, regardless of your beliefs. Along the way,

(00:22):
we would also draw and encouraging words from the Bible
to give the p insight. Let's get started. Welcome to
episode six of the Carrier on Faith Podcasts. If you're
looking for growth in your carry out business or just
need encouragement and guidance for the season you're in, this
podcast is for you. Today's episode is titled Selling your Brand.

(00:46):
Let's begin. In this episode, I focus on what it
means to represent yourself, whether it's thrue, your profile, your marketing,
your business, or your carrier itself. How are you selling yourself?
What's your brand? What do you say about yourself? And
what does God say about you? If you're in a career,
what does your resume or public profile like Lincoln say

(01:08):
about you? Is it sparse and empty or does it
make people want to keep reading. If you're in business,
what do you want to be known for? Have you
decided how you want to be represented? Perhaps? Twenty three
Verse seven says for as a tinkad in his heart,
so is he? So are you leading the narrative of
who you are? Or are you letting others define it

(01:29):
for you? As I elaborate further, I want to encourage
you to write down who you are. Take it not
part of a journal, and write who am I? What
do I represent? And what do I want to be
known for? Because sometimes we know and forget, and sometimes
we don't even know at all. Write the vision and
make it plain on tablets that it may run. Who

(01:51):
reads it a buckop two Verse two. The idea of
writing it down and displaying it where you would always
see it helps you remember what that plan is, because
when life happens or your business evolves, you do not
want to lose sight of the original purpose God gave you.
Your brand. The exceens of your calling can drift if

(02:14):
you don't remind yourself of it. Now, let's talk more
about your brand. A brand isn't just a logo or
color scheme. It's the overall perception people have of you
or your company. It's what distinguishes you from others. It's
your purpose, it's how you're represented. Nike's icon or logo
check mak did not make it powerful. It's their message,

(02:37):
just do it. That simple phrase communicates action, courage, and determination.
So what does your brand communicate when people encounter you
or your business? What message do they receive. When I
started my consulting business years ago, it was called Abe
Wax Designs. The slogo den was bringing your ideas to life.

(02:58):
For me, that phrase was just about the business. It
was about me. It was showing that I am a
builder of ideas, someone who helps people birth what's in
their hearts. Later it evolved into rebuild it, you own it,
because I wanted my clients to know that the ideas
could be transformed into something tangible and lasting. Your slogans,

(03:20):
your words, and declarations, can reveal what God has placed
in you. They reflect your identity and your brand. Perhaps
eighteen twenty one says death and life are in the
power of the tongue, and those who love it will
eat his fruit. So when you say I am h
God says I am you are aligned with Evans branding
for your life. If you declare that you are excellent,

(03:41):
you're capable and chosen, then you are calling those things
into being. Romance four seventeen says called those things which
do not exist as though they did. This is not
a rogance, It is identity. It is speaking the truth
of who God has called you to be. If you
say this is who you are, you need to show it.
Let it be seen in your resume. Let it be

(04:02):
seeing in your website, let it be seeing in your profile,
Let it be seeing in your conversation. Don't just list
the title. Tell a story in your LinkedIn page. For example,
don't just say business analyst. Make it reflect something greater,
and that can be in the about section of LinkedIn.
Write a description of who you are. An example can
be a generate business specifications that improve an automat system.

(04:27):
That's branding. That's how you sell your excellence with clarity.
This is just one example, and you should be even
flushing it out with proper details. This also ties directly
to the excellent spirit we talked about in episode two.
We all carry excellence within us because God's spirit lives
in us, but you must represent that excellence. Outwardly. Daniel's

(04:48):
investory talks about how Daniel distinguished himself with an excellent spirit.
So when people look at your brand, your name, your work,
your result, what do they see? Do they see excellence
or coffee? Do they seecurity or compromise? When writing your
resume or building your carrier profile, indicate how you helped
your company reached its goals. What were your outcomes? Don't

(05:11):
just list your job description. Employers are interested in results.
For business owners, your brand also leaves in your marketing.
If you want to mix sales, you have to be visible.
You have to invest in yourself, even if it takes time.
Consistency builds credibility. If your website isn't bringing results, improve it.
If social media feels slow, work on your SEO. Don't

(05:34):
be afraid to invest in what God has given you.
CEO is search engine optimization. While I was running my
consulting business, I've had clients who said, we're not getting traffic,
and when we checked their SEO, what zero? We fixed
it and within months they were overwhelmed with others. They
even at some point would come back and say can
you turn it off? Now? That's because they started representing

(05:55):
themselves the way they should be represented. So when your
brand is clear and positioned right, God multiplies the impact.
Perhaps sixteen three says commit your work to the Lord
and your plans will succeed. Your brand is rooted in
your identity. If you know, oh you are in God,
you will never feel lost in your carrier out business.
Matthew five fourteen says you are the light of the world.

(06:18):
Is city set on the ill cannot be eaten. Sometimes
fear or uncertainty berries our identity. But the moment you
discover who you are in Christ, your brand starts to
shine again. If you remember episode one talked about imposter syndrome,
I believe that's why it came first, because you can't
sell what you don't believe in. God has strategically placed

(06:39):
you where you are, So speak it out. I am
a project manager how to build projects that transform lives.
I am a designer who brings beauty and order into
the world. So speak it, write it, live it because
your words, aligned with what heaven and hurt will speak
over your brand. Don't wait for your company orders to

(07:00):
define your identity. An excellent spirit doesn't wait for instructions,
It acts, So equip yourself, learn, grow, and represent the
brand God has built in you. If you're changing jobs
or directions, ask yourself, does this represent my identity? Is
this aligned with my purpose? Does it reflect who God
says I am? Probhaps three five says you should trust

(07:21):
in the law with all your heart and lean not
on your own understanding. That means that you have to
work in alignment with your purpose so that you do
not get misaligned. The answer to those questions determines whether
you're working in alignment or chasing convenience. Every role, whether
it's a product mardager, a payroll manager, an analyst, a

(07:43):
business manager, has a divine assignment. So don't box yourself
into the titles. Expand into purpose, even when life causes
you to drift. When you've written it out, at some point,
God will remind you who you are. God engrave it
on his hands, So let your life and grave His
purpose in your actions. As we're close today, I want

(08:06):
to ask you, do you know God says you are.
Take time to sit with Him this week and write
it down. Your brand starts with your identity in Christ
First bitter to Verse nine says you are a chosen
generation a royal priest studay aly nation peculiar people that
you should show what the praises of Him who has
called you out of darkness into his marthless light. Remember,

(08:29):
your brand isn't just a name, it's calling express true excellence.
I will include a link to Revivals School. It's a
program that actually helped me rediscover my identity and purpose
in God. I had it written down already what I
was a while back, but I started to deviate and
just becoming or joining this program opened up my world again.

(08:52):
So if you've ever felt like your brand or calling
has fitted seek clarity. Find where you can birth or
renew your brand. God speaks well of you. He has
called you his own. You are is representative. You are
is brand, a bestseller on her So go out and shine.
Let your light reflect the glory of God in your
career and in your business. And that brings us to

(09:16):
the end of our topic today. If during this episode
you felt a yearning or a pull to know more
about God, I invite you to ask him into your life.
God sent his son Jesus so that we can have
an example of our power and authority in Him, and
you can pray this fear with me. If you're ready
to accept Christ, say lot, Jesus, I believe that you

(09:38):
are the son of God. I confess that I am
a sinner and I ask for your forgiveness. I believe
you died on the cross from my sins and rose again,
giving me a victory of a sin and dead. Today
I accept you as my Lord and Savior. Come into
my heart, guide my life, and help me leave according
to your will. Thank you for saving me and giving

(09:59):
me internal life in Jesus name. Amen. If you pray
the prayer, please look for your Bible, believe in church,
and continue to learn more. God loves you. Thank you
for listening, and if you like this episode, please share
