RG Day 6: the Chatrier night session fiasco reaches its painful boiling point

On our Day 6 Roland Garros review show, Nick and Kyle convene at the CnCTP studios to catch-up on the day:

SET 1: We discuss the women's action including wins for Iga Swiatek and Elena Rybakina setting up an interesting clash between them. We look ahead to the tantalising Round 4 clash between Anisimova and Sabalenka, thanks to wins over Clara Tauson and Olga Danilovic in R3. Paolini vs Svitolina is also on thanks to wins over Staradubsteva and Pera!

SET 2: We look back on the men's action including the fun night session between Damir Dzhumur and Carlos Alcaraz with the Spaniard taking it in 4, Rune's win over Halys in 5, setting up an appealing meting with Musetti on Day 8. We also talk through Paul's monumental effort to beat Khachanov in 5 and Tiafoe's win over Korda in 3 sets to advance into the 2nd week.

We also address the night session scheduling at Roland Garros on Phillipe Chatrier as 40 of the last 44 matches have been men's with the President of the French Tennis Federation Gill Moretton and the Roland Garros tournemant director Amelie Mauresmo taking to press conferences with hugely damaging and painful statements on female tennis.
