In this special dedication episode, I want to honor a remarkable group of people who unknowingly inspired me to take this leap of faith: my former high school students from the Innovation Center.

Together, we built something incredible — a program where students partnered with real businesses to tackle real-world problems, showing courage, creativity, and determination beyond their years.

Watching them chase bold ideas and overcome obstacles reminded me that it’s never too late to do the same. They reignited my passion and gave me the push I needed to create this platform — a space for women to rediscover their purpose, lean into faith, and live courageously in every season.

So this episode is for them — and for every woman who’s ever wondered if it’s too late. Spoiler alert: it’s not.
