Claire in a Chair is a podcast designed to help teenagers feel supported and heard. Episodes are targeted to struggles teenagers have to overcome in middle and high school, such as losing friends, coping with anxiety, and most of all being okay with change. This podcast hopes to provide listeners with tools to identify and overcome these fears. Claire in a Chair hopes to give you a new and improved outlook on life while also having fun!
