After losing his wife to stage four metastatic breast cancer, Stewart Bogle spent twenty years processing his grief and ultimately writing, Learning to Dance in the Darkness. In this episode, he shares his journey through loss, the creation of his grief support community Resilient Souls, and practical tools for building resilience, supporting grieving children, and living with intention after trauma.
