Executive function challenges can make lawyering with ADHD overwhelming—but understanding your strengths and weaknesses can be a game-changer. Lindsey Paoli, LMFT, LCPC, The MIND Performance Therapist, will use her expertise in mental health and ADHD to guide participants through identifying their own executive function profiles and strategies for improving areas of weakness.

Lawyers will learn practical tools to work with their unique ADHD brain to strengthen their areas of weakness, while also learning to lean more into the characteristics of ADHD that set them apart and make them exceptional. This session provides actionable tools to help attorneys work with their brains rather than against them, leading to greater efficiency and well-being in their practice.

This program is part of the BHBA+ original series "Briefly Focused: Lawyering with ADHD," designed specifically for attorneys navigating the unique challenges of ADHD or other executive dysfunction challenges. This series provides valuable insights and tools to enhance lawyers’ productivity and focus. Learn more about the series at www.bhba.org/adhd.
