Our speakers will walk you through a practical pre-mediation checklist with key steps to ensure all parties are aligned before mediation begins—so the mediator does not have to spend hours trying to get both sides on the same page resulting in the parties not getting to the important part, the numbers, until late in the day. This program will also highlight the importance of clear, proactive communication between plaintiff, defendant, and the mediator.
