Speaker 1 (00:00):
Good afternoon. Yeah, seeing Jayden go down, sort of what's
your reaction, what kind of goes through your mind? Then, yeah,
it's tough.

Speaker 2 (00:13):
You know, he's been battling all year and I know
that can be very frustrating. So yeah, just trying to
process all that, and then for me just try to
go out there and play, you know, make a play
here and there and try to bring a smark as
much as I could.

Speaker 1 (00:29):
And at the end of the day, it just wasn't gonna.

Speaker 3 (00:33):
Obviously you have to come in that situation. But when
the receivers are kind of hitting out and all that,
how hard is it for quarterback and offense to find
a rhythm and you're playing with your guys and your
stars are and you know, maybe the guys you ever
worked with much.

Speaker 2 (00:46):
At the end of the day, we're all professional football
players and give him the opportunity.

Speaker 1 (00:50):
We got to make make some plays. So we didn't.

Speaker 2 (00:55):
We didn't execute the way that we wanted to, especially
in some of these critical situations. I thought we did
move the ball for the most part. But at the
end of the day, when you're not executing and this
game is tight with the margins, you know, it's tough
and we just didn't didn't do enough.

Speaker 1 (01:13):
Are you surprised at all the teams where it's at
at this point in this season? Yeah, I mean a
little bit.

Speaker 2 (01:21):
But the end of the day, like professional fobell is
hard and it's hard to win in this league, and
for us, I think this is a great learning tool
and the more that we can dust ourselves off and
get ready for the next one, it's all you can
do and give him the opportunity.

Speaker 1 (01:35):
We'll just find a way. What was uh Dan's message
to to guys after the game.

Speaker 2 (01:42):
Yeah, it really wasn't us, And I think I thought
he hit it another nail, to be honest with you,
and when for a good amount of time, when you
when we've played as well as we've played, and.

Speaker 1 (01:57):
Then you kind of hit a little bit of a law.

Speaker 2 (02:00):
Yeah, you do feel like he get punched in the
face a little bit, And I think that was kind
of his message, is like, Okay, how are we gonna respond?
And I leaving the guys in the locker room, I
fullheartedly know that we'll respond the right way and we'll
get back to work.

Speaker 1 (02:14):
Work is what happened on that It makes.

Speaker 2 (02:16):
Sense trying to make a play. I mean, you know,
you come into into the game and you know just
with where it was and probably could have thrown it away,
you know, at that point in time, But I thought
I saw J Mack opening the flat, got hit as
I threw, and it just didn't didn't get all the
way over there, and and guy made a play on it.

(02:38):
So I think for me personally, like when you come
into the game at that point in time, like that's
kind of just the part of doing business, Like you're
just gonna try to try to make a play and
give a spark, and unfortunately it didn't turn out the
way that I wanted to do.

Speaker 3 (02:54):
Do you guys come out of this game like mad, frustrated,
upset and how what's the feeling?

Speaker 1 (02:59):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (02:59):
I think if you feel all of those feelings, you
feel all those emotions, and I don't think it's healthy
to try to suppress it. I think it's good and
healthy for us to be able to sit there and Okay,
this is where we're at, this is what it looks like,
and the more that we can come to terms with okay,
this is how we're gonna fix it and not point

(03:19):
the finger at each other and try to blame one
another for it. Like the end of the day, we're
all in this together, and we're gonna figure out a
way to do it and make it right. And like
I said, I firmly believe in the guys in the
locker room. I believe in the culture that d q's
built here. And the more that we can come together
and the more that we'll figure this whole thing out together,
I think we'll be just fine.

Speaker 3 (03:41):
You and Jennies are so close after a game like
that and then he gets injured, do you say anything
to him? What's that conversation?

Speaker 1 (03:48):
Like? Well, I think.

Speaker 2 (03:51):
Being in his situation and you get tired of everyone
asks you like, hey you good?

Speaker 1 (03:55):
Are you all right?

Speaker 2 (03:56):
And so for me, like I'm more like, hey, how
was your mentor bro? You know, because I know it's
not easy. I know it's hard. I know it's frustrating.
And the more that we can support him in the
quarterback room and help him through what he's going through,
I think it's better for the entire organization. So I
understand it's frustrating. You know, I'll do my best, whether

(04:19):
it's me or whether it's him, whoever it may be.
We're gonna just put our best foot forward. But you know,
for us right now, it's just supporting him and making
sure that he's good.

Speaker 1 (04:28):
Thank you guys, safe travels,

It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
