In this week’s episode of Communication is an Art Pam Lippitt is joined by guest, Allison Jackson, of ARJ Consulting.

Listen to Pam and Allison talk about communications from both the side of the employer and employee.

  • How does communications change in this hybrid world and how do you present that to your team?
  • When do you do a reset and how do you present it?
  • What makes you want to be in the office these days?

From the employer standpoint, it is important to present the right expectations. For the new hire it’s not time to turn something upside down, but time to listen and learn about the culture. Creating a communication plan is a great way to start a proactive experience for everyone.

Learn about the importance of assuming the best of others and investing in people so the company will profit.
