Donyale drops in to discuss being raised in Flint, Michigan, living in New York before deciding to move back to home, creating her affordable and culturally centered accessory brand Hoop Mobb (home of the hoop earring) in 2019, and balancing entrepreneurship and motherhood. In 2023 she received the Circle of Seven award at the Traffic Sales & Profit (TSP) Game Plan event for Hoop Mobb doing over 7 figures in sales the previous year.
