Salem sis :) The "Just Admit It" mindset I am trying to work through is more so about letting thoughts out and not letting them control me. Every time I admit the thought to myself, whether I say it out loud or in my head, the thought doesn't feel as powerful anymore. When I release the thoughts lingering in the darkness, and bring them to light, they don't feel as strong over me. I feel free. I hope this can you help too.
Let's stay connected :)
