STRONG WOMAN - rethinking strength and how Feminism may have been our downfall

This episode explores the meaning of being a strong woman in the context of rural life. Sasha reflects on her past belief that strength meant only showing masculine traits,   and  that femininity was seen as being weak, as opposed to her now view view,  where she holds the belief that  femininity is powerful and complimentary to masculinity. 

Sasha emphasises the importance of balancing masculine and feminine energies within oneself recognizing that excessive dominance of one can stem from trauma and social conditioning.  

Her critique of the feminist movement  towards excessive independence  argues that true fulfilment comes from interdependence

She shares her personal journey of reconnecting with her own femininity and  female community  and valuing such connections. Rural women, she believes are custodians of the land, embodying natures powerful balance between grace and force. 

Ultimately she encourages women to embrace their feminity as the keystone to thriving in rural environments and livind authentically.
