For the past decade, the corps has been committed to increasing college access for first-generation, low-income, and underrepresented students across Southern California. Near-peer college advisers—recent college graduates—provide intensive, hands-on, personalized guidance to students navigating the college and financial aid process. Advisors build relationships, demystify college, and become trusted champions for students and their families.
