to wax cold, and some have even abandoned the word
of God. And what I mean by that is through

their struggles they have turned and lean to their own
understanding rather than exercise the Word of God in their
lives and being led of the spirit.

That I'm looking at that disturbed me, and they It's
a challenge to me as a pastor to be before
God day and night, asking him what is it that
he would have me to do?

Sunday school class, and God had got fed up with

Usually start at the top of chapter twenty four of Matthew,
but we're going to start down in the belly of
that chapter. Chapter twenty four, Matthew, Chapter twenty four, Matthew.
I want you to bear with me, and I want
you to go with me and read this for yourself,
and let the spirit of the Lord speak to your spirit.

I believe this that when God speaks, if you give
yourself to God willingness, things will change in your life
because the authority of God's word has power to change.
I hope you hear that, and I hope you believe
that when God speaks, the authority that changes in his word.

But you have to allow it to You have to
hear it, you have to receive it. Chapter twenty four
of Matthew start in verse thirty seven, started at verse
thirty seven. Now we're talking about the end, talking about

the end. At the beginning of the chapter, Jesus talks
about it, or Matthew talks about it. Wars, rumors of wars,
and that nature and those things like that, the things
that you will see the love of many with wax cold.
But looking at what he further says down in the
belly of chapter twenty fourth verse started in verse thirty seven,

meet with me. But as the day of Noah were,
so shall also the coming of the Sun of Man be.

Talking about when Jesus come, so shall the Son of
Man be.

For as in the days that were before the flood,
talking about Noah, they were eating.

and knew not until the flood came. They didn't know

the field. Now, the Lord gave me a vision about
this the other day, a week a few weeks ago.
There shall be two in the field. The one shall
be taken and the other left. Two women shall be
grinding at the meal. The one shall be taken and

the hour watching me watch? Therefore, for ye know not
the hour your Lord doth come. What are you talking about?
But know this that if the good man of the

he would have watched and would not have suffered the

For in such an hour as you think not, look here,
find such an hour that you think not. The Son

As soon as you are out there, and the Bible says,
you know, uh, somebody speaking evil of you, doing persecuting you,
and you take that opportunity to persecute them. Back soon
as you sit up there, and somebody hates you and

you hate on them. Back soon as you sit up
there and somebody speaking, you hear somebody speak of evil.

Of you, you speaking evil of them.

Back soon as you're sitting up there and they're plotting
to persecute you you plot to persecute them back. Then
the son of Man cometh, Lord, have mercy. The moment
that you decide to backslide and do something that God

told you not to do because of your feeling got
hurt because you fed up with it. The moment you
decide not to do the will of God, the Bible says,
the son of Man cometh, who then is a faithful
(13:47):
What does that mean? Who is there of you who
will continue to walk in the faith even when he
is or her is persecuted, even when God is asking
(14:07):
of you more and you seem like you can't do
no more. You seem like you can't get any more
out of you, And you say to yourself, I'm not
asking God to strengthen me anymore of time.

And you know the Bible says you have not because
you ask not.

You know the Bible says that they have weighed upon
the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall mount up
and win the legal they shall run and not worry
and walk cannot faith. You know these things, But you
decide at that very moment, I'm not doing it. Then
the son of Man come, who is a faithful man,

who is a wise servant whom where his Lord have
made ruler over his household, to give them meat in
due season. God has already made prepared a place for you.

But all you have to do is endure.

The one who is saying that the one who endures
till the end. We some of us like football, some
of them like trap. Some of us like baseball. Some
of us like basketball. Some of you, when you watch it,
you watch it t other end. Some of you like

God is saying, don't allow the enemy or the works

God wants to make you rule over the house. End

Remember I told you that the Lord gave me a vision.

He showed me two in the field, one got caught up,
one was left too. In the house, one got caught up,

one's left. And I said, yeah, I know that, Lord,
he said, By what are you trying to tell me?
He said, the ones that were caught up were the
ones The reason that the ones that were left and

one got caught up because the ones that got caught
up were busy doing the work that I gave them
to do. They were trying to warn the ones that
got left, But the ones that were left were not
heed to the warning.

Back, he expects to find you doing the work that
He's given you to do, not being a busy body,
not giving into fables and given into the troubles of
this world.

the times and the seasons, brother, and ye have no
need that I write unto you. This is Paul writing
unto Tessalonia. For yourself. Know perfectly that the day of
the Lord, so cometh as a thief in the night.

We just got to talking about what Paul, I mean,
Matthew had to say about it.

Suddenly Jesus showed up.

When you when the time that you decide you want
to do the wrong thing and not obey God, that's
when he gonna show up. Mind God, he gonna catch
you off guard. Don't deceive your don't think I can

like a thief in the night. Hallelujah. Verse three, he said,
for when they shall save peace and safety. Then sudden

destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child,
and a woman that is pregnant with a child. The
pain that she had suddenly she ooh, Now I've never
experienced I've never been around a woman that was getting
ready to have a baby. But from what I understand
that when that pain comes, it comes suddenly. It doesn't

give any warning. It comes suddenly. Hallelujah, come to travail
upon a woman with child, and they shall not escape.

He's telling you right there, when it comes, don't be
trying to get ready. Those that are righteous will remain righteous.
Those that are filthy will remain filthy. Those that are
holy will remain holy. Those that are unholy will remain unholy.

get ready, be ready. You gotta make up your mind now.

Uh. The Lord gave me another thought of vision the
other day, or when something happened. Remember a week or
so ago when we bombed Iran. I remember that over
the weekend there was allowed to talk about it, and

this scripture, particular scripture came up. The Lord, the spiritual
Lord spoke to me and said, they're gonna say peace
and safety, then sudden destruction. Saints, I'm telling you, God

does not lie when they start talking peace and safety.
We have the warning side. So we need to be
busy doing our father's work. Verse four. But ye, brother,
are not in darkness. Look at this, Look at this.

You are not ignorant. You know what's going on. You
are not in darkness. That day should not overtake you
as a thief. We're reading it. We are reading this,
we are studying this. You are all children of the
light and the children of the day. We are not

of the night nor of darkness. Therefore, let us not
sleep as do others. But let us watch and be sober.
Observe what you're doing. Observe. The Bible tells to examine ourselves.

Examine your thoughts, what you're thinking about, Examine your behavior

of testing come? An opportunity to show forth God's glory
in the earth, or an opportunity to fulfill the lust

love your neighbor. You got to love your enemy.

a one in the spirit of meekness concerning yourself. If
he's not taking to the Lord Lord, this gentleman, or
this woman, it's cursing me out, and I need strength
to resist it. And I ask you to bless them

with a pure heart and a right mind savor instead
of cursing them, Bless him. Bless and pray for those
who spitefully use you, who spitefully you plan to use
you and do all kind of evil against you. Glory

has not appointed us to raft, but to obtain salvation

Sometime we miss out on it because we don't know
that the Word is health to all our flesh. And

Well, you just missed it because you weren't listening to
the word of God. The Holy Spirit is trying to
tell you what to do, but you wasn't listening. There's direction,
and he said all scripts are good, and the equips
us for every good work. Well, I don't know how
to do this. You don't know how to do it
because you weren't listening. You wasn't paying attention, you wasn't sober,
you were being a busy bid your man with someplace else.

You were allowing yourself to be carried away by every
whim and doctrine, every whim and doctrine, and if something
come up. Hey, I'm on my phone. I'm doing this.
I'm thinking about that. I got to get this and
I got to you know, one thing I used to
do when I was working in the fast food business,

serving serving people at McDonald's. I'll tell you where it was.
At McDonald's. The kids used to get emergency phone calls.
Someone would alway get emergency call. They were phone call
could come right in the middle of rush. So the
policy was, we asked them was the emergency. If it

was emergency that we deemed that was one that was
truly emergency, we get them off the floor and get
them to it. But if we wasn't, we say call
back after the rush. Now, as a manager, we had
to govern ourselves in this. So I would get calls
coming to me on my phone and I would have

to make a decision right then. And I said to God,
I said, if this is important, I need to get it.
And the law said to me, if it's a problem,
it's going to be there when you get through. So
what do you need to do now? Say like it

was a life in that situation, somebody died, right, what
can you do about it?

So he said, what can you He said, your obligation
now is to the living, serve those right now that

how he dealt with me, because I had a relationship.
I have a relationship with him, and I'm an implore
to you have a relationship with him where he can

to come up, so he can walk you through the
life that he's playing for you. Have a relationship with him,
and to esteem him and those whom God gives you,
Pray for them, for they bring the message of God

spirit by the spirit, See if it be of God.

which is good, hold on to doing good. Abstain from

Word being manifested right before our face. Perilous times, wars,
rumors of wars, false prophets. Men have become deceivers of themselves.
We see that there's a falling away. Many have stepped

away from the church because of COVID and have not
come back for their various reasons, and even the trials
of life have caused many called the love of many
to wax cold, and some have even abandoned the word
of God. And what I mean by that is through

their struggles they have turned and lean to their own
understanding rather than exercise the Word of God in their
lives and being led of the spirit.

And these are the things.

That I'm looking at that disturbed me, and they It's
a challenge to me as a pastor to be before
God day and night, asking him what is it that
he would have me to do?

What is it that you want me to say? How
is it that you want me to behave before people?
To give them the best opportunity as myself as well,
to be caught up, to be with you and not
be left behind. So the Lord has given me a

word on today, actually gave it to me, I think
a week or so ago. I wrote it down and
there it was a couple of weeks ago, and I
been thinking about it here and there.

And it's simply called the End. It's simply called the End.

The End. We were discussing aim as today in our
Sunday school class, and God had got fed up with
their refusal to behave or to obey him, and he
pronounced a finality of judgment on them. And we do not,

as a people, and we do not individually want this
to happen to us. He said, he's going to come
like a thief in the lightment.

But let me read what I got to say, because
I'll mess around and I'll start speaking about my sermon
before i even get to the word, and.

I'll let him speak for itself. Turn to chapter twenty four.
Speaker 2 (07:01):
Usually start at the top of chapter twenty four of Matthew,
but we're going to start down in the belly of
that chapter. Chapter twenty four, Matthew, Chapter twenty four, Matthew.
I want you to bear with me, and I want
you to go with me and read this for yourself,
and let the spirit of the Lord speak to your spirit.
Speaker 1 (07:26):
Cal lujah.
Speaker 2 (07:27):
I believe this that when God speaks, if you give
yourself to God willingness, things will change in your life
because the authority of God's word has power to change.
I hope you hear that, and I hope you believe
that when God speaks, the authority that changes in his word.

But you have to allow it to You have to
hear it, you have to receive it. Chapter twenty four
of Matthew start in verse thirty seven, started at verse
thirty seven. Now we're talking about the end, talking about
(08:13):
the end. At the beginning of the chapter, Jesus talks
about it, or Matthew talks about it. Wars, rumors of wars,
and that nature and those things like that, the things
that you will see the love of many with wax cold.
But looking at what he further says down in the
belly of chapter twenty fourth verse started in verse thirty seven,
(08:37):
meet with me. But as the day of Noah were,
so shall also the coming of the Sun of Man be.
Speaker 1 (08:47):
Talking about when Jesus come, so shall the Son of
Man be.
Speaker 2 (08:52):
For as in the days that were before the flood,
talking about Noah, they were eating.
Speaker 1 (09:00):
Look at this.
Speaker 2 (09:02):
Noah had received the word of God to build an arc,
and they were oblivious to what was going on the
rest of the world. And he said they were eating
and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage. They until the
day that Noah entered into the arc. Now we know
(09:27):
that when God, when Noah entered into the art with
the eight souls, that was it. That was it. Listen
and knew not until the flood came. They didn't know
until the flood came. I don't care what you see
in the movies, but they were trying to overthrow Noah
(09:48):
and get on the boat and.
Speaker 1 (09:49):
All that stuff.
Speaker 2 (09:50):
The Bible said, they didn't know it till the flood came.
They weren't trying to attack, or they didn't know it
till the flood came and took them all away. So
shall also the coming of the Son of Man be?
Then shall two watch this? Then shall two be in
(10:14):
the field. Now, the Lord gave me a vision about
this the other day, a week a few weeks ago.
There shall be two in the field. The one shall
be taken and the other left. Two women shall be
grinding at the meal. The one shall be taken and
(10:38):
the other left. Which therefore, for ye know not what
the hour watching me watch? Therefore, for ye know not
the hour your Lord doth come. What are you talking about?
But know this that if the good man of the
(11:01):
house had known in what watch the thief would come,
he would have watched and would not have suffered the
house to be broken up. You're being warned right now, Hallel,
You're being warned right now, therefore, be ye also ready.
(11:27):
He didn't say get ready, he said be ready. What
does that mean? What does that mean? Don't wait to
live the life. Start living the life that is pleasing
the Gods. If you're gonna give your heart to God,
give it to him. Stop giving it in a taking away,
giving it a taken away, allowing your own understanding to
(11:50):
impede on the will of God to subject you to
a devil's hell at any given moment.
Speaker 1 (12:00):
Go read to God, what then be you ready for us?
Speaker 2 (12:08):
For in such an hour as you think not, look here,
find such an hour that you think not. The Son
of Man cometh soon as you laid back.
Speaker 1 (12:25):
In your easy chair doing what you do.
Speaker 2 (12:31):
As soon as you are out there, and the Bible says,
you know, uh, somebody speaking evil of you, doing persecuting you,
and you take that opportunity to persecute them. Back soon
as you sit up there, and somebody hates you and
(12:53):
you hate on them. Back soon as you sit up
there and somebody speaking, you hear somebody speak of evil.
Speaker 1 (13:00):
Of you, you speaking evil of them.
Speaker 2 (13:02):
Back soon as you're sitting up there and they're plotting
to persecute you you plot to persecute them back. Then
the son of Man cometh, Lord, have mercy. The moment
that you decide to backslide and do something that God
(13:26):
told you not to do because of your feeling got
hurt because you fed up with it. The moment you
decide not to do the will of God, the Bible says,
the son of Man cometh, who then is a faithful
(13:47):
What does that mean? Who is there of you who
will continue to walk in the faith even when he
is or her is persecuted, even when God is asking
(14:07):
of you more and you seem like you can't do
no more. You seem like you can't get any more
out of you, And you say to yourself, I'm not
asking God to strengthen me anymore of time.
Speaker 1 (14:26):
And you know the Bible says you have not because
you ask not.
Speaker 2 (14:31):
You know the Bible says that they have weighed upon
the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall mount up
and win the legal they shall run and not worry
and walk cannot faith. You know these things, But you
decide at that very moment, I'm not doing it. Then
the son of Man come, who is a faithful man,
(14:53):
who is a wise servant whom where his Lord have
made ruler over his household, to give them meat in
due season. God has already made prepared a place for you.
Speaker 1 (15:16):
But all you have to do is endure.
Speaker 2 (15:22):
The one who is saying that the one who endures
till the end. We some of us like football, some
of them like trap. Some of us like baseball. Some
of us like basketball. Some of you, when you watch it,
you watch it t other end. Some of you like
(15:42):
soap properly, you watch it.
Speaker 1 (15:43):
T other end. Some of you like music and songs.
You listen to the other end.
Speaker 2 (15:51):
God is saying, don't allow the enemy or the works
of the flesh. Everything is not the enemy. Some of
those things are you. Don't deceive yourself. You're not Flip Wilson.
The devil make me do it. The devil didn't make
you do everything. Some of those things because of my

evil heart, you conspire to do yourselves. Don't get caught.
God wants to make you rule over the house. End
of season. Blessed to the servant whom the Lord when
he comes shall find so doing. He finds you when
(16:42):
he comes in the faith, doing what you're supposed.

To be doing.
Speaker 2 (16:48):
Remember I told you that the Lord gave me a vision.
Speaker 1 (16:53):
The other day.
Speaker 2 (16:54):
He showed me two in the field, one got caught up,
one was left too. In the house, one got caught up,
one was left too. On the housetop, one got caught up,
one's left. And I said, yeah, I know that, Lord,
he said, By what are you trying to tell me?
He said, the ones that were caught up were the
ones The reason that the ones that were left and

one got caught up because the ones that got caught
up were busy doing the work that I gave them
to do. They were trying to warn the ones that
got left, But the ones that were left were not
heed to the warning.

They not want to be taught. So when he comes.

Back, he expects to find you doing the work that
He's given you to do, not being a busy body,
not giving into fables and given into the troubles of
this world.

The troubles of this world belonged to the world. They
don't belong to you.

God sustains you in the midst of the trouble.

The Hebrew boys.

It was a fiery furniture turned up seven times hotter
than usual. The only one that got consumed were the
ones that were tending the fire, not the Hebrew boys.
And there appeared in them, hallelujah, the son of God,

Daniel and the lions there.

Then't ask the king to get me out of here.
Speaker 2 (18:45):
He stayed there in the midst of the trouble, and
the trouble became his comfort. The Bible said, he used
the lion of the pillow. He laid his head on
your trouble become your pillow, then it become your comfort.

God is not marked. If God said it, God will
do it.

But we gotta trust it. Hallelujah. We gotta trust him.

has to say about this. And first that's on this
chapter five. Turn with me, Turn with me. Were gonna
were searching the scriptures, were letting God tell this. I'm

First Thatsalonians, chapter five, starting in verse one. But of
the times and the seasons, brother, and ye have no
need that I write unto you. This is Paul writing
unto Tessalonia. For yourself. Know perfectly that the day of
the Lord, so cometh as a thief in the night.

We just got to talking about what Paul, I mean,
Matthew had to say about it.
Speaker 1 (21:00):
Suddenly Jesus showed up.
Speaker 2 (21:01):
When you when the time that you decide you want
to do the wrong thing and not obey God, that's
when he gonna show up. Mind God, he gonna catch
you off guard. Don't deceive your don't think I can
sneak with this. And this ain't for one time, No, no, no,
don't take that chance. He already told you gonna come
like a thief in the night. Hallelujah. Verse three, he said,
for when they shall save peace and safety. Then sudden
(21:26):
destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child,
and a woman that is pregnant with a child. The
pain that she had suddenly she ooh, Now I've never
experienced I've never been around a woman that was getting
ready to have a baby. But from what I understand
that when that pain comes, it comes suddenly. It doesn't
(21:50):
give any warning. It comes suddenly. Hallelujah, come to travail
upon a woman with child, and they shall not escape.

Speaker 2 (22:03):
He's telling you right there, when it comes, don't be
trying to get ready. Those that are righteous will remain righteous.
Those that are filthy will remain filthy. Those that are
holy will remain holy. Those that are unholy will remain unholy.

Get ready, get be ready, be ready, be ready, don't
get ready, be ready. You gotta make up your mind now.
Don't talk about I'll make it up later.

Uh. The Lord gave me another thought of vision the
other day, or when something happened. Remember a week or
so ago when we bombed Iran. I remember that over
the weekend there was allowed to talk about it, and

then they were talking about going to then they know,
summit to talk about it, to talk about it, and
this scripture, particular scripture came up. The Lord, the spiritual
Lord spoke to me and said, they're gonna say peace
and safety, then sudden destruction. Saints, I'm telling you, God
(23:27):
does not lie when they start talking peace and safety.
We have the warning side. So we need to be
busy doing our father's work. Verse four. But ye, brother,
are not in darkness. Look at this, Look at this.
(23:50):
You are not ignorant. You know what's going on. You
are not in darkness. That day should not overtake you
as a thief. We're reading it. We are reading this,
we are studying this. You are all children of the
light and the children of the day. We are not
(24:15):
of the night nor of darkness. Therefore, let us not
sleep as do others. But let us watch and be sober.
Observe what you're doing. Observe. The Bible tells to examine ourselves.
(24:43):
Examine your thoughts, what you're thinking about, Examine your behavior
in the situation that you're engaging in.

I don't care what you're doing.
Speaker 2 (24:53):
I don't care whether you're watching TV or you're in
a conversation with somebody. I don't care whether you're driving
down the street, or if you're standing up in the
middle of your floor, be conscious of what you're doing
and how you're doing it, because at any moment a

time of testing could come. A time of testing could
and what will you be found doing when that time
of testing come? An opportunity to show forth God's glory
in the earth, or an opportunity to fulfill the lust
(25:35):
of your flesh.

That could be the hour be sober and watch and be.

Well, you just missed it because you weren't listening to
the word of God. The Holy Spirit is trying to
tell you what to do, but you wasn't listening. There's direction,
and he said all scripts are good, and the equips
us for every good work. Well, I don't know how
to do this. You don't know how to do it
because you weren't listening. You wasn't paying attention, you wasn't sober,
you were being a busy bid your man with someplace else.

You were allowing yourself to be carried away by every
whim and doctrine, every whim and doctrine, and if something
come up. Hey, I'm on my phone. I'm doing this.
I'm thinking about that. I got to get this and
I got to you know, one thing I used to
do when I was working in the fast food business,

serving serving people at McDonald's. I'll tell you where it was.
At McDonald's. The kids used to get emergency phone calls.
Someone would alway get emergency call. They were phone call
could come right in the middle of rush. So the
policy was, we asked them was the emergency. If it
(36:09):
was emergency that we deemed that was one that was
truly emergency, we get them off the floor and get
them to it. But if we wasn't, we say call
back after the rush. Now, as a manager, we had
to govern ourselves in this. So I would get calls
coming to me on my phone and I would have
(36:32):
to make a decision right then. And I said to God,
I said, if this is important, I need to get it.
And the law said to me, if it's a problem,
it's going to be there when you get through. So
what do you need to do now? Say like it
(36:52):
was a life in that situation, somebody died, right, what
can you do about it?
Speaker 1 (37:01):
You can't.
Speaker 2 (37:03):
So he said, what can you He said, your obligation
now is to the living, serve those right now that
are yet living, and deal with that later. Now that's
how he dealt with me, because I had a relationship.
I have a relationship with him, and I'm an implore
to you have a relationship with him where he can
(37:25):
walk you through the way how he would have you
to come up, so he can walk you through the
life that he's playing for you. Have a relationship with him,
and to esteem him and those whom God gives you,
Pray for them, for they bring the message of God

to you.

God, their servants of God, for you to help you.

That's all. As he said, Now we're extort you. Warn

And that's what you want. Prove all things. Try the
spirit by the spirit, See if it be of God.
If you know your word, or somebody tell you something,
look and see if it's in the word of God.
And then ask the Holy Spirit, is this for me?
Because it might not be your season, or it may
be your season. Prove all things. Hold fast to that

which is good, hold on to doing good. Abstain from
all appearances of evil, if it appear like, if it
even appears like somebody gonna think evil of you.

Father the end, you will come like a thief in

You have given us to speak, You've given us to

the fullness of the Spirit in us through Christ Jesus

He's working in you. He wants to work in you.
And that's what you just did. If you believe it.

of trials and trivial You got to believe that you're saved.

Spirit to lead you in God, excuse me, allow the
Holy Spirit to strengthen you and to guide you into truth,
