So what crazy adventures aregoing to happen on today's ride?
(00:25):
There's only one way to findout.
Alright, let's hit the track.
Today's story is The EnchantedForest Ride.
Jax jumped out of bed.
He woke up early, excited aboutgoing on an adventure.
Today was the day he had beenwaiting for, a dirt bike ride
through the enchanted forest.
(00:47):
He pulled on his favorite blueand green riding gear and headed
out the front door.
He strapped on his boots thatwere still stiff from mud and
dust from past rides.
Jax's dad, Mitch, was already inthe garage prepping their dirt
bikes.
The smell of oil and fuel filledthe air, making Jax even more
excited.
Morning, buddy! Mitch called, tightening the last bolt on
(01:10):
Jax's bike.
You ready for the best ride ofyour life?
Yeah! Jax shouted, running tograb his helmet and goggles.
He clicked his helmet strap intoplace and snapped his goggles
over his eyes.
Alright, fuel up! Mitch said, handing Jax the jerry can.
Together, they filled up theirtanks.
(01:30):
Now! Let's get these bikesstarted, Mitch said, and Jax
hopped onto his bike, giving thekickstarter a firm kick.
Vroom! The engine came to lifeand Jax's bike rumbled beneath
him.
He twisted the throttle alittle, making the engine roar,
and he felt the power surgethrough the handlebars.
Mitch's bike roared to lifenext.
(01:52):
Stick close to me and let's makethis ride epic, Mitch said.
Jax nodded and gripped hishandlebars tight.
They twisted the throttle andflew out of the garage, tyres
skidding on the gravel driveway.
Jax laughed as they blasted downthe gravel path.
They could hear the crunch ofstones under their tyres.
The road soon turned into a dirttrail lined with towering trees.
(02:14):
Jax leaned into the first tightcorner, skidding just enough to
kick up dirt but stay incontrol.
The air was cool and fresh, andthe sound of birds chirping in
the trees added to the magic ofthe forest.
They reached a wide corner witha big berm.
Jax leaned hard into the berm, twisting the throttle to blast
through it.
Dirt roosted out behind him ashe powered through, the bike
(02:34):
railing the berm perfectly.
Woohoo! Jax yelled, this isawesome! Nice one, Jax, Mitch
called, following him throughthe corner.
The trail twisted through thetrees, and soon they reached a
long straight section.
Jax saw a log lying across thepath, and knew exactly what to
do.
He stood up on his pegs, leanedback, and yanked on the
(02:55):
handlebars, pulling the frontwheel up into a wheelie.
He sailed over the log, landingwith a thud, but keeping perfect
control.
Great wheelie, Mitch shouted, hopping over the log right
behind him.
You're getting good at that,Jax.
Thanks, Dad.
I had to slow down to pop thewheelie and stay in control
before even letting the rearwheel smash into the log.
I find it better if I stand upand do it.
(03:18):
I could feel the rear wheelsmashing into the log which
nearly made me lose my grip ofthe handlebar.
The trail narrowed.
Roots and rocks were poking outeverywhere.
Jax loved the challenge ofpicking the perfect line through
the trail.
His dirt bike bounced from rockto rock as he weaved through the
single track.
Suddenly, they came to a seriesof small jumps.
Jax smiled.
(03:38):
I love jumps, and can get reallybig air! He stood up on his foot
pegs, twisting the throttle andblasting toward the first jump.
The bike launched into the air,and for a moment, he felt
weightless.
Like he was flying! Weeeeee! Heyelled through the air.
I'm flying! He landed smoothlyand hit the next jump, soaring
(04:00):
again before coming down with athud.
Those jumps are awesome! Jacksyelled out.
Mitch nodded.
They continued riding deeperinto the enchanted forest.
Tall trees closed in aroundthem, and sunlight flicked
through the branches.
It felt like they were enteringanother world.
Up ahead, Jack saw a huge, muddypuddle stretching across the
path.
(04:20):
His heart sped up.
Mitch slowed down and lookedover his shoulder.
Alright buddy, this puddle'sdeep.
Go slow, keep steady, and liftyour feet up.
Jax followed his dad's lead.
Mitch's bike splashed throughthe mud, sending water and mud
flying.
Splash! Squelch! eased thethrottle on and hit the puddle,
(04:40):
mud spraying up as his tyreschurned through the thick goo.
Water splattered his jersey andgoggles, but he loved every
second of it.
Yes! Jacks yelled laughing as hemade it through the puddle
without getting stuck.
That was slippery and hard tostay upright and I had to dab my
feet a few times which means nowmy boots are wet.
(05:01):
Nice work mate! Mitch cheered.
Just as they cleared the puddlethey spotted a family of
kangaroos hopping across thetrail.
Jack slowed down amazed at howstrong and fast the animals
were.
Wow! Look at those kangaroos!Mitch smiled.
The forest is full of coolsurprises.
They kept riding and soon thetrail began to climb a steep
hill.
(05:21):
The rocky path made it tough tokeep traction, but Jack was up
for the challenge.
He stood on his foot pegs andkept his weight centred,
twisting the throttle justenough to keep the bike moving
smoothly up the hill.
The engine growled, vroom, asthe tyres clawed at the rocky
ground.
Keep your weight centred whenclimbing hills, Mitch reminded
Jax, watching his son power upthe hill.
(05:44):
The climb was tough, but Jaxkept his focus.
As they reached the top, theview opened up to a stunning
sight.
The entire forest spread outbelow them, with bright
wildflowers adding pops of colorto the green sea of trees.
This is amazing, said Jax,pulling off his helmet to catch
his breath.
It sure is, Mitch said, admiringthe view.
(06:05):
Dirt bikes take you to the bestplaces.
After taking in the view, theybegan the wild ride down the
mountain.
The path twisted and turned withloose rocks making it tricky.
Jax kept his balance, leaningforward and skidding around the
corners.
The wind whipped past his faceand he felt like he was going so
fast.
Jax spotted a big berm ahead andtwisted the throttle, leaning
(06:27):
into the turner and blastingthrough it with a cloud of dust
behind him.
Woohoo! He yelled.
That was awesome! Mitch shouted.
Right behind him.
As they got lower, they reachedanother challenge.
A deep swamp with thick, stickymud.
Mitch looked at Jax and said,Alright, this part's gonna be
(06:47):
tough.
We might have to push our bikesthrough if we don't make it
across while riding our bikes.
Jax nodded.
Is it gonna be too deep for mybike?
It's only a 50.
You'll be right, mate.
It won't get over your seat.
Just keep the throttle on.
Mitch said.
Alright.
They both hit the mud as fast asthey could splash, squelch.
(07:08):
The mud was too thick andstopped.
Their bikes.
The mud sucked at their boots asthey hopped off and began
pushing their bikes through thethick sludge.
It was hard work, but theyfinally made it to the other
side.
Oh, that was exhausting, Jacksaid.
Covered in mud, but smiling.
You did great Jax.
(07:28):
Mitch said, giving him a highfive.
After making it through theswamp, they rode through a
beautiful meadow full ofwildflowers, butterflies and
buzzing bees.
The path was smoother now andJax used the chance to relax and
enjoy the scenery.
They took one final break by asmall pond where Jax dipped his
hand in the cool water.
This has been the best day ever!Jax said, smiling at his done,
(07:52):
you've done an amazing jobtoday! Mitch said, I'm so proud
of you.
As they rode back home, Jax felta mix of tiredness and
happiness.
His body ached from the ride andhe was covered in mud, but he
felt like a true adventurer.
The enchanted forest had giventhem a day of thrills,
challenges and unforgettablememories.
(08:12):
When they got home, they washedthe mud and dirt off their
bikes, watching the sunset turnthe sky orange and pink.
Thanks for the ride, Dad, Jaxsaid, hugging him.
Anytime, buddy, Mitch replied.
We'll have another adventuresoon.
Wait for the next ride throughthe Enchanted Forest.
He knew no matter whatchallenges they faced, it would
always be an amazing adventure, because any day riding a dirt
