Do your thoughts ever spiral into self-doubt, shame, or “not enough” talk? You’re not alone—and you’re not stuck. In this episode of Diving Deeper, I’m showing you how I personally use gratitude journaling to interrupt negative thinking and replace it with God’s truth.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Recognize negative thoughts without shame
  • Invite gratitude into the same space as struggle
  • Reframe lies through the lens of Philippians 4:8
  • Anchor your new mindset with simple gratitude-based prayers

This isn’t about ignoring hard things—it’s about retraining your mind to align with how God sees you. If you’re ready for a gentler, more honest way to process your thoughts and grow in faith, this episode is for you.

Grab your FREE 30-Day Gratitude Journal to follow along and make this a daily practice you look forward to.

Don’t forget to follow the podcast—this is part of a gratitude series that will help you think differently, feel lighter, and grow deeper.

Let’s journal our way to freedom—together.

The Brothers Ortiz

The Brothers Ortiz is the story of two brothers–both successful, but in very different ways. Gabe Ortiz becomes a third-highest ranking officer in all of Texas while his younger brother Larry climbs the ranks in Puro Tango Blast, a notorious Texas Prison gang. Gabe doesn’t know all the details of his brother’s nefarious dealings, and he’s made a point not to ask, to protect their relationship. But when Larry is murdered during a home invasion in a rented beach house, Gabe has no choice but to look into what happened that night. To solve Larry’s murder, Gabe, and the whole Ortiz family, must ask each other tough questions.
