When it comes to overall health and living well, Longevity medicine is a hot field that promises more life years tacked on to your final decade. The consensus, however, is that at best it will only give you an extra 5-7 quality years. This isn't bad at all - but each of my patients and health coaching clients has to decide for themsevles what's important to them, what they are willing to sacriice, and what good quality living means to them.
