No, So we we last year in April was our
official openings. Okay, So we're roughly nine ten months now, okay,
And it was a bar before we bought it, remodeled it,
and six weeks closed opened back up, and we were thomming.

Well, I worked with smart tab and so we came
in here.

I remember that I walked in here and got some
video and stuff like that, and it was like, this.
Speaker 2 (10:51):
Could be a hot spot. And you drive by it,
you see the signs out there. What's all about the UFC?
Right it is? Yeah.

So when we when we first opened back up and
we were still continuing the remodeling, we were really trying
to find our identity. Obviously we are a gaming bar, sure,
and but we wanted to be different. There's a lot
of bars in Henderson, there's a lot of bars around us.

They don't matter to me. They're all dead to me.

What could we offer that you know, a regular gaming bar?

And so the focus is UFC. And by the way,
if you got to come in to your people. It's
not just the UFC bar. It's a great, great sports
bar as well. Absolutely, Like before the UFC fights were

on right now. That's what you hear in the background.
It's a big crowd here. But I was watching football earlier.
You've got all these great TVs here and all this stuff.

Yeah, we have nine TVs. We're putting one hundred and
ten inch and it's ordered. It's going in there.

Yeah, we play all the sports. We run a lot
of gaming promos during sports. We do pass the football
Wheelsman's during the nights games. Big sports bar here.

It's great there. They're our machines are super consistent, which
is really nice. I mean, we're paying tacticals every day

and stuff, and we get people that come all the
way from Summerland to our bar for UFC and that's great.

Yeah, because it's kind of a It's not only it's
just got a great vibe here for the UFC, but

His name is Frank all right. Food is it's way
more than just your typical gaming bar food. Our portions
are amazing, Our ingredients are fresh, they're prepped every day.

mushroom burger.

specials during all games. And then we have happy hour
Monday through Thursday from two to six pm. Okay, we
have a graveyard happy hour for drinks from midnight two
for you.

We're open twenty four seven. Our kitchen is twenty four seven.
It's full menu twenty four seven.

Yeah, we have a Frank's working hard. He's not here

hard work. But when you get something like this, it's

listen to them. They give us so many suggestions on

to fight Alex Pieta and for the title. So basically

But I feel like for this fight, dude, I want
to take Yuri because Yuri is just focused, ready and
he wants something to prove he wants that title back.

So you can see a lot of lake.

Kicks in this fight, right, you know, it's crazy. Yeah,

it's interesting to see these fighters that are doing movie type.
But then they have to get well rounded in every
part of mma, right.

Well, I look at it like this. You got muay Thai,
you got jiu jitsu. You're pretty row well rounded.
Speaker 2 (07:18):
That's it.
Speaker 5 (07:19):
You can do the ground game and you can strike exactly. Yeah, okay,
And I feel like those are just the basics, you know.
But I mean, also, wrestling is number one. If you
don't have wrestling good loss.
Speaker 1 (07:29):
Yeah, I know, yeah exactly because you can't go in there.
It's like a boxer and expect to, you know, do
anything with MMA or UFC fighter.
Speaker 3 (07:37):
No, that's why a lot.
Speaker 4 (07:39):
I think only one boxer went to UFC, and that
was Clarissa Shields and she was actually pretty successful.
Speaker 1 (07:46):
Wanted to who was the one blonde kickboxer.
Speaker 2 (07:50):

She was like a Holly Yeah at home? Yeah, yeah
she was.

She was a badass, but she she got well routed
in every part of her game.

And then she lost.

it literally happened a couple of days.

So tell me a little bit about the history. I
know that DJs has not been around too long, right.
Speaker 6 (10:28):
No, So we we last year in April was our
official openings. Okay, So we're roughly nine ten months now, okay,
And it was a bar before we bought it, remodeled it,
and six weeks closed opened back up, and we were thomming.
Speaker 2 (10:45):
Well, I worked with smart tab and so we came
in here.
Speaker 1 (10:47):
I remember that I walked in here and got some
video and stuff like that, and it was like, this.
Speaker 2 (10:51):
Could be a hot spot. And you drive by it,
you see the signs out there. What's all about the UFC?
Right it is? Yeah.
Speaker 6 (10:56):
So when we when we first opened back up and
we were still continuing the remodeling, we were really trying
to find our identity. Obviously we are a gaming bar, sure,
and but we wanted to be different. There's a lot
of bars in Henderson, there's a lot of bars around us.
Speaker 2 (11:12):
They don't matter to me. They're all dead to me.
Speaker 6 (11:14):
What could we offer that you know, a regular gaming bar?
Speaker 2 (11:18):
Did you offer? Yeah? Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 1 (11:20):
And so the focus is UFC. And by the way,
if you got to come in to your people. It's
not just the UFC bar. It's a great, great sports
bar as well. Absolutely, Like before the UFC fights were
going on. By the way, UFC three eleven is going
on right now. That's what you hear in the background.
It's a big crowd here. But I was watching football earlier.
You've got all these great TVs here and all this stuff.
Speaker 6 (11:41):
Yeah, we have nine TVs. We're putting one hundred and
ten inch and it's ordered. It's going in there.
Speaker 2 (11:46):
That's what I think you said. It's going to go
in the corner there, right, Yeah, exactly. That's awesome.
Speaker 6 (11:51):
Yeah, we play all the sports. We run a lot
of gaming promos during sports. We do pass the football
Wheelsman's during the nights games. Big sports bar here.
Speaker 2 (11:58):
Right, And you mentioned it earlier. Gaming bar.
Speaker 1 (12:01):
That's awesome. I follow you guys on Instagram. It's like
people are always winning here. I mean, oh my.
Speaker 2 (12:06):
God, it's not awesome. Anybody's like three grand, four grand.
I'm like, dee, I gotta get down there.
Speaker 6 (12:10):
It's great there. They're our machines are super consistent, which
is really nice. I mean, we're paying tacticals every day
and it's a lot of fun. I love when my
guests come here and win.
Speaker 1 (12:19):
Yeah, that's that's key, because you guys, some great local
people are Every time I come in here, I've seen
some of the same people, which is awesome.
Speaker 6 (12:24):
Right, we do we You know, it's funny because although
we're packed right now and we are really like a
local neighborhood gaming bar, but during sports events and UFC
and stuff, and we get people that come all the
way from Summerland to our bar for UFC and that's great.
Speaker 2 (12:41):
Yeah, that's amazing.
Speaker 1 (12:42):
Yeah, because it's kind of a It's not only it's
just got a great vibe here for the UFC, but
it's just got some great people here too. Let's talk
about this. And I haven't tried your food yet. Tell
me about your food, because I've been seeing stuff go out.
Your chef is awesome. What's his name?
Speaker 6 (12:57):
His name is Frank all right. Food is it's way
more than just your typical gaming bar food. Our portions
are amazing, Our ingredients are fresh, they're prepped every day.
Speaker 2 (13:08):
You know.

We have Hallerhead crapcake sliders, like we a blue cheese
mushroom burger.
Speaker 2 (13:14):
That's the one I want.
Speaker 1 (13:15):
That's the one I want to try because you mentioned
that last time you're here, He said, I had the
blue cheese mushroom burger.
Speaker 6 (13:19):
Yeah, it's so good. And then we just came up
with it's not on the menu yet, but it is
a Hallerhead bacon jam cheeseburger and it is so like
I created.
Speaker 2 (13:31):

great people, but also it's got an amazing menu of food.
Tell me about your bar. What kind of special things
do you do at the bar here too?

Drink drink wise, so drink wise. We have our drink
specials during all games. And then we have happy hour
Monday through Thursday from two to six pm. Okay, we
have a graveyard happy hour for drinks from midnight two
for you.

You guys are open twenty four seven.
Speaker 6 (14:03):
We're open twenty four seven. Our kitchen is twenty four seven.
It's full menu twenty four seven.
Speaker 2 (14:07):
Yeah, we have a Frank's working hard. He's not here
twenty four seven though, is het Frank?
Speaker 6 (14:12):
And I aren't here at twenty four really?
Speaker 1 (14:14):
Yeah, I bet I've been in the industry, I know,
and it's it's a lot of it's a lot of
hard work. But when you get something like this, it's
on its way to being the place to be. I
already gotta say this, this is the place to be
two see sports in Hinderson, maybe even southern Nevada.
Speaker 2 (14:28):
Yeah, it FIVEE hear is awesome.
Speaker 6 (14:29):
It's super rewarding, and it's it's so different than your
normal corporate bar. We really bond with our guests. We
listen to them. They give us so many suggestions on
things that they like and wanting here, and we apply that.
You know, our goal is to make everybody happy, and
we do the best job at that that we can
and take everything into consideration.
Speaker 1 (14:47):
Like you, like you said, there's a lot of gaming
bars out there, but this feels like family in here.
Speaker 2 (14:52):
You know that? Am I wrong right now?
