Today, Steve is excited to sit down with another member of the FIRST "Elevate Up Tribe 2024 Coaching Group" that embarked on the EPIC 5-Day Yosemite Expedition.

Lucas Tvrdik is a Police Detective in the South San Francisco Police Department (SSPD). He holds a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and speaks multiple languages thanks to being raised partly in Norway and Switzerland.

During the EPIC -Day Yosemite Expedition, Lucas earned the nicknames "The Planner" and "Mr. Efficient". In speaking about the experience, Lucas said "I wanted to be with a group of people doing tough things".
