Growing Young Podcast | Episode: Prioritize those Under 25 and their Families
Description:
Why do churches struggle to relinquish authority and power in order to embrace the younger generation? In this episode, Tony and Genevieve reflect on this challenge and share how prioritizing those under 25 and their families has made a meaningful difference in their own church settings.
This is the pivot point for churches seeking to grow young—actively asking the big question: “How can young people participate here?” By weaving this question into the life and leadership of the church, communities create space for young people to be seen, heard, and empowered.
They explore practical ways churches can shift culture to welcome, invest in, and empower young people and families, fostering environments where they feel valued and can fully participate in the life and mission of the church.
