• Let Your Actions Speak: People notice your integrity and professionalism. When you consistently do good work and treat others well, you gain credibility—this is what gives you the right to speak into people’s lives.

• Integrate Faith and Work: Don’t separate your faith from your workplace. Bring your values, honesty, and compassion into everything you do. Even in high-pressure, results-driven environments, your faith can shape how you lead and connect.

• Prioritize Relationships: No matter how successful someone is, everyone craves real relationships. Invest in your coworkers, ask how they’re doing, and build genuine connections. This opens opportunities for deeper conversations about what motivates you.

• Be Vulnerable: Leaders and professionals often hide their struggles, fearing loss of authority. But being honest about your challenges builds trust and deeper relationships. Vulnerability is a strength, not a weakness.

• Show Fruit, Not Just Talk: The visible “fruit” in your life—kindness, integrity, joy—demonstrates God’s work in you more than words ever could. Let your life be the evidence.

• Work Together, Embrace Imperfection: Nobody’s perfect. Recognize your own flaws and the strengths of others. Collaboration and openness make everyone better.

• Take Initiative: Whether you’re a student, a missionary, or a professional, step up and bring your best. If you’re not seeing opportunities to share or lead, focus on serving and loving those around you—doors will open.
