Identity in Christ 🔥❤️ You are in Christ, and He is in you! His Word and Spirit form your inner man and identity as you meditate and confess His Word and pray in the Spirit. Do not look to people or circumstances to tell you who you are. Just learn to live your life partnered with Jesus daily, and do all things with Him and out of gratitude for what He has done for you. You are seated in His love, peace, and joy for eternity. Engraved in the palm of His hand. Jesus calls us to, and Paul taught that we should each be more identified with Christ than identify ourselves with a minister. People wanted to start identifying with Paul or Apollos, "I follow this one," "I follow that one." and Paul said, "NONE of this..." 1 Cor. 3:4 Jesus knew you before your parents met. He has a plan for your life and put His OWN spirit in you, which is closer than any other person or situation. Your identity in Christ does not change when you marry (and for women) your last name changes. Your identity in Christ does not change when you move across the country, or change jobs or schools. We are to honor those who labor among us, but that is everyone who labors in the body, not just one gender. We are to know one another by the spirit, and have mutual submission to one another, and the Word and Spirit in each of us.
