God's people have already been positioned in an ETERNAL position of victory. When we speak God's Word, and loose the power of the Holy Spirit, the two work together to bring the Word to pass. As the Holy Spirit hovers over the Church, the church is empowered to be the Church until the day the Holy Spirit gives the final 'tug up.'
