really appreciate the supportand supporting you in all your
potty endeavors and orenrichment endeavors, whatever
you get fresh patch for.
We appreciate you.
So thank you, guys and all ourcustomers.
But back to the scheduleprogramming.
(04:21):
Yes, if you want to kind of getit started with um, let's talk.
Let's talk summer, let's talkhot, let's talk heat.
Speaker 3 (04:28):
Okay, guys, this is
really important, really
important.
I know you, you hear this a lot, but you know um it's.
You know, if you want to makesure that your dog is
comfortable, you got to rememberif the pavement is too hot for
you, it's, it's too hot for yourdog's paws too.
Okay, we're, we're not sayingdon't walk your dogs All right.
I just want to make that clearagain.
But just be more cautious.
(04:49):
Be conscious of you know thepain that your dog might be
experiencing.
Speaker 2 (04:55):
Yeah, time that walk
for another part of the day,
maybe you know.
Maybe, not 12 noon, 1 in theafternoon, when it's, you know,
at its peak, maybe early, earlyin the morning, later at night,
when things are cooled down, oryou know the heat's just about
to start coming out, get themout there, do their thing, but
that's where fresh patch comesinto play as well, you know.
So those noon uh 1 pm pottytimes when you're you know, your
(05:17):
dog's scratching at the door, ringing those bells, whatever
you have in your apartment, that's where we can come into
play and we can provide thatreal grass for you guys, right
on your patio balcony, givingthat extra sense of you know,
security, security yeah, thereyou go and just you know, giving
your dog that fresh piece ofgrass, and I want to say too,
(05:38):
especially like for dogs thatare potty training for those of
you who are potty training dogs, you know it's really a once
every hour sort of thing, likethey have to go a lot.
Speaker 3 (05:52):
So, yeah, keep that
in mind.
That's why Fresh Patch is athing for situations just like
this.
So if you are in that situation, you are potty training a puppy
and it's 100 degrees out, takea look at us and, you know, see
if it's a good option for you.
Speaker 2 (06:03):
Yeah, definitely for
the puppy, Like hours, I mean
every 30 minutes.
Some people have told us it's alot.
So you don't want to be withoutsome real grass or changing,
probably hot, stinky pee pads inthe summertime, you know.
Speaker 3 (06:15):
Oh yeah, and puppies
get stressed out too.
You know, yeah, they do.
They're still learning Exactly.
You know it can be.
Speaker 2 (06:20):
You're teaching them
good habits.
Absolutely Fresh patch summer.
We'll have to post it, but wedo have a little guide for
temperatures.
One of our partners shout outChewy, about two years ago, made
a little.
If the pavement's thistemperature, then it's this
(06:43):
temperature, or if it's thistemperature outside the
pavement's going to be thistemperature, so it's pretty
drastic, like if it's 80 degreesoutside the pavement's like
over 100 degrees.
Speaker 3 (06:51):
Oh yeah, just got to
keep that in consideration and
you know there's guides outthere that Another thing, too is
like, certain breeds are like, you know, maybe they're mountain
dogs or um you know, they'remore sensitive to heat.
So it's important to like, keepthat in mind as well.
Um, you know, just depending onlike, what kind of breed it is,
um you know, you might have tohave a different sort of
(07:13):
schedule for them.
So, exactly, keep that in mindas well.
Speaker 2 (07:16):
Wake up a little
earlier for your dog.
You know just.
You know if you love them, you're going to wake up early.
Nice sunset walk.
Speaker 3 (07:22):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (07:22):
You know who doesn't
love a nice sunset walk
especially with the late sunsetsin the summer you know exactly,
yeah, got plenty of time in theday, so yeah, definitely moving
on.
I mean that's that's more onthe on the heat side of things.
But we also want to talk travel.
Yes, so, um, we have a lot ofcustomers that do travel with
their pets.
Obviously, with summer comingup, more, more traveling is
(07:42):
involved.
So, um, fresh patch is portable.
We have customers who will takea Fresh Patch with them in the
car on a plane.
Cool partnership coming soon.
Speaker 3 (07:54):
Yes, keep your eyes
peeled, yes.
Speaker 2 (07:56):
So wherever you're
going.
And then also, too, we alwayslike to educate people knowing
that we can ship anywhere.
So if you get us in contactwith a hotel that's pet friendly
and or just like you're goingto another relative's house or
something, let us know.
We can switch your address, noproblem, to wherever it needs to
be delivered to.
We can set up your frequencies.
But yes, Fresh Patch isdefinitely a travel-friendly
(08:20):
product, Definitely.
I don't know if you have anypartners that have reached no I
just reach out to you, oranything.
Speaker 3 (08:27):
Oh, yeah, no, and I
love seeing that too, like it's
such a cool cause, you know, Iwould never think to use it in
that way.
So seeing people, you know,I've seen like take, take into
airports on the planes and, youknow, take it with their carry
on and like it's just, it's socool, you know, like if your dog
needs it during travel, um,which, again, you know, travel
(08:48):
can be stressful for petsbecause they don't know what's
going on.
You know, and like we, we don'twant to travel with our pets,
so we just, you know it's.
I'm happy that fresh patch isthere to make pets feel more
comfortable.
Speaker 2 (08:59):
Yeah, exactly, and if
you already are a customer and
you're going to take away.
Take them away from their freshpatch, thinking, oh man, I'm
not going to be able to havegrass for them when we're gone.
We got you, we got you covered.
And that just goes on.
The stress thing too.
You don't want to stress outyour dog thinking like oh, very
used to having the fresh patchall the time and now they're in
a new environment.
No fresh patch might freak outa little bit.
We got you covered, so justgive to our customer service.
(09:22):
Um, they'll help you out withanything you need.
Delivery wise.
Um, you know hotels, whateverit may be, we can, we can work
with you, work with the hotel toget that, get that covered.
So um and then drivers too.
So going to go into that as aEV owner myself, um, got to stop
to charge.
I'm going to be going on a tripwith Mr Oakley down here bottom
(09:43):
of the frame, and you know wegot to stop and charge the car.
This goes for gas too.
I mean, if you have a gas power, you got to get the gas every
once in a while.
But I bring an XL in the carwith me rolled up in the box.
When we stop to charge, I popthat thing out, I roll it out,
even if he doesn't have to potty, like sometimes he doesn't even
(10:05):
potty on it and like it's just, you know we're in a hot area or
something.
He'll just lay on it whilewe're charging.
You know, just get that feel ofgrass and stuff.
But you know he does.
Mainly, I mean we're, we'll gosix, you know five hours
whatever, until we have tocharge again.
And he's in the car.
I'm trying to get that roadtrip done, you know.
So he'll definitely need to goand when, when I roll it out,
he's, he's stoked.
(10:26):
So, uh, just another option ifyou guys are, you know,
traveling via vehicle, um, or ifyou're an rv rv trailers for
sure, your vans.
I mean you can get creative withit but, like fresh patch, is
very portable, so, um, howeveryou need it for your endeavors,
we got got you.
Speaker 3 (10:46):
It's there for you,
yeah, yeah, and you know, like
we're saying, it's the size ofit is like, so convenient, and
you know.
Speaker 2 (10:56):
And the way it's
packaged too, the way that it's
packaged, yeah.
Speaker 3 (10:59):
And it's like the
whole, like leak.
It's leak-proof, so you don'treally have to worry about that
you know, yeah, exactly.
And like, again, I just think, like I just know from traveling
with my dog, like you know, thefact that it is so stressful for
them and it's like a convenientsolution.
You know why not.
Speaker 2 (11:16):
Yeah, exactly,
exactly so, yeah, no, that's
some good stuff.
I feel like there was anothertip for travel, but I'm maybe
blanking on it.
Speaker 3 (11:26):
Yeah, I don't know,
but you have a trip coming up
like you were saying, likeplanning on taking Oakley with
you.
Speaker 2 (11:33):
Yes, yeah, that's
cool.
Yeah, we actually don't evenhave a.
We just want to find somewhereto go for the weekend and hang
out, give him somewhere to runand frolic and be a dog and see
nature and stuff.
So we haven't really decided.
But Fresh Patch probably willcome with us, just in case,
whether that stays in the Airbnbthat we're at, or hotel,
(11:54):
whatever it is that we're goingto stay at we Airbnb that we're
at, or hotel, whatever it isthat we're going to stay at, we
might just camp in our car too,or tent camp, you know, but he's
got the great outdoors there, you know we can, obviously, you
know, it's mainlyjust for getting to the
destination that I use it forand stuff, right, like I said,
you know, if you are going tostay in an Airbnb pet friendly
places give us that address too.
We can ship it there.
You don't even have to.
(12:15):
I don't need it for the roadtrip, but you do want it at the
destination.
If it's in the 48 statesbesides Hawaii and Alaska, we
got you.
Sorry for all you Hawaiivacationers this summer.
Speaker 3 (12:27):
Yeah, we get a lot of
people reaching out from Hawaii
.
Speaker 2 (12:30):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (12:31):
Why don't you sell
grass here?
It's tough, we would if wecould.
Yeah, exactly little grass hereand like it's tough, we would
if we could, yeah, exactly.
Speaker 2 (12:37):
Yeah, we would, if we
could, but cool, yeah, so any
other tips gabe.
Speaker 3 (12:40):
I think I mean puppy
potty training, like yeah same
old thing like that we've saidin our last episodes too, like
summer winter, fall pottytraining is going to be
difficult.
So, and you know, fresh patchesis here for you, um, but yeah,
like I was saying, you know, summertime, um, it can be.
You know, with the heat it can,it can be a lot for dogs and,
(13:02):
um, you know, fresh patches is ahugely convenient thing for
them and, like you know, youwant them to learn on real grass
.
Speaker 2 (13:08):
Yeah, exactly so save
those paws, people.
Save the paws, get fresh patch.
Save the bladders, get freshpatch.
New road trippers, and yeah.
So this is just a short episodetoday, it is so.
Speaker 3 (13:23):
That's why Go ahead,
oh yeah, I was going to say one
more thing Really excited.
This weekend we're heading outto the Vanderpump's World Dog
Day, so we're going to be makinga presence there and that's
going to be super fun.
So any anybody who's in theHollywood area um, you know,
we're excited to see you outthere.
It's gonna be a good time.
Speaker 2 (13:47):
Yes and yeah.
Check out Vanderpumps on socialmedia.
Um, they're a greatorganization down in LA.
We love partnering with themand we're also going back on the
travel.
We should definitely give ashout out for our newest
partnership.
Let's do it.
Which would be Retrieve Air.
So anybody any listeners thathave ever been interested in
having private flights with yourdog you always travel with your
dog and usually they gounderneath the plane and stuff.
(14:09):
This is an opportunity for youto travel side by side with your
dog Same seats and first classexperience and we have the
privilege to be partnering withthem for their first flights.

It's a really cool partnership.
Speaker 3 (14:44):
We're getting excited
to roll out here pretty soon
and yeah it's a super coolcompany and like their whole
idea of allowing pet owners totravel with their pets easier.
That's so amazing, and I wishthat was around a long time ago,
because I would have gone onsome flights with my dog earlier
.
Speaker 2 (15:01):
Yeah, the videos
they've posted and stuff.
I'm like, oh yeah, that looks,it just looks like a good time.
They really spoil your pup andyou know your pup gets the
first-class treatment.
Oh yeah, you know you don'twant them underneath a plane
Like that's just, that's no fun.
They're always talking aboutstressed out environments.
Speaker 3 (15:17):
Bottom of the plane's
not a fun environment, so yeah,
no, it's what's really coolabout that, is it kind of ties
into the theme of summer travel?
So yeah, if you're trying to goanywhere um you know within the
us um check out.
Speaker 2 (15:30):
Retrieve air, exactly
, yeah, and if you've been
contemplating like, hey, I don't, I want to bring my dog, but I
