Ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes at a fast-growing pet company? COO Jason Jones pulls back the curtain on Fresh Patch's journey from scrappy startup to emerging pet industry leader – all while his hyperactive dog Archie creates podcast chaos that perfectly demonstrates why busy pet parents need indoor grass potty solutions.

Jason reveals that after nearly four years with the company, he's witnessed remarkable transformation as Fresh Patch has evolved from a skeleton crew with blurred job boundaries to a structured organization with dedicated departments. When asked about using the product himself, Jason explains how Fresh Patch has been a lifesaver with his rambunctious dog Archie (who proceeds to destroy a tennis ball, knock over equipment, and generally wreak adorable havoc throughout the recording). Far from being for "lazy" pet parents, Fresh Patch proves essential for active dogs whose energy levels demand frequent bathroom breaks beyond regular walking schedules.

Looking toward the future, Jason shares ambitious expansion plans including broader brick-and-mortar retail presence, international shipping beyond the current lower 48 states, and development of complementary products that will strengthen Fresh Patch's position as the leader in the pet potty space. The episode takes heartwarming turns as Jason recounts his most memorable Archie story – a beach escape where his missing pup was eventually found happily playing volleyball with strangers – and his favorite Fresh Patch memory involving the all-hands-on-deck opening of their Georgia facility (which inspired his secret Fresh Patch logo tattoo!).

their potty time.

Hopefully that gave you viewerssome entertainment and a glimpse
into my life as Archie's dadGod bless you Started off.

Speaker 3 (05:45):
How long have you been here at Fresh Patch and how
did you end up here?

Speaker 4 (05:50):
You know, next month will actually be four years that
I will have been at Fresh Patch.
That's crazy, I know.
It's really flown by.
It's gone by super fast.
I mean everything from thedifferent locations that we've
opened to the different teammembers that we've brought on
and that we've grown.
It's really been a whirlwind.
And I mean I came into FreshPatch obviously four years ago,

(06:12):
like I said, after havingconversations with Karina and
Andrew, where they just werekind of explaining the product
to me.
They're like, yeah, we sellgrass.
And I'm like that's cool, soyou sell grass.
And then like that's cool, soyou sell grass.
And then, you know, I went tothe website, had a chance to
look into it, had a chance toexperience the product a bit,
get my hands on it, of course, and I was like, oh, it's grass,

(06:35):
yeah, and it became an entirelydifferent thing.
And then, you know, of coursemy pooch uses it also, so I was
able to see how it reallybenefits people.

Speaker 3 (06:43):
Yeah, yeah, absolutely.
So what sort of like experiencedo you think was like the
foundation of you, you know, coming to Fresh Patch and like
blossoming here and all thatsort of stuff?

Speaker 4 (06:55):
Oh wow, I feel like that's so boring.
I mean, my experience is deeplyrooted in operations and
finance, so I mean I have a lotof experience, you know, with
forecasting or projections ormaking sure that the P&L is
being managed appropriately.
So I'm like this is kind of aboring question.

Speaker 3 (07:14):
I mean.

Speaker 4 (07:14):
To me it's very, very interesting.

Speaker 3 (07:16):
I love operations and finance.
I'm sure there's some Jasonsout there that are going to love
this Right this one's for youand that's what makes a good COO
, though you love what you do.

Speaker 4 (07:26):
You know, trey Lockerbie, I genuinely love
being able to look at a problemand be able to make it a little
bit more streamlined, being ableto be a support system for my
team, being able to just helpfresh patch to flourish, and I
feel like that's a lot of whatmy job is.
I'm a part of the machine, apart of the cogs, and I'm just
helping to make sure everythingstays oiled and moving 100%.

Speaker 2 (07:49):
Couldn't agree more.
I think you're spot on there.
There'd be some tough dayswithout you.
I'll be honest with you You'rea huge asset.

Speaker 3 (07:56):
Always like a grounding force you know what I?

Speaker 4 (07:58):
mean, oh, you guys are going to make me blush,
that's what I'm trying to do.
Flattery will get youeverywhere.

Speaker 2 (08:07):
So I think you kind of already touched on this, but
how have you seen the companygrow in the time that you've
been here this these past fouryears?

Speaker 4 (08:22):
Oh man, when I first got here, we were lacking in
departments is maybe a way thatI'll put it.
Yeah, you know, we had a verylean staff staff.
We had very lean teams in thewarehouse on customer service
and marketing etc.
And one of the biggestdifferences I'd say that I've
seen is that it's grown.
So we now have full teams ofpeople that are doing things
like these.
Viewers have had a chance tomeet all of you in the marketing
team so far and you guys areall super amazing.

(08:44):
You know they've had a chanceto meet the guys in our
warehouse and that team hasgrown.
I'm sure over the next fewepisodes they'll have a chance
to meet even more people, evenmore of our team members.

Speaker 2 (08:53):
Definitely.
But yeah, that's a great point.
Yeah, no, we were.
I mean, I think the viewersknow if you've been tuning in.
I've been here for a while too, before Jason as well, and it
was yeah no department, it wasone department yeah.
It was like the warehouse yeah,it was the warehouse and
operations.

Speaker 4 (09:11):
Like I don't know.

Speaker 2 (09:12):
Like we I mean we made it work, but like I mean
it's a startup life.

Speaker 4 (09:16):
Yeah, oh yeah, it's a startup business you are doing
and they're playing all of thesedifferent roles.
So I mean, you guys, like I'msure, as you were here, you were
processing orders, you werefulfilling orders, you were
doing quality control, maintenance, I mean everything
that kind of comes of it andthat's kind of where we are a

(09:38):
little bit now, but we'restarting to have a little bit
more clarity, I think, in theroles and things like that,
Absolutely.

Speaker 3 (09:48):
And that's something that's fun about working here is
you get to try out a bunch ofdifferent stuff and get better
at things and gain new skills, which is cool.

Speaker 2 (09:56):
A lot of learning experiences here for sure, which
is great, I mean we all needthat.

Speaker 4 (10:00):
You guys are my students.

Speaker 2 (10:02):
Yeah, you're a great teacher.

Speaker 1 (10:06):
Some would say, some would say sensei.

Speaker 2 (10:09):
Oh, that's great Cool .
I think we're passing it overto you now, oh thank you.

Speaker 3 (10:14):
Yes, so you mentioned that you use Fresh Patch with
Archie.
What sort of benefits have youseen by using it with him and
what could you pass to otherpeople?

Speaker 4 (10:31):
Or maybe someone who's on the fence or you know
that sort of stuff.
So I mean archie's like as youcan tell from what you've seen
today a super like, active, rambunctious dog, and so he's
always hydrating because he'salways running like that, and so
there are some days when hedefinitely has to pee more than
the average dog, and so I work apretty busy schedule, as could
imagine, and so having an optionfor him where he can just go
and I don't actually have towalk him or take him out, so

(10:52):
it's giving him the comfort ofbeing able to pee whenever he
wants to and me the comfort ofnot having to take him to pee
whenever he wants to.
So that way we can just haveour regular scheduled walks and
then he can go as he pleases, yeah of course, or she's like
and then he can go as he pleases.

Speaker 3 (11:06):
Yeah, flirt.
Or choose the poster dog forpeople who say oh, you shouldn't
get fresh patch because youshould just walk your dog.

Speaker 4 (11:14):
No, you should see this dog yeah, I was like he
couldn't be any more active.

Speaker 3 (11:17):
Yeah, no way no way Exactly Too active.

Speaker 2 (11:20):
There's only so much time in the day.
There's only so much when youhave a job.
There's only so much when youhave a job.

Speaker 4 (11:25):
There's only so many walks that we can go on and he
wants to stay on the walk.
So the goal is to just give himthe walk whenever he wants it,
absolutely.

Speaker 2 (11:31):
And that's a huge thing with being able to bring
our dogs to work too is that hedoes get a little time here to
run around.
I know you let him run up anddown the halls in the warehouse
too.

Speaker 4 (11:41):
You guys should see him jump the pallets of grass.

Speaker 2 (11:42):
Yeah, it's very impressive.
I've told you you need to enterin some contests.
You could be winning.
He can clear.

Speaker 4 (11:47):
Five feet, yeah, like five or six feet.

Speaker 2 (11:49):
No running start, yeah ease, just a little bunny
hop up.
Very impressive, absolutely.

Speaker 3 (11:55):
We should definitely post a video.
Yeah, if he was a human, he'dprobably be like a gymnast or
something like that.

Speaker 4 (11:59):
If I wasn't afraid that he going on here yeah.

Speaker 2 (12:03):
I know I was like we probably shouldn't do that Cool.
What are you doing?

Speaker 4 (12:09):
buddy, you're destroying the ball, mm-hmm Okay
.

Speaker 2 (12:13):
That fresh patch tennis ball.
It's durable.
Oh, yeah, right, you can seehe's really going in for it.
Yeah, right, well, cool, yeah, well, it is really cool,
especially you know we've beentaken home and helps you out.

Speaker 4 (12:22):
No, I think that like having like having dogs in the
office, in addition to like justbeing a benefit for the dogs
not having to stay at home allday.
Yep, I personally think there'smental health benefits to
having your dog at worknon-existent, because I'm able

(12:43):
to have him here, unless he'sthe one stressing me out yeah,
there are days like that.

Speaker 2 (12:46):
There are yes, yes, indeed yeah like, but I'd rather
be stressed out by archie thanother things oh yeah so it works
out that way yeah, no, yeah, wehave a lot of uh yeah mental
health benefits here, with sevendogs on a full day seven seven
dogs.

Speaker 3 (12:59):
So we, we're, we're good there I think even too,
like you know, if you're notbringing your dog, just just
like having dogs around, likethat's another benefit, like
mental health.
You were talking Like justhaving dogs around, like you
know, petting them and you know,do you think you'd agree with
that?

Speaker 2 (13:16):
Yep, okay.

Speaker 4 (13:16):
Adriana's off camera.
But she says yes too.
Okay, yeah, treat lady auntie.

Speaker 3 (13:23):
Yeah, all the dogs always just find their way to
Adriana's office.
Adriana's office is like thenap spot.

Speaker 2 (13:29):
It is indeed, yeah, you probably see that in our
stories too Stella's supervisor, that corner man.

Speaker 4 (13:35):
Yeah, that's true.
Stella does love her corner inyour office.

Speaker 3 (13:38):
And Tommy and Oakley Oliver gets in there sometimes.

Speaker 4 (13:44):
Yeah, your office is really popular with dogs.
You just think they're comingfor the treats.
They're really coming for you,yes.
That said, none of the dogscome to my office because I
don't hand out treats.

Speaker 3 (13:55):
That's not true.
That's not true.
The dogs love to poop in youroffice.

Speaker 4 (14:00):
They do they love to mark my office the?

Speaker 3 (14:03):
first day that I brought Oliver in, I was all
nervous about it Takes a giantpoop in Jason, my office.
The first day that I broughtOliver in, I was all nervous
about it Takes a giant poop inJason's office and I was like
I'm still new here my dog justpooped in CMO's office, Oliver.

Speaker 4 (14:16):
Oh my god, what's his ?

Speaker 3 (14:17):
name Hobson.

Speaker 2 (14:20):
He's a marker Notorious.

Speaker 4 (14:22):
Hobson's, notorious at everybody's office.
That's really the only thingthat Archie doesn't do wrong.
Yeah, he doesn't mark people'soffices.

Speaker 2 (14:30):
He's not a marker, that's nice.
That's a good thing.
He might knock over things hemight break stuff.

Speaker 4 (14:35):
He has broken a monitor of mine.
Before he was running in myoffice, he jumped onto my desk
and he knocked over what was avery expensive monitor Jeez.

Speaker 2 (14:46):
But I remember that day, you do remember, yeah, yeah
.

Speaker 4 (14:49):
I remember it was very surprising.

Speaker 2 (14:52):
Yeah, you took a walk without Archie.
He said I need to put somesteam on To decompress, Just a
little decompression, you know, because he's my child Absolutely
.

Speaker 4 (15:02):
Then I had to punish him, so I put him in the corner
for five minutes To think aboutyour actions.
He just stared at me blankly.

Speaker 3 (15:10):
Yeah, Like the good boy he is.
Yeah, exactly oh that's great.
Yeah, no.

Speaker 2 (15:15):
I mean we got a lot of stories that can be.
I mean we could probably sit onhere for a couple hours, if we
really wanted to, but Depends onwhat stories we were sharing.
Well, yes, of course course butyou know the fun ones like that
, like poops and offices aremarking and monitors breaking
and yeah, I mean it's kind ofhis thing yeah, yeah, it is if
he's not doing that, he'srunning into something because

(15:35):
he slid through the warehousethis is true.

Speaker 4 (15:37):
Yeah, the man's fast too, he is, he's quick super
fast but sometimes he gets alittle ahead of himself, might
run into a box.
Yeah, what happened yesterday?

Speaker 3 (15:45):
he like ran into a wall or something like that a
little ahead of himself mightrun into a box.
Yeah, what happened yesterday?
He like ran into a wall orsomething like that A little bit
.

Speaker 4 (15:50):
He was trying to take a corner a little too fast and
he just, he, just, he's okay.

Speaker 3 (15:56):
Yeah, it's good.

Speaker 2 (15:57):
I heard a little whining from my office, but it's
been crazy, you haven't made asocial media for him yet, huh.

Speaker 4 (16:05):
He does have one.

Speaker 2 (16:05):
What is it called I?
Do you ever made a social?

Speaker 4 (16:07):
media for him.
Yet huh, he does have one.
What is it called?
I just haven't really doneanything, oh, okay, but it's
Archie Aided.

Speaker 2 (16:10):
Archie Aided, I knew it.
I was like ah, it should beAdventures with Archie or
something like that, or ArchieBroken.

Speaker 4 (16:15):
But I was like I swear there's a name.
Remember, we started it afterhe grabbed the bagel out of.

Speaker 2 (16:21):
James' hand 6'5".
This man, just that was crazyyeah that's how the name was
born, but Archie ate it.
Follow him.
Give him a follow Give him afollow.
Trying to get it going.

Speaker 4 (16:31):
Yeah, I will post today.
Let's go.
Yeah, that's right.

Speaker 2 (16:34):
And then, when these clips are done, you'll post
these clips of Archie.

Speaker 1 (16:37):
There we go.

Speaker 2 (16:38):
See we make content over here.
Okay, Moving along, Archie'svery invested, so we'll.
We have some time to ask somemore questions.
Where do you see the future ofFresh Patch as the COO of this
company?
Where do you see us?

Speaker 4 (16:57):
however long you think you can give some time
frames, I'd leave it broad foryou.
Yeah, I think I might leavetime frames broad, because I
know that sometimes those thingsscare you guys.
But what I'll say is that I cansee us having a larger brick and
mortar retail presence.
I can see us getting into thepoint where not only shipping to
all 50 states versus the lower48, we're actually able to set

(17:19):
up international shipping hubsand have Fresh Patch going
internationally.
I can see us launching a seriesof auxiliary products that are
going to complement the FreshPatch.
We have a lot of things thatcustomers have asked for, and so
we're actively working towardsmaking sure that you guys have
everything that you need tocompany your grass.
Yep, perfect.
But I mean, ultimately, I justsee us becoming a larger player

(17:42):
in the pet space and reallyowning the pet restroom space.
Yeah, you know and everythingthat kind of comes along with
that.

Speaker 1 (17:50):
Absolutely.

Speaker 4 (17:50):
And in my I mean, and to be fair, we kind of already
do, but we're going to be evenbigger, yeah.

Speaker 3 (17:57):
Heck, yeah, yeah, yeah, that's awesome, I know, I
know like one thing we get allthe time is people from Canada
reaching out to us like whycan't you ship to Canada?
Like people from Canadareaching out to us like why
can't you ship to Canada?

Speaker 4 (18:08):
When are you going to be able to ship to Canada?
I feel like.
I've heard from some people inMexico that wanted to do our
Fresh Friends Hawaii and Alaskamultiple times because we don't
currently ship to Hawaii andAlaska.
We're so sorry.
You're just very far away.

Speaker 2 (18:21):
But we're going to, we're going to get to you.
That's the goal.

Speaker 4 (18:22):
That is the goal so going to get to you.

Speaker 2 (18:23):
Yeah, that's the goal , that is the goal, so we're not
leaving you out quite yet.
But no, those are great pointsand I can agree with everything
you know.
I definitely see yes and uh-oh.

Speaker 4 (18:33):
I know he's eating it it was a tennis ball.
Where are the pieces?

Speaker 2 (18:38):
Archie.

Speaker 3 (18:39):
He said in my throat he's like I don't need dinner
tonight.

Speaker 2 (18:45):
He just hit his head so hard he doesn't care.
Oh trade time.

Speaker 4 (18:51):
Oh my gosh.

Speaker 3 (18:54):
There we go.
He had no idea.
Just like any other dog idea.
Just like any other dog, justlike any other dog loves the
treats.

Speaker 2 (19:00):
Loves the treats, chicken trainer treats.
Find them on freshbatchercomgot a plug, got a plug.

Speaker 4 (19:04):
That was a great plug .
Appreciate it.
I'm proud of you, hey one packsand three packs.

Speaker 2 (19:09):
Seriously, they go quick, they go quick, you really
want to get the three becauseof how fast they go.

Speaker 4 (19:13):
They do and how fast they go, they do and remember,
these are training treats, soyou can really use them to help
get your dog to listen.
That's what I'm saying, becauseyou may have heard Archie's
tapping feet a few moments ago,but you don't now.
Yeah exactly you know why?
Because he's being trained withthe chicken trainer treats.

Speaker 3 (19:26):
Any other treats, he'd still be tapping.

Speaker 2 (19:28):
Still tapping tapping , tapping like a good boy and he
just got famous.
The camera picked that one up.
Oh my gosh, that was great.
He airballed a treat.
He airballed it.
He completely missed it.
That was bad, but anyways.
But yeah, that was great points.
I mean I think everyone in herecan agree that's where we see

(19:50):
the future, too, of Fresh Patch.

Speaker 4 (19:52):
It's really just about the expansion, yeah,
absolutely Getting ourselves tobe available to as many
customers that could be in useof our product as possible.

Speaker 3 (20:00):
Exactly, yeah, I think too.
Another thing is just brandrecognition.

Speaker 4 (20:02):
You know being when you think of pet brands, like
yeah like we want to be in theconversations of the petco, of
the fresh pet, of.
You know we'll be in theconversations of, like the
larger pet brands absolutely andI feel like we're really poised
to be there soon.

Speaker 1 (20:18):
Definitely.

Speaker 4 (20:20):
And, yeah, with the work that the team is doing,
with everything that we'reworking on right now, I think
that we're really going to getthere.

Speaker 2 (20:25):
Yeah, for sure.
Yeah, I want to see this logoand know the green.
There's green too.

Speaker 1 (20:30):
It's like oh, we know who that is.

Speaker 4 (20:32):
This is fresh patch, fresh Patch, green.
Yeah, it's Fresh Patch.

Speaker 2 (20:33):
Green.
It ain't Starbucks Green, it'sFresh Patch Green.

Speaker 4 (20:36):
We don't speak of them.
I don't know In our color, yeah, I don't know who that is.

Speaker 2 (20:40):
I don't know, I don't know.
I just made that word up.

Speaker 1 (20:43):
But anyways, star, who I don't know, something, but
Okay, cool.

Speaker 3 (20:50):
Thank you.

Speaker 4 (21:02):
That was so one question that we like to ask all
our guests, especially the oneswho bring their pups on the pod
.
What's your favorite?

Speaker 1 (21:07):
memory with Archie.

Speaker 4 (21:07):
Favorite memory with Archie.
That's hard, I'm not sure whatdirection to go in.
I'll say the first memory thatcomes to mind yeah, go for it
Was maybe about a month after Ibought Archie.
I live on the beach and I wasout walking Archie and I was
like you know what, he's beingsuch a good boy today I'm going
to let him off his leash.
And so I let him off his leash.
He just takes off.
Yeah, he's gone.
He just runs straight as fastand as far as he can.

(21:30):
He completely doesn't respondto anything I say and I'm just
devastated.

Speaker 1 (21:37):
I'm like, oh, no, my dog's gone.

Speaker 4 (21:38):
It was really just that fast and I just started
going up to people have you seena dog?
Have you seen a dog?
And they're like yeah, blur ranpast a little while ago.
And I'm like, which way did theBlur go?
And then I probably spent anhour walking the beach, which
was weird because it's clear youcan see the whole beach.
Yeah, just looking for Archieand I couldn't find him.

(22:00):
And so I'm starting to panic atthis point, and so I go on like
Citizen and Next Door andFacebook and I just start
posting I'm like Lost Dog here'spictures.

Speaker 2 (22:13):
And I just got them.

Speaker 4 (22:15):
It's like so cute, someone will take them Right.
And so eventually, on next door, a neighbor was like oh, I
think I found your dog and I goout and he's playing volleyball
with his family Like they'replaying volleyball.
He just has his nose hittingthe ball up in the air and I'm
like he's perfectly fine.

(22:35):
Yeah, like, completely likehe's independent, he's going to
be OK.
The air and I'm like he'sperfectly fine.
Yeah, like, completely likehe's independent, he's gonna be
okay.
I just need to put a tracker onhim so that when he gets free,
that I can go find him right.

Speaker 2 (22:44):
Yeah, that's hilarious, so favorite might be
strong yeah, but definitely, yeah, definitely memorable
definitely memorable.

Speaker 3 (22:52):
That's a good one.
I like that.
It's really.
It really encapsulates thecharacter of Archie definitely
it's him in a shell yes, a blurwent past.

Speaker 2 (23:01):
I like that.

Speaker 4 (23:01):
It really encapsulates the character of
Archie.

Speaker 3 (23:02):
I think Definitely it's him in a shell.

Speaker 2 (23:03):
Yes, a blur went past me.
Yeah, that's literally whatthey say.
I love that.

Speaker 3 (23:05):
Oh man, I'm sure we'll see some blurs in this
podcast, that's for sure.

Speaker 4 (23:08):
Yeah there's going to be some blurs running by the
camera, just a little furry bluryeah, good, good job.
Archie, oh, you guys can't see.
Oh, can they see him?

Speaker 2 (23:18):
No, I was like he's not on, he's been a very good
boy, though they might be ableto see Like the tail wagging.
But yeah, I don't know if youcan see that, but he's a little
guy.
Okay, one more Question for you, sir.

Speaker 4 (23:29):
Yes.

Speaker 2 (23:30):
We just had your favorite Memory with Archie.
What is your favorite Memory atFresh Patch?
Hmm, these last four years, alot has happened.

Speaker 4 (23:39):
My favorite memory at Fresh Patch.
You know I'd have to say youmight remember it as well, but
it was when we first decided toopen a facility in Georgia and I
feel like we had a decentamount of team members that were
down there and it was a very, very startup mentality of how we

(24:01):
were doing things and it wasjust a level of camaraderie that
you don't always get toexperience in a workplace, like
what happened during this tripwas Drew drove across the
country, like you've heard aboutit as well.

Speaker 2 (24:17):
I've heard yeah.

Speaker 4 (24:17):
He drove across the country.
Yep, Like you've heard about itas well, I've heard yeah, Like
yeah, drove across the countryin the truck.
I was there packaging up andshipping things out, cleaning
and getting rid of owl poop.

Speaker 2 (24:28):
So much owl poop, so much owl poop and just furniture
.
And I mean it was just A lot ofWalmart trips.

Speaker 4 (24:34):
A lot of Walmart trips.
It was weeks, it was literallyweeks that I was there but
working with my CEO, andrew, with my warehouse manager at the
time, michael, with you whenyou came down, rafael, and it
was just really a really goodkind of initiation into the

(24:54):
company for me, definitely whenI feel like it was a crash
course in what it really meantto be Fresh Patch.

Speaker 2 (25:00):
Definitely yeah, and that was what you were like six
months in right.

Speaker 4 (25:02):
Yeah, I was only a few months old at that point.

Speaker 2 (25:06):
So yeah, that was an adventure.

Speaker 4 (25:07):
Yeah, definitely an adventure.

Speaker 2 (25:08):
Definitely memorable.
I will never forget that trip, until the day I die.

Speaker 4 (25:12):
Well, of course not.
You got the tattoo on that trip.
I did get a tattoo.

Speaker 2 (25:16):
On that trip I am tatted with the Fresh Patch logo
Just fun fact to the viewers.

Speaker 4 (25:20):
I don't know, and that's a W.
How did that not come up in thepodcast?
I don't know, because I can'tshow it.
You can't show it, I can't showit.

Speaker 2 (25:28):
He can't show it, I cannot show it.

Speaker 3 (25:30):
This will not be shown.

Speaker 2 (25:33):
Drew host has a fresh patch that dog right there
somewhere on my body.

Speaker 3 (25:39):
You can take a guess.

Speaker 1 (25:41):
Please comment Comment with your guess of where
his tattoo is.

Speaker 2 (25:46):
My tattoo is that's going to be a good one.

Speaker 1 (25:49):
I like that.
Let's see what happens there.

Speaker 2 (25:52):
But yes, that happened in.

Speaker 1 (25:53):
Georgia when we opened our first.

Speaker 4 (25:56):
East.

Speaker 2 (25:56):
Coast facility.

Speaker 4 (26:00):
And.

Speaker 2 (26:00):
Unfortunately, we do not have the Georgia facility at
the moment anymore, but staytuned.

Speaker 4 (26:06):
Yeah, stay tuned, stay tuned.
Because we may not be inGeorgia, but we're not just in
California.

about it.
I mean, there was a slightflood.
I said flood, I'm going to saya leak.

Speaker 2 (27:06):
A leak that has turned into a puddle.
Flood is flooding.

Speaker 4 (27:09):
Maybe I'm being dramatic, but there is a pool of
dirty liquid in a room.

Speaker 2 (27:17):
In a room coming from the ceiling.

Speaker 4 (27:19):
Actively coming from the ceiling yes, that we are
actively ignoring by doing thispodcast, absolutely yeah.
No, we're not actively.

Speaker 2 (27:29):
There's people on it.
We got more behind the scenespeople on it, right now, that's
true.

Speaker 3 (27:31):
We're not the only four people that work here.
Us three, us four in this roomare actively ignoring it, but
not everyone is.

Speaker 2 (27:36):
But I will say we didn't actively ignore it at
first.

Speaker 4 (27:40):
We mitigated the situation, we were the first
responders.
Yes, we were Shout out to youguys.

Speaker 2 (27:44):
I was the one that said uh, jason.

Speaker 4 (27:47):
And then I was the one that went, hmm.

Speaker 3 (27:51):
And then we just looked at it and I was the one
who was trying to wash his mugand I was like, why isn't the
water working Shut?
And I was the one who wastrying to wash his mug and I was
like, why isn't the waterworking?

Speaker 2 (27:58):
We got to shut off the water.

Speaker 4 (27:58):
Yeah, yeah, there were some complaints in the
warehouse about that.
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (28:01):
Hey, you know we pivot and we learn.

Speaker 4 (28:04):
You know no, you know we delegate these
responsibilities to people thatare actively people.
I don't want you to think thatwe are working in a flooded
building.

Speaker 2 (28:13):
No, we're not Full transparency.
We don't ignore critical things.

Speaker 4 (28:18):
The puddle's already been mopped.
Yes, it's blocked off forsafety.

Speaker 2 (28:22):
Plumber's on the way so we're good, but yeah, it's
not viewers.
We'd share that because it'shectic around here sometimes at.
Fresh Patch trying to wrangledogs.
Deal with floods.
Excuse me, leaks.
