Welcome to the very first episode of Potty Talk, where we're pulling back the curtain on everything Fresh Patch! Join marketing team members Andrew and Gabe as they share the fascinating journey of this innovative pet product company and their mission to bring the outdoors inside for pets everywhere.

Andrew reveals his remarkable nine-year evolution from warehouse worker to Marketing Director, offering a rare glimpse into the family-like culture that has kept him passionate about Fresh Patch for nearly a decade. His hands-on experience packing "at least a million" grass products gives him unparalleled product knowledge that he's excited to share with listeners.

The duo unveils their newest innovation - the Fresh and Clean Kit - developed over 18 months in response to customer feedback. Complete with gloves, cleaning cloths, and specialized sprays, it's the perfect companion to their natural grass products. But that's just the beginning, as they tease quarterly product releases coming throughout the year.

Perhaps most eye-opening is the revelation that Fresh Patch serves far more than just dogs. Cat owners are discovering it not only as a litter alternative but as an enrichment tool that brings genuine joy to indoor felines. One particularly moving story details how a neighbor's cat with advanced renal cancer experienced remarkable improvement after being introduced to Fresh Patch - transforming from requiring syringe-fed water to drinking naturally and becoming more active.

From the ingenious wax-lined boxes that prevent leaks to the meticulously designed mat-like soil that naturally absorbs moisture, every aspect of Fresh Patch reflects thoughtful engineering. The team breaks down their full product lineup from Mini to XL, helping listeners understand which size best suits their pet's needs.

Subscribe now for weekly episodes featuring dog trainers, customer service representatives, and real Fresh Patch customers sharing their experiences. Have questions or feedback? Drop them in the comments - this team genuinely listens and responds!

I think eventually we'll havesome sort of uh system figured
out to where, like you, couldput it kind of directly into the
little chat box thing.

(01:43):
But we're still working on that.
So for now, put it into thecomments.
We're so excited to see whatyou guys have to say yep, and we

podcast presented by Fresh Patch.
So, yeah, we're just going tokind of dive into everything

(02:16):
Fresh Patch.
Sure, I think you maybe hadsome questions for me.
Gabe, yes, absolutely Getcracking.

Speaker 1 (02:22):
Awesome.
So you know me and Andrew.
We also have another coworkernamed Adriana.
She runs all of our socialmedia and also does some
partnership management as well.
She's amazing.
I'm sure you guys will see heron the pod at some point, but
that's our marketing team.
It's us three Now, with thatsaid, andrew, you've been
working here for quite some timequite some time, yeah, and

(02:43):
you've had a journey.
You didn't start in marketing, you kind of worked your way up,
started out in our warehouse yesWould you mind kind of just
running through that.
Tell the people about your storyand how you got to where you
are now.

Speaker 2 (02:55):
Yeah, definitely.
So, yeah, shout out ourwarehouse crew here at Fresh
Patch.
They're amazing.
They are amazing.
Yes, those are the ones handpacking all your fresh patches.
So, if you, you order currently, um, everything's hand packed
here and that is where I started.
Uh, almost nine years ago now,so 20 august 2016, um, I was a

(03:15):
nice little 18 year old.
Um, just turned 27 yesterday, actually, so happy, belated
birthday thank you appreciate it, appreciate it, um, and yeah.
So just my first job right outof high school, um, and you know
it just kind of took off.
I really just fell in love withfresh patch and you know the
product and, um, just theoperations here, the team, um,

(03:38):
everybody's super friendly.
It's a very uh tight-knitcommunity.
We're we're a family here, um,at fresh patch, so that was
really cool to get into and um,you know, as my first job.
So, uh, gave me confidence andstuff too.
But, yeah, started in thewarehouse.
I was packing all your guys'sproducts, um, you know, for
about five, six years and then,um, like I said, you know I know

(04:02):
this product like the back ofmy hands, because I was
literally looking at the back ofmy hands, rolling all your your
grass.
So, um, yeah, I, I mean weshipped over a million.
I probably have packaged atleast a million in that in my
time in the warehouse.
So, um, shout out all ourbeautiful customers, thank you
for continuing to purchase umand giving us, giving us stuff
to do in the warehouse, um,warehouse, if you guys have been

(04:23):
around that long, just knowthat this guy has definitely
probably personally handled someof your grass definitely, yeah,
and not only the grass.
But I did make our woodensleeves, which are also all
handmade here in house, of freshpatch.
They're not mass produced.
So if you've ever ordered oneof our wooden sleeves, we have
our own wood room here that theyare all cut and put together
and stained right here.

(04:43):
So I did that for a little bitwhile I was in the warehouse and
then eventually made my way upto warehouse manager slash
supervisor, um, and kind of, youknow, took the ropes and the
lead in the warehouse, workingdirectly with our awesome um
director of operations, james.
Um.
So yeah, he, you know, gave methe, gave me the key to be

(05:05):
successful, really.
And you know, I I jumped on theopportunity and obviously that
paid off well for me, um, andwe've been growing a lot,
especially in these last fiveyears, um, so we were finally
able to create a marketingdepartment.
It was always just kind of avery tight knit.
Actually, our founder's sister, who was doing everything by

(05:26):
herself, shout out to her.
She was amazing.
I mean, I can't believe she wasdoing it by herself, but yeah,
so I just kind of pitched myservices and said, hey, you know
, I'd like to get out of thewarehouse and see a different
side of Fresh Patch.
I have a lot of creativity andtools that can be implemented
for marketing and stuff.

(05:46):
And again, shout out ourfounder CEO, andrew Feld.
He gave me the opportunity andI came into the marketing
department as a project manager,so I was kind of overlooking
Adriana at the time with socialmedia and partnership outreach.
And then eventually we got tothis year 2025 and I was, uh,

(06:10):
given a nice promotion tomarketing director.
So, um, that was really cooland I've, you know, really grown
with this company over theselast nine years.
Can't believe I'm saying that, but, yes, nine years.
So, um, so, um, just you know,I'm 27.
Okay.

Speaker 1 (06:25):
There you go.

Speaker 2 (06:26):
So nine years, like I said, 18 to 20, this is my
first and only job.
I know you don't hear that toooften.
Um, so anybody out there thatyou know you're, you're looking
for that, that dream job, orthat you know that place where
you really want to be part andfeel like you're part of a
family, it just keep workinghard.
Um, it's, it's gonna happen.
Hard work it does never, nevergoes unnoticed.

(06:48):
Um, I'm a prime example of thatand you know I can't thank
fresh patch enough to forputting me in the position I'm.
I'm in now.
But, um, yeah, that's kind of aquick overview of my I mean
amazing.
I could talk for hours of nineyears.
Yeah, I have I mean these guysknow all the stories.
But yeah, no, I'm super, supergrateful to be working for Fresh

(07:10):
Patch and providing such anawesome product to pets and pet
parents nationwide.
I'm a huge advocate for thisproduct.
I think everyone should have it, especially pet owners.
But we'll kind of dive intoother uses of Fresh Patch too.
But I really stand by thisproduct.
I think everyone should have it, especially pet owners.
But we'll kind of dive intoother uses of Fresh Patch too,
but I really stand by thisproduct.
That's why I've been workinghere for nine years.

(07:31):
So, yeah, and this is a niceopportunity to give you guys
some more education about theproduct and really hone in on
the benefits and you know how it, how to use it and everything
like that.
So yeah there's my, uh, mynine-year spiel yeah, absolutely
.

Speaker 1 (07:49):
You know, I love hearing that.
You know, coming from someonewho had almost a directly
opposite experience, you knowI've bounced around a lot um in
my early career, um, and then Iended up here and I, you know
from everybody warehousecustomer service operations like
everyone's so cool.
There's a total like familykind of like aspect to it and

(08:10):
that that was really that reallydrew me in a lot and makes me
want to work harder and you knowwork here for nine years.
Hopefully cross my fingers,yeah.

Speaker 2 (08:19):
Hey, we'd love to have you.
Um, yeah, gabe's been a hugeasset.
He actually just startedtowards the end of 2024.
So, yeah, shout out this guy.
He's been a great addition tothe team and, like he said, we
have great customer service here.
I mean, every department hereat Fresh Fetched, I mean, as the

(08:40):
viewer looking outside in itmight look like we're a very big
company and we're here to tellyou that we're.
You know, we we definitelyproduce a lot of product but,
like Gabe said, marketing teamof three.
I think our customer service isa team of five to six.
We have a operations departmentand that's about it.

(09:02):
So we wear multiple hats here, but oh, yeah, uh, we love every
second of it.
Um, like, I mean, like I'vebeen here for nine years, of
course, I love it.
so you have to exactly exactlyyou have to love it.
But, um, yeah, just, you knowfrom all you viewers looking
outside in, um, we are very welove to be very personable with

(09:23):
our customers too.
That's why our customer serviceteam is all real people.
So anytime you do call us, evenchat us, you are talking to a
real person.
So we just want to make youguys aware of that that we we
really care about our customersand we really want to give you
the best experience with ourproduct, whether it worked for
you or it didn't work for you.
So we have awesome tools.

(09:45):
With the product being asubscription-based service or a
one-time purchase product, wecan cancel your subscription
anytime.
We can pause it, we can adjustthe delivery frequency Change
the size.
Change the size exactly and wewill get into that.
All you new puppy ownerslooking into Fresh Patch, we can
adjust sizes as your puppygrows.
No at all.

(10:06):
And again, shout out to ourcustomer service team that's
there for you, guys anytime youneed them.
Um, they're, they're awesome.

Speaker 1 (10:13):
so shout out them.
They're great, they'reabsolutely amazing, um, cool.
So a couple things um want toget into today.
Um, one thing is just kind of acouple new updates with the
company, like what we've beengoing through the past couple
months, and then kind of wrap upwith quick rundown of the sizes
and you know what is the rightsize of grass for you.

(10:36):
So, starting it off, we did havea new product release, uh, last
month yes, we did huge, for ushuge and I know this was
something that was sort of yourbrainchild, so if you wouldn't
mind, yeah, yeah for sure, umyeah.

Speaker 2 (10:48):
So, like I said, we wore a lot of hats here, so I
also lead our productdevelopment team.
So, um, shout out our productdev team.
But we're always looking tobring you guys, uh, new, new
products, uh, complementaryproducts to our existing, uh,
fresh patches and everythingelse.
But, um, another opportunityfor us to be on this podcast,
get feedback from you questions, comments, what you want to see

(11:10):
from us.
Um, this can be a huge outletfor that and help me out with
our product development team, but yes like gabe said, we did
release a new product last month, um, and we do plan to release
a product every quarter thisyear, so please stay tuned um
it's gonna keep those eyespeeled, um, especially different
pets.
But before we dive into that, Iwill reach down over here and

(11:33):
grab our awesome, fresh andclean kit.
So, all you trade customers, this one is for you,
specifically made for you.
It includes a cleaning spray, new cleaning spray.
We've never offered that beforeOur tried and true stay fresh
spray.
We've had um in our productcatalog for a few years now so

(11:56):
that keeps your grass nice andfresh in between deliveries.
Nice and green, eliminates anyodors that might happen to come
off the grass.
Um, and then the big kickerwith the cleaning kit is four
cleaning cloths, four disposablegloves and, of course, those
poop bags were all those numbertwos, but, um, the big thing was
the gloves and the cleaningcloth.
So, providing you tradecustomers with, um, something

(12:20):
that you know we got.
We always listen to feedback, um, we always listen, we always
read the comments.
So don't think your comments gounnoticed, because, yeah, we're
a small team but we see themokay.
So, um, a lot of comments ofyou.
Know why?
Why don't you guys offer gloves?
I don't like to change thegrass out in between deliveries.
Why would I change a peastained piece of grass without

(12:42):
with bare hands, yada, yada,yada.
We listened and we provided.
So fresh and clean kit doescome with four pairs of gloves,
ensuring you have plenty for allthose.
Deliver in between deliveries,um, and keeping you clean, uh,
while you switch out your patchand everything.
So, yeah, this was, yeah, thebrainchild.
I mean.
Shout out the rest of the teamtoo.

(13:02):
I think this, this one tookabout 18 months to, from the
idea, from when the idea wasborn, to release last month.
Yeah, about 18 months.
So we really try to perfect anynew products and we go through
a lot of trial and error beforewe release it to really make
sure we're giving you all a verynice product.

(13:23):
We don't want to have to goback and fix anything, but we
are open and open ears toanything that can be changed
with our products, especiallyour new cleaning kit.
But, yeah, really happy aboutthis one.
And if you are new here and youare looking into Fresh Patch
and you do order a tray, makesure you check out the Fresh and
Clean Kit.

(13:43):
It'll help out a lot.

Speaker 1 (13:44):
Oh yeah, real quick.
I just want to say I don't knowif you guys saw our ads, but if
you did, you definitelyrecognize these hands.
These have been all over theinternet.

Speaker 2 (14:02):
So, uh, you know, career advancement for me,
potentially yep model, you know, yeah, exactly dream of mine,
those hands are really selling, yeah, but yes, uh, gabe did
beautifully model our gloves andthey are green actually too.
Um, so we really try to stay inred.
That's's why I say we payattention to detail when it
comes to our new products, really trying to give you guys
the best possible product we canproduce.
So, yeah, shout out Gabe'shands, shout out the cleaning

(14:25):
kit and, like I said, we plan torelease a new product every
quarter, might be multiple insome quarters as well.
Well, so this was our q1product, um, and stay tuned,
drop us a follow, stay engagedfor q2 approaching very quickly
those emails look out for thoseemails.
Subscribe to our email list ifyou are not subscribed yet.

(14:47):
Um, we got a lot of cool thingscoming and not just for dogs.
Um, and I think we can you, youknow kind of touch on that too,
that Fresh Patch is not justfor dogs.
We have many, many differentcustomers who get it for various
different types of pets.
I think the box down there atthe bottom says our slogan good

(15:10):
pets get it.
So we're not just dog focused.
We really are trying to expandand educate people that this
product is good for other petstoo, including cats, rabbits,
reptiles, turtles oh yeah, guinea pigs, gerbils, mice.
Um, my buddy's snake loves thegrass like anything really any

(15:30):
pet.
You're bringing a real lifeproduct to them and you know
they're naturally attracted, nomatter what type of pet.

Speaker 1 (15:37):
The animals love the grass.
Yes, kind of going off of that,we had a viral video recently
on TikTok.
It was a cat, or multiple cats, actually playing in the grass,
so that's really exciting.
I feel like we're really kindof entering that cat space now,
which is awesome because I thinkit's such a cool product.
Like the cats love the grass somuch you know.

Speaker 2 (16:00):
Yeah definitely, and I mean it's not just a litter
alternative either, so that'swhat most people get it for.
But we're also getting feedbackfrom customers as well that
this is beneficial in many otherways.
So a litter alternative, anenrichment, so a lot of cats
just love to get in there playaround indoor cats the indoor

(16:22):
cats yes yes, all you indoor catowners um, bring the outdoors
in because um they, since it isa natural product, they, they
love it.
I mean, the videos we've beengetting tagged in are so cool to
see cats just lounging in it,rubbing their face, rubbing
their paws.

Speaker 1 (16:37):
You know everything I see like a lot of owners like
they'll put treats in it, yeah, and then they, the cats, kind of
like dig around in the digaround in the grass kind of gets
the brain going exactly it'sreally cool like yeah, I, I
would never think to use it inthat way, so it was really cool
to see people like you knowthinking of that and you know it
benefiting their cat yeah, definitely, definitely, and not

(16:58):
only just for litter.

Speaker 2 (17:00):
Uh, alternatives and enrichment.
You know, like gabe was saying, putting putting treats in there
and stuff for them to playaround, but there's a lot of
health benefits when it comes tocats.
So, um, I actually justrecently gave one of these to my
neighbor.
She said, oh, I've beenstruggling.
I was actually throwing awayone of these to my neighbor.
She said, oh, I've beenstruggling.
I was actually throwing awayone of my patches for Mr Oakley
down here and ran into her andshe was like, wow, what is that?

(17:21):
And I was like you know, thisis, this is fresh patch.
I work for this company.
I bring one home for my dog, um, and you know, gave her the
whole rundown, real grass,everything.
And she was, she was blown awayand she kind of got not broke
down, but she got, you know, very emotional in me.
It was like I'm having troublewith my cat right now.
He has stage four renal cancer.
I syringe, feed it water.

(17:42):
It's lethargic, everything.
You know.
It was just this cat's having abad time and I was like, well,
let me bring you one home.
I want to see you know if thiswill benefit.
And she's like, yeah, it's afull indoor cat, like it never
goes outside.
We don't want it to go outside, yada, yada, yada.
So, um, eventually bring her amini um and what you see right
here on our coffee table.

(18:02):
But, um, she came back to me aweek later and practically
crying because she, the cat, wasnight and day difference.
I mean, she's like I'm notsyringe feeding this cat water
anymore, it's naturally justdrinking water.
She's like it seems like thecat lost 10 years of its life or
, excuse me, gained 10 years, Ishould say because it's running
around, it's playing again, it'snot lethargic, and the feedback

(18:27):
from her was that her cat wasactually eating the grass.
So we do promote this.
It's not a food source, not areplacement food source, but it
is edible and we have beenseeing a lot of benefits from
different animals eating it,especially the cats.
And she just gave me tremendousfeedback that you know the cat

(18:47):
is living a whole new life now.
And she was like I can'trecommend this product to.
I have to recommend thisproduct to everybody.
She's like, even if you knowlike your cat does go outside,
she's like bring it in.
It might have another issuethat you might not know of or
something you know.
So, yeah, it's just really coolto see that and all these
different avenues that FreshPatch is benefiting people.

(19:08):
Really, really cool, reallycool.

Speaker 1 (19:11):
Yeah.
And to you guys if you havestories like that, let us know.
Really cool, yeah.
And and to you guys if you havestories like that, let us know.
We love hearing about that.
We love hearing feedback.
Uh, pros, cons, like whateveryou got you know we want to.
We want to hear from you guys.
Again, big reason why we'redoing this pod is is to connect
with you guys so, yeah, makesure to drop that down in the
comments.

Speaker 2 (19:27):
Yeah, definitely, and shout out our cat customers,
all our every customer, I meanshout out to you guys are the
best.
We really appreciate you, so umyeah, drew, if you wouldn't
mind.

Speaker 1 (19:37):
Um, now you mentioned the mini over here.
Um, would you mind doing like aquick rundown of the different
sizes that we offer, thebenefits, um, you know, and all
that sort of stuff?

Speaker 2 (19:46):
Yeah, definitely so.
Yeah, like I said, we got ourum smallest size right here on
the coffee table for you guys ondisplay.
This is our Fresh Patch Miniand it is a 12-inch wide by
16-inch long piece of real grass.
All our grass is the same, sono matter what size you order,
it is the same type of grass.
And a couple fun facts aboutthe Mini.

(20:09):
Like I said, great for cats, great for gerbils, reptiles,
bunnies, small teacup puppiesAll your smaller pets is really
beneficial for.
And our mini does come in a waxline box.
It's our patented box so youwould receive it in the box.

(20:30):
That it's in the box acts as atray, so with our mat-like soil
on the grass, any urine orliquids will absorb into that,
eliminating odors naturally, butalso soaking into that soil so
you don't have any messes.
It's not like pee pads or turfwhere it'll leak through.
You start to get smells, youstart to get messes that you're

(20:51):
constantly cleaning.
Fresh patch will absorbnaturally and if anything does
happen to get through our matlike soil, our patented box will
be there for you.
It's all wax line so you won'texperience any soggy cardboard
or anything.
And then, if you really want toget fancy.
You can flip the lid upsidedown and just place the tray

(21:12):
that you see right here rightinto the top, creating a double
layer of cardboard to protectany leaks.
That might come about Totally.

Speaker 1 (21:21):
And I think you know you touched on the soil, the
mat-like soil.
I feel like that does most ofthe heavy lifting there, yeah,
but Anything it misses.
The Wax Line box works superwell.
That was really surprising tome.
Coming in Seeing cardboard, itkind of threw me off, but seeing
it in action I'm like wow, okay, this stuff really works, so no

(21:43):
worries about leaks or messes,it does a really good job.

Speaker 2 (21:47):
Exactly, yeah.
And if you're probably askingnow well, how do I replace it?
How do I clean it?
Fresh Patch is a subscriptionbased product so since it is
real grass, it will eventuallydie.
But our grass is compostableand these wax land boxes are
recyclable, so very easy to justtoss out when it's done.
The best way I like to explainit is hey, you take your box,

(22:10):
just kind of toss the grass inyour compost and then you, so
you never have to really touchit.
I mean, unless you want to getone of our cleaning kits with
the gloves, go for it.
But the best way to do it isjust dump it in the compost and
then the box into the recyclebin and then we deliver a fresh,
brand new one right to yourdoor and you're good to go for
another two to three weeks, depending on frequency of use.

(22:32):
But, um, yeah, great product.
And that is our mini um,smallest size we offer.
Uh, but don't be afraid to.
If you know want, if you wantto, um, and you want them, you
know, in different areas of yourplace of living, by all means
go for it.
Um, you can also get a reusableplastic tray or a wooden sleeve
for our minis.
Um, you can find those on freshpatchatchcom super cool

(22:55):
products, the reusable trays, ofcourse.
You just one-time purchase andkind of clean it up with our
cleaning kit and replace thegrass as it comes in, versus the
box to grass product.
So yeah, that's our mini andit's kind of an overview of all
the other sizes too, if you doget it in the box.
But we'll kind of touch on thatmore as we go along.
But, yeah, mini.

(23:16):
So all you small pet ownersthis is the product for you.
This is the product for youright here.
Check it out, freshpatchcomunder mini, um, and then we'll
uh, let's see move into our next, our next one.
So, um, we got the standard.
So if you got a little biggerpet, a little bigger puppy, a
little bigger dog, you can moveup to our next size, which is

(23:38):
the standard and we don't haveit on display right now.
But double the size of the miniif you just cut the mini or,
excuse me, put another mini nextto it.
That's the size of the standard.
So 16 by 24 inches bumps it upa little bit.
And same exact thing, like Ijust explained, wax line box.
You can opt for our tray orwooden sleeve and great for cats

(24:00):
, bunnies, smaller dogs, um,whatever you find it beneficial
for, uh, whatever pets in yourlife.
So, um, yeah, shout out thefresh patch stand.
That's actually our, our triedand true product.
That was the original umstandard, the standard, yeah,
yeah so when I first startedworking here, we only had mini,
standard and xl.

(24:20):
Yeah, we only had three.
Now we have four.
So the fourth one we'll getinto next, which is our large um
.
This one, let's see, it's beenaround since 2018 I want to say
that's when we started packingthose and it became a hit
instantly and really, reallygreat size.

(24:41):
But our large is 24 inches by24 inches.
Same exact thing wax line box.
Or you can opt for our woodensleeves to go around the box, or
the reusable plastic tray.
This one is perfect for dogsweighing, you know, 15 to 30
pounds.
You want to give a little moresurface area for those dogs that
like to circle and sniff aroundbefore they do their business.
Or you're just giving a nicebig enrichment area for your

(25:04):
cats, your bunnies, giving themplenty of grass to nibble on
play in A couple cats, a couplebunnies, you know.

Speaker 1 (25:11):
Yeah, exactly Perfect for two, you know.

Speaker 2 (25:16):
Yeah, multi-pet households, the larger for the
smaller pets, multi-pethousehold pretty perfect, um.
And then, of course, you cangraduate up to our biggest size,
which is the xl.
So, um, the xl is 24 inches by48 inches, two by four feet,
giving you plenty of space forthose bigger breeds, those dogs
that really like to sniff andcircle around, um, giving them

(25:40):
plenty of surface area.
And that one is not, uh, doesnot come in a wax line box.
That's our only product thatdoes not come in a wax line box.
Um, the best way to order ourXL is starting with our XL combo
, so you would get thatdelivered on the plastic tray
pre-installed.
All you have to do is slide thetray out of the box and your

(26:03):
grass is already there, ready togo, and then set yourself up on
subscription and you would getyour auto-ship grass.
All you would have to do is, ofcourse, into our cleaning kit,
strap those gloves on and rollup the old grass.
You don't want to touch the oldpea grass with bare hands, so
get the cleaning kit, put thegloves on, roll up the old grass

(26:25):
, and the best trick that um,and we're going to be coming out
with some videos here soon toreally demonstrate.
But the best trick when you geta new XL order is taking the
new one out of your uh, yournewly delivered box, putting
those gloves on, rolling up theold one and placing it right in
that new box.

(26:46):
So now you don't have to haveit sitting on your patio floor,
your inside floor, it's justright back into the box,
eliminating any you know, pee ormesses that might come about,
an older patch, um, and then youjust take that new one.
You already took it out of thebox, um, and this one will come
rolled up in a smaller 24 by 10by 10 box.
Has handles, super easy tomaneuver, um, you just cut the

(27:07):
tape open, take it out, unrollit on your tray, make sure you
tuck in those corners and you'regood to go for another two to
three weeks or whatever yourdelivery frequency is.
So, um, yeah, that's just aquick uh rundown of our four
grass products.
Uh, we have a lot of otherproducts here at fresh patch,
like complimentary sprays,treats, um.

(27:29):
I was kind of mentioning ourwooden sleeves um, starter set,
um, so check it out freshpatchcom, um, you can see all
our products there and kind ofsee which one will work best for
you.
But we always definitelysuggest, if you're a new fresh
patch customer, to look intogetting a combo and a starter
set um.

(27:49):
That'll really help with youknow, training your pet to go.
It comes with a go here spraystay fresh, spray training
treats Um, and then of course, the new cleaning kit if you do
opt for that tray.
So absolutely.

Speaker 1 (28:01):
Yeah, Quick rundown of the of the products, um, but
no, no, that's, that's amazing.
Um, yeah, going off what youwere saying, like about training
.
