This is the Good
Neighbor Podcast, the place
where local businesses andneighbors come together.
Here's your host, Rachel Five.
SPEAKER_01 (00:12):
Well, hello and
welcome to the Good Neighbor
Podcast.
Now, are you looking for aDNA-informed results-driven
pathway to reverse prematureaging, balance hormones,
detoxify the body, and restoremetabolic and emotional
resilience aging, supportingvitality through a stage of
(00:34):
life?
Well, this resource is closerthan you think.
Today I have the pleasure ofintroducing your good neighbor,
Trish Mangold, with ElevateVitality.
Trish, how is it going?
SPEAKER_02 (00:46):
Hi, Rachel.
I'm doing well.
Thank you.
Nice to see you.
SPEAKER_01 (00:50):
Well, it's wonderful
to have you here.
Now we're really excited tolearn about your business.
So tell us about your company.
SPEAKER_02 (00:55):
Yeah, so um I'm a
hostic health practitioner.
I founded Elevate Vitality.
Um, and out of that, out ofthat, with my clinical practice
and personal um journey, createum came about the 90-day mangold
method, as well as a DNA-drivenfast track to pregnancy.
So the basically I'm here tohelp people stay informed and
(01:18):
empowered on their healthjourneys and to support healthy
aging in a precise way that'smatched to their genetics.
SPEAKER_01 (01:26):
Awesome.
Well, how did you get into thiskind of business?
SPEAKER_02 (01:30):
Um, that's a good
question.
So after um basically, the worldof holistic health can get a
little bit um confusing and alot of information is out there.
But now we live in a world wheremodern science has allowed us to
get very precise with our care.
And part of that is a simplecheek swab that gives us
(01:50):
insights into our actionablegenes.
So these are foundational levelsupport that can help us with
why and explain why we'reexperiencing symptoms of
disease.
So personally, I had my ownjourney with IDF that uh took
years and um also went down thepath of surrogacy that didn't
end with the outcomes that wewere hoping for, but in that
(02:13):
process um I became moreinformed in how our bodies work.
And I understand that you know, chasing symptoms like our
hormones or getting worriedabout our age, it really just
comes down to three things.
It's tech toxicity, deficientdeficiencies, and dysregulation.
So when we restore those threethings, the other things that we
think are our problem, likehormonal chaos, brain fog,
(02:37):
stubborn weight gain, orstruggle with infertility, these
things just um are symptoms of agreater dysfunction with those
three pillars.
Once we restore those threepillars, the body knows what's
to do and it heals itself andfinds um and finds the path that
you're looking for.
SPEAKER_01 (02:53):
Wow.
Well, what do you think are somemyths or misconceptions, uh,
Trisha in your industry?
SPEAKER_02 (02:59):
Well, there's a lot.
So a diagnosis doesn't defineyou.
If you weren't born with it, thechances are you don't have to
suffer with it, and it doesn'thave to be a life sentence.
Uh, we don't need to stay on alot of these chronic
medications, like forevermedications, I call them, that
really you have, you know, thedoctors really aren't talking to
you about how you can use theseas a short-term solution,
perhaps to get you out of therapids and to get you onto the
(03:22):
side of the banks so you canbreathe and like reset and find
um find a path that actuallysupports function at that
foundational level.
Um, so a diagnosis or a labelfor symptoms is not a life
sentence.
So you don't um if you restorethose three foundations, the
dysregulation to the nervoussystem, the deficiencies in the
(03:43):
in that you're getting from uhyour food, that you're not
getting from your food, um, andthe um toxicity, the other
things just fall away.
Labels tend to disappear.
Um, hormones.
I want to tell people that umhormones aren't root causes.
Hormones are followers, they'rea downstream symptom of
(04:03):
deficiencies, dysfunction, andtoxicity.
Um, for the uh you fix thosethree things, and your hormones
will often balance themselvesout.
So, and another myth, a hugemyth that I see is it's just
your age, it's just normalizedas part of living.
Um, the average American is onafter the around the age of 40,
you get put on one chronicmedication or more, and that's
(04:24):
become normalized around the ageof 60.
It's two chronic medications ormore, and they just say it's
part of getting older.
Well, I'm here to tell you thatstubborn belly fat, brain fog,
and being on theselifestyle-related medications
does not have to be part of yourstory.
And we can, and also the bigmyth is genetics.
Genetics aren't fixed andthey're not to be feared.
(04:44):
93% of your genes is a result oflifestyle.
Once you identify and correctlifestyle, and people say it's
hard, but it's really not.
That's where I'm here to mythbust all of that with a simple
cheek swab test.
It doesn't take a doctor'svisit, it's something that gets
delivered to your frontdoorstep.
And a simple cheek swab test canreveal exactly what you need
nutritionally in the rightcofactors and in the right
(05:08):
dosage.
It's a one-time test, and thenit gives you the solution.
One single formula formulatedfor your genetics.
SPEAKER_01 (05:15):
Wow.
Well, now we know marketing isreally the heart of every
business.
So, Trish, how are you bindingpeople to your practice?
SPEAKER_02 (05:23):
Yeah, you know,
marketing is tough.
Um, a lot of my uh people findme through referrals, through
word of mouth.
Um, more things like getting outand speaking to our community,
like being here today on theGood Neighbor podcast.
This is a wonderful way to reachpeople in need.
And also I'm on harmonium.com,which is an online community.
(05:46):
I am the director of healthsciences there, as well as a
lead coach.
Um, so there's a lot ofresources to make it accessible
to people through harmonium.
And um, they can also find me onInstagram, uh Trish underscore
Mangold.
And um also uh I have a newInstagram page that I'm
unlaunching is uh your fasttrack to pregnancy.
SPEAKER_01 (06:08):
Okay, well now have
I gotta have you ever thought of
doing your own podcast?
SPEAKER_02 (06:13):
You know, you're not
the first person to ask me that.
Um yes and no.
I mean, I enjoy uh speaking topeople, but my my strengths are
definitely working with people, and um I'm gonna just enjoy
being guests on podcasts.
Okay.
SPEAKER_01 (06:30):
Now, outside of
work, what do you like to do for
fun, Trish?
SPEAKER_02 (06:34):
Oh my gosh.
I love to be in nature, I loveto create.
Um, I love by creating I love tocook.
Um and I, you know, walks on thebeach, walking in nature, um,
spending quality time withfriends, and having, you know,
good conversation.
I really enjoy travel.
Um, I love food, so I like toeat my way through countries to
(06:56):
experience the culture.
Um I grew up between I'm fromLaguna Beach originally, and I
grew up, I spent my childhood inAustralia, my summers, my summer
school holidays in back in theStates in California.
So my parents lived in bothcountries, and so I've I love to
travel.
Um, I think I've had that in myblood from a young age.
SPEAKER_01 (07:15):
So wonderful.
Well, Trish, please tell ourlisteners one thing they should
remember about elevate vitality.
SPEAKER_02 (07:23):
Yeah, so if you're
not feeling your best right now,
um, you're just 30 days away,really.
Um, I hope people, when we lookat your genetic test, it's a
cheek swab.
I mentioned that.
In about three weeks, you getyour report, and then we can go
over your report together and wecan create a 30-day roadmap for
you.
So we can match that to yourhormone profile to support to
(07:43):
naturally supportage-appropriate hormones.
Uh, we can um use this as a30-day roadmap that continues to
build on itself month aftermonth.
And so you're really equippedwith tools to meet your body
where it's at today and toevolve with your with your body
as you continue to up-level allareas of your life.
So when we feel better, we havestronger relationships, we're
(08:04):
less reactionary, um, our moodswings, we're not as easily
triggered by things when we havewe have a greater bandwidth for
everyday stress.
And um, so it's all about justrestoring function at that
foundational level and takingback control of our health and
well-being.
We don't have to give it away toa label, a lab coat.
Um our our bodies just know howto heal and thrive when we give
(08:28):
it the right tools.
And often it's just a matter oftaking some things away,
sometimes too, to restore thatfunction at the foundational
level.
SPEAKER_01 (08:35):
Wonderful.
Well, how can our listenerslearn more about elevate
vitality?
You said a little bit, butplease let us know.
SPEAKER_02 (08:42):
Yeah, they can find
me on Instagram.
Um, it's again my my name, Trishunderscore Mangold,
M-A-N-G-O-L-D.
Um, they can find me atharmonium.com, um, our online

Um you can also find me atelevate hyphenvitality.com.
That's my website.
(09:02):

neurotoxicity scorequestionnaire.
It's a questionnaire that mighttake you a few minutes to fill
out.
It gives you a score which ratesyour toxicity load in your body.
(09:22):
And then you can go ahead andbook a call with me.
There's a link from that uhquestionnaire.
You can book a call with me togo over your results and we can
put your uh we can link armstogether and do a 30-day roadmap
and see where we can get you howwe can get you feeling better in
in a lot of areas in life andjust as quickly as 30 days.
